=> hier sollte man mal als Longie bei seinen Cannabis-Perlen schauen, ob da auch Schulden in Aktien-Kapital gewandelt werden könnten (um Cash zu sparen)


Nebenbei: Wertberichtigungen/Impairments gehen (fast immer) voll auf's Nettoergebnis (ja, sind nicht oder nicht so cash-relevant) --> es soll Marktteilnehmer geben, die so was gar nicht mögen

wer schon unbedingt bei Cannabis die Longseite spielen will, sollte sich mal mit
Innovative Industrial Properties Inc. (NYSE: IIPR) beschäftigen: http://innovativeindustrialproperties.com/

--> ist kein REIT, sondern eine Inc. (in Maryland; HQ in San Diego/CA)

--> das Unternehmen ist z.Z. profitabel (FY2018) und zahlt eine Dividende

--> mit einem Altman Z-Score von 3.59 sollten sie auch noch in 2 Jahren im Geschäft sein

--> Short Interest ist hoch!

The Ontario facilities were once operated by Newstrike Brands, which Hexo acquired in the spring.
