Ja NSL war vor Jahren mal bei 0,20 AUD ohne Eisenerz sondern nur Kohegebiete.
Heute kann man zeigen was kommen wird.
      Mkt cap $12.21M

Immer up to Date, besonders "Timtator" gibt super Beiträge.

Interessant! How the Rich Invest: John Kahlbetzer

"BRW Rich Lister John Kahlbetzer is a giant of the agricultural industry, but he's had some success this year dabbling in the junior mining sector."

In seinem Portfolio ist unter anderem NSl zu finden.

"Other strong performers in the Kahlbetzer portfolio this year include NSL Consolidated, which has risen 33 per cent and has iron ore operations in India and thermal coal operations in Australia, and Biotron, an antiviral drug developer."

      Noch was.

Even without the amazing announcement today, this is essentially how I envisage the company growing from the reasonable small scale option it is today, to the giant iron ore producer it will one day be.

This may still be how things scale, outside of the plans that are now unfolding with the Wei Hua Group and possible funding from AIIB.

Super rough numbers, but at least illustrates the 5 year potential if the company continue to pump revenue back into expansion of modules. Obviously there are a lot of factors, and essentially once a module is added, it could produce immediately, so time lags in the numbers are taken into account.

Just rough, but helps you visualize how a 5 year scale up is possible. Since the company seem to have much bigger plans, what I have described below is likely going to be small in comparison now that the Chinese are getting on board and using NSL to get a foothold. This should give you an idea of the potential without todays amazing announcement.

      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
      Initial cash December 2016 - A$7.2 million
      Capacity between 2016-17 = 400ktpa @ $30 profit per tonne

      Tax exempt first $8m
Tax rate of 32% applicable for A$4m, resulting in A$2.7m

Purchase two additional 200ktpa wet plant modules throughout 2017 for A$3m each (approx. total costs)
      Capacity between 2017-18 = 800ktpa @ $30 profit per tonne
      NPBT for 2018 - A$24m
Tax rate of 32% applicable for A$24m, resulting in A$16.3m after tax
      2018 NPAT $16.3m
      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Purchase four additional 200ktpa wet plant modules throughout 2018 for A$3m each (approx. total costs)

      NPBT for 2019- A$48m
Tax rate of 32% applicable for A$48m, resulting in A$32.6m after tax
      2019 NPAT A$32.6m
      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Purchase eight additional 200ktpa wet plant modules throughout 2019 for A$3m each (approx. total costs)
      Capacity between 2019-20 = 3.2mtpa @ $30 profit per tonne
      NPBT for 2020- A$96m
Tax rate of 32% applicable for A$96m, resulting in A$65.2m after tax
      2020 NPAT A$65.2m
      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Purchase sixteen additional 200ktpa wet plant modules throughout 2020 for A$3m each (approx. total costs)
      Capacity between 2020-21 = 6.4mtpa @ $30 profit per tonne
      NPBT for 2021- A$192m
Tax rate of 32% applicable for A$192m, resulting in A$130.4m after tax
      2021 NPAT A$130.4m
      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The 5 year MoU with the gov of AP is for "in excess of 8 million tonnes per annum of iron ore production". Can easily see how they are planning on getting to such decent production quantities.

Imagine buying a share for 1c when it has an MC of $13.5 million (after option conversion at the end of 2016 it will have an MC of $24m at 1c).

Then in 5 years time theoretically, the company is making profits of A$150m. Then lets say, you applied a PE ration of 5, a nice low ratio.

You bought a share in a company, it's now producing 6 or so times more profit then the entire value of the company when you bought in. It also commands an MC or $750 million at this stage.

What would your share be worth that day at 2.1b shares? 35c
And your return on investment in this five year period for your 1c buy? 3500%
A share purchase of $1000 could be worth $35,000 within 5 years if they pull this off.

None of that is even taking into account the enormous potential of today's announcement, but makes me all the more confident this stock is going to make the history books.

The caliber of the companies that NSL are dealing with these days makes this a bloody real possibility.
We're not talking about some huge resource in the ground that might one day be worth heaps. It's potential scale up over 5 years for a company in a great spot of the world dealing with billion dollar companies looking to get involved.

JSW Steel, BMM Ispat, Haute Magnetism and now Wei Hua Group obviously see the business potential by dealing with NSL.

Apparently the ASX is too busy to notice the massive opportunity going ahead with or without it.

      Hello all, good news today.

Going to break down the ann as to how I see it.

      The main bits and pieces:

-MOU executed with Wei Hua Group Co Ltd, China’s largest heavy equipment crane building company, with revenues in excess of US$1 billion in 2015.
-Wei Hua to provide all steel mill equipment, with majority already acquired and ready for deployment
-Wei Hua is looking to diversify its revenue stream, both in location and source generation
-The 28,000 acre hub will include access to water, power, rail and road. The site is also proposed for one of AP’s four greenfield airports outlined in the strategic infrastructure plan for the State. NSL will be proposing utilising this industrial hub as a foundation for the MOU with Wei Hua Group
-AIIB: The bank has 37 member states and was proposed as an initiative by the government of China. The capital of the bank is $100 billion, equivalent to 2⁄3 of the capital of the Asian Development Bank and about half that of the World Bank

      Pros:
MOU with Wei Hua Group Co Ltd opens up multiple opportunities for NSL.
-Potentially allowing NSL to get funds from the AIIB for further expansion
-local knowledge in sourcing components for NSL's operation
      -potential funding from Wei Hua
-potential guaranteed purchase of iron ore supply

      Cons:
This one depends largely on the agreements surrounding Wei Hua.
-potential to be locked in to supplying Wei Hua steel mill at disadvantaged terms/pricing
-potential to be a takeover target for Wei Hua (depends how you look at it and what offer is)
-Currently only a MoU. There is no binding agreement and Wei Hua could back out at any time

These are very basic observations, still digesting the ann. It will be curious to see when NSL and Wei Hua give a time frame for the steel mill
