HIGHLIGHTS

Global Doctor Ltd
¨ General Manager for Malaysia and Thailand starts 5th January 2001 and will be based in Bangkok.
¨ Five new clinics in Malaysia and Thailand opened during the quarter.
¨ Our Beijing clinic was accredited to carry out immigration visa medicals and have already seen over 300 patients.
¨ Achieved record weekly revenue of $17,345.00.
¨ AussieCover placement raised $4 million and will be listing on the ASX on 10 January 2001.

Corporate
¨ Share Placement to $1,859,000 through the issue of ordinary shares at an issue price of 6.5 cents each, with 14,500,000 free attaching options.

GLOBAL DOCTOR LIMITED (“GDL”)

Dr. Jean Marie Hospied has been appointed as General Manager of Operations in Malaysia and Thailand and will begin with Global Doctor in the new year. Dr. Hospied gained his medical education in Belgium and speaks English, French, Dutch, German, Italian, Arabic and Chinese. Dr. Hospied was previously the Chief Medical Officer for AEA-SOS Nanjing and has worked in medical facilities in China since 1995. During this time Dr. Hospied has held senior management positions in medical evacuation and treatment facilities as well as practicing medicine.

Global Doctor announced the opening of five new clinics throughout Malaysia and Thailand during the quarter.
Kuala Lumpur medical centre opened Monday 23 October 2000. In Kuala Lumpur our medical centre is in the heart of Kuala Lumpur city, whereby thousands of people pass every day.
Langkawi medical centre opened Wednesday 25 October 2000 our second Malaysian clinic, well know destination for tourists. The Langkawi medical centre is well situated next to Underwater World and amongst many other tourist sites.
Penang medical centre opened 13 November 2000 and is located opposite a major shopping centre visited by many tourists and expatriates.
Chiang Mai medical centre opened in Thailand on 24 November 2000 for patient consultations and is also positioned opposite a major shopping plaza.
Bangkok medical centre opened on 12 December 2000, located in the Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza, a five star hotel with 44 floors of guest rooms, in the centre of Bangkok.

Global Doctor is one of only three clinics in Beijing, to be accredited by the Australian Immigration. This accreditation lists Global Doctor as a recommended clinic to perform visa medical examinations prior to applicants travelling from Beijing, one of China’s largest cities, to Australia. Global Doctor has already seen 309 patients for visa medical consultations.

During the quarter, Global Doctor achieved a record weekly revenue in our 8 Asian clinics the week ending 15 December 2000. A total of 115 patients were consulted and AUD 17,345.00, being an average of AUD 150.80 per patient, received for the services provided by Global Doctor; medical consultations, visa medicals and pharmaceutical sales.
Global Doctor plans to begin marketing our clinics from January 2001 and expects revenue growth.


ON-LINE LEGAL SERVICE

Global Doctor announced AussieCover Limited’s initial public offering, a company that Global Doctor Limited supported through its development. Global Doctor will own shares or options to approximately 20% of AussieCover Limited’s post capital raising and listing.
AussieCover closed their share placement in December 2000, raising over $4 million for company development and marketing. AussieCover will be listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 10 January 2001 and plans to have its business in operation mid January 2001.


MINING PROJECTS - ASIA

Putao, Kawttabun and Mt Loimye Prospecting Licences,
(Global Doctor Limited 51%)

Samples taken last season remain in Yangon awaiting the granting of an export permit.


MINING PROJECTS - AUSTRALIA

Southdown Magnetite - WA M70/718, M70/719, M70/433, R70/21
(Global Doctor Limited diluting to an annual royalty fee)

The Company does not hold a direct interest in these mining tenements. No work was carried during the Quarter.

Kaiser Project - N.S.W.

The Company does not hold any direct interest in the two PL’s, and continues to retain its entitlement to a $100,000 payment in the event of future production. During the Quarter Newcrest Mining Limited acquired Compass Resources N.L.’s position in the project.


CORPORATE
During the Quarter the Company raised $1,859,000 through the issue of ordinary shares at an issue price of 6.5 cents each, together with 14,500,000 free attaching options. Funds raised from the issue are to be used to develop our medical clinics and for working capital.

Kurs tatsächlich bis 1 cent runtergekommen.

Aber jetzt bei 2 cent und den ersten tat-
sächlichen Umsätzen scheint es wieder
langsam aufwärts zu gehen.

Spekulativ jetzt wieder interessant.

Die Kunst an der Börse ist:
billig einkaufen, teuer verkaufen.
Schaut Euch doch Jumbo, Global an,
haben sich doch vom Tief schon mehr als
verdoppelt.

Versuchs noch einmal,dann hast Du einen doppelten Boden gefunden.Das sollte reichen um eine hohle Birne wieder auf Vordermann zu bringen.
