Es ist nicht das Ei des Columbus! Aber es ist ein Produkt für einen gewaltigen Markt! Lies dir doch die aktuell umgesetzten Stückzahlen bei Handschuhen an (die auch mitgeliefert werden)! Und vor allem, den immer höheren Bedarf!

Heute musst du doch schon fast beim Reifenwechseln Gloves tragen.

Und nun denk mal an die vielen Einsatzkräfte in Notstandsgebieten, Ärzte sowieso (Krankenhäuser und Praxen) , Tote Vögel-Einsammler, Großküchen...

Und jetzt lass mal den ersten Bundesstaat die Maschinen für seine 324 Krankenhäuser bestellen...

Willst du mal nachrechnen, was das für ein Auftrag sein könnte...?

2) Die magere mail von chin kam VOR der Patent-Info - und ist damit irgendwie auch Schnee von gestern. Denn wer hätte gedacht, dass es wenige Tage später die Patent-Meldung gibt?

3) Wir warten nun auf die Früchte, die nach der Patent-Anmeldung und der damit dokumentierten Ernsthaftigkeit der Vermarktungsinteressen demnächst zu ernten sind.

4) Die Unterstellung der Ernsthaftigkeit könnte man anzweifeln, wenn hier zu erkennen wäre, dass damit nur shares verhökert werden sollen. Aber kann davon vor dem Hintergrund des aktuell nichtigen Umsatzen die Rede sein? Ich denke: klares nein.

Resumee: Der Kurs sieht nicht toll aus, ist aber Null und Nichtig, sobald wir hören, wie der Markt der möglichen Abnehmer der GloveBox reagiert. Wer die aktuelle MK mit möglichen Umsätzen vergleicht, kann also meiner Meinung nach entspannt ins Wochenende gehen...

außerdem bin ich nur mit spielgeld dabei.demzufolge muß ich nicht unbedingt raus aus der aktie.
dann kommt noch hinzu das ich zur zeit aktien suche die patente oder gute storys bieten die aber noch sehr weit unten notieren um ein klein wenig zu investieren um zu sehen was draus wird.und hier hab ich was.ne einfache medizinische handschuhbox.nicht der Hammer aber immerhin was.einfach und simpel.was draus wird werden wir ja sehen.
kennst du noch ein ähnliches unternehmen?

Leider bin ich selbst während des letzten Hypes ziemlich hoch eingestiegen und halte diese Stücke bis jetzt in fettem Minus, was mich weniger kratzt, da die Anlagesumme sehr moderat ist. Ich bin wegen der neuesten Patent-Meldung nun sehr optimistisch, was den längerfristigen Kursverlauf betrifft, und habe keine Eile mit dem Ausstieg.
Hier ist noch ein Tipp, aber der Kurs ist Dir möglicherweise schon zu hoch.
WKN: 910549 (Homeland security) - eine Branche, die zunehmend boomt, besonders in Amerika.

Vor diesem Grund ist die Kursfeststellung mit mageren 6 Mio. Stück (also einem verschwindend geringen Anteil des Freefloats) und der daraus resultierende SK für mich irrelevant. Mich interessieren hier sozusagen nur die großen Balken.
Und der Kurs? Im Moment auch egal: Ich bin halt etwas zu früh rein und muss nun Geduld haben. Dafür habe ich schon welche im Depot, wenn es wieder einen Satz nach oben macht.

Und die großen weißen Balken werden kommen. Es könnten natürlich auch rote sein. Mit dem Patent warte ICH aber auf die weißen.

Bleibt mir ja auch gar nichts anderes übrig: Ich werde meine Stücke momentan sowieso nicht los.

Toxic (Death Spiral) Convertibles

In many ways, the issuance of toxic convertibles are a legal method to transfer assets from the existing common shareholders into the pockets of the toxic convertibles and, to a smaller degree, the management. The toxic convertible holders get the bulk of the benefit, but don`t be fooled - the issuing company`s management is also a beneficiary. Let`s face it, most of the companies that stoop low enough to issue these death ride convertibles do it because without the quick cash they bring in the Company would be forced to go out of business. In almost every case, the small amount of cash they receive is not enough to rescue the business which is almost always a casualty of bad business decisions our faulty business plan capped off by the terminal decision to issue the death ride convertibles. The small amount of cash and brief window of time afforded by the convertible`s issuance is almost never enough to rescue a company which by all rights is already on life support. In the meantime, management gets to draw what is usually generous salary and benefits for awhile longer and may even bail out of their own share positions before the ship sinks entirely.

So what does all this mean? The answer is simple - selling toxic convertibles is NOT in any way good for shareholders or creditors. In essence, it is like putting a dying company on temporary life support and making shareholders pay for it, usually without their knowledge or consent. If you are management of a Company and you are stupid enough - yes, STUPID - to sell a toxic convertible, you should be striped naked and paraded up and down the streets with a sign around you neck that says "I stole all my shareholders`s money". And, if you think you aren`t stupid but you sell a toxic convertible anyway, then you are GREEDY. Yes, greedy. The only explanation (if not stupidity) is that you wanted to milk the company for a little more money, either in salary, or benefits or personal stock sales, all the while you are selling your shareholders down the river to the toxic convertible buyers who are shorting your stock into oblivion.

The glove box was owned at one time by
American fire Retardant....ticker symbol was AFRD, AFRN, AFRR, AFRT & finally Global Marine Services...they tried selling fire retardant paint to bedding manufacturers....that was a flop as well

They sold the glove box to PTS because it was going nowhere....tried to sell it to restaurants..doctor offices etc.....never forget that big push....lol
At this point they bellied up after several name changes...much dillution....prior to name change there was a R/S

This agency agreement allows GLCS to receive monthly residual income for customers when GLCS is not the Card Issuer. The first GLCS customer will commence activation of over 100,000 cards with Symmetrex beginning in February, 2005, and the Company expects to begin receiving monthly income in March, 2005. Symmetrex, an issuing processor, will handle all financial transactions for GLCS debit cards that relate to ATM transactions, Point of Sale purchases and money loading. GLCS recently signed a transaction processing agreement with Symmetrex that allows GLCS to issue its own branded and un-branded debit cards under its FastMax(TM) name.

Habe vor den Risiken bereits gewarnt (OTCBB-Wert, dort wird gerne die Stückzahlanzahl und somit die MK verwässert (ist nen normaler Vorgang dort, sollte aber in einem erträglichen Maße passieren, sonst RS-Gefahr!
Schätze PTSH im Moment so ein, dass keine RS-Gefahr besteht, aber kann sich ändern, falls wie gesagt übertrieben diluted werden sollte, für uns gilt es jetzt, genau dieses zu beobachten, nämlich in welchem Ausmaß hier weiter Aktien auf den Markt geworfen werden oder eben auch nicht!

Für mich stehen jedenfalls die Chancen hier überproportional höher als die Risken (meine Einschätzung), dies muss natürlich jeder für sich entscheiden, wie oft noch, TOM? Du langweilst langsam wirklich!

Ausserdem waren die meisten Meldungen noch nicht im Thread!

PTS Inc. Reports First Six Months 2006 Results; Revenues up 403% Compared to First Six Months 2005
PTS Inc. (OTCBB:PTSH) announced today that total net sales and revenues were $345,698 for the six months ended June 30, 2006. This compares to $68,629 for the prior comparative period, representing a 403% increase. The increased results come from the inclusion of revenue from Disability Access Consultants (DAC), which was acquired in late 2005. During the six months ended June 30, 2006, the company experienced a net loss of $0.01 per share compared to a net loss of $0.43 per share for the same period in 2005.

(OTCBB: PTSH - News), has executed a Letter of Intent agreement with a major international Quick Service Restaurant chain (QSR) to conduct Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance inspections for a significant number of stores. Although confidentiality provisions prohibit the dissemination of the name of the QSR, the Letter of Intent does initiate commitments for inspections for up to several thousands of the QSR's locations.

Ich hab das nie behauptet, dass Merger-Auswirkungen jetzt schon in den Q3-Zahlen sichtbar sind.
Ich glaube aber, dass PTS Inc. an sich erfolgreicher war, als in den vergangenen Quartalen und dass deshalb die Zahlen deutlich besser ausfallen...

PTS ist doch zu 72% an DBAC beteiligt. Power Save hatte 181 Mio O/S vor der Fusion. Durch den neuen Deal ist PTS zu 130 Mio. Shares an DBAC beteiligt. Power Save selber besitzt 51 Mio. O/S.

Ich verstehe das so:
Wenn Power Save z.B. in den letzten 3 Monten 4 Mio. Dollar Umsatz hatte und wenn man die 5,2 Mio Dollar Umsatz von DAC mit berechnet werden dann hat DBAC zusammen im letztem Quartal 9,2 Mio. Dollar Umsatz generiert.

Wenn PTS zu 72% beteiligt ist dann müssten 6,6 Mio. Dollar Umsatz (72%) zu PTS abgeführt werden, also müsste dies auch in der Bilanz von PTS aufgeführt sein.

Die restlichen 28% Beteilung werden in die Bilanz von DBAC abgeführt!!


Liege ich mit meiner Feststellung daneben????

im anderen thread konnte einige user u.a. meine Meinung nicht akzeptieren und wurden daraufhin beleiigend...

Zocker_Nr.1 wäre dort vermutlich genauso übel angemacht worden wie ich...ich hatte als kurzfristiges Kursziel 0,02 genannt

Er hat gesagt, dass der Deal geschlossen ist. Er hat auch gesagt, dass gezahlt wird. Aber er hat meiner Meinung nach nicht explezit gesagt, dass an PTS gezahlt wird. Das ist ein Unterschied. Wenn an DBAC gezahlt wird ist das was anderes, weil Merger doch erst ab 2007 gilt, also auch erst Geld von DBAC an PTS ab 2007 fließt....

Oder sehe ich das falsch????

Bin hier auch investiert, aber es ist ein Unterschied ob an PTS gezahlt wird oder an DBAC.....

Ich hab aus seiner Formulierung "we are gettin paid! geschlossen, dass mit "we" PTS Inc. gemeint ist - aber ob das nun auch so stimmt, wir werden es spätestens in zwei Tagen wissen!!!

Vielleicht auch schon in 20 Minuten???

Was ich halt nicht verstehe ist, warum PTS jetzt schon Geld von DBAC bekommen sollte wenn Merger erst ab 2007 rechtskräftig ist???

Der Deal kam vor dem Merger. Das Geld fließt seid September in die PTS- Kasse!!!

Am 30.08 kam die Nachricht mit dem 5,2 Mio. Deal (http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/060830/20060830005141.html?.v=1) und die Nachricht mit Power Save 14. September (http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/060914/20060914005243.html?.v=1). Die Merger Vereinbarung kam am 26.10.2006.

Von 30.08 bis 26.10. sind 2 Monate vergangen das ist fast ein Quartal und warum soll Power Save davon profitieren wenn erst am 26.10.2006 die Fusion bestätigt worden ist.

Ich gehen davon aus das PTS die kompletten 5,2 Mio. Dollar in der Bilanz haben wird.

Meine Meinung!!
