C-Cube Microsystems (Nasdaq: CUBE) has extended its license and distribution agreement with Spatializer through
July 1, 2004.

Under the new agreement, C-Cube OEM customers will now pay royalty fees directly to Spatializer for use of its audio

competitiveness in the DVD decoder market.
