SO sorry for the slow response. Been crazy busy as usual and dealing with a bunch of Covid related issues the last two weeks due to people being out sick. All is well now.
As I have mentioned before there are three things that all shareholders including myself have to keep in mind:
1. We cannot control the overall markets. Small and micro cap companies are getting slaughtered right now. That doesn't make it any better...I realize that...but we are not alone in reaching new lows. See this attached link from today as an example of this. It is frustrating as hell but we simply cannot expect to be the only company unaffected by this.

2. We cannot manage the company based on stock price fluctuation. Growth and progress in the business is what will ultimately be rewarded and that is always the number one priority.
3. We are ALWAYS looking for ways to get new investors and build a larger following for our business. This is done each and every day and frankly we expected to see some of the benefits of this beginning this month BUT we have not been able to buck the overall downward trend in the market.
With all that said, see responses below in bold but as always realize too that I cannot reveal material non-public information in any way. All the best to you. cm.
Can you still keep up the good Ratings ?
Our ratings have "settled in" the mid 30's. This is still MUCH better than we ever anticipated and we are creeping our way back towards the 40's as we speak. The entire Hindi GEC category has dropped 10-15% but is coming back again now (lots of suspected reasons for this). More importantly is the metric of how much each GRP point is getting monetized. This is increasing month over month for us.
Omicron Coronavirus - Any impact in India ?
A little bit. Nearly half of our staff and similarly with partners/agencies/etc have had a massive number or people sick with Omicron. I would say it has delayed a few initiatives a matter of 1-3 weeks but don't anticipate more than that. More of a big hassle/challenge on the day to day business the last three weeks than anything else.
Are you and Scott getting closer to a possible Reverse split and uplistning of the QYOU to Nasdaq?
I cannot really comment on this other than that the overall market conditions thus far in 2022 likely could delay that. You can assume that there are regular and steady ongoing meetings taking place around this and we will only do it when we believe it is best for the company...not under adverse conditions as we are not in a situation where that makes sense (ie, we have cash and growth)
Or other activities getting new investors on board...

When do we have the financial reg. last quarter (OCT - DEC) ?
This is also being determined as we are in the middle of a change of our fiscal year end. This will be known very soon
Do you have any clue reg. Revenue for this Quarter - Will QYOU be able to beat OCT-DEC (estimated to 5.5 mio CA$) ?
We will do better than $5.5M
What do you see as the 3 biggest challenges in this quarter ?
1. As noted above...the overall market conditions are unfortunate as we need to :"climb up the hill" again.
2. Deciding the best course/companies to consider for M&A transactions...there are both large and small options that we are evaluating...and making sure we get another "Chtrbox" level deal and
3. Driving revenue in all three business units....we are ALWAYS pushing on that front.

We are ALL unhappy with what is happening with the stock. As noted above...this reaction simply cannot be tied to the fortunes of our business specifically. There are many other companies like ours that have strong results, growing prospects, strong macro themes, etc. that are getting beaten up on their stock. The GOOD NEWS is that this is NOT a reflection on the health/growth of the business. That is our focus and not to get overly distracted by what is happening as we KNOW it will return and then some.

Die Überlegung hatte ich bereits, ich habe sie allerdings wieder verworfen.
Die Pro7Sat1-Grupe produziert auch und hat ein viel breiteres Publikum und besteht aus mehreren Sendern.
QYou ist eher ein Spartensender mit einem, bald mehreren, Kanälen und befindet sich dementsprechend in der Wachstumsphase. Macht aber seine Sache sehr gut, von daher, liegen lassen und nicht täglich drauf schauen.

Hey Leute,
wir haben ja seit dem letzten Investor Call ein etwas besseres Gefühl, in welche Richtung es in den nächsten Quartalen mit QYOU gehen kann.
Aus meiner Sicht ist der Pro7 Sat1 ein vielleicht passender Peer, um Marktkapitalisierung vs. Umsatz vergleichen zu können. KGV funktioniert ja (noch) nicht.

PSM777:
Ca. 4 Mrd. Eur Umsatz bei ganz grob 3 Mrd. Eur Marktkapitalisierung.
QYOU:
Ca. 35 Mio. CAD Umsatz (Quartalsweise Annahme 6+7+10+12) und gerade 86 Mio CAD Marktkapitalisierung.

Was sind eure Gedanken dazu? Ist QYOU selbst beim aktuellen Aktienpreis nicht immernoch zu hoch bewertet?

Für die Aktionäre ist es erstmal schlecht da die Aktie pro Stück an Wert verlieren/verwässert werden. Das Unternehmen dagegen hat erstmal mehr Aktien bzw. mehr Möglichkeiten sich zu finanzieren/investieren.
Soweit profitabel investiert wird kann es ja auch wieder den Kurs der Aktie nach oben schrauben.
