(ATCT) (www.atct.us) announced today that the Merger Agreement between ATCT and its Asian subsidiary 7123000.com (www.7123000.com), encompassing all assets and properties of 7123000.com and Khewl Solutions (a Manila based IT firm), is now complete.

ATCT`s central administration for Asia will be located in Bank of China Tower, Hong Kong; the Information Technology group will be located in both Thailand and the Philippines. Houston, Texas will remain as the headquarters for all operations in North America.

The merger of both operations is expected to generate revenues that could exceed $6 Million with solid expectation for future growth. The Board of Directors feels that the company`s shares are currently undervalued and have decided to announce plans to begin a stock buy back program at $.07 per share in the open market. This offer will be available to anyone who wishes to sell their shares at this level. The details on how the company will buy back the stock will be available at a future date.

ATCT would like to further clarify that the Board of Directors and management have no plans to neither forward nor reverse split the stock, acknowledging that the current share structure is optimal for future growth.

Ich hab Dein Posting jetzt erst gesehen. Die Aktie wird nicht in Deutschland gehandelt. Nur in USA im Pink Sheet. Ich habe aber auch kein US-Konto. Habe sie über Consors gekauft. Das kann man bei allen Aktien, die eine deutsche WPKN haben. Und die hat das Papier.(164346) Viele scheuen diesen Weg wegen der höheren Gebühren. Bei Consors 25€. Aber es rechnet sich, wenn man keine Miniorders platziert. Man muss nur eines ganz dringend beachten. Es ist kein Daytrading möglich, weil das Geschäft erst am Folgetag verbucht wird. Man kann also immer auch erst am nächsten Tag wieder verkaufen. Und dann: Limit bei den pink sheets ist extrem wichtig. Zur Zeit tut sich die Aktie etwas schwer, wieder über die 0,04$ zu steigen. Ich würde erstmal auch nicht mehr bieten. Und dran denken, auch im Zehntelcentbereich limitieren. (0,039 ; 0,041 z.B.) Tagesumsätze, im Moment so ca. 1 Mio. Stück im Schnitt. Ich habe mir bei Bigcharts noch mal den Wochenchart angesehen. Sehr interessant. Wochen RSI seit Anfang September über 50 - und steigt. Wochen MACD machte exakt zu Beginn Oktober einen Schnitt der Signallinie nach oben. Das ganze oberhalb der 0-Linie. Ausserdem hat der steigende 10-Wochen-Durchschnitt eine gute Unterstützung gegeben. Der befindet sich momentan bei 0,031$ . Technisch schauts also wirklich gut aus.

Die hat sich der MM gegriffen und Dir verkauft. Zu dem Kursrutsch kann ich folgendes sagen. Es haben sicherlich Mittwoch Leute auf Grund der letzten Meldung gekauft. Und nachdem der Kurs nicht SOFORT auf 0,07$ rauf ist, da haben sie wieder geschmissen. Auf Grund der geringen Liquidität am Feiertag, deshalb der Rutsch. Ich hatte auch noch eine Kauforder drin. Zu 0,029. Bin aber nicht bedient worden. Schlusskurs war übrigens 0,033$. Marketcap. jetzt ca. 2 Mio.$. Erwartete Umsätze für die nächsten 12 Monate ca 10,5 Mio.$. Anfang Dezember wird Sutida von Prestige sich dazu äussern, wie der angekündigte Aktienrückkauf am offenen Markt zu 0,07$ ablaufen soll. Diese Ankündigung kam jetzt das 5. Mal. Das heisst, es MUSS kommen. Ansonsten macht sich Prtestige komplett unglaubhaft. Technisch sollte intraday die 0,028 halten. Die wöchentlichen Indikatoren drehen auf "seitwärts". Ich gehe davon aus, das die Aktie in der Range 0,028-0,038 bis Anfang Dezember bleiben wird. Dann sollte so oder so eine Entscheidung fallen.

Übrigens, sehr interessant, was in den Boards heute, am 13.11. so über das shorten zu lesen ist. Auch ich werde meine 300.000 Aktien am 14. mit Limit weit über den aktuellen Kursen zum Verkauf stellen. Wenn stimmt, was in den Beiträgen steht, dürfen sie dann nicht mehr verliehen werden und fallen für die Shortys als "Spielmaterial" weg. Schaden kanns sicherlich auf keinen Fall, das mal zu machen.

Für mich reimt sich dieses Zweit- und eventuelle Drittlisting nicht zusammen mit der Absicht, Aktien aufzukaufen. Damit würde sich gleichzeitig der Freefloat verringern. Und Sutida hat in Money-TV den geplanten Ankauf im Interview nochmal bestätigt. Outstanding Shares sind aber nur 68 Mio. und der Float noch weniger.

Buzz Instant Messenger is about to launch BetaTesting

During this past Quarter, Khewl Solutions in conjunction with 7123000 has completed work on the Buzz Instant Messenger and our Ground Breaking Soft-Phone Utility. Work is now continuing to link our soft-phone product to a new VoIP gateway established under our recent agreement with US Telesis. We are currently beta testing the software and will continue to do so through January.

Revenue of Khewl Solutions has remained strong and is proving to be the first company to benefit from a USA and Thailand presence.

In December meetings were held with US Telesis in our Phuket offices. The meeting resulted in an agreement with US Telesis to jointly develop fixed line services across the USA.

As well as providing gateways for Buzz across the USA, through US Telesis, Buzz will become a very competitive operator in both local USA and International calling from the USA as well as providing 1-800 and other automated telephone services.

Primarily, the deal was negotiated to bring together VoIP and landline services from a single, services provider. This combination will not only allow Buzz to be one of the premier lowest-cost VoIP carriers, but will also give us greater quality control over our VoIP products and services.

Due to time commitments in relation to these matters and the pressing matters of SWKJ the planned visit of Chairwoman, Sutida Suwunnavid will not occur till January-February.

We have heard from many concerned ATCT shareholders regarding the buyout at 7c. When we have completed all State and SEC regulatory requirements in relation to control of the company, the buy out can be effected and not before. However, with the addition of Mr. Mike Nurse to the ATCT Board, we should be able to complete the on ground regulatory matters over the next 30 days.

Apart from logistical challenges, we had no indication from the outgoing Directors of any material changes which could delay the process further.

Ich hatte longlong per BM geschrieben, dass ich eigentlich den Kurs mal absaufen lassen wollte, um Prestige etwas "Beine" zu machen. Aber, da ich weiss, dass Ihr investiert seid, lasse ich es fürs Erste.
Ich finde aber die "logistischen Probleme", die in den Statements angegeben werden, schon nicht so ganz nachvollziehbar. Prestige hatte auch geschrieben, dass sie in Kürze "on the market, buying shares" sein wollen. Davon ist weit und breit bisher nichts zu sehen.
Nichtsdestotrotz. Eventuelle Buchverluste hier habe ich woanders schon satt wieder rausgeholt. Ich kann der Sache also entspannt zusehen. Nur meine Geduld ist nicht unendlich.

Ich sehe es nicht unkritisch. Von dem angekündigten Rückkauf ist seit Wochen nichts mehr zu hören. Dafür planen die ein Zweit- und(?) Drittlisting in Deutschland und Asien. Ausserdem ist ATCT im Gegensatz zu Siteworks wohl in den Asien-Fonds aufgenommen worden. Das kann man positiv sehen, wenn man will. Aber es reimt sich nicht zusammen mit der Ankündigung, die Aktie zu 0,07$ zurückkaufen zu wollen. Denn dadurch würde der Freefloat drastisch zurückgehen. Und welche Aktien will man dann an den ausländischen Börsen listen, wenn kaum noch welche da wären. Ausserdem stört mich auch etwas, dass die so lange kein Filing rausgebracht haben. Ich weiss ja gar nicht, wie aktuell die verfügbaren Angaben noch sind.
Positiv wäre höchstens noch, dass sich der Kurs hartnäckig bei 0,02$ hält, sich dort also schon über längere Zeit eine Unterstützung ausbildet.

Das geplante Rückkaufprogramm irritiert mich aber auch. Was macht es für einen Sinn, eine Aktie in einen Fond aufzunehmen, gleichzeitig aber den Freefloat aufkaufen zu wollen ?

Ich bleibe im Moment aber investiert, da sich bei steigendem Volumen, der Kurs nach oben in Bewegung gesetzt hat.

Aber, mit Deinem "Hold" hast Du sicherlich recht. Solange der Spread so klein bleibt, und die Umsätze hoch, macht man da sicherlich nichts falsch. So liquide war die Aktie lange nicht.

letzte Woche habe ich die steigenden Umsätze gelobt.
Leider ist davon nicht viel übrig geblieben. Ich hasse nichts mehr, als eine Aktie, die "nicht liquide" ist.
Und wenn wie heute... der Kurs mit einem Volumen von 27,- Dollar... um 8 % bewegt wird, dann fühle ich mich schlichtweg auf den Arm genommen.

der bereits bekannte fond, der von knightsbridge law aufgelegt wurde, ist ab HEUTE zu kaufen. das heisst, die ersten 10 millionen aktien werden ab heute zu 0,70 dollar verkauft, waehrend das ipo zu 1 usd eingefuehrt wird. (ipo in usa wird ca. juni/uli 2006 sein und in deutschland august/september 2006)

the daily slow stochastic indicator has turned from extremely oversold to a strong buy. the weekly slow stochastic which has been declining from the .07 highs has become very oversold and is indicating a strong buy signal also. a bullish crossover will be your confirmation on the weekly slow stochastic indicator for the next huge move up to recent highs and then we will go on breakout alert. remember the weekly slow stochastic indicator is by far the most accurate in predicting future long term price movement. the last time this indicator was this oversold was may of last year when we were trading sub-penny. we subsequently rose well over 1000%!. there are many other indicators such as macd daily and weekly slow stochastic indicators confirming the next large move.
