Ich hoffe mal, dass wir das Niveau halten können und keine heftigen Rückschläge erleiden werden. Unsere Fortuna ist ja nur noch gestiegen in den letzten Tagen. Jetzt noch ein bisschen Phantasie beim Silberpreis... hui hui...

Continuum Resources is looking forward to great developments at our properties in the state of Oaxaca in southern Mexico during 2007.
Continuum Resources and Fortuna Silver, our joint venture partner , took possession of the San Jose mine from the underlying owner in mid November. A new company, Minera Cuzcatlan , has been formed to explore and develop the combined San Jose and Taviche properties with a view to turning the San Jose-Taviche district into an area play. Continuum Resources has a 24% interest in Minera Cuzcatlan.
Fortuna Silver completed about 12,000 meters of drilling during the summer of 2006. A solid model of the data has now been completed and a resource calculation should be ready by mid January 2007. A 43-101 report will be available shortly after the resource calculation is completed.Continuum Resources has been drilling at the Natividad property since May 2006 and will continue to do so until at least mid-2007 or until sufficient drilling has been completed for a 43-101 resource calculation.
Drill results from Natividad continue to point toward what could become the largest recent gold discovery in Mexico . Historical data from past operations in the Natividad Mine show that 1 ,000,000 oz Au and 23,000,000 oz Ag were produced between 1931 and 1992.
Continuum Resources has recently closed the first tranche ( totaling $1,658,250 ) of a proposed $6,7500,000 financing to fund our exploration program at the Natividad Mine as well as to maintain our 24% interest in the San Jose-Taviche district. Due to overwhelming demand, on January 4, 2007, the company announced an increase of $750,000 in the financing to bring the total to $7,500,000 . The company continues to be supported by both Sprott Asset Management and Agnico-Eagle . The company is also pleased to note that Agnico-Eagle has increased their holdings to 19.24% of issued and outstanding shares.
As our projects, especially the Natividad Mine , are starting to mature, the company will be putting a much larger effort into community relations and communication with the various government ministries (which have an interest in the exploration work we are undertaking).
Consultations have already been started with the municipalities surrounding the Natividad Mine. Meetings will be held on a monthly basis to inform the communities of the status of our work. Continuum Resources will also be seeking input from the communities with regard to their concerns if and when the mine is put back into operation.
Most of the local municipalities are very supportive of our exploration work and are excited about the possibility of the mine re-opening or even expanding. The Natividad Mine continues to be the biggest single employer in the area with 70 full-time employees. One municipality has some concerns on some water issues and these are being addressed.
I expect 2007 will be a memorable year for Continuum Resources!
