..massive breakout to levels around 0.007/0.008 USD expected for 2.nd run, 3rd run could break 0.02 USD easily - we will see!!

LSMJ - I agree lifegear - both charts... look at the similarities.. Both were on a non-trading base almost... both made a huge breakout on huge volume, then both pulled back to the .0005-.0006 range... next step on the chart is a massive breakout to .003 or higher!!!

First look at BHUB chart from first breakout to pullback to .0005 range... then look at LSMJ chart - will it run to new highs like BHUB??? I think yes!

Man könnte LSMJ aber z.B. mit der netten Aktie: PAIV - im letzten Jahr 300.000,00% hochgelaufen (von 0,0001 auf 0,30 USD!!) - nach demselben MM-Shortie-Fehler - vergleichen!!

Noch ein schönes Beispiel für nen heftigen Anstieg war die LFZA (die jetzige USSE) hat sogar noch heftiger performt!! (war aber nen R/M - REVERSEMERGER) ..wobei man auch hinzuügen sollte, das diese LSMJ hervorragend für nen R/M ausgerichtet ist - mit diesem niedrigen O/S!!!

..meine Glaskugel zeigt jedenfalls eine dunkelgrüne Performance für LSMJ an, was ihre Einschätzung für nächste Woche angeht sogar eine massive Explosion des Kurses!!

Once again, we are charting into some very speculative waters, but hey isn't that why a lot of investors trade stocks on Over the Counter and PinkSheets market? The stock that we have been trying to dig up some information on is Lease Smart Inc. (OTC: LSMJ) which is a full service commercial loan company according to their last public release back in April of 2006. Lease Smart stock tripled today on over a billion shares traded, though it is difficult to see why since there has not been any news releases issued since last year. Since there is relatively little information out there ranging from non-existent contact numbers and a lack of a corporate website, we started using a resource that has proved to be reliable in the past. We logged on to the PinkSheet's website to find something... anything. Unfortunately, not much of the information was updated for Lease Smart on the site, but we did discover that the company was formerly known as XXSys Technologies Inc., a developer of composite retrofit systems for infrastructure renewal.

But this is where it gets a little fuzzy. How did XXSys Technologies become Lease Smart? Could a reverse merger have been the cause? There was a symbol and name change back in October of 2005 that was accompanied by a reverse stock split, but there is no other evidence of a corporate change. The most likely scenario for such a move would have been a reverse merger.

Here is what happens in such a transaction; typically, shareholders of a private company gain control of a public shell by merging it with their private company. Then the public shell company issues a substantial majority of its shares and board control to the shareholders of the private company. Since the transaction process is not too complicated, the reverse merger can be accomplished in as little as two weeks, resulting in the private company becoming a public company.

However, we are a little skeptical about if this did legitimately take place considering the events surrounding The BigHub.com Inc. (OTC: BHUB) and because there was never a formal announcement issued by the company. Adding to the suspicion is the fact that the transaction does not go through a review by state and federal regulators.

So we looked to Lease Smart's transfer agent, Select American Transfer Co. to continue our due diligence process and made our first phone call. What we found out is the company has apparently not paid its bills for months, and as a result, the transfer agent has stopped working for the company and has tried to get in contact with corporate officers for weeks but to no avail. The representative declined to give out any additional information, only to add that most of it would likely be outdated.

Yet, XXSys is not a dormant company and is still active according to filings with the state of California so that begs the question why the company would undergo a reverse merger if its operations have not ceased. To get some answers, we spoke to XXSys CEO Dr. Gloria Ma. Naturally, she did not reveal much and would not comment on the situation except to clearly distance herself and her company from Lease Smart. She firmly stated there is no relationship between the two companies.

However, what is interesting is the relationship between The BigHub.com Inc. (OTC: BHUB) and Lease Smart. Both companies, besides sharing the same transfer agent at one point in time, list the same corporate address which just so happens to be a UPS store according to state filings. If you recall from a previous article, we noted that BigHub.com is likely a victim of corporate identity theft.

In 2005, individuals by the name of John Sparrow and Jason Wong registered a corporation using the name The BigHub.com Inc., according to Florida Secretary of State documents. It is not certain at this point, but there is speculation that Sparrow and Wong might have opened an account with Select American Transfer and claimed ownership of the company which would have given them the ability to change the share structure and sell shares on to the open market. Recently, the BigHub.com has traded in excess of half a billion shares on a daily basis.

BigHub.com Interim President Darrell Peterson told Ant & Sons that the company is working diligently to update their corporate information. The company's legal team is being very pro-active and investigating the irregular trading activity that could have occurred as a result of unregistered or illegal shares hitting the open market. Peterson confirmed that there has been no share authorization increase that he is aware of since the last 10-Q SEC filing that indicated there were 50,000,000 shares.

Could the exact same thing be happening with XXSys? The last annual filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission indicated an outstanding share count of just over 14 million shares (before the stock split). If there is more substance to what could turn out be another possible corporate hijacking that has involved millions of unregistered or illegal shares hitting the market, than Lease Smart shares are in for a wild ride. We hope to find out more in the coming days, so stick with Ant & Sons for the latest coverage.

Habe überall nachgeschaut, aber leider keine news zum traiding hold von BHUB gefunden. Viele Spekulationen aber keine stichhaltigen Informationen.

Sollte es aber ein ten days hold sein, dann wird lsmj eigenen weg gehen. (so denke ich)

Normalerweise müsste jeder BHUB-Aktionär seine BHUB-Anteile ausgebucht und dafür TELA Aktien eingebucht bekommen.

Seriously, the possibility is there. My reasonsing: Look how quickly LSMJ ran to .002's compared to BHUB. BHUB turd took several weeks to get there but LSMJ did it in just 2 days like popping a popcorn. IMO, it is a clear indication that this stock's lubricated with some sort of WD-40 oil for floats/MM combination.

I'm actually quite curious how high this can realistically go because a stock with WD40 sprayed on to it can catapult up very high to insane and unbelievable levels.

Kurzefassung einer Übersetzung:

("Stock Scientist" wurde gefragt, ob er 0.014 für möglich hält)

Schwierig, die Möglichkeit besteht. Meine Begründung: Schau wie schnell LSMJ bis 0.002 gelaufen ist, im Vergleich zu BHUB.

BHUB Scheißhaufen (Steht wirklich da *gg*) brauchte mehrere Wochen um dort hin zu kommen, aber LSMJ nur 2 Tage wie platzende Popcorn. IMO (Meiner Meinung nach), ist dies ein deutliches Zeichen, dass diese Aktie mit einer Art WD-40 Öl geschmiert ist.

Im Moment bin ich sehr gespannt, wie weit es realistisch gehen kann, denn eine Aktie mit WD40 besprüht kann sehr hoch katapultiert werden bis zu wahnsinnigen und unglaublichen Höhen.

Dran bleiben (und nicht verkaufen)


Ich hoffe es so ca. erwischt zu haben mit der Übersetzung

Die Wellen sind ungefähr 10 Tage zeitversetzt.

D.h. morgen finden wir die Situation von BHUB von vor 10 Handelstagen bei LSMJ vor.

D.h. morgen sollte es eine kleine weiße Kerze geben. Übermorgen eine größere weiße Kerze, die uns wieder in den 600% Bereich bringt, dann eine weitere weiße Kerze, die uns über die 1000% bringt und dann eine letzte bis über 2000%, die rote markiert dann das Ende der 2. Welle, mit Spitze um die 3500% Plus !!!

Da beide Aktien fundamental wertlos sind, das ganze nur ein ZOCK der MMs und der Hardcorezocker ist, wird es keinen Grund geben ( Nachrichten o.ä. ), der hier ausschlaggebend ist. Nur der Chartverlauf ist hier das Maß. Ich bin mir sicher, das es hier ein stillschweigendes Übereinkommen zwischen Maklern und Tradern gibt, denn beide Seiten wollen ja was von dem Wert haben !!!

Daher wird die Sau nach gleichem Muster durchs Dorf gejagt, die Zittrigen erkennen das Muster nicht und schmeißen zu früh.

kurz unter 0,007 USD sollte man in der 2. Welle den Ausgang suchen. Und dann nach Minus von 70-80% wieder einkaufen.

Wellenreiten pur, nicht mehr dahinter !!!

Ziemlich sicher, denn nur bei hoher Volatilität ( Schwankungen, nach oben und nach unten ) blüht das Handelsvolumen erst richtig auf und die MMs verdienen ja an den Transaktionen ihre Gebühren. Deshalb werden sie dafür sorgen, das wieder mehr Schwung in die Sache kommt, solange es keine Nachrichten gibt, kann das Spiel beliebig oft durchgeführt werden.

Gloria Ma owns XXsys Technologies. Her company has been dormant since the end of 1999 for it is involved in lawsuits. She does not know the fate of her company until the lawsuits have been settled.
Her company is the victim of identity theft. Thus LSMJ. She has been in contact with the SEC for over a year now for them to do something about this situation and she is quite upset that nothing has been done. The A/S before it was highjacked was 20ml..
T/a for her company is American Stock in New York( I forgot the complete name but it is in one of my buried posts here) She told me they have been gagged and cannot discuss this situation with anyone.

I called Select in Canada. The CEO of LSMJ(Scam Co.) is Aaron Chaze. The A/S they stated was around 100ml, but they believe it is higher. They haven't been able to contact anyone from the suppose LeaseSmart. I wonder why? The Pr sent out from Leasemart in 2006 I proved to be bogus for the contact name they gave at the bottom of it was for LeaseMart who I emailed and they responded back that it wasn't their pr and they have nothing to do with LSMJ. Scamsters used their company at the bottom of the pr due to the fact that the names of the companies were similar LeaseSmart/LeaseMart.. How clever..
LSMJ and BHUB have same Florida address, same T/A out of Canada. Both bogus filings were done within days of each other in July/2005.. Both gave out bogus prs in 2006 which brought high volume to a normally non moving position.. Both had R/S. Symbol change from XXYS to LSMJ was in Oct/2005(I posted the link to this in another one of my prior posts)
I do not know what is going to take place here and I suggest everyone do their own dd on this one.

Dr. Ma has contacted the SEC and filed a formal Complaint, to which the SEC has not taken any action as of yet, to her knowledge.



Pinksheets.com also reports a 1-for-1000 reverse split, which would bring the oustanding shares to a miniscule approximately fourteen thousand (14,000) shares:

LSMJ has been trading in the hundreds of millions of shares per for several weeks. How could this possibly occur where the A/S is confirmed to be 20 million shares?

Okay, the comparison to LSMJ and BHUB:

Comparisons between BHUB and LSMJ

BHUB has a 50 million A/S and 21 million O/S, yet several hundred million shares per day has traded in BHUB for weeks.

LSMJ has a 20 million A/S (100 million A/S, maximum) and 14 million O/S, yet several hundred million shares per day has traded in LSMJ for weeks.

The T/A, for BHUB, American Select, apparently issued the shares over and above 50 million based upon the assumption that the "BHUB" they represented was a Delaware Corp. In reality, it turned out that the T/A was issuing shares for the wrong company. The true Company was a shell known as BHUB, domiciled in Florida. Darrell Peterson, the President of BHUB, confirmed that his shell company had no relationship whatsoever with the Delaware company for which the T/A was issuing shares.

The T/A for LSMJ, American Select, apparently issued the shares over and above 20 million based upon the assumption that the "LSMJ" they represented is a Company known as LeaseSmart, Inc. In reality, it turned out that the T/A was issuing shares for the wrong company. The true Company is a shell known as XXsys. Gloria Ma, the President of XXsys, confirmed that her shell company had no relationship whatsoever with LeaseSmart, Inc., which is the company the T/A was issuing shares.

Darrell Peterson, the President of BHUB, confirmed in his interview today on Traders Nation that he did not know who John Sparrow is.

Distinctions Between BHUB and LSMJ

Darrell Peterson, the President of BHUB, stated that he "only recently" discovered that the T/S, American Select was issuing shares for his Company wrongfully. He responded by issuing several Press Releases stating that the T/A issued more than 1.5 billin "unregistered" shares.

Gloria Ma, the President of XXsys, stated that she was aware that an entity known as "LeaseSmart, Inc. (LSMJ)" took over her shell company as soon as it happened. She accordingly filed formal complaints with the SEC nearly a year ago as soon as she discovered the "hijacking."

Darrell Peterson, the President of BHUB, issued numerous Press Releases publicly challenging the T/A, which caught the attention of the DTCC. With the information so public and "in your face," of course the DTCC had to respond.

Gloria Ma, the President of XXsys, which was hijacked and transformed into LSMJ, has never released any Press Releases concerning the situation. She took her complaint directly to the SEC, nearly a year ago.


Conclusion

BHUB ran for over one month before its halt, and even when it was halted I-Hub posters had advance warning. BHUB ran in phases, the first phase from .0001 to .0007, retrace, .0002 to .0023, retrace, .0005 to .007, halt.

LSMJ is in the midst of its run. Will LSMJ be halted, who knows, certainly I don't and I don't make any representations one way or another. But I'm taking that gamble. Anyone who does not want to take the gamble should not invest in LSMJ and therefore have no reason to visit the LSMJ Board.

LSMJ is also running in phases but with higher highs and higher lows than BHUB. LSMJ ran from .0001 to .0025, and is currently retracing, to a low of .0007, and preparing for the next phase of its run.

Now people from the BHUB Board are running over here trying to "save" LSMJ from running to .007 and higher. Okay, thanks, but no thanks.

Once again, we are charting into some very speculative waters, but hey isn't that why a lot of investors trade stocks on Over the Counter and PinkSheets market? The stock that we have been trying to dig up some information on is Lease Smart Inc. (OTC: LSMJ) which is a full service commercial loan company according to their last public release back in April of 2006. Lease Smart stock tripled today on over a billion shares traded, though it is difficult to see why since there has not been any news releases issued since last year. Since there is relatively little information out there ranging from non-existent contact numbers and a lack of a corporate website, we started using a resource that has proved to be reliable in the past. We logged on to the PinkSheet's website to find something... anything. Unfortunately, not much of the information was updated for Lease Smart on the site, but we did discover that the company was formerly known as XXSys Technologies Inc., a developer of composite retrofit systems for infrastructure renewal.

But this is where it gets a little fuzzy. How did XXSys Technologies become Lease Smart? Could a reverse merger have been the cause? There was a symbol and name change back in October of 2005 that was accompanied by a reverse stock split, but there is no other evidence of a corporate change. The most likely scenario for such a move would have been a reverse merger.

Here is what happens in such a transaction; typically, shareholders of a private company gain control of a public shell by merging it with their private company. Then the public shell company issues a substantial majority of its shares and board control to the shareholders of the private company. Since the transaction process is not too complicated, the reverse merger can be accomplished in as little as two weeks, resulting in the private company becoming a public company.

However, we are a little skeptical about if this did legitimately take place considering the events surrounding The BigHub.com Inc. (OTC: BHUB) and because there was never a formal announcement issued by the company. Adding to the suspicion is the fact that the transaction does not go through a review by state and federal regulators.

So we looked to Lease Smart's transfer agent, Select American Transfer Co. to continue our due diligence process and made our first phone call. What we found out is the company has apparently not paid its bills for months, and as a result, the transfer agent has stopped working for the company and has tried to get in contact with corporate officers for weeks but to no avail. The representative declined to give out any additional information, only to add that most of it would likely be outdated.

Yet, XXSys is not a dormant company and is still active according to filings with the state of California so that begs the question why the company would undergo a reverse merger if its operations have not ceased. To get some answers, we spoke to XXSys CEO Dr. Gloria Ma. Naturally, she did not reveal much and would not comment on the situation except to clearly distance herself and her company from Lease Smart. She firmly stated there is no relationship between the two companies.

However, what is interesting is the relationship between The BigHub.com Inc. (OTC: BHUB) and Lease Smart. Both companies, besides sharing the same transfer agent at one point in time, list the same corporate address which just so happens to be a UPS store according to state filings. If you recall from a previous article, we noted that BigHub.com is likely a victim of corporate identity theft.

In 2005, individuals by the name of John Sparrow and Jason Wong registered a corporation using the name The BigHub.com Inc., according to Florida Secretary of State documents. It is not certain at this point, but there is speculation that Sparrow and Wong might have opened an account with Select American Transfer and claimed ownership of the company which would have given them the ability to change the share structure and sell shares on to the open market. Recently, the BigHub.com has traded in excess of half a billion shares on a daily basis.

BigHub.com Interim President Darrell Peterson told Ant & Sons that the company is working diligently to update their corporate information. The company's legal team is being very pro-active and investigating the irregular trading activity that could have occurred as a result of unregistered or illegal shares hitting the open market. Peterson confirmed that there has been no share authorization increase that he is aware of since the last 10-Q SEC filing that indicated there were 50,000,000 shares.

Could the exact same thing be happening with XXSys? The last annual filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission indicated an outstanding share count of just over 14 million shares (before the stock split). If there is more substance to what could turn out be another possible corporate hijacking that has involved millions of unregistered or illegal shares hitting the market, than Lease Smart shares are in for a wild ride. We hope to find out more in the coming days, so stick with Ant & Sons for the latest coverage.

Gloria Ma owns XXsys Technologies. Her company has been dormant since the end of 1999 for it is involved in lawsuits. She does not know the fate of her company until the lawsuits have been settled.
Her company is the victim of identity theft. Thus LSMJ. She has been in contact with the SEC for over a year now for them to do something about this situation and she is quite upset that nothing has been done. The A/S before it was highjacked was 20ml..
T/a for her company is American Stock in New York( I forgot the complete name but it is in one of my buried posts here) She told me they have been gagged and cannot discuss this situation with anyone.

I called Select in Canada. The CEO of LSMJ(Scam Co.) is Aaron Chaze. The A/S they stated was around 100ml, but they believe it is higher. They haven't been able to contact anyone from the suppose LeaseSmart. I wonder why? The Pr sent out from Leasemart in 2006 I proved to be bogus for the contact name they gave at the bottom of it was for LeaseMart who I emailed and they responded back that it wasn't their pr and they have nothing to do with LSMJ. Scamsters used their company at the bottom of the pr due to the fact that the names of the companies were similar LeaseSmart/LeaseMart.. How clever..
LSMJ and BHUB have same Florida address, same T/A out of Canada. Both bogus filings were done within days of each other in July/2005.. Both gave out bogus prs in 2006 which brought high volume to a normally non moving position.. Both had R/S. Symbol change from XXYS to LSMJ was in Oct/2005(I posted the link to this in another one of my prior posts)
I do not know what is going to take place here and I suggest everyone do their own dd on this one.

Working on the PR now. Have not got hold of Gloria Yet, but have worked with my buddy mark from another forum who came up with the idea of having a law firm file suit against the people who issued the illegal shares.

One thing that we corresponded was to not come out at first and do anything to get halted, but to file a suit against the people who hijacked the stock at first. The firm would issue a PR in regards to such, but it is still the early stages and they are still just considering it.

But, I think once we know when that PR could be coming out "which could be next week IMHO" but don't hold me to that, it will bring the momo back.

Right now people just bid whacked to go jump in the other pumped subbers. I just grabbed more cheapies today as support is strong at .0003, getting filled at .0003 is damn hard, and with everyone holding shares from higher up, just a fair amount of buying pressure and this will move up quick.

Die BHUB Aktionäre werden TELA Aktien bekommen damit sie ihre Aktien wieder handelbar haben.
DIe 1.5B Aktien die gecovert werden müssen haben mit TELA überhaupt nichts zu tun.
D.H. die BHUB Aktionäre bekommen keinen Cent von dem Shortfiasko.

I spoke with Mr. Peterson for about a half hour- I didn't address him in a Q&A fashion, rather like a good ole' neighbor.(I have condo's in his city) Let me start by saying- he is a very likeable guy, very laid back.

1) He is pursuing in Florida Federal District Court.
2)He will meet Monday with his attorney, and the SEC attorney in Ft. Lauderdale for a strategy meeting.(wouldn't elaborate)
3)He could not really have the "fakes" court ordered "cancelled", QOUTE; "b'cause they have not determined who would be responsible for the buy-in, and did not want to drag this out like BCIT."
4)Reason for transferring "right to sue" to TELA--"we want this to be trading again, as soon as possible". Also, Bhub was dormant, with no attention really, until March. ...now we are getting over 500,000 hits daily.(not sure if he was talking about his website or IHub?) Which has brought alot of attention to Bhub- but before they were ready to pursue Bhub at the end of the year. Therefore deciding to capitalize on BHUB's new public conciousness.

Mr. Peterson also elaborated the following; only one or two million shares traded a month- if that- prior to March 8th. From there, Mr. Peterson, checked out IHUB, noticed a post--"Bhub, hot deal towards end of March" He contacted the poster as a "shareholder" to ask him about it- which lead him to Cyberhand.(I won't post person's name at Ihub, but will PM those who want it) He then contacted Select American Transfer to get a list of shares issued, after receiving that list- "accidently"- from an employee, the same employee told him "she got in trouble for giving it to him" to which he replied, "the transfer agent had already agreed to deliver it within a couple days" That did not sit right with him.

He also explained- a Mr. Reals(spelling??) had called him posing as an investor- and would not comment on the conversation- but Mr. Peterson was already aware of who Mr. Reals was.LOL

Currently, Mr. Peterson believes SAT is party to the fraud- and through his investigation- has identified "34" companies involved in this scam.
Stating- "our first priority is discovering the initial co. that brought the shares into the market". Unfortunately- ..."there are many alias' associated with this crime". As for criminal and Sec violations- "we believe they have violated the Patriot Act, Reg D, S-1, etc.
Asked what he would like to say to shareholder's on allstocks bb- "Please be patient, hopfully we won't do anything wrong, while we proceed methodically toward a resolution"

Well, that's all the pertinent infofrom our conversation. I would like to say- Mr. Peterson comes across very level headed and determined. And by his own word's- "I don't like the lime-light, just give me my pay check"

Jup, das wäre dann der schlimmste Fall, der eintreten könnte, da hast du sicher recht.

IMO wird man davon aber Abstand nehmen, da die Börse - speziell OTC - zur Zeit ohnehin wieder im Kreuzfeuer ist und sehr viele Kleinanleger ordentlich geprellt worden wären. Gerade bei den Amis werden die "Armen" gut von den Gerichten unterstützt.
Dazukommt, dass es dann aufzeigen würde, wie leicht doch Betrug an der Börse ist.

Und eines ist klar: So wie es aussieht, sind die MMs schuldig (Bzw. einer), und somit muss die Handelsplattform dafür aufkommen.

Rechnung (ca.):
1.530.000.000 Shares X USD 0,005 = USD 7.650.000,-
1.530.000.000 Shares X USD 0,01 = USD 15.300.000,-

Also ist der notwendige Betrag gar nicht so arg, für die reichen Broker
Das fett geschriebene wäre dann der Preis pro Aktie beim Covern....

Well, so at least a court will ask the responsible trading platform to buy back the shares (cover).

Trading platforms are usually rich.

So that's not really much money for them... all clear? ;o)

Working on the PR now. Have not got hold of Gloria Yet, but have worked with my buddy mark from another forum who came up with the idea of having a law firm file suit against the people who issued the illegal shares.

One thing that we corresponded was to not come out at first and do anything to get halted, but to file a suit against the people who hijacked the stock at first. The firm would issue a PR in regards to such, but it is still the early stages and they are still just considering it.

But, I think once we know when that PR could be coming out "which could be next week IMHO" but don't hold me to that, it will bring the momo back.

Right now people just bid whacked to go jump in the other pumped subbers. I just grabbed more cheapies today as support is strong at .0003, getting filled at .0003 is damn hard, and with everyone holding shares from higher up, just a fair amount of buying pressure and this will move up quick.

1. I own roughly 24 million shares which I added around .0006~.0007 range, some higher

2. I'm here as asst-mod & to dig around for some Due Diligence & to help out with the T/A.

3. One thing I'd like to point out is that we're officially at the bottom now but we need more VOLUME to get this moving.

This has moved up easily before and I believe we can get there again. I will do my part and hold a majority of my shares. However, I can't possibly do this alone because an army of one is WORTHLESS. Everyone must do their part and HOLD THE LINE!

I withdrew $150k in BHUB profits from my brokerage account on Monday, now I'm gonna have to just re-deposit them again! Damn it! LSMJ in my crosshairs now! TPL is fired up and pissed off!!!!!!!!!!!! TPL don't sell 20 million shares bought at .0013 average at no stinkin .0004! HELL NO!!!!!

Okay, I'm gonna be upfront with everyone so I don't get accused of anything later! My funds may be delayed coming back into my account at Ameritrade. I just read a post on the BHUB Board that said Ameritrade was freezing accounts for people that sold BHUB just before the halt. I don't think that legal, but I ain't taking any chances and putting money back after I already took it out for Ameritrade to mess around with. So I'm gonna keep my funds out until its all settled. I'll still sell some other stocks I'm in to free up some funds to get after the ask!

As an OTCBB Company, XXsys was required to and did file SEC documents. The last SEC Filing was a 10QSB filed on February 16, 1999, wherein it was confirmed that the authorized shares (A/S) was 20 million and the outstanding shares (O/S) was approximately 14 million:

We have spoken with Dr. Ma via telephone who confirmed that there was no "merger" at all between XXsys and LSMJ. She futher confirmed that the Authorized Shares (A/S) was 20 million shares to the best of her recollection pursuant to the last SEC document filed by XXsys.

Dr. Ma has contacted the SEC and filed a formal Complaint, to which the SEC has not taken any action as of yet, to her knowledge.



Pinksheets.com also reports a 1-for-1000 reverse split, which would bring the oustanding shares to a miniscule approximately fourteen thousand (14,000) shares:

However, since that was effective after LSMJ came into the picture, it cannot be confirmed whether this is accurate.



LSMJ has been trading in the hundreds of millions of shares per for several weeks. How could this possibly occur where the A/S is confirmed to be 20 million shares?

Unfortunately, BHUB has been temporarily halted from trading by the DTC after an exciting run from .0001 to .007. Trading in pink sheet stocks is extremely risky and everyone needs to be aware of the risks. Recently, some people have been coming to the LSMJ Board, which, by definition, is a forum to discuss LSMJ, seeking to compare LSMJ to BHUB, and, particularly, raise concerns whether LSMJ will be halted. Okay, the comparison to LSMJ and BHUB:

Comparisons between BHUB and LSMJ

BHUB has a 50 million A/S and 21 million O/S, yet several hundred million shares per day has traded in BHUB for weeks.

LSMJ has a 20 million A/S (100 million A/S, maximum) and 14 million O/S, yet several hundred million shares per day has traded in LSMJ for weeks.

The T/A, for BHUB, American Select, apparently issued the shares over and above 50 million based upon the assumption that the "BHUB" they represented was a Delaware Corp. In reality, it turned out that the T/A was issuing shares for the wrong company. The true Company was a shell known as BHUB, domiciled in Florida. Darrell Peterson, the President of BHUB, confirmed that his shell company had no relationship whatsoever with the Delaware company for which the T/A was issuing shares.

The T/A for LSMJ, American Select, apparently issued the shares over and above 20 million based upon the assumption that the "LSMJ" they represented is a Company known as LeaseSmart, Inc. In reality, it turned out that the T/A was issuing shares for the wrong company. The true Company is a shell known as XXsys. Gloria Ma, the President of XXsys, confirmed that her shell company had no relationship whatsoever with LeaseSmart, Inc., which is the company the T/A was issuing shares.

Darrell Peterson, the President of BHUB, confirmed in his interview today on Traders Nation that he did not know who John Sparrow is.

Gloria Ma, the President of LSMJ, confirmed in her telephone conversations with several posters that she did not know who John Sparrow is.


Distinctions Between BHUB and LSMJ

Darrell Peterson, the President of BHUB, stated that he "only recently" discovered that the T/S, American Select was issuing shares for his Company wrongfully. He responded by issuing several Press Releases stating that the T/A issued more than 1.5 billin "unregistered" shares.

Gloria Ma, the President of XXsys, stated that she was aware that an entity known as "LeaseSmart, Inc. (LSMJ)" took over her shell company as soon as it happened. She accordingly filed formal complaints with the SEC nearly a year ago as soon as she discovered the "hijacking."

Darrell Peterson, the President of BHUB, issued numerous Press Releases publicly challenging the T/A, which caught the attention of the DTCC. With the information so public and "in your face," of course the DTCC had to respond.

Gloria Ma, the President of XXsys, which was hijacked and transformed into LSMJ, has never released any Press Releases concerning the situation. She took her complaint directly to the SEC, nearly a year ago.


Conclusion

BHUB ran for over one month before its halt, and even when it was halted I-Hub posters had advance warning. BHUB ran in phases, the first phase from .0001 to .0007, retrace, .0002 to .0023, retrace, .0005 to .007, halt.

LSMJ is in the midst of its run. Will LSMJ be halted, who knows, certainly I don't and I don't make any representations one way or another. But I'm taking that gamble. Anyone who does not want to take the gamble should not invest in LSMJ and therefore have no reason to visit the LSMJ Board.

LSMJ is also running in phases but with higher highs and higher lows than BHUB. LSMJ ran from .0001 to .0025, and is currently retracing, to a low of .0007, and preparing for the next phase of its run.

Now people from the BHUB Board are running over here trying to "save" LSMJ from running to .007 and higher. Okay, thanks, but no thanks.

Once again, we are charting into some very speculative waters, but hey isn't that why a lot of investors trade stocks on Over the Counter and PinkSheets market? The stock that we have been trying to dig up some information on is Lease Smart Inc. (OTC: LSMJ) which is a full service commercial loan company according to their last public release back in April of 2006. Lease Smart stock tripled today on over a billion shares traded, though it is difficult to see why since there has not been any news releases issued since last year. Since there is relatively little information out there ranging from non-existent contact numbers and a lack of a corporate website, we started using a resource that has proved to be reliable in the past. We logged on to the PinkSheet's website to find something... anything. Unfortunately, not much of the information was updated for Lease Smart on the site, but we did discover that the company was formerly known as XXSys Technologies Inc., a developer of composite retrofit systems for infrastructure renewal.

But this is where it gets a little fuzzy. How did XXSys Technologies become Lease Smart? Could a reverse merger have been the cause? There was a symbol and name change back in October of 2005 that was accompanied by a reverse stock split, but there is no other evidence of a corporate change. The most likely scenario for such a move would have been a reverse merger.

Here is what happens in such a transaction; typically, shareholders of a private company gain control of a public shell by merging it with their private company. Then the public shell company issues a substantial majority of its shares and board control to the shareholders of the private company. Since the transaction process is not too complicated, the reverse merger can be accomplished in as little as two weeks, resulting in the private company becoming a public company.

However, we are a little skeptical about if this did legitimately take place considering the events surrounding The BigHub.com Inc. (OTC: BHUB) and because there was never a formal announcement issued by the company. Adding to the suspicion is the fact that the transaction does not go through a review by state and federal regulators.

So we looked to Lease Smart's transfer agent, Select American Transfer Co. to continue our due diligence process and made our first phone call. What we found out is the company has apparently not paid its bills for months, and as a result, the transfer agent has stopped working for the company and has tried to get in contact with corporate officers for weeks but to no avail. The representative declined to give out any additional information, only to add that most of it would likely be outdated.

Yet, XXSys is not a dormant company and is still active according to filings with the state of California so that begs the question why the company would undergo a reverse merger if its operations have not ceased. To get some answers, we spoke to XXSys CEO Dr. Gloria Ma. Naturally, she did not reveal much and would not comment on the situation except to clearly distance herself and her company from Lease Smart. She firmly stated there is no relationship between the two companies.

However, what is interesting is the relationship between The BigHub.com Inc. (OTC: BHUB) and Lease Smart. Both companies, besides sharing the same transfer agent at one point in time, list the same corporate address which just so happens to be a UPS store according to state filings. If you recall from a previous article, we noted that BigHub.com is likely a victim of corporate identity theft.

In 2005, individuals by the name of John Sparrow and Jason Wong registered a corporation using the name The BigHub.com Inc., according to Florida Secretary of State documents. It is not certain at this point, but there is speculation that Sparrow and Wong might have opened an account with Select American Transfer and claimed ownership of the company which would have given them the ability to change the share structure and sell shares on to the open market. Recently, the BigHub.com has traded in excess of half a billion shares on a daily basis.

BigHub.com Interim President Darrell Peterson told Ant & Sons that the company is working diligently to update their corporate information. The company's legal team is being very pro-active and investigating the irregular trading activity that could have occurred as a result of unregistered or illegal shares hitting the open market. Peterson confirmed that there has been no share authorization increase that he is aware of since the last 10-Q SEC filing that indicated there were 50,000,000 shares.

Could the exact same thing be happening with XXSys? The last annual filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission indicated an outstanding share count of just over 14 million shares (before the stock split). If there is more substance to what could turn out be another possible corporate hijacking that has involved millions of unregistered or illegal shares hitting the market, than Lease Smart shares are in for a wild ride. We hope to find out more in the coming days, so stick with Ant & Sons for the latest coverage.

I called Select in Canada. The CEO of LSMJ (Scam Co.) is Aaron Chaze. The A/S they stated was around 100ml, but they believe it is higher. They haven't been able to contact anyone from the suppose LeaseSmart. I wonder why? The Pr sent out from Leasemart in 2006 I proved to be bogus for the contact name they gave at the bottom of it was for LeaseMart who I emailed and they responded back that it wasn't their pr and they have nothing to do with LSMJ. Scamsters used their company at the bottom of the pr due to the fact that the names of the companies were similar LeaseSmart/LeaseMart.. How clever..

Both gave out bogus prs in 2006 which brought high volume to a normally non moving position.. Both had R/S. Symbol change from XXYS to LSMJ was in Oct/2005(I posted the link to this in another one of my prior posts)
I do not know what is going to take place here and I suggest everyone do their own dd on this one.

Now that one put the pieces in order didn't it. When I was in both of these I never thought that they were both hijacked and run in a similar fashion. My congrats to TikiGal on that one.

Does that mean LCOL and NNCP are possible scams as well? Will BHUB's active pursuit of this lay the path for LSMJ?

Know anything about this Aaron Chaze? I don't remember seeing that name anywhere before.

I was searching for info on them and looked up Lotta Coal and Nutrione remember the companies listed to Jason Wong in FL along with BHUB and LSMJ - they are all with Select American Transfer.

Then I searched for info on here and found that there is a whole board put together for this

Corporate Hijacking Hits LeaseSmart?

Once again, we are charting into some very speculative waters, but hey isn't that why a lot of investors trade stocks on Over the Counter and PinkSheets market? The stock that we have been trying to dig up some information on is Lease Smart Inc. (OTC: LSMJ) which is a full service commercial loan company according to their last public release back in April of 2006. Lease Smart stock tripled today on over a billion shares traded, though it is difficult to see why since there has not been any news releases issued since last year. Since there is relatively little information out there ranging from non-existent contact numbers and a lack of a corporate website, we started using a resource that has proved to be reliable in the past. We logged on to the PinkSheet's website to find something... anything. Unfortunately, not much of the information was updated for Lease Smart on the site, but we did discover that the company was formerly known as XXSys Technologies Inc., a developer of composite retrofit systems for infrastructure renewal.

But this is where it gets a little fuzzy. How did XXSys Technologies become Lease Smart? Could a reverse merger have been the cause? There was a symbol and name change back in October of 2005 that was accompanied by a reverse stock split, but there is no other evidence of a corporate change. The most likely scenario for such a move would have been a reverse merger.

Here is what happens in such a transaction; typically, shareholders of a private company gain control of a public shell by merging it with their private company. Then the public shell company issues a substantial majority of its shares and board control to the shareholders of the private company. Since the transaction process is not too complicated, the reverse merger can be accomplished in as little as two weeks, resulting in the private company becoming a public company.

However, we are a little skeptical about if this did legitimately take place considering the events surrounding The BigHub.com Inc. (OTC: BHUB) and because there was never a formal announcement issued by the company. Adding to the suspicion is the fact that the transaction does not go through a review by state and federal regulators.

So we looked to Lease Smart's transfer agent, Select American Transfer Co. to continue our due diligence process and made our first phone call. What we found out is the company has apparently not paid its bills for months, and as a result, the transfer agent has stopped working for the company and has tried to get in contact with corporate officers for weeks but to no avail. The representative declined to give out any additional information, only to add that most of it would likely be outdated.

Yet, XXSys is not a dormant company and is still active according to filings with the state of California so that begs the question why the company would undergo a reverse merger if its operations have not ceased. To get some answers, we spoke to XXSys CEO Dr. Gloria Ma. Naturally, she did not reveal much and would not comment on the situation except to clearly distance herself and her company from Lease Smart. She firmly stated there is no relationship between the two companies.

However, what is interesting is the relationship between The BigHub.com Inc. (OTC: BHUB) and Lease Smart. Both companies, besides sharing the same transfer agent at one point in time, list the same corporate address which just so happens to be a UPS store according to state filings. If you recall from a previous article, we noted that BigHub.com is likely a victim of corporate identity theft.

In 2005, individuals by the name of John Sparrow and Jason Wong registered a corporation using the name The BigHub.com Inc., according to Florida Secretary of State documents. It is not certain at this point, but there is speculation that Sparrow and Wong might have opened an account with Select American Transfer and claimed ownership of the company which would have given them the ability to change the share structure and sell shares on to the open market. Recently, the BigHub.com has traded in excess of half a billion shares on a daily basis.

BigHub.com Interim President Darrell Peterson told Ant & Sons that the company is working diligently to update their corporate information. The company's legal team is being very pro-active and investigating the irregular trading activity that could have occurred as a result of unregistered or illegal shares hitting the open market. Peterson confirmed that there has been no share authorization increase that he is aware of since the last 10-Q SEC filing that indicated there were 50,000,000 shares.

Could the exact same thing be happening with XXSys? The last annual filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission indicated an outstanding share count of just over 14 million shares (before the stock split). If there is more substance to what could turn out be another possible corporate hijacking that has involved millions of unregistered or illegal shares hitting the market, than Lease Smart shares are in for a wild ride. We hope to find out more in the coming days, so stick with Ant & Sons for the latest coverage.

Immer noch keine Welle !!! Aber irgendwas bahnt sich da an, die Jungs in den US Boards decken sich unten rum wieder ein !!! Stehen viele im BID und nehmen alles mit, was verkauft wird.

Eine Woche, die es in sich hatte.

BHUB stieg erst recht "gemächlich", setze dann zurück und nach ein paar Tagen kam sie so richtig bis hoch auf 0,004!!!!

hallo leute,

bin neu hier im board, wie ihr es vielleicht an meinem nick sehen könnt, ich bin 20jahre alt und neu im geschäft. ich habe mir mal diese aktie zum beobachten ausgewählt und habe die meisten eurer beiträge gelesen um mögl. viel zu lernen.
werde euch ab und zu ein paar anfängerfragen stellen und ich hoffe ihr seit so nett und beantwortet sie mir

fangen wir gleich an:
die aktie wird doch am otc gehandelt, ich dachte otc ist außerbörslich und hat somit keine börsenzeiten wie z.b. amex von 15.30 - 22.00uhr (gmt +1). aber scheinbar ist es ja doch so, da sich ab 22uhr freitag nix mehr getan hat.

nächste question:
wieso denkt ihr eigentlich dass diese aktie am montag weiter steigen wird und dass es z.b. gut wäre bei 0.0003 einzusteigen (falls es wieder dahinkommt)? habt ihr irgendwelche fundamentals oder eher nur wegen spekulation? und wie zum geier kommt es das so eine aktie plötzlich so verdammt viel volumen bekommt und so radikal gehandelt wird wenn ein paar tage vorher tote hose war?

falls ihr auf die anlegermesse in frankfurt kommt, werde wahrscheinlich auch dort sein um etwas zu informieren, wohne in frankfurt, dann lade ich diejenigen die mir helfen auf ein bierchen ein dafür dass sie sich zeit nehmen einem jungen anfänger zu helfen

1. Als blutjunger Börsianer:

Ist LSMJ keine Aktie im OTC-Bereich zum lernen. Hier musst du minütlich darauf achten, wie sich die Masse verhält. Ich habe hier nur Kohle drin, bei der ich bereit bin sie innerhalb von Minuten buchtechnisch zu verlieren.

2. Die Aktie ist ein Pinksheet und ist somit kein OTC-Wert.

genau kann ich dir das jetz auch nicht erklären. Ich kann dir sagen, das es eine gewissen Rangreihenfolge gibt:

Nasdaq
Amex
OTC
Pinksheet
Grey

Je tiefer man kommt, desto weniger Kontrolle durch behördliche Aufsichten gibt es. Somit gibt es eher Lug und Trug und so mehr Prozente kann man eher kurzfristig machen.


an der OTC nachbörslich handeln können nur Banken und die Emmitenten selber (Lege mich da nicht ganz fest, es könnte auch noch anders sein)
Vorbörslich gibt es an der OTC. Das kann man z.B. über TradeGate in Berlin machen. Das ist eine Börse die sich dazwischengeschaltet hat. Wo man das noch machen kann und in wie weit da die Regelen sind, kann ich dir nicht sagen.


3. wieso denkt ihr eigentlich ...
Weil wir denken, das es so sein wird. Das muss man nach und nach ins Gefühl bekommen. Ich denke es weil noch zu viele heiß auf zig Prozent sind und auch die größeren Gruppen sich ggf. wieder für diese Aktie entscheiden könnten. LSMJ ist ein absoluter Zockwert, der überhaupt nicht berechenbar ist.


4. und wie zum geier kommt es...
Die richtige Gruppe hat sich diese Aktie rausgesucht und beginnt sich stärker einzukaufen. Machen dafür Werbung in dem sie in verschiedenen Boards posten: Immer mehr werden darauf aufmerksam un dnun noch die richtige Story dazu, dann kann es losgehen (Die Story dazu ist die Aktie BHUB). Erst mal ist es Phantasie pur.

5. Bier in Frankfurt... könnte sogar tatsächlich sein, das ich da mal vorbeikommen würde. Sicher ist das aber überhaupt nicht

Lernen kannst du nur, in dem du erst mal viel beobachtest und so wenig wie möglich Kohle einsetzt. Leraning by doing ist der Zauber.

Aktionäre, vor allem Trader sind gleichzustellen wie mit Unternehmer.
Je besser sie sich mit der Sache beschäftigen, desto besser können sie werden.

Wenn du allgemeine Fragen hast, dann mache dazu besser einen Thread auf oder suche dich ein wenig durch z.B. WO durch. Ggf. existieren schon solche Themen

grundsätzlich stimme ich Kaltental zu,

bis auf die sache mit LSMJ ist keine aktie im bereich der OTC!

es gibt 2 OTC segmente, für beide stellt die NASDAQ das elektronische handelssystem zur verfügung, man darf dies aber auf keinen fall damit verwechseln das OTC und OTC:BB werte an der NASDAQ gehandelt werden! das stimmt nicht!

OTC:BB (OTC Bulletin Board) gibt es zunächst einmal...
an der OTC:BB gelten noch gewisse regeln wie z.b. regelmäßiges filen von bilanzen mit der SEC.

OTC oder aber auch pinksheets genannt wäre das 2. segment, der name kommt von der farbe der zettel die früher benutzt wurden von den brokern, im unterschied zu dem Buletin Board gibt es hier keine regeln was das filen von bilanzen und ähnlichem anbelangt...

für beide börsensegmente gilt das die abschlüsse unaudited sein können, also nicht von einem Wirtschaftsprüfer oder Wirtschaftsprüfergesellschaft abgezeichnet werden müssen...

mit anderen worten die können da reinschreiben was sie wollen ohne das dass jemand überprüft!

folglich mein tipp... glaube niemals die story die dir an der OTC oder OTC:BB erzählt wird, setz dir kursziele und realisiere sie, versuch emotionen in den griff zu bekommen... dann klappt das schon

vielen dank für eure hilfe leute! besonders @ kaltental & cyba die so ein großen post geschrieben haben

muss aber sagen, dass ich das meiste davon schon wusste, habe mich bei meiner fragestellung etwas blöder angestellt als ich bin ^^
hab immerhin schon 2 börsenbücher gelesen, ein allgemeines und eins nur über pennystocks, von peter leeds (Btw, kostenlos als ebook im internet)

is klar das es zockerwerte sind, aber ein bisschen zocken neben "echten" trades ist doch auch nicht schlecht (ich weis dass ich bei den zocks alles verlieren kann).

aber nochmal zu den börsenzeiten, versteh ich das richtig, dass man dann am otcbb und otc eigentlich zu den gleichen handelszeioten handeln kann wie woanders(15.30 - 22.00)?

wann wird eine aktie selbst von der otc delisted?
LSMJ hier z.b. steht zurzeit z.b. bei 0,0006 dollar
ist es z.b. dass wenn die vierte nachkommastlle 0 wird die delisted werden und man dann den ganzen wert dieser aktien verloren hat? oder wie niedrig darf eine otc aktie wert sein? denn ich glaub ich hab noch keine gesehen die weniger als 0,0000 war... .
wäre blöd wenn ich einen zock hier, oder in nem anderen otc share, starte und am ende wegen so ner basiswissenslücke scheitere

die letzte bude die von den pinksheets geflogen ist die ich verfolge, und vor gewarnt hatte, war EQBM, sie wurde durch die SEC suspendet i.R.d. Spamalot aktion und nach dem der 10 tägige halt aufgehoben wurde (die SEC kann nur 10 tage halten, soweit ich weiss) war sie grey...
nun müsste der CEO larry skolnik einen MM finden der ein gewisses dokument filed um dann wieder an den pinksheets gehandelt zu werden...
