Berkeley Resources Ltd is committed to the exploration and development of resources throughout Australia. The Company controls four key project areas in Western Australia and the Northern Territory each of which have demonstrated potential for diamonds, gold, nickel and base metals. The Company plans further exploration on these targets.

Berkely has assembled a portfolio of quality tenements. The projects have been selectd for their high degre of prospectivity and their potential to return positive exploration results.

The Miriam/Bouchers Project at Coolgardie in the Eastern Goldfields and the Berkeley Project in the North East Kimbereley in Western Australia are advanced projects with immediate exploration targets.

The Miriam/Bouchers Project contains immediate drill targets for both and nickel with significant mineralisation identified. It will be a priority of the COmpany of the Company upon listing to commence drilling programmes testing the known gold and nickel targets.

The Berkeley Project gives the Company exposure to an exciting and established diamond province in the highly prospective East Kimberely region. In addition the Company is well placed to benefit from the considerable Kimberely landholding in what is emerging as a signficant gold mineral field.

The Strelley/Kangan and the Batchelor Projects, encompass ground of highly prospective geology in recognized gold and base metal mineralised regions that have not undergone systmeatic modern exploration despite mineralisation.
