Prosper Gold Enters into Royalty Purchase Agreement

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Nov. 28, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Prosper Gold Corp. ("Prosper" or the "Company") (TSXV:PGX) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a definitive royalty purchase agreement (the “Purchase Agreement”) with Perry English, pursuant to which Prosper has agreed to purchase 100% of Mr. English’s right, title and interest in a 2% net smelter return royalty (the “Royalty”) on Prosper’s Skinner Gold Property located in the Province of Ontario (the “Transaction”). On closing of the Transaction, subject to the prior approval of the TSX-Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”), Prosper will issue to Mr. English 160,000 common shares in the capital of Prosper (the “Consideration Shares”) as consideration for the sale and transfer of the Royalty.

Ich erwarte im Zuge von KI-Bewertung und Digitalisierung eine zunehmende Handelbarkeit von Royalties. Die werden quasi eine NFT-Kryptowährung....

kann ich verstehen 😀. Globex nicht vergessen, sie sind Großaktionär bei ELEC, aber das weißt Du. Bei meiner nächsten Mail an Jack Stoch werde ich ihn bearbeiten die Zus.arbeit mit ELEC zu intensivieren. Es kamen ja Vorschläge im.Forum. Vielleicht wäre es eine Idee, eine Arbeitsteilung zu gestalten. Wobei 🤔 erstmal eine engere Zus.arbeit würde genügen.

Immediate Cash Flow: The addition of the producing La Encantada gold royalty will provide immediate cash flow to Metalla.

Near Term Development: The portfolio adds four near term silver development royalties, most of which are fully permitted, have existing infrastructure and mine development for a lower capex and faster timeline to restart production.

Highly Prospective Properties: The combined land package covers more than 175,000 hectares across some of the most prolific silver camps in Mexico.

Accretive Growth and Increased Size and Scale: The addition of eight royalties from First Majestic will expand Metalla's portfolio to 79 royalties and streams, increase cash flow, and significantly enhance Metalla's industry leading development pipeline.

Counterparty Diversification: Counterparties include First Majestic, Sierra Madre Gold and Silver Ltd. ("Sierra Madre"), GR Silver Mining Ltd. ("GR Silver") and Silver Dollar Resources Inc. ("Silver Dollar").

Substantial Leverage to Silver: The royalty portfolio is predominantly silver and will add approximately 1.7Moz of attributable silver in the measured and indicated categories, and 5.2Moz of attributable silver in the inferred category to Metalla9.
