Technologies Inc.

E*TRADE Group, Inc. announced that it has completed its acquisition of VERSUS Technologies Inc., a Canadian-based provider of
electronic securities trading services for institutional and retail investors and owner of the E*TRADE Canada(R) license
(www.canada.etrade.com). The acquisition has been accounted for as a pooling of interests with an estimated value of C$ 258 million
(US$173.9 million), or C$18.08 (US$12.185) per VERSUS Technologies Inc. share.

The estimated value of the transaction is based on an exchange rate of C$1.4843 for US$1.00, and the transaction``s exchange ratio of
0.724757 E*TRADE shares to 1 VERSUS Technologies share.

VERSUS Technologies securityholders were entitled to receive, at their option, shares of E*TRADE or Exchangeable Shares of a
Canadian subsidiary of E*TRADE (exchangeable for shares of E*TRADE).

hallo schnittmenge, vielen dank fuer deine info. vielleicht kannst du mir auch sagen warum in meinem Depot dann immer noch Versus steht und ob ich keine benachrichtigung bekomme z.B. dass ich jetzt E-Trade habe
so dass ich meinen anteil verkaufen koennte.
