Innogy IPO – Priority Offer to EcoGraf Shareholders now open
Diversified battery anode materials company EcoGraf Limited (EcoGraf or the Company) (ASX: EGR; FSE:FMK; OTCQX: ECGFF) is pleased to advise that the Priority Offer of Innogy Limited (Innogy) shares to eligible shareholders of EcoGraf is now open.The Priority Offer forms part of the initial public offer (IPO) of up to 40,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of Innogy (Innogy Shares) at an offer price of $0.20 per Innogy Share to raise $8,000,000 (Offer).

EcoGraf Limited (EcoGraf or the Company) (ASX: EGR; FSE: FMK; OTCQX: ECGFF) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr Jurgen Gnoinski as Manager - BAM Development.
In this role, Jurgen will lead the development and commercialisation of EcoGraf’s downstream HFfree purification technology that will supply battery anode material (BAM) to the high growth lithium-ion battery market.
Jurgen has more than 20 years’ experience in the development and operation of high efficiency metallurgical processing technologies across multiple commodities in Africa and Australia, including commercialisation of the DNi Process™ nickel extraction process. He started his career with global miner Anglo American plc where he held a variety of process engineering and management roles, progressing to become Head of Technology Development and Governance in South Africa.
He has acquired extensive expertise in the establishment of industry leading mineral processing operations and related continuous improvement programs, ranging from pilot plants to qualification processes and ultimately to implementation in commercial scale operations.
Jurgen holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry from the University of Witwatersrand, an MBA from the University of Stellenbosch and a Masters in Intellectual Property from the University of Technology, Sydney. Jurgen is also fluent in a number of languages, including German.
Managing Director, Mr Andrew Spinks stated “EcoGraf is delighted to have Jurgen join our team at an exciting time for the Company in the development of our vertically integrated battery anode materials business.”
Following recent meetings with the Tanzanian Government (refer ASX Announcement Tanzania Government Visits Epanko Graphite Project 9 March 2023), further meetings are being held with anode and battery manufacturers in South Korea and Japan to promote Tanzania’s emerging position as a major global supplier of superior quality graphite and to discuss the Company’s on-going collaboration with key battery market participants.

SungEel Hitech Recycled Anode Material Performance
Lithium-ion battery cell performance support the recycling of production anode
Diversified battery anode materials company EcoGraf Limited (EcoGraf or the Company) (ASX: EGR; FSE: FMK; OTCQX: ECGFF) is pleased to announce the results of the electrochemical performance of its EcoGraf™ HFfree purification of a lithium-ion anode cell production scrap sample from SungEel Hitech Co. Ltd (SungEel) (KOSDAQ: 365340)
The electrochemical result is a positive achievement, and the testing supports that the electrochemical performance of the EcoGraf HFfree™ recovered graphite at 99.98% carbon matches that of the brand-new commercial natural anode graphite which is similar to the recently announced results achieved by the German Research Institute (refer announcement 14 June 2022).
The anode recycled material performance was evaluated in a 2032-coin cell with the reversible capacity reporting 361.1 mAh/g achieved at the 3rd cycle.
SungEel is one of the largest lithium-ion battery recycling groups in Asia and listed on the KOSDAQ exchange in July 2022. SungEel have recently announced partnership with SK Innovation and expansion of plants in the US and Europe (refer www.sungeelht.com).
EcoGraf is supporting SungEel to include a tailored EcoGraf HFfree anode recycling process in their proposed new South Korean and European recycling plants to support SungEel ecofriendly process and provide a total recycling solution for lithium-ion batteries.

EcoGraf attended the Korean InterBattery Conference in Seoul, promoting Tanzania’s emerging position as a major global supplier of superior quality graphite and to discuss the Company’s ongoing collaboration with key partners and battery market participants. 
EcoGraf also met with SungEel Hi-Tech (KOSDAQ: 365340) a global leader in lithium-ion battery recycling and is pleased to be working with SungEel on anode recycling.
