Auch von mir allen hier investierten einen Guten Rutsch ins Jahr 2011, vor allem wünschen ich uns allen ein erfolgreiches Börsenjahr.
Anscheinend hat Mawson bei 2 Can.Dollar seinen Boden gefunden und nun gehts wieder aufwärts Richtung 3 - 4 Can.Dollar.

VANCOUVER, Dec. 15 /CNW/ - Mawson Resources Limited ("Mawson") TSX - MAW; Frankfurt - MRY. Mr Michael Hudson, President & CEO, announces results from the second batch of channel samples received from the Company's 100% owned Rompas gold-uranium project in northern Finland.

This second batch of results includes 49 representative diamond saw cut channel samples that are comprised of 448 individual samples. Highlights include 0.95m @ 1,424 g/t Au and 1.3 % U, and 2.05m @ 191.3 g/t Au and 0.44 % U (Table 1). The average width and weighted average of 49 of 71 channel samples assayed is 0.43m @ 222.7 g/t Au and 0.6 % U.

Also included in this batch were 254 mineralized grab samples that averaged 406 g/t Au and 0.74 % U and ranged from 0.001 g/t to 22,723 g/t Au and 0.1 ppm to >15% U. Grab samples are selective by nature and are unlikely to represent average grades on the property.

A detailed map showing the location and distribution of these and earlier channel and grab samples can be downloaded from the Company's website at http://www.mawsonresources.com/i/maps/Rompas_PLANDEC15.pdf. Samples reported come from the entire Rompas trend. The channels were taken at Rompas South over a strike distance of 400 m by 100 m width and at Rompas North over 260 m strike by 120 m width. The distance between the most southerly and northerly channel sample was 5.4 km. Grab samples were taken over a strike of 1.9 km at Rompas South and 420 m in Rompas North. A total of 286 rock chip samples (including 47 highly radioactive samples) remain to be reported by the laboratory from the field program conducted this summer at Rompas.

"These results further demonstrate the high frequency and broad geographical extent of gold and uranium showings at Rompas. Many surface discoveries have been made of bonanza grade gold developed within multiple structures in an area with only 5-10% outcrop. We are also encouraged to see channels developing up to 2 metres in width, and gold content within individual samples continuing to show extraordinary grades." said Mr Hudson.

Being a new discovery the Rompas project is secured by claim applications. Deep drilling and trenching will be permitted on the granting of exploration claims. The granting of claims in Finland is currently slow and Mawson is working with the Finnish authorities to facilitate this process in the shortest possible time. The Company also remains in ongoing discussion with Finnish government authorities and landholders at Rompas to allow shallow drilling this winter beneath the glacial soil that covers 90-95% of the Rompas area. Further information regarding this work program is expected in the New Year.

Am 22. Nov hatte ich geschrieben dass für den nächsten Kursverlauf bestimmend sein wird, was an Aufmerksamkeiten weiter aufkommt.

Den 23. und 24. Nov waren diese Aufmerksamkeiten dann noch weiter aufbauend und daraus der Kaufdruck bestimmend.

Seither haben wir nachlassende Umsätze und die nicht weiter steigenden Kurse verleiten zu Abverkäufen zu Gewinnmitnahmen.
Das ist fast immer und überall das gleiche Spiel mit denen Volatilitäten in die Kursgangmuster kommen. (Trend)Trader die in Bewegungen spielen und Stopps die abgefischt werden machen dann den Kurs.




Lt. TA ist nun die Übertreibungsspitze (+150% in sechs Handeltagen) zu einem Drittel wieder abgebaut und wahrscheinlich müssen zwei Drittel gesehen werden.
Dicht unter 2 CAD will sich nun eine Schaukel ausbilden.
Aber 1,50 CAD wäre die klar bessere Markierung für ein dann wieder passables Umkehrmuster. Trading orientierte Teilnehmer können aber auch auf 1,20 1 CAD setzen wollen um dann erst wieder eine erneute long Strecke zu unterstützen.

Nochmals sage ich dass lohnende Engagements von den Aufmerksamkeiten für diese Aktie abhängig gemacht werden sollten. Mawson hat nun einen Vermeldungsstatus der die Bewertungshochs aus Feb/Mrz 2007 wieder erreichen und ggf übertreffen könnte. Der Kursanstieg in 2010 aus den Tiefstständen heraus wurde allerdings rd 20% darunter abgebrochen, bzw war das Interesse am Unternehmen nicht hoch genug, trotz eigentlich hoffnungsfroher Unternehmensmeldungen.

Aktionäre die längerfristig veranlagt sind haben meist irgendwann einmal zu irgendwelchen (oftmals mit BB-Empfehlungen) gekauft und handeln danach nicht mehr. Sie kaufen auch in erkennbaren Auskurvungsmuster nicht nach, sondern hoffen lediglich dass andere Marktteilnehmer teurer einkaufen.

As various uranium stocks begin to pop, Mawson Resources Limited (MWSNF.PK) joined in the move as its stock price increased 100% in a week. Taking a quick look at the chart we can see that a sudden increase in the volume accompanied the stock price hitting the roof, doubling in a week. The technical indicators suggest that this stock is extremely overbought so go gently if and when you do decide to acquire it. For disclosure purposes we do not own it, however, on a day like this we wish we did own it.



The company is exploring at Rompas in Finland, a new discovery with bonanza-grade gold where samples up to 12,800 g/t (373 oz/ton) gold and 43.6% uranium have been identified. In addition, the company is exploring for gold and copper in the highly prospective Cordillera of Peru, with a focus on a new high-grade gold discovery at Alto Quemado.

In its latest news release the company announced the first channel sample results from the Company’s 100% owned Rompas gold-uranium project in northern Finland.

Highlights from 39 surface channel samples include 0.3m @ 1,866 g/t Au and 8.0 % U, and 0.26m @ 1,510 g/t Au and 3.95 % U (Table 1, Figures 1 and 2). The diamond saw-cut channel samples are considered the first representative samples collected at Rompas.

Included in this batch were 10 mineralized grab samples that averaged 672 g/t Au and 2.06 % U and ranged from 0.2 g/t to 3,230 g/t Au and 14.6 ppm to >15% U. Grab samples are selective by nature and are unlikely to represent average grades on the property.

All samples reported come from Rompas South. The channels were taken over a strike distance of 75 metres and grab samples over an area of 65m by 125m (Figure 1). To date, hundreds of gold and uranium showings have been discovered at Rompas over a surface area exceeding 6.5km in strike and 200m average width. A total of 984 rock chip samples (including 111 highly radioactive samples) remain to be reported by the laboratory from the field program conducted this summer at Rompas.

These are excellent results so far, and as a two pronged attack on both gold and uranium this stock is shaping up very well indeed.

It's also a favourite of Mickey Fulp who discussed it on BNN earlier today, he also gave Strathmore Minerals (STJF.PK) a mention too, which was up 6.6% today.

The company has a market capitalization of $97.07 million, shares outstanding: 49,747,253, Cash position is around C$14 million.
