DynaVox Inc. offers its speech generating devices to speech language pathologists; and special education software to special education teachers and speech language pathologists. The company was founded in 1983 and is headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Zwecks Delisting:

Die Aktie wird wenn sie am 1. April 2013 nicht über $1.00 steht vom NASDAQ Global Select Market zum NASDAQ Capital Market transferiert. Das Delisting bezüglich der Marktkapitalisierung mit dem Datum 6. Mai, wird dadurch relativiert. Am NASDAQ Capital Market ist die Marktkapitalisierung nicht von Belang und die Frist von 180 Tagen zwecks des Delistings der $1.00 Regel wird nach ca. 4 Wochen erneut verhängt.

Delisting Gefahr also erst im Oktober 2013.

T. ROWE PRICE ASSOCIATES, INC. hat in den letzten Monaten ihre kompletten Aktien verkauft. Einmal über 2 Millionen bei $1.20 bis $1.40 und einmal fast 3 Millionen zwischen $0.40 und $0.50. Den neuen Besitzer kenne ich nicht, nur sitzt der gerade auf hohen Buchverlusten. Ich gehe davon aus das es bald einen gewaltigen Run geben wird, da der neue Besitzer bestimmt seine Anteile vergolden möchte. Ansonsten hätte er sich bestimmt nicht auf so einen Deal eingelassen.
