Also richtig lesen dann meckern.

"mein" Überschrift. Cool.

Friday, October 13, 2000 8:40:00 AM EST
ST. MARY`S, W.Va., Oct 13, 2000 TSRG announced today that they have initiated a re-entry into the Nolan No. 2 and plan to drill to a
depth of 5100 feet through the Benson Sand. This well is very close to a gas transportation line owned by Trans Energy, which will enable
this well to be put into production immediately after completion. TSRG owns and operates 100 miles of gas pipeline in West Virginia, and
has the efficiencies and capacity to take physical delivery of product, and deliver it directly from the source to the end-user. Trans Energy
has 5,000 acres under lease in this region. This well is expected to be comparable to the Estlack No. 1 and the Nolan No. 3.
Estlack No. 1, Trans Energy`s previous gas well, is located in West Virginia in the Chemung section of the Devonian Shale (Business
Wire, Sept. 13, 2000). The Nolan No. 3 well (Business Wire, Oct.12, 2000), has successfully been re-entered and drilled to a depth of
5060 feet through the Benson Sand. The Benson Sand has been fraced successfully, cleaned up, and has 1600 psi rock pressure. Both
wells were successfully completed and will be turned into the sales line immediately.
Chairman and CEO Loren Bagley stated, "With natural gas prices going up $0.52 in the last two days, to $5.64 per DT, and the
uncertainties surrounding the Middle East oil supplies, the future of energy looks extremely attractive. Oil prices have increased $4.15 in
the past three days, and closed Thursday at $36.15 per barrel. We intend to release actual flow rates and revenue figures as soon as
possible. With natural gas prices being at historical high levels, TSRG is poised for aggressive growth."
$4,625,000 in outstanding debenture debt has been satisfactorily converted to equity (Business Wire, Oct. 11, 2000). By significantly
reducing Trans Energy`s debt load, and the release of the natural gas and oil property as collateral, this development firmly enhances
TSRG`s financial position and share value analysis. The converted debentures were incurred during the 1998 purchase of 20,000 acres of
oil and natural gas leases in Wyoming`s highly productive Powder River Basin. There have been 15 prospects identified on this acreage,
with potential reserves estimated at 17 million barrels of oil. At around $36 per barrel, this represents a significant potential asset of
approximately $612 million. TSRG has interests in three producing wells in the "Sage Brush Field," three more producing wells in the
"Sand Bar Field," and one producing well in the "Wolff Field," all located within the Powder River Basin.
An aggressive growth energy company, TSRG specializes in the transportation and sales of natural gas. TSRG is also involved in energy
production, exploration and development. Trans Energy owns and operates an aggregate of over 100 miles of gas transmission lines
located throughout West Virginia and has launched a comprehensive business expansion program which includes acquisitions, mergers
and joint ventures.
---
