mir wurde dieser Stock nahegelegt, und so bin ich zunächst mit einer kleinen Position dabei.

Nova Uranium Corporation is pleased to announce that it has completed its initial public offering in which gross proceeds of $3,450,000 were raised. The offering was made under the Company`s prospectus dated September 19, 2005 which is available on the SEDAR website (www.sedar.com). The Company also reports that the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted the Company`s listing application. Trading in the Company`s common shares will commence at the opening on October 26, 2005 under the symbol NUC.

Nova`s Mont-Laurier property consists of a single contiguous block of 309 map-staked claims (18,170.4 ha) located approximately 200 km northwest of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Nova owns 100% in 264 claims and has the right to earn a 100% in the remaining 45 claims. The property contains a total of at least 21 surface uranium showings in 6 separate groups. Shares outstanding total 16,088,350 common shares of which 5,000,000 are to be held in escrow following the completion of the offering, 10% of which will be available for trading on the listing date. The board of directors and officers consists of Donald G. Die Company hat nun ca. CAD 3,5 Mio an cash für die ersten Bohrungen. 16 Mio. shares sind drausen, davon liegen 5 Mio. auf einem Sperrkonto. Also alles eine sehr überschaubare Größe. Über das Explorationsgebiet kann ich noch nicht viel sagen und würde mich freuen, wenn jemand dazu eine Meinung hat.

Fieldwork Underway at Mont Laurier Uranium Property

NR 2005-2

Nova Uranium Corporation has begun fieldwork on its Mont Laurier, Quebec uranium property. Field crews are currently mapping and sampling the priority Nova showing, one of 21 known uranium showings on Nova`s extensive property comprising 18,170.4 ha (44,898.4 acres). To date over 50 rock samples have been taken, on completion of the sampling all samples will be sent for assay.

Widespread exploration activity in the area, during the late 60`s and early 70`s, outlined numerous zones of uranium mineralization. At the Nova showing extensive drilling coupled with bulk sampling allowed the estimation of sizable uranium resources (pre NI 43-101 and therefore not compliant).

Numerous surface and near surface rock samples (grab, trench and blast) were collected in the Nova showing area by previous property owners. Uranium oxide analyses for these samples typically range from sub anomalous to a few pounds per ton, although a few very high values have been reported, for example: 13.88 lb/t (0.69%) U3O8, 18.72 lb/t (0.94%) U3O8 and 70.7 lb/t (3.54%) U3O8.

The numerous drill core and rotary air blast samples collected by previous property owners show that uranium oxide mineralization typically ranges from sub anomalous to 2-3 lb/t (0.10 to 0.15%) U3O8 over the length of a drill hole. Shallow surface bulk sampling carried out in 1977 over selected uranium-bearing drill holes showed a marked increase in the uranium concentrations; about two times the values observed in nearby drill holes.

Nova`s target is a straightforward and safely mineable open pit bulk tonnage deposit in an easily accessible, mining friendly jurisdiction in south central Canada.

Der Kurs wird um diesen Level sicher erstmal Unterstützung haben. Jede positive News wird sich sofort auswirken, andersrum natürlich auch. Aber warum macht man ein IPO, wenn man nicht an den Erfolg glaubt

Es ist mindestens 21 Stellen mit Uranhaltigen Gestein bekannt die in 6 Gruppen eingeteilt wurden:

- Nova
- Tom Dick
- Mekoos
- JRB-4
- Lac Beaudoin
- Seneca

Die aussichtsreichte Zone dürfte wohl "Nova" sein. Hier wurden durch den Vorbesitzer Bohrungen durchgeführt, die eine Resourcenschätzung von 77 Millionen Pfund Uran ergaben (allerdings nicht konform zum heutigen NI 43-101 Standard).

Ziel der Firma ist es diese Gebiete weiter zu untersuchen und den Urangehalt nach NI 43-101 neu zu definieren.

Anschliessend ist der Bau einer Produktionsanlage geplant.
Das Uran kann im Tagebau gewonnen werden!

Nimmt man nur die historischen Reserven von 77 Mio. Pfund als vorhanden an, ist die Firma momentan mit CAD$0,24 pro Pfund bewertet. Ein Pfund Uran liegt aktuell bei US$35,25

Es besteht also noch jede Menge Potential.

Nova Uranium (TSX VENTURE:NUC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Michael Moore P. Geo. as Vice President of Exploration effective immediately. Mr. Moore has consulted for major and junior mineral exploration companies for more than 17 years, in Canada and internationally. Mr. Moore will be responsible for work on Nova`s readily accessible Mont Laurier Uranium project.

Initially Mr. Moore will focus on the upcoming drilling of the Nova "A" and "B" showings. Historical estimates for the Nova "A" zone by Bomet Mines in 1979, based on core and rotary air blast drilling together with shallow bulk sampling, estimate that it contains 77 million pounds of U3O8 in 32.36 million tons of material grading 2.4 lb/ton (0.12%) U3O8(1). No historical resource calculations are available for the Nova "B" zone.

Nova has received preliminary results of the recently completed ground scintillometer survey carried out over much of the Nova "A" and "B" zones. The survey has successfully confirmed the location and intensity of surface radioactivity reported in historical documents. These results will play a key role in selecting drill hole locations.

Currently, Nova is arranging the necessary land-use permits and preparing tender documents for the diamond drill companies who have indicated interest in bidding on Nova`s Phase One drill program. This, initial diamond drill program is anticipated to commence in early February and will include 20 to 30 shallow, vertical holes (up to 100 metres deep) focusing on the Nova "A" and "B" zones.

Nova`s target is a straightforward and safely mineable open pit bulk tonnage deposit with good access and infrastructure in the mining friendly regulatory environment of south central Quebec, Canada.

Nova Awards Drill Contract

Nova Receives Land Use Permit and Expands Property

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Feb. 22, 2006) - Nova Uranium (TSX VENTURE:NUC - News) is pleased to announce that it has received the required land use permit to initiate Phase One of its planned drill program on the Nova "A" and "B" zones at it`s Mount Laurier Uranium Property.

Access roads are currently being cleared for Benoit Diamond Drilling`s mobilization onto the property. The Phase One drill program, a planned 30 shallow (up to 100 metres deep) vertical large diameter core drillholes on the Nova "A" and "B" zones, will commence prior to month end.

Nova has received preliminary results of the property-wide Terraquest airborne radiometric survey which was flown in late October 2005. Combined with the November 2004 Sander Geophysics airborne radiometric survey, most of Nova`s extensive property has now been surveyed. These geophysical surveys have successfully confirmed the location of surface uranium showings reported in historical documents and have also identified a number of new target areas. As a direct result of the recent survey, Nova has staked an additional 80 claims, increasing the size of the Mont Laurier Property from about 180 square kilometres to 228 square kilometres.

In addition to drilling the Nova showing, Nova`s exploration program will involve follow up of the additional known 20 surface uranium showings on the property and investigate airborne radiometric and ground geochemical anomalies.

Nova`s primary target is a straightforward and safely mineable open pit bulk tonnage uranium deposit with good access and infrastructure in the mining friendly regulatory environment of south central Quebec, Canada.
