welche otc-werte habt ihr denn so auf der watch für diese woche?

meine favorieten sind:

SPNG, GLCC, GRDO, QMLM

chart sieht sehr bullish aus, die letzten drei handelstage hat der mm BMAS (den es nur im bid gibt) die letzten 30 min. riesen blöcke aus dem ask gesaugt und den kurs nach oben gebracht. dazu gab es am 20. zwei news die nicht vonschlechten eltern waren. (siehe unten)

SpongeTech(R) Announces Changes in Capital Structure; Corporate Buy-Back is Almost Completed

NEW YORK, Nov. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SpongeTech(R) Delivery Systems, Inc., America's Cleaning Company(TM), (OTC Bulletin Board: SPNG), CEO Michael Metter reported today that the Corporate buy-back of the Company's common shares is almost completed. Repurchased stock will soon be returned to treasury and removed from the trading float. The Board of Directors has convened a meeting to discuss additional positive measures to reduce the total outstanding shares in SpongeTech's(R) stock. Possible actions being contemplated by the Company are to exercise the repurchase option that the Company has on the 660 million shares currently held by RM Enterprises. The repurchase of equity would significantly reduce the outstanding number of shares of the Company stock thereby decreasing the Company's overall market cap. Additionally, the Board of Directors will be discussing the feasibility of a new corporate stock buy-back program.

nach der heftigen dilution, die glcc kurzzeitig bis auf 0,001 usd runtergezogen hat, gab es eine netten rebound. abzuwarten bleibt nun ob dieser nach kleinem rücksetzer weiter geht oder ob sie nochmal abladen und die unterstützung bei 0,001 nochmals getestet wird.

qmlm, die alte qmnm. qmnm hat vor ca. 3 wochen einen r/s durchgeführt, pps ist seit dem von 0,04 auf 0,0022 gefallen. intersant sollte es werden wenn sie die triple-zero erreicht. dann könnten es zu einem schnellen zock kommen. es sind derzeit gerüchte im umlauf, das die sec die firma unter die lupe genommen hat, ich persönlich glaube nicht daran das die sec etwas unternehemen wird. das hätten sie auch schon bei 1000 anderen werten machen können und da kam nie etwas...

L2 zieht vorboerslich schon an 0,028x0,029. widerstand bei 3 cent sollte heute kein problem sein.

unfassbar, spng läuft die letzten handelstage wie ein uhrwerk. am anfang des tages 10-15% down. dann klättert sie bis eine halbe stunde vor schluss beständig nach oben und dann kommt bmas und es gibt einen mega schub mit riesen ask käufen. watch it

ps: mal schauen ob wir es ohne bmas über die 0,03 schaffen.

unfassbar, guckt euch das volumen an. ich habe euch doch gesagt dieser bmas ist irre, wenn er anfängt zu kaufen gibts kein halten mehr der saugt einfach alles auf.

freu mich schon auf morgen, da sollten wir die 4 cent testen.

A few words about SPNG's share price as of late.
If any of my readers follow the message boards you will be fully aware of the power struggle that is occuring behind the scenes. There is a very intense fight occuring between the longs and the shorts. The PPS has remained staganet for quite some time and has now begun to fall. I myself have always suspected that a Naked Short Seller is involved. I believe someone is trying to steal this company due to it having the potential for huge success. Now with the 10K report due at the end of August the shorts are becoming desperate. I believe that it is now or never for the shorts and they know it. When the 10K comes out it is very possible all hell is going to break loose. If the shorts lose this battle there will almost certainly be a short squeeze. This is exactly what we want. This would drive the PPS to extremes as the shorts try to cover the millions and millions of shares they have sold. This is why they are determined to not lose this fight.
As longs it is our job to help prevent this from happening. And all you have to do, to do your part, is,,,,,,NOT SELL YOUR SHARES!!!

That is it, just do not sell your shares.

I have complete faith in the management of Spongetech Delivery System Inc. that they have a plan to deal with the short situation.
There are many, many ways to force the shorts to cover. They could issue a dividend, they could move up to a different exchange, possible the AMEX or even the Nasdaq. They could move up to a different exchange by simply buying a shell company that is already on either of these exchanges. While there are other requirements to move exchanges, both these options are feasible.
Let us not forget that SPNG has retained an Investment Bank to help them and while we do not know their plans,, we do know that an Investment Bank is not a cheap partner to have. This can only mean that they are planning something big.
