HOUSTON, Nov 12, 2003 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Petrosearch Corporation (OTC: PSCP), announced that Guidance Petrosearch L.L.C., a wholly owned subsidiary, has successfully completed its re-entry into the Conoco-Gruman 18-1 well a few miles South of Dickinson, North Dakota, in the Williston Basin.

"We are continuing to test, but all indications are that this discovery is a significant discovery for Petrosearch," said Bradley J. Simmons, President of Petrosearch. "The flow rate is very strong and is typical of previous successful Lodgepole Reef wells in the Williston."

The well has initially flowed at a rate of 1800 barrels of oil per day from a 20 foot interval on a 30/64 choke at a depth of about 9800 feet.

"We believe this discovery is not only a great material event for the company but also further confirms our vision and our business plan. We are now fully convinced that major reserves remain untapped in the Williston Basin. On the basis of this success, we are moving forward to spud a 2nd Lodgepole reef well in December and a third by March of 2004. These will be the first of 30 prospects identified for drilling in the coming months," Simmons stated.

Guidance Petrosearch owns an 85 percent working interest in the well and Petrosearch Operating Company LLC is the operator of the well. Ox Bow Energy LLC and Oil for America are additional interest owners in the well.

Dan Denton, President of Petrosearch Operating Company, said, "Oil sales from the well have already begun, with oil transportation trucks standing by. The most exciting aspect of this is that at present production rates we can achieve recovery of our capital investment in the well in 2 months or less."

Lodgepole Reefs in the Williston Basin have been sources of some of the most prolific oil wells in the Continental United States since they were discovered in the early 1990s. These wells have produced at rates in excess of 1,000 b/d of oil equivalent, with cumulative production often amounting to more than 1 million barrels of oil equivalent per well, according to industry reports.

Further test results and reserve estimates will be released as they become available and will be posted on the company Web site, www.petrosearch.com.

The resignations were submitted and accepted on October 31, 2003. The Company simultaneously negotiated the purchase of the shares of the Company held by both Thomas and Robert Feneziani; representing 400,000 common stock shares in total, for the sum of $150,000 USD and will return same to the treasury of the company.

At the same meeting of the Board of Directors it was resolved to accept the resignation, tendered October 31, 2003, of Mr. Robert McIntosh from his position as Secretary and Treasurer of the Company. Mr. McIntosh will remain on the Board of Directors.

Recently, Mr. Klein spent more than 8 years as a Consultant to both public and private companies providing services in financial management, corporate administration, accounting and reporting. Mr. Klein`s primary focus as a Consultant was providing leadership to public companies with respect to the maintenance of corporate records, development of business plans, construction of financial statements and submission of regulatory filings. Another of the key positions previously held by Mr. Klein was that of Portfolio Manager with a mortgage investment corporation. In this role, he was responsible for raising investment capital, market analysis, risk evaluation and mortgage placements.

Mr. Klein is a Business Administration and Co-operative Education graduate from Simon Fraser University of British Columbia, where he completed concentrations in both Finance and Accounting. He also holds certificates from the Canadian Securities Institute and the University of British Columbia Professional Programs (Real Estate Finance).

TORONTO, Dec 15, 2003 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Dover Petroleum Corp. (DVPC: Pink Sheets) is pleased to announce that the offshore re-drilling on the target EWA-3X will begin by Tuesday 16th, December, 2003, weather permitting.

The EWA-3X is the step out well being drilled adjacent to the EWA-2X that was drilled in December 2002. In February 2003, Schlumberger Limited, a leading oilfield services company, performed further evaluation of the electric logs over the significant oil zones detected in EWA-2X. The aim of this additional work was to derive a better understanding of the potential of the two carbonate reservoirs to ultimately produce economic oil or not and to plan a step-out well, the EWA-3X, to confirm the significant oil indications observed in the EWA-2X well within the Kareem and Thebes dolomitic limestone reservoirs. In addition, the EWA-3X will be deepened to test the lower Matullah and Nubia sandstone reservoirs, which are very important producers in the Gulf of Suez and were a primary target untested in the first EWA-2X well.

In May 2003 Schlumberger Limited completed an additional, and more extensive, independent Well Evaluation Report of the drilling at the well target EWA-2X. Schlumberger concluded that the EWA-2X has significant quantities of crude oil in place in the order of 220 million barrels of oil or greater.

Further studies undertaken by the Egyptian Petroleum Research Institute (EPRI), an independent technical lab, of 6 ditch samples taken from the EWA-2X well were evaluated for prediction of the API (American Petroleum Institute) gravity with the following results:


- Sample No. 1, depth of 1700-1710ft contained migrated light oils with
an API gravity range of 35-38 degrees.

- Samples No. 2 depth 1740-1750ft and sample No. 3, depth 1770-1780ft
contained migrated hydrocarbons with API`s of 25-29 degrees.

- Sample No. 4, depth 1810-1820ft., contained migrated heavy oil with a
small contribution of generation hydrocarbons, API 17-19 degrees.

- Samples No. 5 and No. 6, depth intervals 2890-2900ft and 3030-3040ft,
respectively contained migrated heavy oil with high contribution of
hydrocarbons generated in situ with API`s of 22-25 degrees and
20-22 degrees, respectively.


The API gravity predictions indicate a strong potential for the crude oils to be moveable, with all API ranges indicating the presence of commercial grade crude oils at all depths tested. To illustrate the possible practical significance of these findings, at current prices crude oil with an API of 35 sells for approximately $24 per barrel. Crude with an API of 18 will sell for about 20% less.

Dover feels that this oil may prove commercially recoverable if successfully drilled and tested at the EWA-3X target.

Dover Petroleum will provide further updates as drilling continues. However, no firm assurances can be provided that EWA-3X contains any moveable crude oil, or if such crude oil exists that it can be recovered in a commercially viable manner. In addition, substantial additional capital will be required in order to bring such oil into production, and no assurance can be provided that such capital will be available to Dover Petroleum.

Dover Petroleum Corp.`s wholly owned subsidiary, Dover Petroleum Egypt I Inc., has a 56.25% interest in Dover Egypt I Joint Venture, which is a party to an Option Agreement entitling that joint venture to acquire 100% of the Operator`s interest in the East Wadi Araba Concession Agreement.
