Hatte mir letztes Jahr einige Aktien von Hyal Pharma ins Depot gelegt. Nach einigen Kurseinbrüchen erreichte die Aktie meinen Stop-Wert und ich wollte verkaufen. Aber bei meiner Bank (Diraba) erhalte ich nur die Info, das kein Börsenplatz für die Aktie gefunden werden kann, Fazit: Ich werde die Aktie nicht mehr los.....
A) Wer kann mir was über die Aktie sagen
B) Wie werde ich die wieder los?????

habe 3000 stueck, glaube ich zumindest da ich sie nicht mehr in meinen unterlagen finde - habe wahrscheinlich aus frust die kauforder verbrannt.
Hatte mich eigentlich mit einem derben totalverlust abgefunden und jetzt kommst du und gibst mir wieder hoffnung. Was bewegt dich dazu die aktien fuer 0,15 zu kaufen ?
gibt es da was was ich nicht weiss ?

(Nasdaq: MXBIF and FrankfurtStock Exchange: MFCGR) announced today that it has, as a shareholder of Hyal Pharmaceutical Corporation ("Hyal", TSE and Nasdaq BB: HYALF), called a Special Meeting of the Shareholders ofHyal to be held on February 25, 2000 pursuant to an Order from theSuperior Court of Justice in Ontario.

The purpose of the meeting is to elect a board of directors of Hyal. Hyal has had no officers or directors since August 16, 1999 when PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was appointed as the receiver andmanager of Hyal. On October 24, 1999, the Court approved a sale ofall of the tangible assets and intellectual property of Hyal; however, the amount of liabilities of Hyal is expected to exceed the sales proceeds.

Michael Smith, President of MFC, commented, "We believe that the public quotation and tax loss carry forwards of Hyal make the company a potentially attractive investment vehicle for new business projects which could ultimately lead to a restoration of value for Hyal`s shareholders. For this reason, we believe that Hyal`s shareholders should appoint a board to represent their interests independent of the company`s creditors, who are represented by the Receiver."

TORONTO, Feb. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Hyal Pharmaceutical Corporation (Toronto: HPC) announced today the results of its Special Meeting of Shareholders held in Toronto on February 25, 2000. The Special Meeting had been called by MFC Bancorp Ltd (Nasdaq: MXBIF; Frankfurt: MFC GR), a shareholder of Hyal, pursuant to an Order from the Superior Court of Justice in Ontario, for the purpose of electing a new board of directors of Hyal which had no officers or directors since PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was appointed as the receiver and manager on August 16, 1999. At the meeting, Michael Smith, Roy Zanatta, James M. Carter, Murray Oliver and Young J. Rhee were elected as the directors of Hyal.

Also gibt es jetzt wieder eine Geschäftsführung von Hyal. Über die Personen versuche ich noch etwas herauszufinden, aber immerhin kommt wieder Bewegung in die Sache. Jetzt sollen erstmal Gespräche mit den Kreditgebern folgen um danach die Firma neu zu strukturieren.
Mögliches Szenario: Hyal schafft es, mit den Kreditgebern übereinzukommen und beginnt wieder an interessanten Forschungsprojekten. Soweit ich weiß, beschäftigen die sich mit dem Thema Krebs. Vor ca. 2 Jahren gab es ja unglaublich viele Meldungen zu Hyal. Mit den vielen Schulden am Bein ist Hyal vielleicht auch ein Übernahmekanditat, einen so großen Schuldenberg könnte die ein oder andere Firma vielleicht steuertechnisch gerade gebrauchen?????
Natürlich nur alles Theorie und Fantasy... aber wer weiß..

Vielleicht werde ich mit meinen 4000ST noch richtig reich.
Diesmal steige ich aber nicht so schnell aus wie bei HRCT.
