Sie sehen doch auf den ersten Blick gut aus:

Turnover of the Group for the six months period ended 30 June 2000 was 442.114.000 representing a 54,7 % increase as compared to that of the corresponding period in 1999.

Earning per share: 14.25 cents nach 4.02 cents 1999
usw. lest doch bitte selber nach...

vergisst nicht, dass bis auf wenige aussnahmen die chinesischen unternehmen, und schon recht welche, die auf den bermudas angemeldet sind, so falsch bilanzieren, dass sich alle balken biegen. Achtet lieber auf unabhängige quellen.
und denket dass auch chinesische unternehmen getleu dem alten chinesischen splichwolt handeln:

China Online mit 1,3 Mrd HK-$ Gewinn, KGV bei 1 ?
Nach Angaben von Yahoo Finance gab es bei China Online einen gewaltigen Gewinsprung. Der Gewinn nach Steuern sei demnach von 365,6 Mio HK-$ im ersten Halbjahr 1999 auf 1,3228 Mrd. HK-$ für das erste Halbjahr 2000 gestiegen. Obgleich keine Halbjahresdividende gezahlt wird, ergibt sich demnach ein Gewinn von 14,25 cent pro Aktie, nach 4,02 cent für das letzte Jahr.




Bisher war bei China Online jedoch von einem gewinn von 255 Mio HK-$ für das Gesamtjahr 1999 die Rede gewesen. Bereits mit diesen Zahlen läge China Online auf einem 99-er KGV von gerade einmal 5,1.




Vermutlich handelt es sich um deutliche außerordentliche Erträge, beispielsweise durch den Verkauf weiterer PCCW- Anteile. Nähere Neuigkeiten dazu wurden nicht bekannt gegeben.




Sollten die Zahlen so übertragbar sein, so ergibt sich bei COL ein KGV von ca. 1 ! Die Aktie steigt heute gegen den Trend um 0,3 cent auf 0,146 HK-$

5. Earnings per share:-

The calculation of basic earnings per share is based on the net profit
attributable to shareholders for the period of HK$1,322,824,000 (1999:
HK$365,737,000), and the weighted average of 9,283,110,819 (1999:
9,094,033,320) ordinary shares in issue during the period, adjusted to
reflect the exercise of share options during the period.

The calculation of diluted earnings per share is based on the net profit
attributable to shareholders for the period of HK$1,322,824,000 (1999:
HK$365,737,000). The weighted average number of ordinary shares used in
the calculation of the diluted earnings per share is 9,284,628,194 (1999:
9,095,987,860) ordinary shares, which includes 9,283,110,819 (1999:
9,094,033,320) ordinary shares in issue during the period, as used in the
basic earnings per share calculation; and the weighted average of
1,517,375 (1999: 1,954,540) ordinary shares assumed to have been issued at
no consideration on the deemed exercise of all share options during the
period. No dilutive potential ordinary shares would have been issued at
no consideration on the deemed exercise of all warrants outstanding during
the period (1999: Nil).

6. Interim dividend:-

The Directors do not recommend the payment of an interim dividend for the
six months period ended 30 June 2000 (1999: Interim dividend: Nil, special
interim dividend of HK$0.02 per share as adjusted for the one to ten
subdivision of shares on 30 July 1999). However, barring unforeseeable
circumstances, the Directors would consider recommending a final dividend
for the year ending 31 December 2000.

7. Comparative amounts

Due to the adoption of new and revised SSAPs during the current period,
certain comparative amounts have been reclassified to conform with the
current period`s presentation.

Wie müssen eigentlich die operativen Umsätze und Gewinne der Beteidigungen bilanziert werden ?

Wenn alles anteilig bilanziert werden muß dann haben wir einen Umsatz von 442 Mio (Halbjahr) zu 2 Mrd Mart.kap.

Das Umsatzmultiple ist also 2.

Der operative ´Gewinn entspricht in etwa den adm. Kosten
-> ausgeglichenes Ergebnis.

Mein Fazit:

Für 0,02 € als langfr. Depotbeimischung geeignet.
