Hallo liebe Freunde.

Nach den katastrophalen Zahlen von gestern, möchte ich mich für den Tip Nettel entschuldigen. Insbesondere bei denjenigen die evt. durch mich gekauft haben.

Der Hammer ist wohl, daß Sam Brewer seit Monaten die Unwahrheit nicht nur gesagt, sondern auch geschrieben hat.

Zahlreiche Mails von ihm sind hier, bei denen er schreibt, man solle doch die Zahlen abwarten und die News die kommen

Beides ist nun gekommen und recht beschissen.

Und was ist nit Sam - hat jetzt wohl einen anderen Namen.

Vor wenigen Wochen hatten Sie noch angekündigt, 2.2 Millionen Shares zurückkaufen zu wollen.

Und nun wird ein Investor gesucht, weil wahrscheinlich das Geld ausgeht.

Für mich ein glatter Betrug

Vielleicht können wir etwas<dagegen machen. War hat ne Idee?

Hatte ne Mail vorliegen, wie gesagt, man solle abwarten bis die Zahlen kommen und daß sich in den letzten Wochen sehr viel Positives getan hat.

Nun man hatte Vertrauen und wurde enttäuscht. Habe die hälft mit mehr als 50 % Minus verkauft.

Vielleicht besteht ja die Möglichkeit gegen Nettel vorzugehen. Wer hat da Erfahrung oder wie stehen die Chancen.

I understand your frustration of not knowing with the activities going with the company. We have made a lot of significant activities in the past few weeks.

Our accountants are currently working on preparing the 10Q. I can`t disclose to you the exact date of the release.

We are also currently working on the transactions for Nettel Trading. There will also be news release on that matters. But there should not be anything that you should be concerned about.

There has been a lot of work in the past few weeks. We have made a lot of significant progress. And those will be release to the investors within a near future.

Nettel and its subsidiaries are a currently a very strong company. Once you see the 10Q and the news to be release, you will feel very comfortable with your investment.

I am sorry I can’t provide to you with more detailed information because we have to be very careful not to disclose valuable information to a few individual.

Please wait for the release of the 10Q and the news that comes within the next few days. It will explain and put away any concerns you may have.

Wer da zockt (investieren will ich das nicht nennen) muß wissen was er tut.

Nun weisst Du es. Verlust unter "notwendige Erfahrungen" buchen und im Gedächtnis behalten.



Sehe da keine Chancen gegen NETTEL vorzugehen. Lies Dir auch mal die Mails von denen ganz objektiv (ohne die rosa Brille des Investierten) durch. Solche Typen schreiben selten was wirklich konkretes. Blabla von wegen "Zahlen abwarten" oder "mögliche positive News" ziehen vor Gericht nicht

bei USXP ist ein ganz massiver Anklagepunkt der SEC gegen den CEO die Veröffentlichung falscher bzw. mißverständlicher PRs.

Und mit diesem Punkt ist bei NTTL sicher was zu holen.

1.) Die Newsletter vom CEO müßte man diesbezüglich genauer durchleuchten, aber das sind teilweise Aussagen dabei, die vermutlich angreifbar sind (vorallem der Letter von letztem Mai).

2.) das hier ist eindeutig eine falsche PR gewesen.

3.) wie weit die Mails von Sam an einzelne User rechtlich verbindlich sind ist mir nicht ganz klar.
Aber mit einigen PRs sind die sicher zu erwischen.
Auch die AVOP-Geschichte ist rechtlich vermutlich nicht ganz einwandfrei.

4.) Es gibt glaube ich unter anderem die Möglichkeit an die SEC eine Beschwerde zu schicken, da muß man aber ein bestimmtes Formular verwenden.
Bin mir da nicht ganz sicher.

Entec Merger with Creative Vistas

Creative Vistas and Entec Software have mutually terminated their proposed reorganization by which CVSA was to acquire 100% of Entec in a reverse merger.

Creative Vistas, Inc. will continue to search for another viable private company with which to reverse merge. Entec intends to find a public company with which it can reverse merge.

Financing

I am pleased to report that we remain on track with our growth plans. To help us in realizing this goal further, we are in the process of securing a $10 million commitment from a financial institution. We expect the funding process to close within the next 60 days. More information will be made available upon the closing of the transaction.

Toward the end of the second quarter of 2004, we have delivered 16,900 prepaid calling cards to seven master distributors. The prepaid phone cards were distributed through their vast network of over 40,000 retail outlets.

As of today, we have received secured orders from 18 master distributors in the U.S. and Canada for a total of 1.55 million PINs with a total retail value of $13.7 million per month. The denominators for the PINs are $5, $10, $20. The first set of PINs are to be delivered within six weeks.

We feel that we have made the right decision to suspend the delivery of the prepaid calling cards PIN back on January. Our success depends on our ability to not only accept the orders but also the ability to deliver them to meet our client needs. We have been working very closely with our client over the past two months to modify our system to meet their needs. Our prior system would not have been able to provide the quality of service we can now deliver. This is an important factor in customer retention.

After the past few months of beta testing Automated Voice Order Processing System (AVOP), it is now enthusiastically embraced by many domestic and international long distance wholesalers. Overall, AVOP currently has the ability to process over 105,000 simultaneous calls at any time.

Based on feedback received from over 60 domestics and international carriers who have beta tested AVOP over the past two months, management feels that AVOP is now ready to start the processing of the large orders that we have received.

Nettel Trading

Nettel Trading has continued to generate revenues to finance the operation of other Nettel Holdings and its subsidiaries. Over the second quarter, we have exported over nine containers of electronics products.

was muß eigentlich noch geschehen das auch der letzte merkt was nettel für ne show abzieht?
das haben ich schon vor 6 monaten bei 0,5€ gemerkt das die ne tolle show abziehen ohne fakten
und der OBB Pusher ist bei solchen werten immer dabei kräftigst die werbetrommel zu rühren
das die noch keiner verklagt hat wundert mich denn schließlich haben ich mal das letzte jahr alle topaktien von denen in ein watchlistdepot getan und siehe da die meisten aktien bewegen sich so bei -30bis - 90% unfassbar erfolglos diese miesen verdienen doch bestimmt noch geld damit das sie uns diesen müll schmackhaft machen oder??
