hat gestern bekanntgegeben, dass Dr.Gilbert F.Amelio, ehemaliger Vorstandsprecher der Apple Computer Inc., zusammen mit seinem Management-Team der Beneventure Capital, LLC, einen Beratungsvertrag mit ADVC geschlossen hat.
Dieser Vertrag sieht nicht lediglich die Beratung des Unternehmens vor, sondern implementiert die Übernahme der CEO-Jobs durch Amelio. Dies wiederum bedeutet, dass ADVC künftig unter der Leitung eines der rennomiertesten Managerteams im Bereich High Tech stehen wird und damit die Basis geschaffen wurde, das Potential dieses Unternehmens und ihrer Innovation optimal zu entwickeln.

Welche Folgerungen und Auswirkungen ergeben sich durch das Engagement Amelios:

1. Das Produkt „spectrucell“ ist trotz noch nicht offiziell bestätigter Aussagen Dritter real und marktreif. Dr.Gilbert F.Amelio würde sicher nicht seine einwandfreie Reputation aufs Spiel setzen, um eine Gaunerbande zu unterstützen.

2. Das Hauptübel, der bisherige CEO, Roger May, ist faktisch entmündigt worden. Dieser glänzte in der Vergangenheit stets durch kontraproduktive Vorwegnahmen künftiger Ereignisse und Publikationen, die entweder verspätet oder nie eintrafen. Seine Glaubwürdigkeit war dadurch stark beschädigt und damit das Vertrauen in die vielversprechende Zukunft der Firma zerstört. Desweiteren disqualifizierte er sich durch seine Auftritte im rb-board, wo es fast schon ein Sport war, ihn zu provozieren und sich anschließend über seine teils beleidigten Reaktionen lustig zu machen. Die oft gestellte Frage, ob dieser CEO die Kompetenz hat, das Potential einer genialen Erfindung profitabel global vermarkten zu können, ist nun nicht mehr relevant.

3. Der neue CEO, Dr.Gilbert F.Amelio, wird durch seine unbestrittene Kompetenz und Erfahrung dafür sorgen, dass ADVC zu einem Weltunternehmen aufsteigt. Zusammen mit seinem Management-Team wird er die geniale Erfindung des „spectrucell“ global vermarkten.

4. Nachdem der Kurs gestern bereits von USD 0,61 auf USD 0,91 (+ 50 %) bei einem Volumen von über 2 Millionen gehandelter Aktien gestiegen ist, erwarte ich für die nächsten Tage einen weiteren Anstieg.
Insbesondere die Erwartung der nun noch ausstehenden offiziellen Mitteilung über die bestätigte Funktionstüchtigkeit von „spectrucell“ wird den Kurs weiter beflügeln.
Kursprognosen sind zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt kaum an Fakten festzumachen, es ist allerdings damit zu rechnen, dass bei Mitteilung über die erfolgreiche Drittprüfung der Kurs in der Form explodieren wird, dass es unerheblich ist, ob man zu 1,00 USD oder zu 2,00 oder 3,00 USD einsteigt.

Hab gar nicht gesehen, daß die in Berlin gelistet sind. Da hätt ich ja gar nicht drüben kaufen müssen.

ADVC hat ein einmaliges Produkt das einen sehr großen Markt bedienen könnte. Errinern mich stark an CISCO und haben wirklich die Möglichkeit ein Multimilliardenkonzern zu werden.

Bei gerademal 80 Mill. MK sind viele, viele 1000 % möglich!

Wenn man bedenkt daß Infospace in der Spitze mit über 20 Milliarden bewertet war bei nicht mal 200 Mill. Umsatz. Dann wären das bei ADVC 30.000 % Kurssteigerung vom jeztigen Niveau aus. Wobei die Story von ADVC um ein Vielfaches besser ist.

Wenns heut nicht zu teuer wird in NY werde ich mal ne Miniposition riskieren.
Vor mir liegt seit Wochen ein Zettel mit dem Namen ADVC drauf, jeden Tag hab ich den da gesehen, hatte ende letzten Jahres hier zufällig einen Thread darüber gelesen und das hat sich sehr interessant angehört, aber nie Kleingeld übrig, bzw. Mut zu investieren.
Ich denke mit der Meldung von gestern sollte das Risiko etwas minimiert sein und die Chancen sollten sich noch erhöht haben, aber bitte kien 50% heute in NY!

Gib bei Finanztreff mal WKN:922639 ein. Du bekommst den Kurs von "ACRODYNE COMMCTNS"...dabei handelt es sich um den dt. Kurs von ADVC....keine Ahnung, warum der Name u. die WKN anders ist. Es handelt sich aber definitiv um den ADVC-Kurs in Berlin (ist das gleiche Kürzel: ad5)

In der Tat - ein sehr guter Einstand von Amelio.

Er nutzt seine weltweiten Verknüpfungen, um Strukturen für schnelles, globales Wachstum zu schaffen.

Dies bedeutet m.E., dass die Veröffentlichung der bestätigten Funktionstüchtigkeit von "spectrucell" nur noch eine Frage kurzer Zeit sein kann.

Bin heute mit einem Teil meines Spielgelds zu 0,94 $ rein.
Die News der letzten Tage haben mich doch sehr überrascht.
Eigentlich hatte ich ADVC immer für einen Spinnerwert
gehalten, sorry , aber wie gesagt, die News der letzten
Tage waren doch wirklich interessant.Gut, solange die
Verträge noch nicht fix und fertig sind, bleibe ich noch
etwas skeptisch, aber die Glaubwürdigkeit der Firma hat
in meinen Augen nun doch stark dazu gewonnen. Amelio ist
kein kleines Licht, und daß er seine Firma an ADVC verkauft,
ist schon mehr als interessant. Mal schauen, wie viele Aktien
Amelio am Ende von ADVC erhält.( Mehr als 50% ? ).

Also, zwar noch etwas skeptisch, aber in den Zug eingestiegen.
Schau` mer mal, dann seh` ma scho.

Die heutige News besagt, daß ADVC (ACT US) die Venture Capital Firma Beneventure Capital, zu 100% übernehmen wird, im Tausch gegen ADVC Aktien. Beneventure Capital gehört derzeit Dr. Gilbert Amelio, ehemaliger CEO von Apple und künftiger CEO von ADVC.

Der Wert der Firma muß noch von unabhängiger Seite ermittelt werden.

Beneventure finanziert startup-Firmen im Bereich Kommunikation, Halbleitertechnik und Internet mit jeweils 3-5mill$. Derzeit sind sie in 11 Firmen investiert.

Die Techniken dieser Firmen passen sehr gut zu ADVC`s Spectrucell, es werden große Synergien erwartet.
Außerdem haben diese Firmen bereits sehr gute Kontakte zu den großen in der Branche.

Nature Of Failure: Turnaround artist failed to turn around Macintosh declining market share - although he gets credit for engineering Apple`s acquisition of Next Software Inc. and bringing back to Cupertino, Calif., Apple co-founder Steve Jobs, who reportedly - and ironically - helped engineer his ouster. What`s next? Rumors of political aspirations.

He was supposed to be the great turnaround artist, but Gilbert Amelio was vilified by the Macintosh community after only 17 months on the job for his inability to help the Apple Computer Inc. salvage its eroding market share. It didn`t help that, under his tenure, the company posted more than $1.6 billion in losses.

As president and chief executive of National Semicon-ductor Corp. from 1991 until taking over Apple in February 1996, the 53-year-old executive took credit - in a book he wrote about his tenure at the chip maker - for the company`s recovery from a decade-long slump. But reports of his skill may have been greatly exaggerated. Charles Sporck, National Semiconductor founder, was quoted as saying he regretted hiring Amelio, while board member Gary Arnold said Amelio`s main contribution to the company had been hiring consultants and "making speeches."

Despite the precarious financial and market position he left Apple in, Amelio defended his efforts to reshape the computer company in an interview with the [ital]Wall Street Journal[end] days after his ouster.

"I did a long list of things that saved the company and gave it the option of having a future. I was the emergency room specialist who rescued the patient," said Amelio, who holds a Ph.D. in physics. "Now it is time for the general practitioner to come in and exercise long-term care."
