Punkt 3 und das mit den Pusher Briefen hat der o.g. Twitter User selbst "kritisiert". Es habe sich seit dem neuen CEO 2015 die Firma zum positiven verändert...
Ich denke am Ende entscheidend ist die wissenschaftliche Grundlage, die kann ich leider nicht beurteilen... als Laie fand ich die Ausführungen des Users diesbzgl. nachvollziehbar und dem Anschein nach kompetent, insbesondere seine 2 Artikel auf scribd.com (der Link scheint oben nicht zu funktionieren, aus Twitter heraus funktioniert er)... eine andere Userin auf Twitter die ich grdstzl als kompetent und seriös einstufe hatte sich auch grdstzl positv über CLRB geäussert... falls du Zeit und Gelegenheit hast würde mich das Ergebnis deiner allfällig tiefer gehenden Analyse sehr interessieren.

1) Die verwendeten Alkylphosphocholine binden viel zu unspezifisch an Tumorzellmembranen (in Cellectras Basisarbeiten ist im Vergeich zu gesundem Gewebe von einem Faktor (ca.) 3 die Rede. Ich würde meinen Körper nicht freiwillig auf diese Weise einer kombinierten Beta-/Gammerstrahlung aussetzen.
2) In der Unternehmensführung sucht man vergeblich nach Leuten mit wissenschaftlicher Expertise.
3) Der Trackrekord des Unternehmens ist genauso schauerlich wie die Entwicklung des Aktienkurses während der letzten zehn Jahre.
Da die Aktie aktuell von einigen Seiten kräftig gepusht wird, können Zocker möglicherweise in überschaubarem Zeitraum einige hundert Prozent Gewinn einfahren. Dem steht allerdings die Gefahr eines Totalverlustes gegenüber. Es kommt vermutlich darauf an, an welcher Position man sich in der Verwertungskette befindet.
Vielleicht stöbere ich in den nächsten Tagen noch ein wenig in den wissenschaftlichen Publikationen der Gesellschaft herum.

Der User scheint jedoch ein Fachmann zu sein - er hat einen Artikel zur Firma Cellectar Biosciences, Inc. verfasst, die mit ihrer PDC (phospholipid drug conjugates) Platform dem ADC Ansatz überlegen sein soll und auch wieder das Potential haben soll die Krebstherapie entscheidend zu beeinflussen, da die Therapien effektiver, zielgerichteter und mit geringerer Toxizität durchgeführt werden können:

Upon the selection of the third and fourth targets, Bristol-Myers Squibb paid CytomX selection payments.
