Cipan will launch a takeover to Genta Inc.

Lisbon- Friday a source from Cipan said that Cipan will launch a hostile takeover bid to GENTA INC .
Cipan, will notifie next week the Portuguese National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) that it was willing to waive the condition of a 75% minimum acceptance level to which its public offer for the acquisition of Internap GENTA INC shares was subject, taking into consideration that the response received will be sufficient to develop the business project pursued through the takeover bid.

Ich hab gestern Morgen im Genta-Thread eine ausführliche technische Analyse eingestellt. Das würde sich mit dem Gerücht decken.

Aus dem Yahoo-Board von User buybio, der fundamental einer der Besten dort ist:

There are only 2 chemo complete responses left on the chemo side.

I think one or both of these responses will elapse in time. The genasense responses are likely to continue since the MM trial data keeps getting better and the genasense complete responses are lasting much much longer.

The July FDA priority review approval will change to the end of October giving a better chance of drug approval.

The MAA is likely to be approved perhaps a couple of months before the NDA.

Two likely approvals close together will help the stock run up.

After MAA approval and if the p value is .05 I think Ray will re-submit the MM NDA.

Ray already has priority review in MM. He also has already paid the filing fee.

Ray also has fast track in CLL in the EU.

Genta has a likely chance of two drug approvals the second half and a new NDA and a new MAA this fall.

And the best part. Ray says the AML trial might be the best one.
All you people saying the Genta CLL drug does not mean much in the market just to worry people should also say that rituxan after 32 years has not been FDA approved. Doctors that use rituxan in CLL caution patients that they might die after the first infusion of rituxan. Rituxan is not for every patient.

If Genta gets the partnership with enough money to launch genasense, with a tiny staff and no debt, Genta will have a much much better P/E than DNA will ever have.
This good P/E will keep the Genta stock price up after drug approval.

Genta is a good investment.
