Tom Hawk, Greg Brady to Speak at i2 PLANET Las Vegas; Industry Leaders from IBM, i2 to Share Thought Leadership at Business Forum

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 15, 2002--Tom Hawk, general manager, Americas, for IBM Global Services` consulting division, and Greg Brady, CEO of i2 Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:ITWO), will address attendees at i2 PLANET(R) Las Vegas, a thought-leadership forum where leading business executives will convene to discuss innovative strategies to help establish and sustain a competitive advantage.

i2 PLANET, scheduled May 13-16 at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, will provide senior-level executives and key influencers with essential business productivity tools, strategies and best practices to make substantial and direct contributions to the success of their businesses. The conference is designed to help attendees make informed decisions about how to slash operating costs, improve efficiencies, reduce inventory, increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.

Hawk is an IT industry veteran with more than 17 years experience in product marketing and development, sales and marketing management, systems integration and practice management involving clients in every industry. He has a broad set of skills in strategy, business development, general management and executive relationship development. Last year, IBM was the only public, services-led company to rank in the Top Ten performing firms of Business Week`s annual Info Tech 100 listing, due to "big demand for its consultants who demystify and make the most out of tech gear."

Brady was named CEO of i2 in May 2001 after serving the company as president. He is credited with helping to lead the company from its standing as a small start-up to the global leader in value chain management. Under his leadership, i2`s revenues have grown from $11 million in 1996 to nearly $1 billion in 2001. In 1996, he was primarily responsible for i2`s successful initial public offering, which defined the supply chain market for the investment community. Brady is the visionary driving the evolution of i2`s market-leading dynamic value chain solutions.

"Tom Hawk and Greg Brady have helped their companies build mindshare and expand marketshare in the highly competitive IT industry through the development of innovative technology solutions. They will provide executives attending i2 PLANET with real-world experiences and actionable insights that can help attendees increase value in their own businesses," said i2 chief marketing officer Katrina Roche.

Speakers in over 120 i2 PLANET breakout sessions will discuss how to increase business process efficiencies to reduce development time, streamline supplier and customer relationships and achieve proven results to increase revenue.
