From January 2005 to July 2006 approximately 3.8 billion total aggregate shares of CYOS have traded for a total dollar value of nearly $148.7 million. The total aggregate number of shares shorted in this time period is approximately 296.3 million shares.

According to July 10th Total Short Interest, there are 6,200 shares that have been shorted, but not yet covered. Genau! Ich fand es völlig normal!

Man sollte halt keine Geizlimits setzen, wenn man unbedingt rein möchte, ansonsten braucht man sich auch nicht zu wundern, wenn man nícht ausgeführt wird!

Am besten ist hier wohl immer so ca. 1,5 Cent über dem Kurs das Limit setzen, wenn man kaufen möchte!

The new site is called www.RedFeltGold.com, a place where partners can make money by simply promoting their high traffic websites.

Affiliates are existing qualified online web operators who wish to join the RedFeltPoker.com Network. Affiliates will receive between 25% and 50% of the Net Customer Loss. CYOP Systems Launches Online Gaming Casino; RedFelt.com to Anchor New Corporate Brands Including Internet Poker
CYOP Systems International Inc. (OTCBB:CYOS), a provider of online casino software and operator of games portals, is pleased to announce that it has completed the integration of its new Casino Software and has launched RedFelt.com as its main gaming destination.

Games include Blackjack, American Roulette, Video Poker, Classic Slots, Craps and 35 other games. These games are offered in fun mode for the time being, while Poker is available now for cash and tournament play.

The Company has now begun the integration of cash play Casino Games at its previously announced licensee, Keno.com (UK); a subsidiary of Gaming Transactions Inc. (GGTS.PK)

The software is offered in an Instant Play/No download Flash version and a standalone Windows application that is the smallest download online.

Regulation SHO took effect January 3, 2005, and provides a new regulatory framework governing short selling of securities. It was designed with the objective of simplifying and modernizing short sale regulation and providing controls where they are most needed. At the conclusion of each settlement day, data is provided on securities in which: 1) there are at least 10,000 shares in aggregate failed deliveries for the security for five consecutive settlement days, and 2) these failures constitute at least 0.5% of the issuer's total shares outstanding. SEC Regulation SHO, under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, mandates that, if a clearing agent has had a fail-to-deliver position for 13 consecutive settlement days, that clearing agent, and the broker/dealer it clears for, must purchase securities to close out its fail to deliver position.

meiner bescheidenen Meinung nach ist das ganze ein riesigea Gepushe, falls unser Englisch uns nicht komplett im Stich lässt...

Wenn wirklich nur diese wenigen Aktien short und offen sind, dann gibt es aus meiner Sicht keinen Grund für steigende Kurse, der nur bedingt ist durch Leerverkäufer die Ihre Positionen covern müssen.
Es kann natürlich andere Gründe für den Kursanstieg geben, die diesen tatsächlich rechtfertigen. Allerdings war der Treiber hier im Thread - zumindest so weit ich es verstanden habe - die Leerverkäufer, die covern müssen.

Ist natürlich nur meine Meinung.

..bis die covern kann es noch xx Monate gehen oder auch weniger, in der Regel haben die Shorter den längeren Schnauf, oder soll man etwa über xx Monate hinweg totes Kapital in einem solchen Zockerwert liegen haben..

Wenn hier Leute mit aufsteigen, die etwas längeren Atem haben, bzw investieren und ihre Aktien vor Shortern schuetzen mit nem hohen Verkaufsauftrag, dann kann eigentlich nicht viel passieren, meiner Meinung nach!

Chinas Markt für Online-Gaming boomt
China holt nicht nur wirtschaftlich immer mehr auf, auch beim Online-Gaming ist das Land mittlerweile auf der Überholspur. Staatlich gefördert und nach strengen Regeln verbringen immer mehr Chinesen ihre Zeit spielend vorm Rechner.

Alleine 2004 gaben rund 22,8 Millionen Chinesen 500 Millionen Dollar für Online-Games aus, und die Zahl soll in den nächsten Jahren weiter rasant steigen, berichtet die BCC anlässlich einer Konferenz der Spieleindustrie diese Woche in London.

Von den 1,3 Milliarden Chinesen leben 500 Millionen in großen Städten, wo es über Internet-Cafes leichten und billigen Zugang zu Online-Spielen gibt.

In den großen Cafes in Peking stehen mehrere hundert Rechner zur Verfügung, so Sunray Zhaohui Liu, Präsident der chinesischen Consulting-Firma New Synergy. Der Markt für Online-Gaming steige in Asien rasant, so Zhaohui Liu.

Dafür sorgt auch die chinesische Regierung, die nach Jahren des Misstrauens die Entwicklung von Online-Games fördert.

Bis zu 250 Mio. Dollar sollen dafür eingesetzt werden, damit die Chinesen vor allem hausgemachte Games spielen. Allerdings sollen bei einer zweitägigen Konferenz im September in Peking auch verstärkt ausländische Investoren ins Land gelockt werden.

Auch ein Bericht von PricewaterhouseCoopers erwartet für die kommenden Jahre im asiatischen Raum einen rasanten Anstieg der Ausgaben für Unterhaltung. Bereits 2008 soll China auf Grund des starken Wachstums Japan als den weltweit größten Markt ablösen.

Zumindest für die Hersteller allerdings bereitet der Markt noch einiges an Kopfzerbrechen, da schwarz gebrannte Kopien von Spielen in China ein großes Problem darstellen. Diese werden meist zu einem Bruchteil der Originalpreise verkauft und erfreuen sich entsprechend großer Beliebtheit.

Daher sind Online-Games auch ein eleganter Ausweg aus dem Dilemma, wie etwa das auch in China erfolgreiche World of Warcraft [WoW] zeigt, das dort Anfang Juni in den Handel kam. Zu den besten Zeiten spielen 450.000 Chinesen WoW online, zu Preisen von fünf US-Cent pro Stunde.

So wurde letztes Jahr ein schwedische Spiel namens Hearts of Iron verboten, weil es unter anderem die Mandschurei und Tibet als unabhängige Nationen darstellte. Auch ein norwegischer Shooter verärgerte die Behörden.

China habe ein anderes politisches System, meint Zhaohui Liu. Daraus folge, dass Dinge aus einer anderen Perspektive beurteilt und in manchen Gebieten andere Meinungen herrschen würden.

Allerdings herrschen da wie dort offenbar die gleichen Bedenken, vor allem über die Zeit, die immer mehr Jugendliche mit Online-Games verbringen und welche Art von Spielen sie dabei spielen.


Seit April läuft eine Aktion scharf, die vor Spiele mit offiziell unpassenden Inhalten wie Pornographie oder Gewalt verfolgt. Sie ist damit auch Teil des Versuchs der chinesischen Regierung, Medieninhalte staatlich zu kontrollieren.

333 Mio. Shares sind vorhanden.
296 Mio. davon sind Leerverkauft (sprich: geliehen und müssten irgendwann ausgeglichen werden).

Slay (wir? ) sind der Meinung das, sobald der "magische" Preis von 0,039 US-Cent überschritten wird, alle, die Short waren panik bekommen und versuchen ihre Position auszugleich.
Ergo: ca. 88 % der Aktien werden dann gehandelt.

Theoretisch müsste der Kurs dann explodieren weil jeder kaufen muss.

Es geht nicht so sehr darum wo der Kurs gemacht wird, vielmehr gehts darum, dass du deine Teile im schlechtesten Fall nicht mehr losbekommst... solche Werte sollte man wenn möglich immer an der Heimatbörse handeln, sonst bleibst nachher auf deinen Gewinnen "sitzen"...

Kauf soviel du willst, am besten in den USA (s.o).

Aber denk halt daran das du im schlimmsten Fall ne Menge Geld hier ein paar Monate bindest - man kann nicht sagen wanns losgeht (Montag oder in einem Monat?).

Und natürlich musst den Totalverlust kalkulieren.
Allerdeings, wärs ein hübsches Sümmchen bei 1000%...

Denke auch, dass hier kein Totalverlust möglich ist!!!

Aber man muss es halt dazu sagen, da man nicht weiß, was passiert, und an der OTC ist ALLES möglich, hatte aber schon lange nicht mehr ein so gutes Gefühl! (Das letzte Mal war dieses Gefühl bei USXP vorhanden!! - 10.000% in 1,5 Monaten!!!)

Aber es sieht verdammt gut aus!! Hier kann man getrost mit ner grossen Menge an Stücken reingehen, meine ich doch!!!

Aber: die Stücke unbedingt mit ner hohen VK-Order vor Shorties schützen!!

Ich denk auch nich das was Passiert - aber man sagts halt doch immer wieder dazu, wer weiß wer einen hinterher verklagt?

Hab mal ne Abstauber-Order in Berlin gesetzt, vieleicht reichte da irgendwem schon die 100 % und es gibt irgendwelche Rücksetzer... man weiß nie...

wie meinst du das mit verarscht ? zb. 1000 st. zu 0,018 reingelegt und mit verkauf zu 0,050 z.b. sl setzen ? übrigens was haltet ihr von heliad und wcm lohnt sich was zum reinlegen , bei wcm ist die tage glaube am 8. 08 hv .wie könte der kurs ausgehen ,das volumen ist hoch gestiegen war die ganze zeit bei 0,23 -,24 auf einmal auf 0,26 ?

Die "SIE" ist ein "ER"!

Ich würd mit limit zu 0,018-0,02 versuchen in den USA einzusteigen... und dann eine Verkaufs-Order mit ca. 0,2 einzustellen um deine Aktien vor Shortern zu schützen.

Den Wert kannst dann auf den Wert zurücksetzen zu dem du dann letztendlich wirklich verkaufen möchtest...

Interessant wär auch nen SL-Kurs anzugeben, wobei das ein zweischneidiges Schwert ist.

Erst ab 19.Juli einige aufkommende Umsätze.
Die Bude steigt vom 17. bis 20.Juli um +230 % (C/C)
Dann fällt das Ding bis 27. Juli wieder um -40 %
Am letzten Freitag dann +18 %.

Seit dem 24.Juli sind die Umsätze wieder abgebrochen.


In DE (Berlin) hat der Titel seit Monaten 0 Handelsvolumen.
Lediglich letzten Freitag wurden lächerliche 3.000 EUR umgesetzt.

Habe nur mal 'ne Frage. Bin noch ein Anfänger, aber habe mir in Berlin zum Kurs von 0.017€ ein paar Stücke gesichert. Hoffentlich nicht zu teuer eingekauft!!! Da aber CYOP an einer Unterbörse der Nasdaq gehandelt wird (wurde mir so gesagt), kann ich die dort von meinem Depot derzeit nicht verkaufen. Welche Bank macht dies möglich. Müßte dann eben dort ein Depot eröffnen. Dass ich die Aktien in Berlin gekauft habe, ist doch eigentlich egal? Verkaufen könnte ich die doch auch in den USA???

Jetzt hab ich ja doch nochmal ne dumme Frage (bzw. mehrere):

Warum steigt der Kurs nicht? Gibt es keine Käufer mehr? Wenn ich in großem Stil short wäre, würde ich doch entsprechend mehr leerverkaufen und den Kurs zum fallen bringen. Die meisten Zocker würden nervös werden (das haben wir ja nun schon häufiger gesehen...) und ich könnte meine Aktien zum einem entsprechend günstigen Preis covern. Ob sich zudem bei niedrigeren Preisen mehr Käufer als derzeit finden ist doch eher fraglich, da diese ja anscheinend nicht aus fundamentalen Gründen zuschlagen, sondern nur in der Hoffnung darauf, dass Leerverkäufer kaufen müssen. Bei fallenden Kursen wird dieses Argument doch entscheidend entkräftigt, oder?

Nur 'ne Frage. Wie seht ihr das?

Großes Volumen in Berlin war ja nicht, was Deine Aussagen stützen würde. Wer hat also verkauft und wann ?

Und einen Einfluss eines deutschen Pushers hier im WO auf den amerikanischen Markt -dort wird der Kurs ja gemacht - ist wohl ein wenig überrieben, oder ?

Du hast doch eben selbst auf den relativ problemlosen Kauf in den USA und Verkauf in D hingewiesen. Am Freitag gekauft in den USA, gepusht, lange Zeit in D Kurse deutlich über Pari, verkauft in Berlin. Gewinn realisiert. Immerhin 1,6 Mio. gehandelte Stück in Berlin.

Keine blöde Frage, es gibt wohl nur blöde Antworten.

ein Shortie muss in einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt covern. das ist so festgelegt. Jedoch kann er nicht unendlich viele Shares auf den Markt schmeissen. Eine Bank muss dem Volumen ja zustimmen, da der Shortie -wie gesagt- covern muss. Wenn keine Aktien mehr auf dem Markt sind, muss er jeden Preis zahlen, der angeboten wird.

Und wenn Ihr Eure Aktien (auch wenn es in Euren Augen nur wenige sind) nicht durch hohe Verkaufsorder (z.B. 10facher Kurs) schützt,
leiht sich der Shortie diese aus und das Spiel beginnt von vorne.

Nun, auch die unterschiedliche Anlegerstrategie hilft dem Shortie auch bei bekanntwerden einer solchen Situation sich nicht all zu verbrennen. Der eine Anleger sagt: 10% gewinn sind mir genug, ich verkaufe, der andere will erst bei 100% verkaufen......

die Uneinigkeit der Sharehoulder ist der Rettungsanker und daher kann es durchaus ein wenig dauern, bis es keine günstigen Shares mehr gibt..........

Vielleicht müssen wir ja nicht lange warten....

jede Menge Zahlen....

wie ich es verstehe (etwas gekürzt) :

jede 10. Aktie war short -> 296 Mio zu 3,8 Mrd.
am 10.Juli waren 6200 Aktien short ohne zu covern. Da die investmenthäuser nur verpflichtet sind an einem Tag im Monat zahlen zu nennen, geht man vom insgesant 20fachen aus, bis sogar 100fachen (soll vorkommen).....

0,039 ist der errechnete Wert, ab wann im großem Stil gecovert werden soll.....

sorry, bin kein Börsenenglisch-experte

mich würde hierbei jedoch interessieren, wieviele sind zur Zeit eigentlich im Umlauf........

Schützen soll durch hohe Verkaufsorder funktionieren. Man sagt in den Foren des W:O, das dann die Aktien gesperrt seien und deshalb die Aktien nicht geshortet werden können.

Wenn man Aktien - speziell in den USA - leerverkaufen will, dann sollte man auf jeden Fall auch auf die Anzahl der bereits von anderen Marktteilnehmern "geshorteten" Aktien achten. Wenn schon sehr viele Aktien leerverkauft worden sind, dann kann dies nämlich ein sehr bullishes Signal sein. Wenn das Papier plötzlich anfängt zu steigen, dann müssen sich viele "Shorties" wieder eindecken (Aktien zurückkaufen), um den Margin Call zu vermeiden.
