Hallo..muss mich kurz outen : Bin neu hier.
      1. Ist der Handel nun komplett eingestellt
      2. Geht der Handel in US weiter?

      SolarBrook Announces Sales Shift

RALEIGH, N.C., Apr 9, 2009 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- SolarBrook Water and Power Corporation (Pink Sheets:SLRW), a developer, manufacturer and marketer of water quality and clean power products, today announced a sales shift into the residential electric solar systems.

SolarBrook is meeting with several large land developers in the Southeastern U.S. with proposals to provide packages including solar power systems for new energy efficient homes, and the addition of an optional electric car.

The marketing of green energy under the new government incentives will enhance the demand for solar energy, and the tax credits will shorten the return on investment. This push into solar energy fits well in the goal of SolarBrook to improve the environment through green energy through solar and steam assisted technologies as well as water and wastewater treatment.

Solarbrook Discusses Solar Assisted Steam Generation Technology

RALEIGH, NC, Apr 15, 2009 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Solarbrook Water and Power Corporation (PINKSHEETS: SLRW), a developer, manufacturer and marketer of water quality and clean power products, discusses its newest acquisition.

Power production challenges today are numerous. Major problems include unstable fossil fuel markets, coupled with dwindling supplies, as well as concern for emissions. Demands are greater to find solutions for cleaner, cost efficient, reliable energy. Alternative fuels are costly to produce and still need to be burned in order to release energy, continuing to contribute to air pollution.

Clean Power Solutions, Inc. (CPSI), a division of Solarbrook Water and Power Corporation, has developed new technologies for providing power generation through innovative steam production and efficient use thereof. This system utilizes micromanagement of supply and demand controls to regulate power production on an as needed basis. New battery technology is used to provide starting power and peak demand offsets.

The proprietary Add-o-mizer technology entrains ambient air into water, providing an air rich mixture of water into our high efficiency steam producing intake manifold. Steam exits the manifold into a Rotary Steam Engine which in turn powers dual generators.

The primary generator is used to provide power based on demand. The secondary generator is used to power the steam production unit and charge batteries after initial battery start up. Solar and/or wind provide supplemental battery charging. Heat exchangers in the exhaust stream can provide hot water and HVAC heat as well as provide condensation for recirculation.

The benefits of the recycled steam system include the ability to provide clean power without fossil fuels, thereby eliminating emissions. This system is scalable to provide off grid as well as grid supply.

Solarbrook Water and Power Corporation Sales Program Update

RALEIGH, NC, Aug 04, 2009 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- (OTC: SLRW) Solarbrook Water and Power Corporation provides updates on ongoing meetings between the company and data network designers.

Issues related to redundant utilities, the ability of the Power Grid to meet the upcoming network needs, and the process of water conservation has been the main topics of concern. To address these problems Solarbrook has opened discussions with BlueLine Power and the Data Network designers in an effort to provide green alternatives to the energy needs of the new networks now being designed to replace the many smaller network systems across the US. Industry is steadily moving to "off grid" operations as an effort to protect the data in the event of any power shortage and reducing operation cost. This green effort will in the future not only allow energy independence from the grid, but also environmental friendly ways to address their futures energy needs, and reduce the future carbon based tax now being considered in congress. Solarbrook hopes to aid in this green movement while addressing the water conservation needs with advanced process treatments involving Biotek Environmental Limited's proprietary liquid ozone technology and Solarbrook High efficiency transfer and filtration systems.

Solarbrook Water and Power Announces Sub-distributorship signed for use of Biotek Ozone Systems

RALEIGH, NC, Aug 12, 2009 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Solarbrook Water and Power Corporation (OTC: SLRW) announced the signing of a distribution agreement granting the company a non exclusive distributorship for Biotek Ozone equipment in the United States. Solarbrook will market the new electrolytic ozone Generators for use in cooling tower water treatment, waste water treatment, color removal systems as well as potable water systems. Solarbrook Water and Power Corporation Update on Ozone studies.

RALEIGH, NC, Oct 14, 2009 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Solarbrook Water and Power Corporation (OTC: SLRW) announces that it is in discussions with several organizations related to ozone treatment of cooling towers. We are in the planning phase to run one study on an industrial tower to document the effectiveness of the Biotek Ozone, and Solarbrook delivery system against both chemical treatment and traditional ozone systems.

As reported by the Department of Energy, "A small amount of ozone acts as a powerful biocide that decreases or nearly eliminates the need to remove quantities of water from the cooling tower in order to decrease the concentration of organic and mineral solids in the system. Ozone treatment can also reduce the need for chemical additives added to the cooling tower water." The Solarbrook ozone delivery system will address these issues as well as the safety and efficiency issues related to ozone use. The studies on the Biotek system will test cooling tower water for buildup of bacteria, algae, Legionella pneumophila, fungi, and viruses. Studies published by the Department of Energy list savings of up to 200 percent on control studies. Typical systems in their study cost between $25,000 and $70,000 and ROI of less than a year. We hope to show the Solarbrook system will be better priced, with equal or better treatment.

The DOE report can be found at http://www.p2pays.org/ref/19/18055.htm

George Moore CEO of Solarbrook Water and Power Corporation stated:

"The series of cooling water studies will allow Solarbrook to quantify the savings and safety benefits of the new BioTek Ozone system, and the delivery system. We feel the combination will produce environmental friendly and cost effective system with a better cost to the market."

Solarbrook Announces the Purchase of Technology for Removal of Hormones in Water

CARY, NC, Jan 07, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Solarbrook Water and Power Corporation (PINKSHEETS: SLRW) announces that it had recently purchased from Clean Water Scientific, Inc. technology for the removal of hormones in water.

The technology acquired includes the residential AquaClens unit, which is designed to reduce or eliminate waterborne hormones, bacteria, viruses and numerous other contaminants, and is protected under a provisional patent application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The process uses an efficient ozone process for eliminating EDCs (Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals), as well as waterborne hormones and other compounds of emerging concern.

This purchase gives Solarbrook the ability to market to residential customers wanting whole house water treatment. The market potential for this technology in the United States includes 80,000,000 homes as well as many applications in 3rd world countries. Solarbrook will start an aggressive sales program for the AquaClens Unit in the 1st Quarter of 2010 which will stress the health benefits from using a whole house system, as well as the "Green" benefit of doing away with bottled water needs.

The AquaClens unit will address unintended human ingestion of hormones in drinking water has been implicated in early onset of puberty, reproductive diseases in women, and deterioration in human male fertility. Studies on EDC effects on human physiology are intense and ongoing. In the United States many laws include EDCs and hormones, such as the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, the Clean Water Act, the Safe Drinking Water Act, the Clean Air Act, and the Toxic Substances Control Act.

"The addition of this new technology has enabled CWSI to develop a system for whole house treatment. We see it as a new and exciting advance in providing drug free pure drinking water to the individual home owner at a reasonable cost. In future presses we will discuss the advanced home water treatment system and our future marketing plans," said George Moore, CEO of Solarbrook

Solarbrook Water and Power Corporation Receives Patent on Aquaculture Process

CARY, NC, Jan 14, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Solarbrook Water and Power Corporation (PINKSHEETS: SLRW) announces that its Clean Water Scientific Inc. division was issued a patent (Pat. # 7631615) with the "U.S. Patent and Trademark Office" for what it calls a "landmark oxygenation process for the fish farming and aquaculture markets." The method utilizes superfine bubbles of oxygen to increase and then maintain Dissolved Oxygen (DO) content in water for fish farming.

In recent years, fish farming has turned to high density farming practices using ponds, tanks, or large cages constructed of a rigid frame and covered by netting. The higher concentration of fish results in higher oxygen demands, which the Solarbrook system can provide. This new patent will allow us to move into this aquaculture oxygenation market. Today fish farming is a 70 billion dollar market worldwide and with demand increasing for seafood we project the market will continue to grow. The aeration efficiency of the new Solarbrook system in field trials shorten harvest cycles by one month which relates to better feed conversion, and less stressed fish. This technology will blend with Solarbrook's solar capabilities and products to provide power for off grid locations.

According to George Moore, CEO of Solarbrook, "The advances made in oxygen delivery systems made by CWSI have been tested in the field, and a 'Sea Grant' application has been applied for to allow NC State University to oversee the abilities of the system. We feel sure this will improve not only oxygen levels, but also the food conversion rates and cycle time needed to bring fish to market size."

The Solarbrook's (PINKSHEETS: SLRW) Board of Directors held a meeting in June 2010, and after discussions with consultants voted to begin a stock buy-back program commencing immediately.

The effort has resulted in the purchase of 30,000,000 shares of common stock, which will be returned to the corporate treasury by the end of this week. This action is designed to add value to the stock holders while reducing the number of outstanding shares to approximately 475,000,000.

Additionally, Solarbrook is negotiating on buying additional common stock from several other corporate owners over the next month with a goal of retiring a minimum of 100,000,000 shares or at least 20% of the total outstanding common stock.

Solarbrook's president George Moore stated "Our goal is to bring the total outstanding shares to fewer than 400,000,000 in an effort give better value to our share holders. Aside from this very important share structure change we have initiated, we have been busy focusing on several other projects that we feel will improve Solarbrook's value. Company updates on these initiatives will be announced over the upcoming weeks."

Solarbrook Water and Power Corporation Provides an Update on Continued Expansion and Increase in Sales

CARY, NC--(Marketwire - August 5, 2010) - Solarbrook Water and Power Corporation (PINKSHEETS: SLRW) would like to provide an update on its recent expansion and sales growth.

Over the past 90 days Solarbrook's sales force has written 49 proposals for the Plus Odor Control system. To date, four of those proposals have resulted in systems which are currently in either the construction or the planning phase, and several others are involved in ongoing discussions with the company over how Solarbrook's products can provide solutions for their issues ranging from odor, discharge DO levels, infrastructure protection and color removal.

The company expects these discussions will lead to many more orders. With the current proposal requests and sales ratio the company is experiencing, Solarbrook anticipates that its HydroFlo Water Treatment division will exceed its sales and revenue objectives for the year. The units being proposed are typically marketed to developers and municipalities and range in size from 50 to 500 GPM systems.

In addition to developers and municipalities, the company's marketing team is also targeting large engineering companies for product demonstrations in order to provide solutions to solving issues of odor often experienced during the design phase of their projects. Frequently during these demonstrations, Solarbrook has been able to identify other non odor related problematic issues being experienced on site by engineering companies such as infrastructure protection and anaerobic shock issues in the aeration basins.

Another area being targeted by Solarbrook is the DAF market. Solarbrook's HydroFlo saturator provides a better alternative to traditional cavitation pumps and has a longer life expectancy, giving the consumer a much more rapid return on their investment.

George Moore, CEO of Solarbrook Water and Power Corporation, stated, "We are very pleased with the current level of success we are experiencing. In spite of the recent recession we have been able to make great strides towards moving our company forward." Mr. Moore continued, "Our sales force is driving Solarbrook into new distribution outlets and has provided us with the opportunity to demonstrate the full range of our products capabilities. We couldn't be more pleased with our success in what is otherwise still a depressed market."

Solarbrook Water & Power Corporation Monthly Update by George Moore

CARY, NC, Aug 12, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Over the last month Solarbrook (PINKSHEETS: SLRW) has reduced its outstanding shares by 97,032,000 shares. This in addition to the continued advances in our sales program has resulted in new interest in our company and products. We have continued to issue proposals in the Mid Atlantic region and this week talked with industrial contacts in the Gulf Coast refinery areas related to wastewater treatment. The Chinese distributors are moving ahead with their system certification, and we are working on installations of wastewater treatment systems in Wake County, NC, and Aqua Culture systems in Eastern NC.

Market size for the wastewater municipals market was studied this month and with a total estimated market in the US based on 171,400 lift stations, with 30% having odor control issues resulting in a total value of $46,278,000,000. This number is based on the average cost of the Plus system ranging up to $90,000. If Solarbrook writes proposals on just half of one percent (.05%) it would be entering a marker valued at $231,000,000. It is a lofty goal, but one our market staff has in its sights.

The Aqua culture market is expanding and the need for better methods or aeration and alga control. Solarbrook sees a fit for their patented aeration technology in this $70,000,000,000 Aquaculture market. We now have systems installed on Aquaculture farms in the Eastern US, and are doing ozone studies to confirm data on alga control. This will open up new markets on a worldwide basis for the company.

Solarbrook's Board of Directors held two meetings in July 2010, and after discussions with the majority stock holders voted to proceed with a buy-back from several of our larger Corporate stock holders. This reduction of outstanding shares was recommended by our management consultants, and after negations enabled us to reduce the share count by 97,032,000 shares. We continue to work with other large share holders in an effort to further reduce the outstanding share numbers.

Solarbrook additionally became fully reporting on the Pink sheets and is continuing the process of moving back to the OTCBB.

Quote from George Moore: "Solarbrook has made headway in regaining the growth momentum we had prior to the recession. We are experiencing greater interest in our products, closing numerous proposals, and have expanded our sales program into the industrial sector in the last two months. The movement on the Pink Sheets has resulted in greater visibility of the company, and is in step with our goal to move to the OTCBB in the near future. We additionally have worked to reduce the outstanding shares to increase value to our share holders. Our goal is to continue this process in our core business."
