      http://www.canadianinsider.com/coReport/allTransactions.php?…

Normabec Mining Resources Ltd.: Auger Drilling Completed on the Tailings and Diamond Drilling

Tuesday December 12, 10:00 am ET

Preparations on the Real De Catorce Silver Property

ST-BRUNO, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - Dec. 12, 2006) - Normabec Mining Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:NMB - News), through its wholly owned Mexican subsidiary Minera Real Bonanza S.A. de C.V., announces that it has completed its auger drilling program on three tailing piles located on the Real de Catorce property, San Louis Potosi, Mexico. The company is also preparing to undertake a 6,000 meter underground diamond drilling program on the property's most productive vein, Veta Madre.

A total of 117 holes of auger drilling has been completed for a total of 1,064 meters. The drilling covered a 25 meter by 25 meter grid with samples collected from the drill holes at one and half meter intervals. Samples have been sent to a laboratory in San Luis Potosi and results are currently pending.

Historic estimates suggest the tailing piles contain between one and a half to two million tonnes grading between 60 to 105 grams per tonne silver. This estimate made in 1990 by Restauradora de Las Minas de Catorce followed by Britannia Gold Corp. in 1996 is requiring additional sampling to confirm grade and resources. No sufficient work has been done to classify the historical estimate into mineral resources. This current auger drilling program, recommended by Micon International Limited, will enable Normabec to produce a NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate for the tailing piles.

"We are excited to have completed the auger drilling and anticipate excellent results based on the historic estimates," stated Robert Ayotte, President of Normabec. "I am very pleased with the progress made to date. With the underground diamond drilling program scheduled and the results pending from the tailing piles, we are quickly moving this project forward."

Preparations are underway for the underground diamond drilling program expected to commence early 2007 on the Real de Catorce property. It is estimated that 6,000 meters will be drilled during the first phase. The program will target one of the most productive veins on the property, the Veta Madre, which hosts at least 20 past producing structures. This drilling will be carried out from the 720 meter level in order to intersect the eastern extension of the Veta Madre structure, close to the Purisima ore shoot. The Purisima ore shoot was one of the main sources of silver on the Real de Catorce property.

A full rehabilitation of the existing power line and repairs to the electrical sub-station have been commissioned to connect the property to the local network. This connection will enable the company to extend the electrical power one kilometer to the underground drill area. The electrical work is expected to be completed by the end of January 2007. Additionally, the company is currently preparing the underground drill stations and the surface infrastructures to accommodate equipment and staff.

      http://www.wallstreet-online.de/nachrichten/nachricht/196973…

St-Bruno, Quebec, Kanada, 15.

      Pressefach: NORMABEC

      Also:

      1. Im optimalsten Falle 2 Mio Tonnen x 105 Gramm Silber

      2. Im schlechteren Falle 1.5 Mio. Tonnen x 60 Gramm Silber

      3. Im mittleren Falle 1.75 Mio. Tonnen x 82.5 Gramm Silber

      1.75 Mio. x 82.5 Gramm = 144`375 KG Silber = 4`641`729 Unzen x 12.81 = 59`460`548

Das genau will Normabec herausfinden (explorieren)

The average grade of all seven trenches is 190.3 ppm Ag. These very exciting results triggered a second phase of sampling that covers approximately 155 metres of strike length of the structure further to the south-east. This section includes the most prolific portion of the vein: the Purisima oreshoot. Sampling is now completed and results are pending (32 samples). The second phase of sampling consisted of eight extra channel sample lines spaced at between 25 and 40 metres. Individual line ranges from 3.5 to 12.5 metres.

It should be noted that the Real de Catorce silver district mostly consisted of underground operations. As previously mentioned, the surface sampling is aimed at evaluating the open pit potential of the main productive structure. Results obtained so far indicate that this potential is real and that further sampling should be carried out over other structures in the district.

Sampling was performed by company geologists using continuous chip samples of various lengths (approximately 10 centimetres by 2 centimetres). Samples were prepared and assayed at Chemex Lab of Guadalajara, Mexico. Methods used are Au-ICP21 for gold and ME-ICP41 for multi-elements, including silver. Detection limits for Ag are 0.2 - 100 ppm. Silver values higher than 100 ppm are submitted to method AG-AA46 consisting of aqua regia digestion with ICP-AES or AA finish (up to 1,500 ppm Ag). QAQC was performed using two silver standards and one blank being introduced alternatively (every 25 samples). Duplicates are being performed by the laboratory.

Normabec is a junior mining exploration company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol NMB. The company owns an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Real de Catorce Silver Mining District in North-Central Mexico and is currently drilling the Pitt Gold Property located in the Rouyn-Noranda Mining Camp.

Positive NMB trading during bad markets should be a good sign. Yesterdays trading was certainly motivated.... but who knows by what.

I called the office a couple hours ago. When asked about drilling at Pitt property, they indicated news possibly later today or early tomorrow. They are hoping to release as many as 5 holes.

They will be at PDAC which starts this weekend.

Normabec Intercepts Numerous Gold Values in Preliminary Drilling Results on Pitt Gold
Monday March 26, 12:08 pm ET

ST-BRUNO, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - March 26, 2007) - Normabec Mining Resources Limited "NORMABEC" (TSX:NMB - News) is pleased to announce the first set of results from the 2007 drilling program from its Pitt Gold property located along the Porcupine-Destor Break, some 35 km north of Rouyn-Noranda, Abitibi. Two diamond drill rigs are presently working on the property.
Partial results from the first four holes demonstrate that gold is widespread in the sector drilled indicating a strong mineralizing system. With large volume of new data pouring in, Normabec continues to re-assess its interpretation of the mineralization model. As drilling progresses, it becomes increasingly obvious that the complexity of the mineralized structures will require 3D modelling to properly interpret the geometry of the gold bearing system.

Holes PG2006-01a and PG2006-01b are wedges out of hole PG2006-01 drilled last year and completed this year. Holes PG2007-01 and PG2007-02 are located approximately 110 metres to the east and up dip of PG2006-01. The table below shows all results around 3 g/t Au and over received so far.

      Drill Hole Interval Grade/length

      PG2006-01a 531.75 to 533.20 3.16 g/t Au over 1.45 m
      575.10 to 577.75 5.65 g/t Au over 2.65 m

      PG2006-01b 531.25 to 532.20 2.85 g/t Au over 0.95 m
      579.30 to 580.70 3.18 g/t Au over 1.40 m
      583.90 to 585.00 5.13 g/t Au over 2.10 m
      586.80 to 588.00 3.63 g/t Au over 1.20 m
      606.35 to 607.65 2.63 g/t Au over 1.30 m

      PG2007-01 380.00 to 381.00 11.52 g/t Au over 1.00m
      470.70 to 471.60 7.47 g/t Au over 0.90 m
      623.00 to 630.00 3.84 g/t Au over 7.00 m
      incl. 628.00 to 629.00 9.09 g/t Au over 1.00 m
      incl 626.00 to 629.00 5.97 g/t Au over 3.00 m
      650.00 to 651.00 12.35 g/t Au over 1.00 m
      695.00 to 696.00 16.08 g/t Au over 1.00 m
      709.00 to 710.00 8.09 g/t Au over 1.00 m

      PG2007-02 543.70 to 544.70 2.95 g/t Au over 1.00 m
      549.77 to 550.80 3.85 g/t Au over 1.03 m
      687.70 to 688.70 3.46 g/t Au over 1.00 m

      more results pending

Samples are being prepared and assayed at Laboratoire Expert of Rouyn-Noranda. Normabec has implemented a QAQC program which includes systematic use of standards, blanks and duplicates. Values above 1 g/t Au are systematically re-assayed.

The gold on this property is generally related to zones of quartz stockwork and silicic-potassic alteration containing between 2 to 10% of disseminated pyrite and traces of chalcopyrite. All rock types, north and south of the Porcupine-Destor Break, can host mineralized structures although intermediate volcanics and QFP appear to be favoured in term of continuity.

The 2007 drilling program is being carried out under the supervision of Mr. Pierre O'Dowd, geologist and Qualified Person as per National Instrument 43-101 (OGQ #668).

NORMABEC can earn a 60 % interest of the property from partners SOQUEM INC. and GeoNova Exploration inc. by completing 15,000 meters of drilling before June 30, 2007 and an additional 20 % by investing a further $500,000 no later than June 30, 2008. The proposed expenditures should enable NORMABEC not only to complete the acquisition of this 60% interest but also to earn an additional 20% interest.

SOQUEM is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Societe generale de financement du Quebec (SGF). The mission of the SGF, an industrial and financial holding, is to undertake economic development projects, in the industrial sector, in cooperation with partners and in compliance with the economic development policies of the Quebec government.

GeoNova is a wholly owned exploration company of Campbell Resources Inc., a mining Corporation which operates mainly in the Chibougamau area (Quebec), and holds several gold and copper properties.

This latest program consisted of the second phase of surface sampling over the Veta Madre structure. A total of eight channel sample lines were performed and sampled over an additional 155 metres of strike length of that vein. The average grade of all eight channel samples is 204.1 g/t Ag.

The eight channel sample lines were spaced between 25 and 40 metres apart with their lengths varying from 3.0 to 14.2 metres. The table below shows the results from this second phase.

Line # Width (metres) Ag g/t

      VM-8 9.5 138
      VM-9 10.0 382
      VM-10 14.2 239
      VM-11 3.4 272
      VM-12 12.5 117
      VM-13 3.0 296
      VM-14 5.5 50
      VM-15 4.9 160

A total of two phases of sampling have now been carried out over a productive portion of the Veta Madre vein and it has been sampled over a strike length of 535 metres at surface (see news release dated February 20, 2007). The average grade of the two phases is 194.5 g/t Ag (5.68 oz/t Ag). These results are impressive and more sampling is being carried out over several other veins on the property to evaluate their open pit potential as well.

Sampling was performed by Normabec's geologists using continuous chip samples of various lengths (10 centimetres long by 2 centimetres deep). Samples were prepared and assayed at Chemex Lab of Guadalajara, Mexico. Methods used are Au-ICP21 for gold and ME-ICP41 for multi elements including silver. Detection limits for Ag are 0.2-100 parts per million (ppm; one ppm equals one g/t). Silver values higher than 100 ppm are submitted to method AG-AA46 consisting of aqua regia digestion with ICP-AES or AA finish (up to 1,500 ppm Ag). Quality assurance/quality control (QAQC) was performed using two silver standards with one blank being introduced alternatively (every 25 samples). Duplicates are being performed by the laboratory.

Normabec Confirms Historical Grades at Real de Catorce Silver Property
Wednesday May 2, 5:30 am ET

ST-BRUNO, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - May 2, 2007) - Normabec Mining Resources Ltd. ("Normabec") (TSX VENTURE:NMB - News), through its wholly owned Mexican subsidiary Minera Real Bonanza S.A. de C.V. ("MRB"), is pleased to announce that underground sampling of historical reserve blocks within the Santa Ana Mine is confirming silver grades reported by the former operator of the Real de Catorce silver project.
The objective of the underground sampling program is to transform the historical inventory into a 43-101 compliant resource estimate. The program consists of re-sampling approximately 10 percent of the reserve blocks that were defined by the former operator in 1990. To be representative, the sampling is being carried out within various veins and at various levels of the mine and has been designed to duplicate the historical sampling as much as possible. Initial channel sampling was performed at every two metres. However, upon the recommendation of mining consultants Micon International, the current sampling is being performed at every six metres along the veins where access is possible.

The underground historical inventory estimate at Real de Catorce is 533,000 tonnes grading 275 g/t Ag. Partial results obtained from the new sampling program demonstrate that historical grades are being reproduced in all the blocks sampled so far. These results support the accuracy of the historical estimate.

The following table summarizes the results obtained so far:

Vein Historical Avg Number New Sampling Avg
g/t Ag of samples g/t Ag

      Anden 258 40 200
      Anden 338 21 1,037
      Amestoy 225 49 226
      Rayas 1459 12 1,190
      Veta Madre 283 100 310
      Veta Madre (partial) 276 96 324

Given the very erratic nature of silver mineralization in the district, these results are considered quite representative of the historical sampling.

Normabec Reports Numerous Gold Intercepts on the Pitt Gold Property
Monday May 14, 8:30 am ET

ST-BRUNO, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - May 14, 2007) - Normabec Mining Resources Limited (Normabec) (TSX VENTURE:NMB - News) is pleased to announce numerous successful intercepts from its winter drilling program on the Pitt Gold property, located along the Porcupine-Destor Break some 35 km north of Rouyn-Noranda, Abitibi.
The high number of gold bearing structures and the presence of numerous high grade intercepts indicate the existence of a major mineralizing event on the property.

The new results will be integrated into an updated model of the mineralization on the Pitt Gold property. Given the excellent results obtained this year coupled with the ones obtained in 2005-2006 (mineralization has now been followed for more than 500 meters). Normabec is considering the feasibility of building an access road that would enable year-round drilling. Permits for construction of this access road are in process and a new phase of drilling should be initiated in August.

All assay results from the 2007 winter drilling campaign have now been received. The following table completes the balance of the assays outstanding from this campaign (only assays of 3.0 g/t Au or greater are reported here) and are in addition to earlier results reported on March 26, 2007.

      Drill Hole Interval Grade/length

      PG2006-1b 582.9 to 585.0 (Correction) 5.13 g/t Au over 2.10 m

      PG2006-01c 506.9 to 508.0 29.28 g/t Au over 1.10 m
      574.8 to 580.1 5.41 g/t Au over 5.30 m
      739.1 to 741.0 5.27 g/t Au over 1.90 m
      744.8 to 746.4 3.82 g/t Au over 1.60 m
      773.7 to 777.7 5.97 g/t Au over 4.00 m
      804.0 to 806.0 8.86 g/t Au over 2.00 m
      837.8 to 838.8 3.02 g/t Au over 1.00 m

      PG2007-02 708.0 to 708.8 3.70 g/t Au over 0.80 m
      787.0 to 788.0 3.02 g/t Au over 1.00 m

      PG2007-03 501.9 to 503.8 16.76 g/t Au over 1.90 m
      743.0 to 744.0 3.81 g/t Au over 1.00 m

      PG2007-04 561.95 to 563.9 9.12 g/t Au over 1.95 m
      651.6 to 653.0 9.55 g/t Au over 1.40 m

The completion of 5,685 meters of drilling enabled Normabec to earn a 60 percent interest in the Pitt Gold property, per the option purchase agreement signed with SOQUEM Inc. and GeoNova Exploration Inc. To date, the company has completed more than 16,456 meters of drilling on the property since the signing of this agreement. Normabec also began the process of acquiring an additional 20 percent interest in the property, which can be earned by spending C$500,000 before June 2008.

Samples were prepared and assayed at Laboratoire Expert of Rouyn-Noranda. Normabec has implemented a quality assurance quality control (QAQC) program that includes the systematic use of standards, blanks and duplicates. Values above 1.0 g/t Au are systematically re-assayed.

The gold on the Pitt property is generally related to zones of quartz stockwork and silicic-potassic alteration containing between two and 10 percent of disseminated pyrite and traces of chalcopyrite. All rock types north and south of the Porcupine-Destor Break can host mineralized structures, although intermediate volcanics and quartz-feldspar porphyry (QFP) appear to be favoured in terms of continuity.

The 2007 drilling program was carried out under the supervision of Mr. Pierre O'Dowd, Geologist and Qualified Person as per National Instrument 43-101 (OGQ #668).

GeoNova is a wholly owned exploration company of Campbell Resources Inc., a mining Corporation which operates mainly in the Chibougamau area of Quebec, and holds several gold and copper properties.

Normabec Ready to Drill on the Real De Catorce Exploration Program
Tuesday July 3, 9:10 am ET

ST-BRUNO, QUEBEC, CANADA--(CCNMatthews - July 3, 2007) - Normabec Mining Resources Ltd. ("Normabec")(TSX VENTURE:NMB - News; FRANKFURT:N6M - News), through its wholly owned Mexican subsidiary Minera Real Bonanza S.A. de C.V. ("MRB"), is pleased to announce that the company is ready to begin drilling in its Real de Catorce property in Mexico.

To reach this state of readiness, the company had to assess and execute a number of prerequisite tasks prior to the drilling program, namely: the upgrade and completion of the new onsite power grid, linking the national system to the mine. This grid, reviewed and approved by the national authorities, has already been connected and tested; the signature of a long term contract with the Comision Federal de Electricidad that covers current and future power needs on site, the construction and completion of the underground and surface drilling stations and the upgrade and completion to all access roads to the drilling stations.

The first underground drilling program will consist of 6,000 metres to be carried out along the southeastern extension of the Veta Madre structure at the 2720 level, which was the main productive level of the mine. Drilling at the underground station should start within the next few days.

Surface drilling consists of 3,000 meters along the southeastern extension of the Veta Madre structure (up dip of the underground drilling). That portion of the Veta Madre structure was positively mapped and sampled at surface but never explored underground nor drill tested. The drill is now on site and drilling should start within days as well.

Surface drilling will also include 2,000 meters along a productive portion of Veta Madre where Normabec's surface sampling returned economic grades over 535 metres (see previous press release). Normabec's onsite geologist, which used to work for the former operator, estimated that only 30 to 40 % of the structure was mined out in that area. Surface and underground sampling (more than 2,800 samples) clearly indicate that most of the remaining structure could be of economic grades. This drilling program will test areas that are not readily accessible underground. It should start immediately after the completion of the 3,000 metre program.

Normabec is a junior mining exploration company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, under the symbol NMB, active in both Canada and Mexico in exploration of high quality assets. This press release was reviewed and accepted by Pierre O'Dowd, Qualified Person as per NI43-101.

Normabec Initiates Diamond Drilling on the Real de Catorce Property
Monday July 9, 8:56 am ET

ST-BRUNO, QUEBEC, CANADA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 9, 2007 -- Normabec Mining Resources Ltd. ("Normabec") (CDNX:NMB.V - News)(Frankfurt:N6M.F - News), through its wholly owned Mexican subsidiary Minera Real Bonanza S.A. de C.V. ("MRB"), is pleased to announce that it has initiated an 11,000 metres drilling program with two drill rigs at its Real de Catorce Property.

The drilling program consists of three distinct portions:

      1. A portion of 6,000 meters will be completed along the southeastern extension of the Veta Madre structure at the 2720 metre level.

      2. A 3,000 metre portion will be carried out along the same portion of the structure but from surface. Approximately 300 metres laterally and 400 metres vertically of untested Veta Madre structure will be explored with these two programs.

      3. The surface drill will then be moved, or a third drill will be mobilized, on a productive portion of Veta Madre where Normabec's as well as former operators' sampling systematically returned high silver grades from surface and underground openings. The area that will be tested extends for 600 metres laterally (east-west) and 300 metres vertically. Normabec's personnel on site has estimated that less than 40 % of the vein was historically mined out in the first 100 meters vertically, and much less below.

The first drilling results are expected within one month from now.

Normabec is a junior mining exploration company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, under the symbol NMB, active in both Canada and Mexico in exploration of high quality assets. This press release was reviewed and accepted by Pierre O'Dowd, Qualified Person as per NI43-101.

NORMABEC BEGINNT MIT DEN DIAMANTBOHRUNGEN AUF DEM GRUNDSTÜCK REAL DE CATORCE

St-Bruno, Quebec, Kanada, 9.
Tochterunternehmens Minera Real Bonanza S.A. de C.V.

Normabec Discovers New Veins on the Real de Catorce Property
Monday July 16, 8:53 am ET

ST-BRUNO, QUEBEC, CANADA--(CCNMatthews - July 16, 2007) - Normabec Mining Resources Ltd. ("Normabec")(TSX VENTURE:NMB - News; FRANKFURT:N6M - News), through its wholly owned Mexican subsidiary Minera Real Bonanza S.A. de C.V. ("MRB"), is pleased to announce that surface mapping has uncovered the presence of at least seven new veins running parallel and very close to the Veta Madre structures. These veins, located at approximately 3,020 metre level, extend for hundred of meters laterally and reach widths of up to 3 metres at surface.

Since these new veins are located close to our actual drilling targets along Veta Madre, a number of holes will be extended further south, both at surface and underground, to probe these structures at depth. In the district, many veins are known to be sub-economic at higher levels (3,000 metres) but to be very high grade below the 2,900 metre level. At Real de Catorce, the best grades have historically been found at the 2,720 metre level.

Normabec has four (4) geological teams on site supervising two drill rigs and carrying systematic sampling at both surface and underground. Crew on site is approximately 45 people, excluding drillers.

NORMABEC ERKUNDET NEUE ADERN AUF DEM GRUNDSTÜCK REAL DE CATORCE

St-Bruno, Quebec, Kanada, 16.

Normabec Confirms 4.1 Million Ounces of Silver Contained in Tailings at the Real de Catorce Project in Mexico
Monday August 27, 9:15 am ET

ST-BRUNO, QUEBEC, CANADA--(Marketwire - Aug. 27, 2007) - Normabec Mining Resources Ltd. ("Normabec")(TSX VENTURE:NMB - News; FRANKFURT:N6M - News), through its wholly owned Mexican subsidiary Minera Real Bonanza S.A. de C.V. ("MRB"), is pleased to announce that Micon International of Toronto has handed an updated NI 43-101 technical report and a tailing resource estimate for the Real de Catorce property located in the San Luis Potosi State, northern central Mexico.
The following resource estimate was produced for three tailings piles of various grades and size.

Tailing pile Tonnes Grade g/t Ag Grams Ag Ounces Ag

      1 788,540 110.50 87,131,293 2,801,308
      2 458,265 65.51 30,020,723 965,188
      3 156,418 61.41 9,605,134 308,809
      ------- ---------- ---------
      Total 1,403,233 90.33 126,757,150 4,075,305

Micon' report states that "Micon believes that the Normabec resource estimate as audited by Micon meets the current CIM definition for measured mineral resource". The report also mentions that "The database for the tailings resource estimate consists of 117 drill holes totaling 1,065.60 m. Sampling in each hole was limited to 1.5 m samples or less and 743 tailings samples were collected during the drill program. In addition to the regular sampling 47 control (QA/QC) samples and the results of the specific gravity testwork are included in the database."

Preliminary metallurgical testing carried out at the Instituto Metalurgico of the San Luis Potosi University indicates that 73% of the silver contained in Pile #1 could be recovered by straight cyanidation while an average of 65 % could be recovered for the three piles. The Institute believes that a further 15% could be recovered if regrinding is carried out before cyanidation. More testing is in progress. A pre-feasibility has been commissioned to evaluate the economics of extracting the silver from the tailings independently from the mine (press release April 23rd 2007). This report should be available in the coming weeks.

Normabec has started an 11,000 metre drilling program aimed at testing the continuity of the ore within the Veta Madre structure. One drill is active underground while the other operates from surface. Sampling of Veta Madre was completed at surface and on levels 845 and 800 (the two closest levels from surface). The company intends to produce a 43-101 technical resource estimate for that structure in the coming months.

This press release was reviewed and approved by Pierre O'Dowd, geologist and qualified person as well as by Bill Lewis, co-author Micon's technical report.

Normabec Obtains 338.7 g/t Ag Over 5.1 Metres at the Real de Catorce Silver Mining District in Mexico
Tuesday October 2, 8:49 am ET

ST-BRUNO, QUEBEC--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 2, 2007 -- Normabec Mining Resources Ltd. ("Normabec") (CDNX:NMB.V - News), through its wholly owned Mexican subsidiary Minera Real Bonanza S.A. de C.V. ("MRB"), is pleased to announce the results from a re-sampling program as well as the first results from its underground drilling program on the Veta Madre structure at the Real de Catorce project in north-central Mexico.

After completing a first phase of exploratory drilling on secondary structures at Real de Catorce, Normabec has initiated the drilling of the main structure of the property; Veta Madre. The first hole, aimed at the eastern extension of the Purisima oreshoot, VMP-1, intersected 14 metres of strongly mineralized quartz-carbonate vein material corresponding to the Veta Madre structure. The intersection returned 146.2 g/t Ag over 10.0 m. This result is very encouraging, as it should be noted that the eastern extension of the Purisima oreshoot is not the primary structural target, whereas the depth extension is.

Therefore, the drill rig has now been set up to target the depth extension of the Purisima ore shoot which extends from the 3,100 metre level down to the 2,600 metre level. The presence of that oreshoot at depth has been confirmed by relogging and resampling historic (1985) drill core. Hole 1026 returned 338.7 g/t Ag over 5.1 m while hole 1016 gave 1,371 g/t Ag over 1.05 m at the 2,450 metre level. It is interesting to note as well, that base metals are observed at depth (2.1% Pb and 1.0 % Zn over 1.05 m).The company has commenced an underground program of approximately 4,000 metres of drilling targeting this structure.

A surface drill rig has also been mobilized on Veta Madre. Drilling has been initiated on a portion of the vein that returned 189 g/t Ag over a strike length of 550 metres at surface. No results are yet available but a 3-5 metre wide vein structure has been intersected in the first holes.

Samples were prepared and assayed at Chemex Lab of Guadalajara, Mexico. Methods used are Au-ICP21 for gold and ME-ICP41 for multi elements including silver.

Normabec Intersects 5.55 Metres of 1,343 G/T Ag, 0.96 % Pb and 1.85 % Zn at the Real de Catorce Silver Mining Property, Mexico
Wednesday November 28, 9:28 am ET

ST-BRUNO, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Nov. 28, 2007) - Normabec Mining Resources Ltd. ("Normabec"), (TSX VENTURE:NMB - News; FRANKFURT:N6M - News) through its wholly owned Mexican subsidiary Minera Real Bonanza S.A. de C.V. ("MRB"), is pleased to announce further high grade silver results obtained from three new holes (VMS-6, VMP-8 and VMP-9) from its ongoing surface and underground drilling programs on the Veta Madre structure at the Real de Catorce project in north-central Mexico.

The current program continues to be highlighted by high grade intersections generated both from the surface and underground drilling. The following table shows the most recent results returned from the depth extension of the Purisima oreshoot (underground drilling). These results confirm that the Purisima oreshoot carries bonanza grade silver as well as important base metal credits. In addition to lead and zinc, we also note the presence of antimony in significant quantity. The oreshoot has been traced so far for 150 metres laterally and 150 metres vertically. It remains open at depth and to the west.

Results released to date from the underground program indicate the presence of a strongly mineralized system. High grade silver values varying from 146 g/t up to 1,343 g/t were obtained on various widths from 1 metre up to 33.5 metres. The drilling results from the underground program conducted on the Purisima oreshoot including the latest drilling results indicated by VMP-8 and VMP-9 are listed below:

Normabec is pursuing an underground program of approximately 3,000 metres targeting this structure. These results confirm that the Purisima oreshoot extends well below the historical mine workings.

Surface drilling of the Veta Madre structure continues to yield significant intersections (grades and widths). In-fill drilling is being performed at 40-50 metre spacing, from surface down to the 150 metre level approximately. Results obtained from surface drilling come from a productive portion of the Veta Madre structure which was initially sampled over a strike length of 550 metres at surface. As previously announced, drilling results from the first four diamond drill holes at surface returned values from 277 g/t Ag to 381 g/t Ag over widths varying from 3.9 metres to 11.5 metres. At today's metal prices, such an intersection has a gross metal value of approximately 230$ per tonne. To date, the gross metal values of the intersections returned along the depth extension of the Purisima oreshoot have ranged from 157$ per tonne (VMP-9) up to 626$ per tonne (hole 1016). The average of the seven intercepts received and released so far is 360$/tonne (825 g/t or 24 oz/t Ag equivalent).

At surface, systematic drilling of the Veta Madre structure continues to yield ore grade mineralization. In-fill drilling is being performed at 40-50 metre spacing, from surface down to the 150 metre level approximately. The following table shows the most recent assay results obtained from surface drilling along a productive portion of the Veta Madre structure:

      Hole From To Width Ag
      (m) (m) (m) (g/t)
      VMS-5 68.00 69.90 1.90 138

      and 93.20 94.60 1.40 169
      VMS-8 41.00 44.15 3.15 374
      VMS-9 64.40 70.65 6.26 346
      VMS-10 52.60 57.35 4.75 193

Average grade of the first ten drill holes on the central portion of the Veta Madre structure is 284 g/t Ag (124$/tonne). This is a significantly increase over the 189 g/t Ag obtained from the surface sampling program. This program is targeting the near surface, oxidized portion of the vein which carries little base metals. It is important to note that the Veta Madre structure has historically been accessed (but only locally mined out) for its entire length from numerous levels developed every 40 metres. The near surface drilling area is located in the center of these underground workings and limited expenditures will be required to rehabilitate them once a production decision is taken.

Samples were prepared and assayed at Chemex Lab of Guadalajara, Mexico. Methods used are Au-ICP21 for gold and ME-ICP41 for multi elements including silver. Detection limits for Ag are 0.2 -- 100 ppm.

Pierre O'Dowd, Geologist, a designated qualified person as defined by NI 43-101 of the Canadian Securities Administrators has reviewed and approved the contents of this press release.

Additional High Grade Intercepts From Normabec's Real De Catorce Project as Hole VMP-11 Cuts 604.8 G/T Ag, 1.21% Pb, 1.55% Zn Over 5.27 Metres
Wednesday February 6, 9:58 am ET

ST-BRUNO, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Feb. 6, 2008) - Normabec Mining Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:NMB - News; FRANKFURT:N6M - News; "Normabec" or "the Company"), through its wholly owned Mexican subsidiary Minera Real Bonanza S.A. de C.V. ("MRB"), is pleased to announce additional high grade silver results from its on going surface and underground drilling programs on the Veta Madre structure at the Real de Catorce Silver project in north-central Mexico.
      Underground Drilling:

High grade intersections continue to be generated from both surface and underground drilling (as highlighted by hole VMP-11, which returned 605 g/t Ag, 1.21% Pb, 1.55% Zn over 5.3m) The results below (in tabular form) relate to the ongoing drilling program that is being carried out to delineate the depth extension of the Purisima oreshoot. This portion of the Veta Madre structure carries bonanza grade silver as well as important base metal credits. The drilling zone is located below historical mine workings, and confirms the extension of the silver mineralization. The Purisima oreshoot remains wide open to the west and at depth.

In addition to the Veta Madre intercepts, drilling along the Purisima depth extension is yielding interesting results from the Refugio vein as well as other footwall and hangingwall veins to the Veta Madre.

With respect to the success of the drilling program to date, the Company's President Robert Ayotte commented; "we are very pleased with the results received thus far, the drilling performed both at surface and at depth has been very successful as a vast majority of intercepts in the Veta Madre structure are above 200 g/t Ag over a minimum true width of 2.0 m with several achieving bonanza grade status (above 1,000 g/t Ag)."

Mr. Ayotte also stated, "with the systematic drilling success we have had to date, the Company believes it is both prudent and practical at this stage to undertake an independent resource calculation on the mineralized structures that drilling has thus far identified. We have already mobilized resources to initiate this process and would expect a 43-101 compliant mineral inventory to be completed later this year.".

Samples were prepared and assayed at Chemex Lab of Guadalajara, Mexico. Methods used are Au-ICP21 for gold and ME-ICP41 for multi elements including silver. Detection limits for Ag are 0.2 - 100 ppm. Silver values higher than 100 ppm are submitted to method AG-AA46 consisting of aqua regia digestion with ICP-AES or AA finish (up to 1,500 ppm Ag).

      http://www.worldofinvestment.com/column/read/737/

      • 26.02.1974: 104,8 Prozent
      • 17.01.1980: 250,8 Prozent
      • 15.02.1983: 67,6 Prozent
      • 27.04.1987: 93,7 Prozent
      • 06.02.1998: 55,3 Prozent
      • 07.04.2004: 44,2 Prozent
      • 20.04.2006: 70,1 Prozent

      • Aktuell: 28,6 Prozent

ST-BRUNO, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - March 18, 2008) - Normabec Mining Resources Limited ("NORMABEC" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:NMB - News; FRANKFURT:N6M - News) is pleased to announce additional results from its on-going winter drilling program on the Pitt Gold property, located along the Porcupine-Destor Break, some 35 km north of Rouyn-Noranda, in the Abitibi region of Quebec.
Normabec previously released impressive results from its first two first holes of the season (See Press Releases dated February 28, 2008 and January 29, 2008). The current release lists more excellent results from its completed third drill hole as per the table below:

DRILL HOLE FROM TO LENGTH GRADE
      (m) (m) (m) g/t Au

      PG2008-01 277.0 279.00 2.0 1.53

      and 466.0 477.0 11.0 2.31
      570.9 572.7 1.8 11.11

Hole PG2008-01 is located 100 metres to the east of the previously released PG2007-07 (February 2008, 35.18 g/t Au over 5.0 meters). The mineralized intervals between 426 and 477 metres correspond to the expected location of Zone 1 while the 11.11 g/t Au between 570.9 and 572.7 corresponds with mineralization encountered in Zone 2. Of significance, it is the first time that such a long, continuously mineralized interval (34 meters) has been reported from Pitt Gold project. It is hosted by weakly mineralized and moderately silicified and sericitized felsic units (sub-volcanic QFP intrusions and related rhyolitic extrusive rocks) exhibiting 1-5% disseminated pyrite. This mineralization is open up dip and will be drill tested in the coming weeks.

Drilling is ongoing with one drill rig, having now completed approximately 4,500 meters during this phase. Five holes have been completed and one is in progress. As mentioned above, results have now been received and reported for the first three holes. Drilling is performed on a semi-systematic 50 X 50 meter grid in order to properly define zones 1 and 2 and other gold bearing structures identified in previous drilling programs.

Samples were prepared and assayed at Laboratoire Expert of Rouyn-Noranda and were subjected to fire assay with AA finish. A batch of 16 samples were also sent to ALS Chemex in Val d'Or. Normabec has implemented a QAQC program which includes systematic use of standards, blanks and duplicates. Values above 1 g/t Au are systematically re-assayed.

The 2008 drilling program is being carried out under the supervision of Mr. Pierre O'Dowd, geologist and Qualified Person as per National Instrument 43-101.

In 2007, Normabec acquired a 60 percent interest in the Pitt Gold property as per the Option Purchase Agreement signed with SOQUEM Inc. and GeoNova Exploration Inc.. The company has completed more than 21,000 meters of drilling on the property since the signing of this agreement. Notably, the company has recently notified its partners that it has facilitated the conditions of its earn-in under the aforementioned agreement to qualify for the acquisition of an additional 20 percent undivided interest in the property. Normabec is in the process of preparing all documentation pertaining to this notification.

Normabec is a junior mining exploration company with a portfolio of advanced exploration projects including: the Pitt Gold Project in Quebec and the Real de Catorce Silver Project in Mexico.

Normabec Cuts 828 g/t Ag (24 oz/t) Over 6.10 Metres on its Real de Catorce Property in Mexico
Monday May 5, 10:15 am ET

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - May 5, 2008) - Normabec Mining Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:NMB - News; FRANKFURT:N6M - News; "Normabec" or "the Company"), through its wholly owned Mexican subsidiary Minera Real Bonanza S.A. de C.V. ("MRB"), is pleased to announce additional results from its on going surface and underground drilling programs on the Veta Madre and Refugio structures at the Real de Catorce Silver project in north-central Mexico (see VetaMadre-LongitudinalSection at http://media3.marketwire.com/docs/carte1.pdf).

The best intercepts of the past month were obtained from the Veta Madre Purisima oreshoot in VMP-23 (828 g/t Ag over 6.10 m) and from the Refugio vein in VMP-22 (411 g/t Ag over 19.61 meters) which represents a horse tail type of structure to the Veta Madre Structure.

Drilling of the Purisima oreshoot first crosses Refugio then reaches the Veta Madre target (see underground-drilling-Section map at http://media3.marketwire.com/docs/carte2.pdf). Refugio is a sub-vertical east-west striking vein which merges at its western end with Veta Madre. In many instances, drilling does not intercept the Refugio vein at an ideal angle such that the horizontal width of the intersection mentioned above in hole VMP-22 is estimated at 3.5 meters.

      Underground Drilling:

The results below (in tabular form), relate to the ongoing drilling program that is being carried out to delineate the depth extension of the Purisima oreshoot.

Drill hole VMP-21 was abandoned, before reaching Veta Madre, while attempting to cross an open stope within the Refugio vein. The Refugio vein is developing as a significant structure and will become a priority target in the future.

Hole VMS-26 is the easternmost hole drilled to date from surface on Veta Madre while holes VMS-29, 30 and 31 are the deepest in that portion of the vein (see VetaMadre-surface drilling-results map at http://media3.marketwire.com/docs/carte4.pdf). The structure remains open in all directions.

Some open stopes have been intersected in holes VMS-26, 28 and 31 and VMP-22. The results shown above represent the average grade of the footwall and hangingwall portions to the mined out areas.

The process of the 43-101 resource estimate was started during the month. This calculation should include surface holes VMS-01 to VMS-40 and Purisima holes VMP-01 to VMP-27 although many results are still pending. The company wishes to complete this study for the beginning of the summer. Approximately 50% of the Veta Madre structure, which reaches 1.5 kilometers in strike length, has been covered from surface down to the 150 metres level while lest than 20 % has been covered at depth in the sulphide zone.

QAQC was performed using two silver standards and one blank being introduced alternatively (every 25 samples). Duplicates are being performed by the laboratory.

Hole VMS-39 returned exceptional silver and lead grades when compared to the bulk of the holes drilled from surface. These results confirm the presence of a high grade core centred around VMS-08, 09, 12, 38 and 39. Of significance is the fact that that area was not extensively mined out in the past.

The process to obtain a 43-101 compliant resource estimate on the two drilled out areas on Veta Madre (surface and Purisima shoot) is well underway. Results are expected by the end of June. It is important to note that the drilled out areas on Veta Madre cover less than 50% of the potential extent of the vein.

QAQC was performed using two silver standards and one blank being introduced alternatively (every 25 samples). Duplicates are being performed by the laboratory.

This press release was reviewed and approved by Pierre O'Dowd, geologist and qualified person as defined by NI 43-101 of the Canadian Securities Administrators.

letzte Meldung sollte man sich IMHO mal
      unbedingt genauer durchlesen.

      Gedanken gemacht &was geschrieben,

gut 32,8 Mio Oz Ag nachgewiesen.

Das ausgegebene Conceptual Potential liegt bei
      82.6 bis 177 Mio Oz Ag(auf "10.5 Mt and 22.5 Mt at
grades ranging from 150 g/t Ag to 350 g/t Ag" basierend)

was mögliche weitere Entdeckungen komplett ausschliesst

The Pitt Gold property continues to deliver significant gold values. Most of these intervals are either related to zone 1 (which can be followed for 400 m X 350 m) or zone 2 (which can be traced for 400 m X 400 m) or other satellite zones to the above.

The company recently mobilized a drill rig on the property and intends to complete approximately 4,000 metres of drilling before the end of the year. Drilling is being performed on a semi-systematic 50 X 50 meter grid in order to properly define zones 1 and 2 and other structures identified in previous program.

Samples were prepared and assayed at Laboratoire Expert of Rouyn-Noranda and were subjected to fire assay with AA finish.

Following the completion of its latest drilling program, Normabec acquired 100% interest in the Pitt Gold property. The interests retained by the former owners (SOQUEM INC. and GeoNova) has been each converted into a 1% NSR Royalty.

Normabec is a junior mining exploration company with a portfolio of advanced exploration projects including: the Pitt Gold Project in Quebec and the Real de Catorce Silver Project in Mexico.

This update incorporates new drilling information on the Veta Madre structure as well as surface sampling on the Refugio-Ave Maria structure. The parameters used by Micon in its June 2008 NI43-101 report were utilized. The main ones are: minimum mining width of 1.5 metres, cut off grade at 100 g/t Ag, grade capping at 605 g/t Ag for oxides and 1,500 g/t Ag for sulphides. On Veta Madre, inferred resources were obtained by extending indicated and measured polygons by an additional 50 metres. On Veta Refugio-Ave Maria, inferred polygons were drawn by using a 50 metre radius around channel sample lines. The grades listed above do not include any polymetallic credits derived from the lead and zinc.

The management of Normabec is quite pleased with the quick development of the resources at Real de Catorce. The potential to increase it further remains excellent especially along the immediate extensions of the past producing veins. It shall be remembered that drilling so far targeted only one vein; Veta Madre, although some of the drill holes did intersect the Refugio vein in a mostly mined out and confined area. The potential of that structure (Refugio-Ave Maria) is excellent as demonstrated by surface sampling results published this summer (August 14th 2008).

This NI43-101 compliant resource estimate up date was carried out in house by Pierre O'Dowd (P. Geo, VP Exploration). Most of the measured and indicated resource had already been published in a previous independent NI43-101 estimate (carried out by P. O'Dowd and audited by Micon International, June 2008). This update mostly addresses the inferred resources as calculated on longitudinal sections of the Veta Madre structure as well as the Refugio - Ave Maria structure. Mr O'Dowd used the same methodology and parameters as discussed in the June 2008 report.

QAQC was performed using two silver standards and one blank being introduced alternatively (every 25 samples). Duplicates are being performed by the laboratory.

Normabec Secures 100% Ownership of Real de Catorce Mining Concessions and Surface Rights
      Thursday December 18, 2008, 5:05 pm EST
Buzz Print ST-BRUNO, QUEBEC, CANADA--(Marketwire - Dec. 18, 2008) -Normabec Mining Resources Ltd. ("Normabec" or the "Company")(TSX VENTURE:NMB - News; FRANKFURT:N6M - News) through its wholly-owned Mexican subsidiary Minera Real Bonanza S.A. de C.V. ("MRB"), is pleased to announce that it has completed early acquisition from Restauradora de Las Minas de Catorce ("Restauradora") of the mining concessions comprising the Real de Catorce Silver Mining District, and has also secured the surface rights covering the area.

The initial Option Agreement signed in 2006 relating to the acquisition of a 100% interest in the property required a final payment of US$450,000 to take place in June 2009. The parties have therefore agreed to amend the initial agreement whereby Normabec has agreed to an immediate payment to Restauradora of US$250,000 in exchange for the immediate transfer of a 100% interest in the mining concessions comprising the property.

Furthermore, MRB has agreed to acquire from Restauradora the surface rights forming part of the property, including the buildings located thereon and covering the location of the previous mining operations, in consideration for a single payment of US$1.0 million to be made in December 2010. It is anticipated that the final agreement relating to this acquisition will be executed on or before March 15, 2009. This particular transaction is subject to, among other things, Restauradora providing MRB with clean and uncontested title of property to such surface rights and buildings.

Finally, Normabec has agreed to pay an additional amount of US $250,000 for all historic technical and geological information collected over the area, based on the following payments: US $50,000 payable on June 10, 2009 and US $200,000 on December 10, 2010. Such payments are not related to the acquisition of the mining concessions or the agreement to acquire the surface rights and buildings thereon.

Regarding these developments, President & CEO Robert Ayotte commented, "we are ecstatic that we have been able to secure 100% interest in the mining concessions and the surface rights on the Real de Catorce project area. We believe this give us the flexibility to advance this project in a timely manner despite the economic uncertainty that is prevalent currently in the global marketplace."

In a Press Release dated November 10, 2008 Normabec provided investors an updated Resources Calculation on the Real de Catorce Project. The Resource Estimate summary published on that date was the following:

      - Measured and indicated (Veins) 29.6 M oz Ag (248 g/t Ag)
      - Measured (Tailings) 4.1 M oz Ag (90 g/t Ag)
      -------------
      Total 37.7 M oz Ag

      - Infered (Veins) 13.1 M oz Ag (220 g/t Ag)

The potential to increase resource tonnage further remains excellent particularly along the immediate extensions of the past producing veins. It shall be remembered that drilling so far has targeted only one vein (see press release issued on November 10, 2008, for more information).

Pierre O'Dowd, Geologist, a designated qualified person as defined by NI 43-101 of the Canadian Securities Administrators has reviewed and approved the contents of this press release.

Buzz Print ST-BRUNO, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Jan. 6, 2009) - Normabec Mining Resources Limited ("NORMABEC" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:NMB - News; FRANKFURT:N6M - News) is pleased to announce the first results from its fall drilling program on the Pitt Gold property, located along the Porcupine-Destor Break, some 35 km north of Rouyn-Noranda, in the Abitibi region of Quebec.

From October to December 2008, Normabec completed 9 holes for a total of 5,180 metres of core. All holes targeted extensions of known mineralized zones and more specifically zones 1 and 2 located in the eastern portion of the property.

Of note, in both of the holes reported above, significant widths and grades are now being returned from zone 1 (11.52 g/t Au over 5 m and 9.13 g/t Au over 11 m). The Company estimates that true widths are approximately 80% of the core lengths indicated above. These two holes were drilled 100 metres apart with hole PG2008-05 located in between (see below). Results are pending for the remaining seven holes of this program.

These excellent results follow on a series of outstanding intersections reported in early 2008 (please see Press Releases dated Feb. 28 and March 18) from the winter drilling program undertaken in the same area (10.43 g/t Au over 3.0 m in PG2008-01, 35.2 g/t Au over 5.0 m in PG2007-07, 21.04 g/t Au over 2.0 m and 31.75 g/t Au over 1.5 m in PG2008-05). Mineralization at Pitt Gold can be followed laterally for 500 metres and vertically for 800 metres, and remains open at depth. Notably, as is common within the prolific Porcupine-Destor region, a large majority of high grade values are found below the 300 meter level.

In the fall of 2008, Normabec acquired the remaining 20% interest in the Pitt Gold property from SOQUEM Inc. and GeoNova Exploration Inc. The interests retained by the former owners have been converted into a 1% NSR royalty to each. The royalty can be bought back for $1 million.

Samples were prepared and assayed at Technilab of Sainte Germaine de Boule and were subjected to fire assay with AA finish. Normabec has implemented a QAQC program which includes systematic use of standards, blanks and duplicates. Values above 3 g/t Au are systematically re-assayed.

The 2008 drilling program was carried out under the supervision of Mr. Pierre O'Dowd, geologist and Qualified Person as per National Instrument 43-101.

      Hallo Gexe,

Normabec Intersects 12.15 g/t Au Over 6.5 Metres on Pitt Gold
      Tuesday February 10, 2009, 8:39 am EST
Yahoo! Buzz Print ST-BRUNO, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Feb. 10, 2009) - Normabec Mining Resources Limited ("NORMABEC" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:NMB - News; FRANKFURT:N6M - News) is pleased to announce all remaining results from its last drilling program on the Pitt Gold property, located along the Porcupine-Destor Break, some 35 km north of Rouyn-Noranda, in the Abitibi region of Quebec.

From October to December 2008, Normabec completed 9 holes for a total of 5,180 metres of core. Most holes targeted extensions of known mineralized zones and more specifically zones 1 and 2 located in the eastern portion of the property. Hole PG2008-09 was an in-fill hole and hole PG2008-11 targeted the depth extension of the known mineralization. All other holes tested the extension towards surface of the known zones (above 400 metres).

It should be noted that shallow historical drilling on Pitt Gold (in the 50's) mostly tested the immediate footwall of the Porcupine-Destor break (within 100 m of the fault). Normabec's recent drilling successes, above the 400 metre level, have mostly been obtained further away from the fault (up to 300 metres to the north) in an area that remains poorly explored.

Significant results from the first two holes: PG2008-08 (11.52 g/t Au over 5 m) and PG2008-09 (9.13 g/t Au over 11 m) were published earlier this year (see Press Release Jan 6th, 2009). The following table gives the results for the remaining seven holes:

DRILL HOLE FROM TO LENGTH GRADE VEIN
      (m) (m) (m) g/t Au

      PG2008-10 348 350 2.0 1.35

      400 402 2.0 1.92 #1

Intersections above 1 g/t Au are very often found within gold anomalous halos much larger than the individual higher grade intervals. The significant gold assays obtained in PG2008-15 have been cut along the up dip extension of the known structures. In fact, no gold value higher than 30 g/t Au was ever cut above the 300 metre level on the property before this hole. Except for hole PG2008-11 which cut the zones at an angle of approximately 45 degrees, core angles range from 80 to 90 degrees meaning that core length is almost identical to true thickness.

Considering that fact that most of the holes of the last program were targeting extensions of know veins (not in-fill drilling), these results are significant. For instance, the interval obtained in PG2008-15 (12.15 g/t Au over 6.5 m, cut at approximately 250 metres from surface) is entirely open towards surface.

Normabec is now initiating a compilation phase to outline new drilling targets. Giving the latest exciting results, it appears obvious that shallow drilling will have to be performed to follow up on the near surface extensions of the veins.

Normabec is a junior mining exploration company with a portfolio of advanced exploration projects including: the 100% owned Pitt Gold Project in Quebec and the 100% owned Real de Catorce Silver Project in Mexico.

      Hallo Gexe,

      Hi,

Optionen die dafür in Erwägung gezogen werden: "The Company is considering all potential alternatives, including the sale, spin-out or joint venture of the Company's Pitt Gold and/or Real de Catorce Silver Projects, investment by a strategic investor or a business combination."

Stimmt, also die Umsätze heute waren ja schon ungewöhnlich.

First Majestic to Acquire Normabec Mining Resources
      Press Release
Source: First Majestic Silver Corp. and Normabec Mining Resources Ltd.
On Monday September 14, 2009, 10:00 am EDT
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - 09/14/09) - First Majestic Silver Corp. ("First Majestic") (TSX:FR - News) and Normabec Mining Resources Ltd. ("Normabec") (TSX-V:NMB - News) (Frankfurt:N6M - News) have entered into a definitive agreement (the "Agreement") whereby First Majestic will acquire Normabec. The transaction will be an all-share transaction by way of plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement").

The Agreement, among other things provides that First Majestic will acquire Normabec in exchange for the issuance directly to Normabec's shareholders of 0.060425 First Majestic shares for each Normabec common share outstanding (the "Exchange Ratio"). In addition to Normabec's current shareholders receiving shares in First Majestic, they will also receive shares in a newly formed public company ("NEWCO") which will hold Normabec's interest in the Pitt Gold Property (and all other Quebec mineral interests currently held by Normabec) which will continue to be managed by the existing Normabec management. Subsequent to the completion of the Arrangement, First Majestic will invest, via a private placement, C$300,000 in this public company which will represent approximately 10% of NEWCO.

The Agreement implies a value for each Normabec share of C$0.1806 (C$0.1406 in First Majestic shares and C$0.04 in NEWCO shares) and represents a premium of 47.7% to Normabec shareholders based on the average prices of First Majestic's and Normabec's common shares for the 20 trading days ended September 11, 2009. Normabec has approximately 75.3 million shares issued and outstanding.

Normabec's primary asset is the Real de Catorce Silver Project which is located in the northern portion of San Luis Potosi state, Mexico. The property consists of approximately 6326 hectares of mineral rights which contains a drilled NI 43-101 compliant resource of 33.69 million Measured & Indicated silver ounces plus 13.10 million Inferred silver ounces.

Keith Neumeyer, President & CEO of First Majestic stated "We are continually looking for ways to expand our business including potential acquisitions. Based on our due diligence we believe the Real de Catorce Silver Project is an excellent strategic fit and has the potential to become another important asset for our company. We believe this transaction will also substantially benefit Normabec shareholders by not only allowing them to participate in our future upside, but also allowing them to retain 100% of the growth potential of the Pitt Gold Project in Quebec."

Robert Ayotte, CEO and President of Normabec stated; "Our strategic approach has always been to speed-up the development of the tremendous Real de Catorce Silver District. By this agreement we feel that our shareholders will participate not only in the development of this key asset but also in other divisions of First Majestic in production. Their talented technical and mining team have been a key factor for this association."

The proposed Arrangement has the unanimous support of the boards of directors of both Normabec and First Majestic and the Normabec board of directors has resolved to recommend that the Normabec shareholders vote in favour of the Arrangement at the special meeting. Lockup and support agreements have been signed by each officer and director and the largest shareholder of Normabec to support the Arrangement. An information circular is expected to be mailed to all shareholders by no later than mid-October and the proposed Arrangement is expected to close in early November. The Agreement includes representations, warranties and covenants typical of a transaction of this nature. The proposed Arrangement is subject to the approval of at least 66 2/3% of the votes of Normabec shareholders represented in person or by proxy at a special meeting of Normabec shareholders and the approvals of the Quebec Superior Court and other appropriate regulatory authorities and certain other conditions customary for transactions of this nature. A break-up fee of $350,000 is payable by either party in the event the Agreement is terminated in certain circumstances, including in connection with Normabec entering into a superior transaction.

First Majestic has engaged Gryphon Partners as its financial advisor and McCullough O'Connor Irwin LLP as its Canadian legal advisor. Normabec has engaged Haywood Securities Inc. as its financial advisor and Miller Thomson LLP as its Canadian legal advisor. Haywood Securities Inc. has provided an opinion to the board of directors of Normabec that, subject to Haywood Securities' assumptions and limitations and its review and analysis of current market conditions, the consideration to be received by the shareholders of Normabec, other than First Majestic and its affiliates or associates, pursuant to the Agreement is fair, from a financial point of view.

Based on the number of Normabec shares currently outstanding, these shares will be issued at a price of approximately C$0.16 per share (subject to certain adjustments, including adjustment for any shares of Normabec issued prior to closing, and subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange).

The Pitt Gold Property is located approximately 35 km north of Rouyn-Noranda and more precisely 7 km to the east of the town of Duparquet, Abitibi. The Property is strategically located between the Beattie, Donchester and Central Duparquet former producers, to the west, and the Duquesne and Golconda gold mines, to the east. They form part of the Duparquet gold camp which historically produced more than 1 million ounces of gold. Most of these former producers were located close to the Porcupine-Destor Fault. Since 2005, Normabec completed a total of 28,205 meters of diamond drilling on the property.

      Press Release
Source: Normabec Mining Resources Ltd., First Majestic Silver Corp.
On 5:09 pm EST, Friday November 6, 2009

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Nov. 6, 2009) - Normabec Mining Resources Ltd. ("Normabec") (TSX VENTURE:NMB - News) is pleased to announce that its shareholders have overwhelmingly voted in favour of the proposed arrangement involving First Majestic Silver Corp ("First Majestic") (TSX:FR - News), Normabec and Brionor Resources Inc. ("Brionor"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Normabec. Following the unanimous recommendation by the Normabec Board of Directors, the transaction was approved by over 99% of the votes cast at the special shareholders meeting held today in Montreal. The Final Court Order approving the Arrangement will be sought on November 9, 2009. The effective date of the arrangement is expected to be November 13, 2009.

"We are excited that the shareholders of Normabec have approved the transaction with First Majestic" said Robert Ayotte, President of Normabec. Brionor will hold Normabec's interest in the Pitt Gold Property, and all other Quebec mineral interests currently held by Normabec, and will continue to be managed by the existing Normabec management. First Majestic will also invest, via a private placement, $300,000 in Brionor, representing 9.9% of the outstanding capital of Brionor after closing.

This transaction is expected to substantially benefit Normabec shareholders by not only allowing them to participate in the future upside of First Majestic, a producing silver company focused in Mexico, but also allowing them to retain the growth potential of the Pitt Gold Project located in Quebec.

Neither the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX Venture) nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.
