Globe confirms very high grade Memba rock-chip results
Globe Metals & Mining (“Globe” or “the Company”; ASX: GBE) wishes to confirm the very high grade titanium grades returned from the recently acquired titanium-vanadium-iron (Ti-V-Fe) project at Memba, Mozambique. (See attached release).
As reported on 11 November 2011, Globe announced it had entered into a new joint venture in a high-grade Ti-V-Fe project (refer to ASX release overleaf). As part of the Company’s strict internal quality assurance and quality control guidelines, and in light of the spectacular results reported from the Project’s initial rock-chip sampling program, additional verification of results was sought from Genalysis Laboratory Services (Genalysis) prior to their release. Subsequent to the initial release, the Company received a number of queries in relation to the very high titanium grade; the Company can reaffirm their veracity.
Separate assay splits from the pulps were taken and re-analysed at Genalysis using the XRF total fusion method. Receipt of the re-submitted batch confirmed the impressive grades of the Memba Ti-V-Fe Project (Table1).

Globe könnte zur Zeit hunderte Tonnen von Gold entdecken und der Kurs würde nicht reagieren.

Mal im Ernst, zur Zeit wird ja wohl jede News von Globe vom Markt aber auch sowas von ignoriert. Schaut euch mal wieder heute das lächerlich Volumen an der ASX an. Umgerechnet 25.000 Euro, ein Witz.

danke @Reiners für deine Infos, auch bei mir im Thread!
Ich hoffe das der Kurs hier auch bald mal anzieht.

Ab heute bin ich erst mal 5 Tage in Canada und schaue mir zwei Projekte an....

mal ein lob an die ir von globe: aus meiner sicht eine sehr gut aufbereitete meldung. vor allem bekommt man auch ein gleich gefühl vom markt mitgeliefert in form einer tabelle mit ausgewählten projekten.

die 2 eisenerz samples welche in 2km abstand gefunden wurden sind hochgradig und lassen hoffen, dass es dort noch mehr davon gibt. schätze mal, dass der helikopter bald starten wird

der ree hype hat sich abgekühlt und der markt ist vernünftiger geworden. kein wunder bei der komplexität und überdurchschnittlichen entwicklungsdauer eines solchen projekts. globe sollte sich imo bei mt. muambe auf die fluorite mineralisation konzentrieren, eine ressource definieren und daraus ein "fast tracking project" machen...

Vor einem Jahr, wäre der Kurs durch die Decke gegangen, heute lächerliches Volumen und Kurs unverändert bei 17 audcent.

Während wir vor einem Jahr (REE-Hype) eine Übertreibung hatten, haben wir jetzt eine "Untertreibung" bei Globe.

Globe Metals & Mining (“ Globe ” or “ the Company ”; ASX: GBE) is pleased to announce significant REE drilling results from the Mount Muambe REE-Fluorite Project in Mozambique.

Highlights include:

Significant REE mineralisation intersected beneath the Main Fluorite Zone. Best results include:
MURC042: 33m @ 2.0% TREO (from 42m)

within a broader zone of 60m @ 1.5% TREO (from 15m)
MURC044: 14m @ 1.3% TREO with 167ppm Dy2O3 (from 65m)
HREO/TREO ratio of 16.4%

New REE results from underlying carbonatite bedrock – prospectivity of the crater now hugely expanded, beyond the fenite (altered sandstone) in the upper layers that host the fluorite mineralisation, and coincidental REEs

Zone of HREO enrichment at depth – including substantial dysprosium

2011 RC and diamond program well advanced – 5,377m completed, 2,564m reported to date of 10,000m program
A large number of other highly prospective REE targets remain to be tested in the 2011 drilling program and beyond. The Mount Muambe carbonatite crater shows a unique enrichment of valuable HREOs and represents a significant opportunity for the Company.
