Molecular Imaging Corporation ("MIC" or the "Company") (OTCBB:MLRI), a leading provider of molecular imaging services to healthcare entities in the U.S., today announced that it has entered into an agreement with St. Luke`s Mountain States Tumor Institute (MSTI), to provide Positron Emission Tomography ("PET") imaging services at their Twin Falls, Idaho cancer center.

According to Debbie Kytle, Director of MVRMC Physician Services and MSTI Twin Falls, "Our physicians clearly recognize PET as an essential tool for the diagnosis of cancer. By fusing the PET image with that of a CT scan, they are convinced they can detect and treat cancer with far greater efficiency than by only utilizing the CT scan. When we surveyed the market for a provider of such services, we concluded Molecular Imaging Corporation was the best choice as a strategic partner."

According to Dr. Richard Cambareri, MSTI Medical Oncologist said, "PET represents a major step forward in our staff`s ability to find cancer in its earliest stage. We have seen clear examples of where the PET image causes us to alter the course of treatment, telling us that traditional scans are not enough to combat the disease."
