Zhanjiang Wind Farm Project

On Feb. 02, 2007, the company announced that their first wind turbine rolled off the production line for its Zhanjiang wind farm project. Yangxi Wind Farm Project

In regards to the Yangxi wind farm project, the company currently has a meter meteorological tower installed on the property collecting data. Reports to the company indicate that the data thus far is quite favorable. The data collected over the next year will provide the necessary information required to build out the wind farm. The Yangxi wind farm will start as a 49 megawatt project building out to 400 megawatts.

Welwind Energy International Corp. (OTCBB:WWEI) (the "Company"), a pioneer in alternative energy in the Asian market, announces a corporate update on the Zhanjiang turbine installation.

Shannon de Delley, Director of Welwind Energy International, is currently in Zhanjiang overseeing the installation of the company's test turbine with the company's construction team. All preconstruction work is complete and installation will begin May 10 and is anticipated to be complete by May 12. From May 13-20 the turbine will be connected and testing will begin.

A nearby meteorological tower is instrumented with the suitable sensors to provide an accurate compilation of atmospheric conditions during the testing period.

Data will be collected and analyzed to ensure the turbine is operating in a normal, satisfactory manner. The data will be collected and processed in accordance with strict industry standard procedures.

Power performance testing will also follow strict guidelines and once the test period has been completed, test data of the turbine will be analyzed and assessed. Further steps may include design refinement, product certification, or further testing.

Welwind Energy International Corp. (OTCBB:WWEI) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has received a letter of interest from Acterra Group to fund Phase I of the company's Zhanjiang Windfarm project. Phase I consists of 65 turbines at 1.2-1.5 million per turbine. This commitment will be up to, but not limited to, $75 million.

Welwind Negotiates Land Lease Agreement On 2300 Acres in Peace River Region to Develop Windfarm

SAN DIEGO, Nov 14, 2007 (PrimeNewswire via COMTEX News Network) --
Welwind Energy International Corp. (OTCBB:WWEI) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it is negotiating a land lease agreement in the Peace River Region of British Columbia, Canada. The Peace River Region has been deemed as a commercially viable location to develop a windfarm.

On November 6, 2007 the company sent up a representative to survey the land, and data results for build out are favorable. After visiting the site at Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia, Canada, it was determined that the site is ideal to proceed with a windfarm feasibility study. The area is 13 quarter sections (approximately 2300 acres) of farmers fields that also has an excellent set of roads for accessing the potential site. The site presents virtually no encumbrances to an installation of either a meteorological tower or a windfarm. Road access for turbine installation would also be ideal as the road runs adjacent to the site.

The next step is for the company to finalize a land option agreement based on standard industry guidelines.

On Thursday November 15th a complete and independent Project Feasibility Study Report and Grid Connection Report were finalized by Guangdong Electric Power Design Institute (GEPDI) for Welwind. 'A La Shan Zuo Qi Windfarm Ltd.' (project company of NEP) is a 49.5 MW wind farm, expandable to 400 MW. The partnership will give Welwind a 49% interest in the entire project. Welwind Announces Final Approval for Zhanjiang Wind Farm PPA From Local Government


SAN DIEGO, Dec. 1, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Welwind Energy International Corp. (OTCBB:WWEI) (the "Company") announces that it has received a letter of final approval from the local regional Mayor for the Zhanjiang Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).


As per China''s Renewable Energy Law, the Power Purchase Agreement with the local utility is mandated by the central Government of China. Through this legislation, the State officially encourages the construction of renewable energy power facilities. China''s electricity grid is obligated to purchase all the electricity generated by approved renewable energy facilities located in its service area. The grid''s buying price for renewables is set by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), a regulatory department of the State Council. The company awaits final pricing and terms from the NDRC.


The company is extremely pleased with this development and is assured that we will have this long awaited news from the Province before Christmas along with our construction permit. "Although this only represents approximately 1/8 of our new business plan, this is a paramount achievement for Welwind. Denke, der heutige intraday ließ keine Wünsche offen...

gigantisches Volumen %%%..., stabile Glattstell-bids sogar über 10 Cents

denke, der obere Schatten ist wohl erwartungsgemäß, da einige Gewinne mitgenommen haben dürften,

aber

bin doch ma gespannt auf morgen, wenn sie nochmal abgeht, bin ich an Bord dürfte ja immerhin ein Teil des freefloats zügig weggegangen sein und wurde aus dem ask auch gut zugelangt... für meine Begriffe... schaunmermal...
