Acquisition of Dutch web agency SunTzu

London, 17 June 2003 - Algo Vision plc (""Algo Vision"" or ""the
Company"" announces that it has acquired 100% of the share
capital of Idsurf B.V., the Rotterdam based holding company of
the digital marketing agency SunTzu.

The total consideration amounts to 420,000 Euros and will be
settled in three instalments: (i) in 800,000 ordinary shares of
the Company and 20,000 Euros cash immediately (ii)140,000 Euros
on 30 September 2003 made up of 20,000 Euros cash and the
remainder in ordinary shares of the Company, the price per
share being the closing price on 30 September 2003 less 20% and
(iii) 140,000 Euros on 31 December 2003 made up of 20,000 Euros
in cash and the remainder in ordinary shares of the Company,
the price per share being the closing price on 30 September
2003 less 20%. Application for admission to listing of the new
ordinary shares will be made to the Belgian Banking and Finance
Commission (CBF) and Nasdaq Europe in due course.

SunTzu (www.suntzu.nl) has an annual turnover of approximately
1 million Euros and is building a strong market position. The
agency is specialized in services related to brand activation,
brand experience, intensity and reach. From a strong digital
drive SunTzu provides to clients off-line services which give
added value to marketing communication strategies. SunTzu`s
digital marketing supports customers like Unilever (Unox,
Conimex, BlueBand and OLA), ANWB, NCRV, Den Hartogh Logistics,
Care Schadeservice and E-Business Travel.

The acquisition forms part of Algo Vision`s strategy to build a
European group of companies in the multimedia business. As COO
of the multi-media business, Geert Rietbergen (37), managing
director and founder of SunTzu will become responsible for the
development of the Group`s multi media activities and will join
the board of Algo Vision.

In 2002 Algo Vision did already acquire 74% of The Reference,
Belgium`s internet pioneer and one of the leading web agencies
in the Benelux. It is specialised in high end and quality
content management, strategic content and publication
strategies. The Reference offers total solutions for all online
channels. Combining these two companies will be the base of
their digital approach which benefits their clients and will
strengthen our Benelux market position.

Peter van Meel, Algo Vision CEO, sees many advantages in this
acquisition which matches so well with the strategy focus: ""We
are delighted to have acquired SunTzu, this dynamic web agency.
The acquisition is another step forward in our new strategy to
build a multi-disciplinary IT, communication and multimedia
company. The combined effort with The Reference business
will also improve our cash flow position.

player in the Benelux market for proven business solutions
on the internet.""

Geert Rietbergen confirms this. ""Being able to rapidly
anticipate the dynamic developments in the e-business market is
the reason why we wish to join a larger firm. We have chosen
Algo Vision because out strategy fits perfect with their
business development model"".
Im juli wird sicher das Finale eintretten der Spinnoff,dann wird die Rakete Richtung 2.80$abgehen
