Da muss ich dir ausnahmsweise widersprechen , und schließe mich den Vorrednern an,
auch wenn Biotechs nicht ganz so mein Ding sind, lese ich deine Beiträge und lasse mich davon auch erfolgreich inspirieren (z.B. VCEL)

Möchte dem auch widersprechen. Lese hier höchstinteressiert (gerade auch deine Beiträge) mit.
Würde mich aber überschätzen wollte ich mich an der Diskussion beteiligen. Versuche (an euch) zu wachsen.

Auf CORT bin ich hier aufmerksam geworden und liegen inzwischen auch im Depot.

Das ist nicht richtig. Die hier ausgesprochene Hinweise lese ich durch und schlage häufig weitere Artiekl dazu nach. Nur sind mir die Sachen häufig zu "heiß". Die Kursbewegungen sind stark, ich setze keine Stopps und habe Depot nicht täglich im Auge. Z.B. CORT und VCEL habe ich gekauft. Bei CORT habe ich mir gedacht - schuldenfrei, Umsätze und Gewinn wachsen stark, kann an sich nix schief gehen. Und dann fällt CORT wie ein Stein und VCEL steigt. Unterm Stich passt es, da VCEL stärker gestiegen als CORT gefallen ist.

Zu CORT gab es neulich bei seeking alpha einen Artikel - habe nur positive Sachen drin gesehen.

Galectin Therapeutics (NASDAQ:GALT) is up 11% premarket on average volume on the heels of its announcement of preliminary data from a Phase 1b clinical trial evaluating GR-MD-02, combined with Merck's KEYTRUDA (pembrolizumab), in metastatic melanoma patients who progressed during or after receiving KEYTRUDA alone.

The objective response rate (ORR) was 50% (n=7/14) and the disease control rate (DCR) (responders + those with stable cancer) was 64% (n=9/14). The published ORR for KEYTRUDA alone in advanced melanoma is 21 - 39%.

Six patients with head and neck cancer also participated in the study. The ORR and DCR were 33% and 67%, respectively.

On the safety front, the combination was well-tolerated with potentially fewer adverse events compared to KEYTRUDA as monotherapy.

A Phase 2 trial is next up.
