Keine Meinung zu diesen Werten?
Hallo Funcuderr,
CTCK.OB an. Aus sicherer Quelle weiß ich, daß eine gute PR kommt!
Bring 200% bis nächste Woche!!

SWOMI Makes Public Debut at Dupont CoolMax World
Amateur Golf Tournament in Myrtle Beach
SARASOTA, Fla., Sep 7, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Beachaccess.net, a wholly owned
subsidiary of BioFiltrations Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:BIFS), publicly unveiled
SWOMI(TM), its new high-speed wireless Internet access technology, at the Dupont
CoolMax World Amateur golf tournament held August 27 through September 1 in
Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. SWOMI(TM), which stands for Seamless, Wireless,
Omni-directional Mobile Internet, utilizes neighborhood radio towers to provide
continuous mobile Internet access at a speed of 2,048 kilobits per second.
The Myrtle Beach Convention Center acted under agreement with Beachaccess.net to
provide the tournament a wireless link to the Internet. Paul T. Edwards, the
convention center`s general manager, and Jay Knabb, CEO of Beachaccess.net,
deemed the event, which hosted 5,000 golfers, an excellent arena to demonstrate
SWOMI(TM)`s unique capabilities to the public. The SWOMI(TM) system was used in
downloading and retrieving 5,000 individual scores from over 70 golf courses
each day during the four-day event. The system furthermore enabled the computers
used to access the scores to be transported from one location to another without
losing the hookup.
"I was generally impressed with the whole process," commented Mr. Edwards. "The
team from Beachaccess.net had the system installed and operating in just three
days. The SWOMI(TM) system was used in conjunction with our in-house Internet
system and proved to be much faster in performing functions. Our client was
impressed with the speed and technology provided by SWOMI(TM). Beachaccess.net
employees provided complete support during the event and were very professional
in every respect."
"We are very pleased with SWOMI(TM)`s performance during the tournament," said
Jay Knabb. "The event served as our first opportunity to display to a broad
audience the unique properties and unprecedented speed of SWOMI(TM). I think we
have shown that the system is viable and that its potential applications are
immense in scope. We look forward to our roll out to residents and the business
community of Myrtle Beach later this year."

BioFiltration Systems Inc. Announces the Implementation of its Rural Region ISP Franchise Program for the Distribution of SWOMI Wireless Internet Systems
SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 11, 2000--BioFiltration Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: BIFS) announced today that its Technology group Beachaccess.net, a wholly owned subsidiary of BioFiltration Systems, has implemented its new rural ISP SWOMI(TM) Franchise Program beginning today.
The goal of the program is to create a mechanism through which qualified local ISP providers in rural areas of the country can compete in the marketplace of high-speed broadband Internet service delivery. The program is specifically geared toward developing partnerships and strategic alliances between Beach Access and ISP`s in rural regions and other small markets of the country that are not normally targeted for high-speed internet access. The franchise program provides a mechanism for the rapid distribution of the SWOMI(TM) Internet system to customers in these rural areas and is designed to give these customers an alternative to 56kb dial-up service.
SWOMI(TM) Internet was recently announced by Beach Access and provides customers with wireless access to the Internet at T1 speeds and uses a "seek and switch" capability that eliminates the need for users to reset their computers as they traverse the SWOMI(TM) network. SWOMI(TM) internet wireless can be used to facilitate mobile computing from laptop computers and palm devices, but it can also be used from a desktop computer at home or the office and offers SWOMI(TM) customers a low-cost, high-speed alternative to the traditional 56kb dial-up services provided by many of the countries leading large ISP providers. Internet Service Providers who are interested in finding out more about the program are asked to contact the headquarters of Beach Access Corporation in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina through electronic mail at ISPTEAM@SWOMI.com.
Al Keyser, CEO BioFiltration commented on this latest announcement by saying, "Our company is actively pursuing a variety of strategic and operational level programs that can promote the adoption of the SWOMI(TM) Internet Wireless Network throughout the country and this latest effort is designed to empower mid-sized and small internet service providers with the means to continue to service their customers. We firmly believe that competition for this internet market is a healthy and valuable commodity and through the creation of the ISP Franchise program we are endeavoring to assure that people in all areas of the country have access to high-speed mobile wireless services and retain the personalized customer services provided by their home town ISP."
Jay Knabb, CEO of BeachAccess commented that, "Open competition has, in my opinion, been the cornerstone of the rapid acceptance of the Internet by the worldwide community of computer users and our ISP Franchise program is designed to make certain that this technology reaches as many people as possible over the next few years in these valuable and often forgotten markets. Users in these remote geographic areas are too often relegated to 56kb dial-up services as their only cost effective way of connecting to the Internet, and our ISP Franchise program for the SWOMI(TM) network can rapidly provide high-speed, low-cost wireless to these customers. We place great value on the customer support and services provided by local ISP`s to their clientele and it is our goal to make certain that there is a business mechanism in place that makes SWOMI(TM) technology available to them as they continue to provide valuable support to the customers in these smaller markets of the country."

Beachaccess.net`s SWOMI to Make its Debut in the Classroom
SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 12, 2000--Beachaccess.net, a wholly owned subsidiary of BioFiltration Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:BIFS), announced today that its new high-speed wireless Internet access system, SWOMI(TM), will be installed at a Risen Christ Lutheran School in Myrtle Beach. Funding has been provided to underwrite the cost of making SWOMI(TM) available for a period of two years. The school, with students attending grades Pre-K - 8th grade, is the first educational institution to implement the SWOMI(TM) system. Beachaccess.net will absorb the cost of installing the requisite radio tower, which enables the system to connect to the Internet. The installation is to be completed by the end of September.
Once in place, SWOMI(TM) will afford teachers not only high-speed access to the Internet, but roaming capability so that a class may be conducted outside, with a laptop computer continuing to provide seamless Internet access. Furthermore, a child who is at home and unable to attend school could still participate in classroom activities with a classroom video camera providing real time video and audio transmission to that child`s home computer. SWOMI(TM)`s capability to facilitate real time video and audio transmission could also revolutionize the methods currently used for home schooling.
"In considering the tremendously diverse applications of SWOMI(TM), it has the potential to have a significant impact on the field of education," commented Jay Knabb, CEO of Beachaccess.net, who is very excited about SWOMI(TM)`s debut in the educational arena. "We are thrilled that SWOMI(TM) will be made available to the teachers and faculty of Risen Christ Lutheran School and believe it will prove itself an extraordinarily effective new teaching tool."

We envision students being able to supplement their existing work and reference materials by direct research via the Internet. We welcome the chance to conduct a science class, for example, outside the classroom environment while still having access to the Internet."

"In considering the tremendously diverse applications of SWOMI(TM), it has the potential to have a significant impact on the field of education," commented Jay Knabb, CEO of Beachaccess.net, who is very excited about SWOMI(TM)`s debut in the educational arena. wie begründest Du eigentlich Deine kurzfristige, abenteuerliche Prognose zu BIFS?

Companies, WSJ Says
10/2/00 3:52:00 AM
Source: Bloomberg News
Sarasota, Florida, Oct. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Many small companies are splitting their stock by as
much as 100-for-1, a trend fueled in part by Internet stock-message boards where penny stocks
are a popular topic, the Wall Street Journal reported in its ``Heard on the Street`` column.
Nearly two dozen small companies have announced such splits in recent months, the paper
said. The splits seem to have helped some small stocks.
BioFiltration Systems Inc., a Sarasota, Florida-based marketer of waste-treatment and wireless
Internet technologies, split its stock 100-for-1 in April, taking its shares to 12 cents from $12
each. Since then, trading volume has leaped and the stock`s value in the over-the-counter market
reached $2 a share, equivalent to $200 on a pre-split basis, the paper said.
Lisa Gok, an assistant regional director in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission`s Los
Angeles office, said the SEC has seen a lot of big stock splits by small companies. The big
splits can be a ``red flag`` of possible stock manipulation, the paper said.
She declined to say whether the SEC is investigating any such cases. There isn`t any
suggestion BioFiltration is being examined by regulators, the paper said. (WSJ 10/02 interactive)

Biofiltration Systems Inc. Adopts Reorganization Plan and Appoints Executives to New Company Positions
BusinessWire
Wednesday October 4 12:03pm
SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 4, 2000--Biofiltration Systems, Inc.
