      Hallo an alle,

      Aus der letzten PR:
"Global SDR Technologies has advised that it received notification that the approval to release information regarding the agreement recently signed in China will be forthcoming within the next three days."

      "Major China Joint Venture
The company has also recently signed an agreement in relation to a significant joint venture arrangement in relation to manufacturing and marketing SpectruCell SDR in China, and the funding of the venture in the Chinese marketplace. More specific details will be announced in the coming weeks once the parties legal representatives have agreed upon the specific nature of the release of information."

wie gesagt joint venture mit wem, wie, was?? Tja und das soll morgen gelüftet werden .... rechne schon mit ein paar Prozentchen wenn:

      "China J/V Contract
Global SDR Technologies has advised that it received notification that the approval to release information regarding the agreement recently signed in China will be forthcoming within the next three days."

`MLTA` -- New China Contract With Sun Wah Finance Holdings to Market and Manufacture Spectrucell SDR Base Station Technology In China
Tuesday May 25, 7:30 am ET

IRVINE, Calif., May 25, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Military Communications Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB:MLTA.OB - News) today announced that its Australian affiliate SDR Technologies Pty Ltd (``SDRT``) has released a jointly approved announcement to the market confirming the completion of an agreement with Sun Wah Finance Holdings to form a joint venture company in Hong Kong to further develop, market and manufacture the range of SpectruCell SDR base station technology products in China.

``This is an extremely important validation of the potential viability of the SpectruCell SDR wireless operating system in the Chinese market place, as well as an excellent opportunity to further develop and manufacture the SpectruCell SDR in a cost competitive environment,`` said Roger May, Director of MLTA.

The U.S. Company is based in Irvine, California and is currently expanding its operational facilities in Southern California to establish commercial grade engineering facilities as well as expanded Executive Sales and Marketing operations for SpectruCell SDR in the USA.

A complete copy of the announcement regarding the order from SK Telesys released in Australia earlier this week is contained herein below:

Melbourne-based R&D company SDR Technologies Pty Ltd, a wholly owned division of Global SDR Technologies Pty Ltd, announced today that it has agreed to form SDRT China Limited to further develop, market and manufacture the SpectruCell(TM) SDR multiple protocol wireless base station technology product range throughout China. The parties signed the initial agreement on April 30th 2004.

The new Joint Venture (JV) partner is Sun Wah Finance Holdings, a billion dollar plus conglomerate based in Hong Kong. In the telecom sector Sun Wah Finance Holdings` activities include close ties with China Telecom industries, and the other wireless providers (China Mobile, China Unicom etc). Sun Wah Finance Holdings is also heavily involved in Telco infrastructure finance in China.

``This is a major step to further consolidate company activities in the Chinese market, that have been a priority of the Company during the last 18 months,`` said Jason May, CTO ``We look forward to working closely with our new partners, a group that is highly respected within the Chinese infrastructure market.`` The primary focus will be on the specific requirements of the largest Chinese mobile operators in respect of existing wireless protocols as well as emerging new opportunities in 3G wireless network services including the new Chinese Government mandated Mobile protocol (``TDS-CDMA``). Floating the new company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will be strongly considered.

Ownership of the new JV Company in Hong Kong will be SDR Technologies Pty Ltd 51% and Sun Wah Finance 49%. Sun Wah Finance Holdings will be the first to help introduce the SpectruCell SDR technology and product into the regulatory authorities in China and pave the way for the JV to obtain necessary approvals for the technology in China as a recognized and endorsed product by the Chinese Government. The efforts will also highlight the enormous benefits the SpectruCell SDR technology can bring to Chinese Wireless Service operators and the Government initiatives compared with traditional wireless technologies. Concurrently Sun Wah Finance Holdings will also help initiate and establish aggressive sales and marketing programs through SDRT China into the mobile telephone operators in China. Additionally, SDRT China will move to establish manufacturing facilities in China for production of the entire SpectruCell(TM) SDR product range.

The JV calls for SDRT to contribute intellectual property and technical expertise, including rights to the SpectruCell(TM) SDR Technology for China, whilst Sun Wah Finance Holdings will contribute their network of contacts and help arrange adequate funding for the JV to succeed in gaining entry to the highly sought Chinese wireless infrastructure market. Sun Wah Finance Holdings will sponsor a delegation comprised of the largest Chinese mobile operators and representatives of the Chinese Ministry of Information & Industry to Melbourne, Australia for a SpectruCell technology demonstration. The date of the Chinese delegation visit to Melbourne, Australia will be announced in the near future.

      die news von heute:

Military Communications Technologies -- Successful Termination of Unauthorized Trading on Berlin Bremen Stock Exchange
IRVINE, Calif., Aug. 24, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Military Communications Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:MLTA), announced today that the Company has been successful in its attempts to stop the unauthorized trading of MLTA shares on the Berlin-Bremen Stock Exchange in Germany. The successful termination followed several months of effort and negotiation with the Berlin-Bremen Stock Exchange (BBSE), which initially refused the Company requests. Finally the BBSE publicly announced the cessation of trading of MLTA in Berlin on Friday 13, August 2004, effective Monday 16, August 2004.

In late May 2004, following an unprecedented fall (approx. 90%) in the Company`s stock value, MLTA became aware that the Berlin-based stockbroker Berliner Frieverkahr had on March 12, 2004, without the knowledge, permission or sanction of MLTA, listed MLTA for trading on the Berlin-Bremen Stock Exchange (MLTA.BE). The listing of MLTA on the BBSE happened immediately prior to the April 1, 2004 effective date of the SEC regulations regarding two day of stock certificates to address stock shorting, and other initiatives.

Recent publicity would indicate that MLTA was one of 700 to 800 US over-the-counter (OTC BB) stocks that have been listed without permission or even their knowledge on BBSE. Following the BBSE listings many companies apparently experienced unprecedented drops in their share value. Although BBSE has denied any wrongdoing, it would appear that once listed on BBSE many appear to fall victim to previously unprecedented "naked short selling."

Commenting on the removal from BBSE, MLTA Chairman Mr Roger May said, "It has been a long and painful experience for us. Since the March 12th 2004 unauthorized listing on BBSE, the MLTA share price has dropped as much as 90%, despite several announcements regarding major Company achievements and advancements. The trading abuses have dramatically undermined our share value and correspondingly hampered our fundraising efforts for several planned commercial initiatives and strategic acquisitions. Since delisting from BBSE we now feel more confident that further positive news in the coming weeks will be more favorably received."

Military Communications Technologies -- Acquisition of SpectruCell SDR Intellectual Property & New North American Engineering Facilities
IRVINE, Calif., Sept. 2, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Military Communications Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:MLTA), announced today that it has finalized an agreement to acquire the majority of the assets of its Australian-based affiliate Global SDR Technologies Pty Ltd ("GSDR") from the majority owner of the company GIF Limited. Additionally the acquisition includes the purchase of the controlling interest in the Exclusive License for the proprietary SpectruCell SDR(tm) and PC4 Intellectual Property. At the conclusion of the transaction MLTA will own a minimum of sixty percent (60%) of the GSDR assets and SpectruCell SDR Intellectual Property rights.

Consideration for the purchase will be by way of MLTA Reg. 144 shares of common stock at US$0.15 cents and cash. Final pricing is subject to valuation and is expected to be in the vicinity of US$80 million. Full details of the acquisition will be announced when it is finalized in the next thirty days. This transaction has been in planning for more than six months and was recently approved by the Board of Directors of both companies.

MLTA`s decision to acquire majority control of the proprietary SpectruCell & PC4 Software Defined Radio wireless communications technology and IP is also expected to be well received by the Wall Street investment community who while expressing a high degree of interest have consistently maintained that any funding commitments for MLTA will be entirely conditional on the controlling interest of the SpectruCell SDR technology rights being owned and held by the US public company.

It has also been well established by company management during the last eighteen months that USA based ownership of the SpectruCell SDR IP North American based development facilities should substantially enhance the company`s opportunities to access the US Military and Homeland Security markets open to US based companies.

Roger May, Executive Director of MLTA said, "This transaction removes any barriers to MLTA gaining access to the enormous Homeland Security and Military communications contracts while creating a sound investment basis for the company to attract appropriate funding from US-based Investment houses. This in turn is intended to fuel the company`s plans to dramatically expand marketing and distribution of the proprietary SpectruCell SDR technology both in North America and globally. The SpectruCell SDR wireless communications technology has already received substantial recognition from many key industry players throughout the USA, Canada and Asia of its `leading edge` status in the software defined radio field."

New Engineering & Development facilities in North America.

The transaction is an essential first step in consolidating MLTA`s plan to establish the main SpectruCell SDR engineering and development facilities in North America instead of Australia. Specific details of the relocation timing and location should be available in the coming weeks.

May also stated that, "Company management expects that MLTA`s acquisition of a controlling interest in the SpectruCell SDR Intellectual Property combined with the establishment of the main engineering facilities in North America may prove to be to be the most significant event in the history of MLTA. It is also expected to instigate a series of far reaching positive developments for the company many of which are well into the negotiating stage. It also signals a major consolidation of the company`s activities as well as helping to establish firm foundations for the company`s future growth as a major player in the rapidly expanding global demand for Software Defined Radio communications technologies and applications. Company advisors have indicated that establishment of US-based operations will be of significant importance and assistance in regard to finalizing a major acquisition and a substantial funding for MLTA. The securing of funding for the company has been a major priority for management and a significant acquisition and funding arrangement are presently in the in the latter stages of negotiations."

As a result of the MLTA acquisition, the Australian affiliate GSDR will maintain a smaller operational facility to align itself with the Company`s plan to locate the primary engineering facilities in North America, and to establish manufacturing and development operations in both the Chinese mainland and a smaller facility in Europe during the next twelve months. The transaction takes into account certain agreements and licenses already in place in relation to the Hong Kong SunWah Finance Holdings joint venture and further development required with some of their partners that plan manufacture some SpectruCell applications in China. However MLTA will still receive revenue from this initiative. The restructured facility in Melbourne, Australia will enable the Company to maintain access to the expertise of key SpectruCell SDR engineering and development personnel not relocating outside of Australia, and complete the delivery of product to existing customers and partners in Asia and Canada.

      Recent SDR Industry Report

"In a recent study conducted by Venture Development Corporation (VDC)," Software-Defined Radio: North American and European Market Demand Analysis," 88% of U.S. public safety respondents indicated that software-defined radio (SDR) technology could help solve the numerous interoperability issues experienced when trying to communicate between departments.

Because they employ radios that operate on various frequencies and use several different protocols, most public safety branches have no means of direct radio-to-radio communication. Police, fire and local government personnel resort to swapping radios between departments or transporting communication gateways to the site to solve interoperability issues, causing unnecessary delay and confusion in critical situations.

When similar interoperability issues were identified within the United States military, the DoD established the Joint Tactical Radio System (JTRS) program. The program quickly recognized that software-defined radios could supply a highly diverse installed base of systems with support for multiple protocols and frequency bands, and alleviate these problems. Procurement of SDR devices for the military is currently underway, with plans to replace all of the military`s radios. In fact, the DoD plans to spend an estimated $4.7 billion incorporating SDR devices and technology over the next four years." Go to- http://www.vdc-corp.com/telecom/press/04/pr04-40.html
