Ok, herzlichen Dank für deine Einschätzung. Das mit der Cease Trade Order (CTO) hatte ich auch gesehen und übersetzen lassen und war mir dann nicht ganz sicher, ob nur TH oder Aussetzung auf unbestimmte Zeit. Den Zusammenhang mit dem JA hatte ich vollständig überlesen/ vergessen.

Tantalex ist eine meiner Depotleichen, die ich eigentlich gern los werden wollte. Wenn es mit AVZ wirklich mal los gehen sollte und die Fusion mit Cobalt funzt, könnten sich hier vielleicht doch noch anständige Ausstiegskurse ergeben und man müsste sich nicht nur um Steuerausgleichspositionen kümmern

Wenn die bei AVZ starten, ist TTX automatisch dabei und ein Investor nimmt beide als Paket.

Das ist solch eine große Nummer, das dies aber noch dauert und langsam verhandelt werden muss, bis AVZ startet....

Tantalex confirms that it intends to satisfy the provisions of section 4.4 of NP 12-203 and issue bi-weekly default status reports for so long as it remains in default of the financial
statement filing requirement. Such report will disclose any material changes to the information in this release; all actions taken by the Corporation to remedy the default;
particulars of any failure by the Corporation to fulfill these provisions; any subsequent defaults of the Corporation requiring a default announcement; and any other material
information concerning the affairs of the Corporation not previously disclosed. The Corporation is not subject to any insolvency proceedings nor is there in other material
information concerning the affairs of the Issuer that has not been generally disclosed. Furthermore, the Company’s directors, officers and other insiders will be subject to a

Ich hoffe auf baldige relevante News zu den nächsten Schritten.....
z.B. wurde in der aktuellen Präsentation ein NI-Bericht zu Q2 angekündigt, dieser ist wiederum ausschlaggebend für die Fusion mit International Cobalt corp
