wenn prime die assets bekommt,könnte es doch sein,das prime sie an die börse bringt,und das sehr wahrscheinlich,und das dann,eventuell,jeder ,jeweils einen anteil daran pro gehaltene prime aktie bekommt...

Split 3000: 1 wären bei dem jetzigen kurs nach dem R/S 3 Dollar.

Company reorganizes its Share Capital to conclude Acquisitions of Gold Mining Exploration Companies

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., Nov 27, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Prime Time Group Inc. (PINKSHEETS : PRTH) confirms the following reorganizations and corporate actions :-
The Company has changed it name to that of Hunt Gold Corporation. The Company has a new CUSIP Number, being 445623101. A new Trading Symbol will be allocated shortly.
The Company has authorized a "Reverse Split" of its outstanding stock on a 3,000 for 1 basis, the Company is awaiting confirmation of the "Effective Date" of this Reverse Split of the Company's Common Stock. This was a condition of the transaction with Fortress Financial Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS : FFGO) and is deemed to be in the best interest of all stockholders.
The Reverse Split of the Company's stock will allow it to trade at an acceptable price level and present the Company as a far more serious player, to the investment community, coupled with its acquisition of the Gold Mining Gold Companies from Fortress Financial Group, Inc. and it becoming refocused as a Gold Mining & Exploration Company.
Stockholders will be advised as to the new Trading Symbol and as to the Effective Date of the Reverse Split of the Company's outstanding stock, as soon as this information is provided to the Company.
Prime Group, Inc. (now Hunt Gold Corporation) has now agreed and finalized all of terms and conditions in respect of the acquisitions of three Gold Mining Exploration Companies from Fortress Financial Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS : FFGO. PK). The parties have agreed to all of the terms of these transactions.
Prime Time Group, Inc. (Hunt Gold Corporation) will complete the transactions with Fortress Financial Group, Inc. in respect of the acquisitions of the three Gold Mining Exploration Companies, upon the "Effective Date" of the Reverse Split of the Company's outstanding stock.
The details of the Company's Corporate Actions and the full implication to the Company, of these three acquisitions, will be released to the market, immediately upon signature of the various agreements, being the "Effective Date" of the Company's Reverse Split of its outstanding stock.
