Beacon Pennsylvania Holdings, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation has been formed to manage the company's Pennsylvania Investments and Properties.

This action is being taken by the company to fast track the clearing of the land in preparation for development, along with generating additional revenues to help off set the cost of the land. The property is ten miles from interstate 79, right off US 119/33 and has easy access to all major highways.

Beacon is intent on clearing its two properties (Westmoreland Glass Factory & The West Virginia Acreage) as quick as possible so that development can start as soon as the architects complete their plans and all zoning approvals and permits can be obtained.

Yes I think its HIGHLY possible but I think thats to low to sell, I think its very important that O/S hasn't changed. We aren't having any dilution here. I feel so good that we got some news. Next week should be very exciting. I think .0003's will be history once more people find this out we should get some nice buying pressure. Hab ich auch noch nichts genaueres. Meine aber bzgl. der Gas-Wells mal was über "ziemlich viele kleine Wells mit eher geringen Fördermengen"gelesen zu haben, also irgendwann in der Zukunft ein kleines aber nettes Zusatzgimmick.

Genial ist das er innerhalb der Woche die wir gewartet haben noch eine Mille rausgeholt hat.

Zur property selbst: Man hat ein Areal in strategisch günstiger Lage (Stichwort: Bahnlinie!) erworben, um dieses zu "redevelopen". Beim Kauf war, so sah es wohl der Vorbesitzer, das Grundstück mit Bergen von Schrott vorbelastet. Über den Kaufpreis schweigt man glaub ich. Das man sich diesen Schrott vergolden lassen kann, entstammt Hr. Mareks Planung und ist m.E. genial.
In D hätte man i.d.R. viel Geld zahlen müssen, um das Grundstück leer und sauber zu bekommen!
Was das fertig entwickelte Projekt letztendlich wert sein wird, kann ich leider auch noch nicht abschätzen.

Was wir aber auf jeden Fall schon mal wissen ist, daß die derzeitige MK gerade mal 927.493,60 US-$ beträgt.
(bei 2.318.734.000 O/S und Kurs 0,0004)

Man sollte sicher nicht auf Teufel komm raus in Kaufpanik verfallen. Aber wenn ich ein Depot hätte in dem ich das erste mal etwas bestimmtes handeln will und dann plötzlich feststellen muß, daß das gar nicht geht, würde mich das auch ärgern. (Ich habe z.B. keine Short-Vereinbarungen bei meiner Bank, schon damit ich gar nicht in die Versuchung komme.)

Da muß ich Dir recht geben. Hätt' ich anders erwartet. Der Kurs wird die Entwicklung von BCND aber sicher auch irgendwann wiederspiegeln.
Auf jeden Fall sind die sub-sub-pennys wenigstens zum Glück nicht ganz so hochspekulativ und aufregend wie Kapitalanlagen in internationalen Großbanken!

die Anleger sind nervöser als sonst
verständlich das sie dann bei 50-75% aussteigen

Respekt vor Raindrop aber er hat sich um einen Tag verschätzt. Die Leute haben ihre Gewinne heute schon mitgenommen.

Die nächsten Wochen werden sehr sehr spannend werden.
Mal schauen, was der Marek mit den 6.5 mio anfangen will.
Könnte sicherlich den Gasgeschäft ankurbeln. Zeitlich würde es sich ja anbieten

das unternehmen, welches das geld zahlt findet man nicht...

wenn das alles real wäre, geprüft, warum sollte der kurs dann bei 0,0004 sein, wenn der wert jetzt schon 0,0028 ist und das OHNE gas, etc....

werd das nie verstehn, warum man das nicht von einem notar prüfen lässt und beweist, dass alles seine ordnung hat, dann hat jeder vertrauen und kein mensch verkauft bei 0,0004, ist echt lächerlich

The wonderful, I believe, PRs from last week have failed to uplift the stock leading to frustration amongst shareholder's like us. While I understand you refrain to comment from share price, would you be engaged in releasing more positive information in recetn future (one week).

I think people are taking everything with a pinch of salt and I personally believe the deed information about Westmore glass factory would instill confidence. We observe that a BEACON WEST VIRGINIA HOLDINGS company was formed on 9/26.. would that speed up the deed process?

Letzte contract über 6.3 Mil $ sind noch nicht in den Kurs eingeflossen.

BCND continues its investigation per geological studies as to the Westmoreland Glass Factory's natural gas properties. The preliminary results indicate that producing gas wells exist. A review of public records indicates that the gas wells were and still are in use, and that all rights now belong to BCND's subsidiary, Beacon Pennsylvania Holdings. BCND has directed its counsel to transfer natural gas rights to its subsidiary Beacon Energy Corporation. NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., Nov. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation (Pink Sheets: BCND) today announced that it entered into negotiations with Dominion Resources, Inc. pertaining to their use, since 1986, of the Westmoreland Glass Factory as a natural gas storage facility and gas well.

In 1954, the former owners of the glass factory in Grapeville, Pennsylvania, signed agreements allowing the predecessor of Dominion Resources to use the property as a gas storage facility and to operate a gas well.

The agreements expired upon sale of the property. Specifically, both agreements state, "In case of sale of part or whole of the premises, this permit shall become null and void." In 1986, Westmoreland Warehouse and Industrial Building, Inc., purchased the Westmoreland Glass Factory, rendering all permits expired.

Upon investigating the natural gas holdings on the facility, Beacon's experts determined that the storage facility and gas well continued to operate unbeknownst to the company. Beacon entered into negotiations with WWIB's successor and acquired an assignment of all prior rights to the use of the property and the gas beginning in 1986 and continuing through the present.

In mid-2008, Beacon contacted Dominion regarding the situation. In September 2008, Beacon sent Dominion a formal demand. In November 2008, Beacon's management began negotiations with Dominion for compensation regarding the apparent use of the property and resources for 22 years, and to determine whether to grant an easement. As the negotiations continue, Beacon's natural gas experts will conduct the research necessary to determine if the compensation is fair to the company's shareholders.

"This is a significant situation that could provide a large capital infusion to Beacon's companies. I look forward to continuing my discussions with Dominion to resolve 22 years of the use of the property and its resources, and to create an agreement that resolves the issues," Beacon's President, Adam Marek, said. The company could not comment further due to the nature of the ongoing negotiations.

The location, totaling 8.4 acres, in Sewickley Township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, is situated on the Youghiogheny River. A working railroad runs through the property, and road access is available. "The property provides Beacon with a perfect distribution and storage site for its coal operations," Adam Marek, Beacon's President, said. Using equipment such as the Pennsylvania Crusher and the Posimetric Feeder, Beacon will be able to prepare its coal in a manner that will achieve maximum revenues per ton.

Under the proposed lease, Beacon Energy Corporation will also acquire the right to locate and develop natural gas wells on the property. It will receive 80% of the revenue from any gas taken from the property. For gas wells established during the ten year period, Beacon will receive the revenues for fifteen years after the lease expires if it does not choose to purchase the property. "The land owner purchased this land previously held by a large developer which never realized the natural gas potential on the property," Marek advised.

In both 2007 and 2008, Westmoreland County had the largest number of gas well permits applied for in Pennsylvania. In fact, nearly 13% of all gas well permits over the last two years originated in Westmoreland County. "Westmoreland County's natural gas reserves are significant, and this is one of the main reasons we are focused in that area. With new technologies that enable the ability to extract natural gas from the Marcellus Shale reserve, up to 6,000 feet deep, properties such as this are ideal to stimulate revenues," Marek explained.

Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation Reviews Initial Consultation Regarding its Natural Gas Rights and Reserves

NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., Nov. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation (Pink Sheets: BCND - News) today has reviewed a summary of its initial consultation regarding its natural gas rights of its Westmoreland property. Beacon, along with its geological consultants, are continuing the evaluation of the company's resources at that location.

The initial review revealed that it appears there may be a more feasible way to install modern gas well operations on the Westmoreland Glass Factory site in Grapeville, Pennsylvania, using the newer horizontal drilling and withdrawal technique method to access the Marcellus Shale formation.

Per the company and its consultants, it appears that Beacon is in a position to extract between 1.5 and 4 MMcf. (1500-4000 Mcf.) per day. The company's immediate response is to determine the extent that Dominion Resources, Inc., will continue to use Beacon's property as a gas storage facility.

The company will decide, after further review by its consultants, whether to allow Dominion Resources to use its natural gas well and/or storage facility, or if Beacon's own energy extraction projects would be impeded in a sharing arrangement. Once this issue is reviewed, the company can and will immediately begin moving forward with its operational process either with Dominion or on its own, by applying for the necessary drilling permits.

"Beacon's consultants believe that the company can either accommodate Dominion Resources' needs or maintain and operate our own gas wells/storage facilities on the property. We do not plan to allow Dominion to continue future extractions of natural gas resources from our property, however we are willing to continue negotiations to allow their continued operations if lucrative to the company and providing it will not interfere with our plans to access the natural gas reserves in the Marcellus Shale," said Adam Marek, President of Beacon Energy Corporation.

Buzz Print NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., Feb. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation (Pink Sheets: BCND - News) issues the following update to shareholders as to the progress of the Westmoreland Glass Factory project in Grapeville, Hempfield Township, Pennsylvania.

Last week, representatives of Renaissance Renovations and Redevelopment LLC ("RR&R") met with agents of ATC Associates at the site with respect to obtaining the environmental survey and other environmental considerations. All parties agreed that the current weather conditions impair the ability to immediately take soil samples necessary to proceed.

"We want to salvage the antique brick as quickly as possible, we need to have the proper surveys to proceed. As soon as the ground thaws, we will be moving forward with all required studies and surveys," said Gary Blackburn, special contracting consultant to RR&R.

BCND also wishes to correct and clarify its prior press release regarding the permitting process. While the company submitted the necessary documents to RR&R to file the application, it was determined by RR&R that submitting a demolition permit application to Hempfield Township, Pennsylvania, would be premature as said application requires specific details as to the contractor who would actually be doing the work.

"We cannot finalize contracts with all of our subcontractors until we know where we are as to the environmental survey," Mr. Blackburn explained. BCND believes that this matter is non-material to the company as on December 19, 2006, Hempfield Township officials specifically directed the owners to demolish the building. "We are all on the same page, the glass factory must be taken down as soon as profitability practicable, and we plan on doing such and moving forward," explained Adam Marek, President of Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation.

Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation Receives Asbestos Report for the Westmoreland Glass Factory

Beacon Redevelopment is informed by agents of RR&D that their next step will be to notify Pennsylvania One Call System, Inc., of certain aspects of the demolition. One Call notifies all underground utilities and gas companies of the potential for digging. Pennsylvania law requires that One Call receive advanced markout at least 10 days prior to digging. RR&D advises that they are currently compiling the required data that Pennsylvania One Call has requested to create a detailed ticket. Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corporation Announces Operational Developments

GRAPEVILLE, PA--(Marketwire - August 25, 2009) - Beacon Redevelopment Industrial Corp. (PINKSHEETS: BCND) today announced updated operational developments.

Beacon Pennsylvania Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiary Beacon Energy Corp. changed its Pennsylvania address to 2568 Radebaugh Road, Grapeville, PA 15634. All mail should be sent to the new address. This address has recently been assigned to Beacon by the United States Post Office and facilities are now in place to receive all mail. The Company hopes to establish an office on location in the next month.

Beacon's President, Rick Blackburn, is scheduled to arrive once again in Pennsylvania in early September to finalize all arrangements with Ameri-Source Services LLC regarding the demolition of the Grapeville project and how it will be completed. Shortly after the visit, the notification to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection will be made.

In addition, an application under the Uniform Construction Code will be submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Labor for a demolition permit. (The delay in submitting the demolition permit to the Department of Labor is the required drawing of the facility on a 1 foot to 1/8 inch scale).

Beacon also began negotiations with Cribbs & Associates to perform certain ground testing at the facility. The Company does not believe ground contamination will affect the demolition, but it could affect future plans for building on the site.

At the direction of Mr. Blackburn, Beacon has revised its short term plans for the West Virginia acreage. A business proposal is being prepared and will be released to the public in mid-September regarding those properties.
