No but they can go to 5p very shortly.
Nearly two million ounce resouce at 9 g/t - stunning and market/folks have not realised. This is the similar to Shanta but higher grade... And Shanta went from 1.75p to 34p...

yes ... die gehen da drüben von 20p aus die evt mal erreicht werden

akt 1,9p
bei 6p ist die MK 24 Mio Pfund

heute ist übrigens der HJ Report raus gekommen

Right,

so Edison value gold as follows:

$340 per measured ounce (£214)
$159 per indicated ounce (£100)
$34 per inferred ounce (£21)

As per RNS 6th Sep 2010. INMINE estimated a Russian classification C1+C2 resource of 2.98 million tonnes at 9.8g/t for 957,000oz gold and a Russian classification P1 resource of 4.9m tonnes at 9.3g/t for 1.48 million oz gold.

Now using a ratio of 20/80 on the C1 + C2 and using the corresponding JORC term we have:

Measured oz - 191,400 (Value - £40,959,600)
Indicated oz - 765,600 (Value - £76,560,000)

And the P1 (Inferred) oz - 1,480,000 (Value - £31,080,000)

Now if we take the 60% that CNR estimate are within their concession that leaves:

Measured oz - 114,840 (Value - £24,575,760)
Indicated oz - 459,360 (Value - £45,936,000)
Inferred oz - 888,000 (Value - £18,648,000)

So total value I have on this basis is £89,159,760!

Add in Nicaragua 41,000 oz gold already JORC'd - a further £861,000. Add in cash of £658,000 and equity £1,496,000 and no debt brings a total of....

£92,174,760 or around 20p (not including El Sal whatsoever).

Wow, didn't expect that but just shows how good a deal has been struck with this concession swap. Forget the drilling results get this JORC converted. I'm not expecting this sp anytime soon but just shows what fair value could be (imagine in future an Edison note coming out with this valuation - you know what impact it would have).

Also, as I was reading the russian classification info on my links from last night, there was a mention that the experts who defined the russian classifications were overly cautious when reporting figures as they knew there job and reputation was at stake if they over-estimated. Therefore it was common to under-estimate a resource for fear of this.
