NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 1, 2000--Teltran International (OTC BB: TLTG.ob - news) declared a 5% stock dividend payable on April 15, 2000 to all shareholders of record as of the close of trading March 31, 2000.

``Dividends will be issued to our shareholders on a semi-annual basis with payment dates of April 15 and October 15. 2. Die Gewinn-Schätzungen stammen aus den boards. Schau Dir einmal das letzte 8k-filing an: IPL hat 1999 einen Verlust von 2 mio US$ eingefahren. Ich weiss noch nicht, wie dieser Verlust durchkonsolidiert wird, aber er wird in irgendeiner Weise auch TLTG treffen
3. Die Cisco-Meldung besagt gar nichts
4. Und sei ehrlich, das Portal ist für`n Ar...

Nur um es klar zu stellen: Ich halte viel von TLTG und es ist meine größte Position. Du tust aber niemandem einen Gefallen, wenn Du hier die Aktie puschst. Wir müssen die Quartalszahlen und Auftragseingänge abwarten und dann auf ein Listing hoffen. Vorher ist der Kursanstieg auf dünnem Eis gebaut.

Teltran hält sich heute ja ziemlich gut. Die Zusammenarbeit mit Cisco ist sicher ein wichtiger Schritt. Ich bin von der Aktie trotz der schlechten Entwicklung der letzten Monate überzeugt. Wann gibts eigentlich die nächsten Zahlen. Aufgrund der zahlreichen Kooperationen können die doch eigentlich nur gut ausfallen.

Ich bin auch schon längere Zeit in TLTG dabei.

Aufgrund der erneut angekündigten 20 zu 1 Aktiendividende hatte ich eigentlich vor, meinen Bestand wieder auf eine durch 20 teilbare Zahl aufzubauen, um ja nix zu verschenken.

Allerdings schwebte mir da so ein Kurs um 6,5 USD oder , da gottseidank seit kurzem wieder in D gehandelt, ca 6,80 bis 7 Euro vor. Deshalb kann ich den heutigen Anstieg eigentlich noch gar nicht gebrauchen. Da sehen wir morgen bestimmt Kurse jenseits der 8 Euro.

Meine einzige Hoffnung ist, ein Abstauberlimit nach Hamburg mit 7 Euro zu geben, vielleicht klappts ja bis zum 30 März noch.

Trotzdem alles Gute und weiter nach oben, wir machen unseren Weg (langfristig so oder so)

WAP-Enabled Financial Portfolio Software and DSL Internet Service Will Soon Be Offered as Teltran Continues to Provide a Full Variety of Enhanced Telecom Services

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 15, 2000-- On March 15, 2000, a wholly owned UK subsidiary of Teltran International (OTCBB:TLTG - news) purchased all the Internet network assets of The Web Factory Ltd. for an undisclosed amount of cash. The acquisition includes certain financial software developed by The Web Factory, known as Portfolio Data Monitor (PDM) and Sharetracker, as well as associated intellectual property. The financial software forms an essential part of an integrated financial portal, which has attracted significant interest in the UK to date. This software will now be marketed in both the UK and the US to users of WAP-enabled devices.

The Web Factory is a well-established ISP (Internet Service Provider) with a strong customer base. Its emphasis as an ISP has been to offer business services to its corporate and enterprise clients. Teltran and the Web Factory will begin marketing DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) to the SME (small and medium enterprises) and residential markets in the UK and the US. Broadband (high speed transmission) Internet services are increasing in popularity and will soon be the standard upon which all SME will connect to the Internet. Unlike ISDN, which is also digital but travels through the switched telephone network, DSL provides ``always-on`` operation.

DSL is a technology that dramatically increases the digital capacity of ordinary telephone lines (the local loops) into the home or office. The technology is geared to Internet access with its asymmetric versions (faster downstream than upstream) and short haul connections with symmetric versions (same rate coming and going). Utilizing DSL technology, everyone from the smallest company to a billion-dollar enterprise can have an Internet connection at speeds appropriate for their business. Current enhanced services like VoIP (Voice over IP) and FoIP (Fax over IP) are also being designed specifically for DSL, as VoDSL (Voice over DSL) and FoDSL (Fax over DSL) will become a standard protocol for sending voice and data in the future. Lastly, according to Industry experts, ``DSL lines do not face the same congestion problems cable lines do. Over time, more users will find DSL attractive and predictions for its growth into small and medium size businesses as well as home users, is greater than for cable.``

Ich hab letztes Jahr im April zu 4 Doller gekauft, das sind weit über 100 Prozent und es ist noch lange nicht das Ende der Fahnenstange erreicht!

Letztes Jahr war im April/Mai auch die heisse Teltran Phase und das wird dieses Jahr wieder so werden! Damals war der Höchststand bei etwa 16 Doller und ich erwarte bis Ende Mai 20 Doller!

Keine 500 Prozent vom heutigen Kurs, aber ich finde 100 Prozent auch ein sehr gutes Geschäft!

1999 Revenues increase over 1000% from 1998

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 23, 2000--Teltran International (OTCBB:TLTG.ob - news) today announced record revenues of $5,671,887 for the year ended December 31, 1999, an increase of 1,060% compared to revenues of $535,197 in the year ended December 31, 1998. The Company reported a net loss for the year of ($371,764), or ($0.04) per diluted share, compared to a net loss of ($449,339), or ($0.06) per diluted share, for 1998.

Byron R. Lerner, President & Chief Executive Officer, stated, ``We are pleased to report record annual revenues in 1999. In the fourth quarter alone, revenues totaled $2,864,103, a 3,300% increase from the $85,293 registered in the fourth quarter of 1998. While our revenues were very strong, our expenses also increased, but at a lesser rate as we continued to position the Company for future growth.``

The Fourth Quarter of 1999 presented several difficult challenges for our company:

- The sale of the OzEmail Interline VolP network necessitated
that Teltran replaced their existing Interline VoIP gateways
with all new Cisco gateways. The Company also had to change
their internal network to accommodate the new gateways. The
equipment and network transition resulted in a period of
60-90 days where the equipment was operating at limited
capacity lasting well into the First Quarter of 2000.

- Much of the delay described above was attributable to Y2K
problems in that difficulties were encountered during the
1999 Fourth Quarter, through January 2000, in getting
telecommunications equipment provisioned during this period.
This will delay full ramp up of VolP minutes until the Second
Quarter 2000.

- Implementation of several overseas contracts have been
delayed due to unforeseen political turmoil in countries
where Teltran expects to terminate and/or originate
telecommunications traffic.

Mr. Lerner added, ``We believe our year-end financial results are a reflection of the dedicated effort of the worldwide Teltran team and the strategic acquisitions which we have recently made in order to enhance our presence as a full service Internet Communications Company. Du hast Dich von einem großen Teil Deiner Teltran getrennt.Du bist also nicht mehr so optimistisch für Tltg?
Ich habe langsam auch keine Geduld mehr.War wohl nichts mit der 500% Chance von Echtzeit?
Ich bin im August für 9,3$ rein.bin am Überlegen,ob ich mich auch trenne.Wo siehst Du denn eine Unterstützung im Kurs?
Könnte es eventuell doch wieder ein Pennystock werden?
Vielleicht schreibt mal jemand was zu Teltran,so in der momentanen Situation,wie man sich verhalten sollte.

Hallo, Leute !

Habe Mitte März meinen Teltran - Bestand auf einen glatten Betrag wg. Stock-Dividende aufgestockt zu 8€, hätte lieber auf die 5 % verzichten sollen und heute die 4-fache Anzahl kaufen sollen. Wäre mich auf jeden Fall billiger gekommen.

Aber ab einem Niveau von 2 € wird der Bestand wieder angepasst.

Wie seht ihr die weitere Entwicklung von Teltran ?

Teltran Announces Corrected 1999 Results

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 14, 2000--Teltran International Group, Ltd.
(OTCBB:TLTGE.ob - news) today announced that its audited results for 1999 were below those previously
announced.

The Company`s 1999 audited consolidated revenues were $2,453,189 (not $5,671,887 as previously announced) and its consolidated net loss
was $2,239,920 or nineteen ($.19) cents per share (not $371,764 and $.04 cents per share as previously announced.

These changes are a result of adjustments that were made to our ChannelNET subsidiary in the UK. Steps have already been taken to remedy
this situation and further details will be released in the near future.

Habe meine Aktien immer noch, sind nichts mehr wert ...
Teltran steht wohl kurz vor der Pleite und hat zudem mit falschen Bilanzierungen zu kämpfen.

Mein Fehler war: Ich habe an die Analysen von Stockreporter.de geglaubt und an die damals gute Informationspolitik von Teltran (inclusive der 5% Dividende die ja auch wirklich 2* jährlich gezahlt wurde)

Stockreporter.de ist wirklich unseriös, die haben von Teltran bezahlte Analysen rausgegeben. Die enormen Umsatzanstiege von Teltran waren wohl "hinbilanziert" um nicht zu sagen gefälscht worden.

Ich glaube immer noch, das mit Voip einiges zu verdienen ist.
Noch ist Teltran nicht tot. Der Kurs hat aber noch einiges Abwärtspotential. Vielleicht gibt´s noch eine Chance (siehe Geotele, welche neue Kredite bekommen hat). Ich werde ab Montag zokkermässig zu < 75 cents meine Teltran-Aktien verdoppeln.

An die Leute die wegen meinem 500% Chance Threads zum Kauf animiert wurden: "Tut mir leid !"

Grössere Unternehmen sollten die Voice-over-IP-Technologie in ihre LAN-und WAN-Strategien miteinbeziehen, so David Neil auf der ITxpo 2000. Durch den Einsatz von VoIP - und anderen Netzwerk-Technologien wie Frame Relay und ATM könnten die Unternehmen ihre Kosten deutlich reduzieren.

Neil geht zwar davon aus, daß bis 2002 immer noch 95 % der Unternehmen separate Leitungen für Daten und Sprache verwenden werden - aber die kommenden Jahre die Nutzung von VoIP stark zunehmen werde. Zu den Big Playern könnten sich dann Unternehmen wie Cisco, 3Com, Nortel Networks, NEC, Siemens oder Avaya entwickeln.

Ein Durchbruch werde auch erst dann gelingen, wenn die Anbieter der neuen Services sogenannte Flatrates oder volumen-abhängige Preismodelle anbieten, anstatt Gebühren nach Einzelgesprächen abzurechnen , so Neil.

Auf der anderen Seite spielt der Preis bei 500 St. Umsatz eh keine große Rolle.

tja, das einzige was man so mitbekommt, ist ein kleines Schreiben meiner Bank, in dem mitgeteilt wird, daß der Börsenhandel an allen Börsen eingestellt ist und in den USA der Telefonhandel noch geht.

Was mich auch nervt, ist die Web-Site, die ja früher mal lief und wenigstens Inhalte hatte. Jetzt kommt schon seit Monaten, wenn man www.teltran.com eingibt, nur der Hinweis: Website under construction. Es tut sich rein gar nichts mehr.

Also ich hab meine Kohle schon seit längerem geistig abgeschrieben.

Einziger Lichtblick: Die Aktien sind angeblich als effektive Stücke lieferbar, habe aber keine Ahnung, was die Auslieferung kostet.

TLTG ist tod. Diese Anzeichen waren bereits im letzten Jahr deutlich erkennbar. Zum Ausstieg wurde mehrfach geklingelt.

Neuigkeiten über TLTG findet man absolut nicht.

Trotzdem ist den den USA das Handelsvolumen nahezu "explodiert", immerhin über 100.000 Stücke, was aber bei einem Kurs von ca 0,04 auch nicht die Welt an Kapitalbewegung darstellt. Da aber sonst immer nur so 1000 bis 25000 pro Tag bewegt werden, liegt doch die Vermutung nahe, das da was im Busch ist.

Weis eventuell jemand mehr als ich ?

Zur Auslieferung der Aktien: Nein, habe ich noch nicht beantragt, demzufolge kann ich auch über die Kosten noch nix sagen. Dürfte aber so bei rund 200,00 bis 300,00 DM liegen.

WASHINGTON, April 23 (Reuters) - Teltran International Group Ltd. (TLTG) Chief Executive Byron Lerner agreed to pay $137,500 to settle charges that he caused the telecommunications company to overstate 1999 financial results, the Securities and Exchange Commission said on Tuesdayþ???n it did not acquire ChannelNet until Aug. 6, 1999.

The report for the quarter ended June 30, 1999, signed by Lerner, reported revenues of $456,720 and $540,179 for the respective 3-month and 6-month periods ended June 30, 1999, according to the civil complaint filed in Washington.

"If Teltran had used the correct date for the acquisition, revenue for these periods would have been $99,881 an???he ChannelNet deal, the commission alleged.

The SEC also went after Michael Drogin, the accountant who audited Teltran`s books, accusing him of improper professional conduct.

His New York attorney did not immediately return a call seeking comment, but a hearing will be held to give Drogin a chance to defend himself.

The 57-year-old Lerner, who was accused of selling $78,000 worth of his company`s stock during the alleged activity, did not admit or deny the charges. The lawyer representing him and Tå???for the year, but later made false and misleading statements after it became known that those targets would not be met.

Some of the analysts` reports the company posted on its Web site, www.teltran.com, "contained baseleó???chances for obtaining a listing on the American Stock Exchange," the SEC alleged.

Teltran settled the charges without admitting or denying them and agreed to a cease and desist order. Its shares, listed on the Pink Sheets, were trading for 2 cents apiece, unchanged, in afternoon activity.

In 1999 its stock traded for nearly $16 a share.
