Unternehmensprofil:
Aktuelle Tarife & Preise:

Circuit City to Offer GameZnFlix’s Online Video Game and DVD Rental Program
10/5/2005 - Franklin, Ky., October 4, 2005 -- GameZnFlix, Inc. (OTCBB:GZFX), an online provider of DVD`s and video games for rent, today announced its service will be available to Circuit City customers at www.circuitcity.com and in select Circuit City stores beginning November 1, 2005.
GameZnFlix’s offers variety of monthly subscription plans, starting at $8.99, that allow members to rent DVDs and video games delivered directly to their mail boxes. Each rental includes a postage-paid return envelope. Members can enjoy their rental for as long as they wish, with no worry about late fees.
“We’re excited to add GameZnFlix’s unique DVD and video game rental program to our product selection,” said Marc Sieger, senior vice president, general merchandise manger of services at Circuit City Stores, Inc. “As the Internet has grown, we’ve learned a lot about consumers and know they want value and convenience. I feel this new relationship offers our consumers both.”
“This relationship is a win-win for both parties,” said Donald “Chip” Gallent, president of GameZnFlix, Inc. “Circuit City is a top destination for movie-lovers and gamers alike and we believe we can fulfill both needs through our service.”

4 Kunden * 8 Stunden * 17 Stores * (30Tage November + 30 Tage Dezember + 15 Tage Januar) = 40.800 Kunden
20.000 * 8,99USD * 12 Monate = 2.157.600 USD
Dadurch bleibt folgender Gewinn übrig:
2.243.904 USD

Netflix: Starring in Merger Story?
After facing down Blockbuster and Wal-Mart, the online DVD-rental company may be an acquisition target -- but it won`t go for cheap
It`s the oldest plot in the movies: Upstart takes on the champ, wins a few rounds, gets his nose bloodied, then gets back up and wins the fight. Rocky X? Not this time. It`s the story of online DVD-rental pioneer Netflix (NFLX), whose stock is still flirting with a 52-week high set last month as its competition withers. Speculation is building that some rival will decide that, if it can`t beat Netflix, it needs to buy the company.
At $28 a share, just off a recent high of about $29.50, Netflix stock has zoomed 128% this year. On Nov. 8, rival Blockbuster (BBI) provided the latest confirmation of why, saying it lost $491 million in the third quarter, thanks mostly to $459 million in noncash charges. More important, Blockbuster said growth in its online business was flat. Like Los Gatos (Calif.)-based Netflix, Blockbuster`s Web service lets consumers rent unlimited numbers of DVDs for a flat monthly rate.
The announcement by Blockbuster, which has lost about $300 million in its bid to enter the online market, is the second big step backward by a Netflix competitor this year. In May, Wal-Mart Stores (WMT) said it would shut down its own online DVD-rental business.
TOO HIGH A PRICE? But Netflix`s stock surge may also relate to the plans of a much-feared potential competitor: Amazon.com (AMZN). Banking sources credit much of the move to rumors that Amazon had made a private, $42-a-share bid for Netflix in the past two weeks. Both companies declined to comment. Several Netflix directors privately cast doubt on the talk, however, saying it`s only the latest of many rumors that have surrounded their company.
Last year, Netflix had said it expected Amazon to enter the U.S. video-rental market after testing the concept in Britain and Germany. Yet, with Amazon`s British service trailing in market share in that country, Netflix now thinks Amazon will stay out of its business.
So, is Netflix really takeover bait? At some point, and some price, the answer is probably yes. Analysts are split on whether $42 a share, which represents nearly a 50% premium over today`s stock price, is too much to pay. Through the first nine months of this year, Netflix posted $492 million in revenue, but made just $3.8 million in net income, as it fought off Blockbuster`s marketing barrage. For next year, Netflix is promising only " at least $60 million" in pretax income.
DIFFICULT TO DUPLICATE. At $42 a share, the purchase would be at least $2.2 billion -- and could rise, depending on how many stock options are outstanding, if and when Netflix is sold. It actually may be more valuable to an acquirer a year or two from now, once the video-on-demand wars heat up. When it does happen, the buyer probably is more likely to be a media-distribution or online-content player than an e-commerce outfit such as Amazon.
With the rumored price tag of $42 a share, Netflix would be commanding about 30 times next year`s estimated earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization, Piper Jaffray analyst Safa Rashtchy says. That`s pretty rich even for Internet companies: Amazon trades significantly more cheaply. But it`s not all that crazy, counters Jason Avilio of First Albany Securities. Blockbuster and Wal-Mart have failed to significantly slow Netflix` growth.
Over the past year, Netflix` subscriber base grew 61%, to 3.6 million, and management expects at least 5.65 million customers by the end of 2006. That shows it`s harder and more expensive than previously thought to enter the movie-rental business, Avilio says. One bearish take on Netflix has always been that some rival could duplicate the service overnight, but Blockbuster`s experience suggests it will cost at least $300 million to build a profitable business.
DIGITAL DELIVERY. That means the hit to earnings from buying Netflix, while substantial, might be smaller than the reduction that would result if Amazon tried to build a Netflix-like service from the ground up, according to Avilio. " It might be twice as much dilution to build it," he says.
In any event, a Netflix-like rental plan could conflict with Amazon`s goal to sell as many DVDs as possible, a strategy that generates more revenue per disk in the short run. Billy McNair, co-founder of Peerflix, an eBay-like (EBAY) service that lets consumers trade their own used DVDs, says a business like his might be a better fit for Amazon, because its model assumes that people initially buy the DVDs that Amazon wants to sell.
That`s why a Netflix takeover may still be down the road a piece -- and the buyer is likely to be a cable operator, a telecom pushing into movie delivery, or even a Web media player such as Yahoo! (YHOO). Today, Netflix delivers its DVDs by mail, shipping them from a network of distribution centers in the U.S. The long-term threat to Netflix is that a company like Comcast (CMCSA) or SBC Communications (SBC) could gradually take over the movie-rental market by delivering content digitally to TVs, either via a computer link or a set-top box.
Netflix Chief Executive Reed Hastings thinks video-on-demand won`t develop into a major market for several years. On Netflix` third-quarter conference call, he said the company is holding off on plans to develop a movie-downloading service of its own, primarily because the number of films that studios have licensed for digital delivery is a fraction of the 50,000 available on DVD. " We will continue to enhance our technology and infrastructure, and will be ready to quickly launch when the content climate begins to thaw, and it becomes possible to deliver a compelling consumer experience," Hastings said.
HAPPY ENDING? By then, Netflix simply could be too big to ignore -- and too juicy a prize not to get snapped up in the land grab for consumers` video-on-demand business. Any company that owns a means for moving films over the Internet could team up with Netflix to get millions of customers, as soon as the owner of the pipe can serve them all.
Hastings says by 2010 to 2012, Netflix could have 20 million customers, each already paying a monthly flat rate for unlimited movies, whether they`re available on DVD only, pay-per-view, or both. Someday, Hastings will likely face the sweetest possible outcome when Hollywood and Wall Street collide: an offer he can`t refuse.

LONDON, Nov 15 (Reuters) -
The online DVD rental market is expected to capture a quarter of all video rental spending in the United States and one third in Europe by 2009 as consumers get used to the convenience of receiving Hollywood blockbusters in the mail.
Market research firm Screen Digest said on Tuesday that by the end of 2005, 6.3 million subscribers will have spent more than $1 billion renting DVDs over the Internet , with the market projected to triple to almost $3 billion in four years, despite the growing threat of video-on-demand services.
" Our cash-rich, time-poor society values convenience very highly, and is willing to pay for it," Screen Digest analyst Angus Wood said.
The U.S. online rental business is led by industry pioneer Netflix (NFLX.O: Quote, Profile, Research) , while in Europe the diverse number of players has led to speculation of rampant consolidation.
Netflix is locked in an expensive battle for dominance of the U.S. market with struggling video rental company Blockbuster (BBI.N: Quote, Profile, Research) , which abandoned late fees at stores as part of its strategy to keep customers.
Netflix originally had plans to expand in Europe but has opted instead to focus on its domestic business for now. Video Island and LoveFilm are the top two online rental players in Britain, accounting for 40 percent of Europe`s subscribers.
Online retailer Amazon.com (AMZN.O: Quote, Profile, Research) has operations in Britain and Germany, but has yet to launch in the United States, while Blockbuster also has a UK presence in the online realm.
At the same time, pay-TV and Internet companies have been rolling out video-on-demand services at breakneck pace, enabling users to pay for and watch films and programmes whenever they want.
Screen Digest forecast that by 2009, 60 percent of all UK spending on rental will be online, five times the 12 percent expected for 2005.
One online rental company in Britain told the researchers that more than half its customers had not rented videos from a shop in the 12 months before signing up, an indicator that the business is creating a new crop of home film watchers.
" Although the growth of the online rental sector will inevitably cannibalise the offline business, its overall effect will be to maintain levels of consumer spending on video rental at above $8 billion and 2 billion euros ($2.3 billion) in the U.S. and Europe respectively, throughout the forecast period," the report said.

GameZnFlix Acquires Game Inventory of Gamechoice.com
GameZnFlix, Inc. (OTC BB: GZFX), an online provider of DVDs and video games for rent or purchase, and Gamechoice, LLC, an online provider of video games for rent, today announced that GameZnFlix, Inc. has acquired the inventory of Gamechoice, LLC (approximately 2,750 copies) for an undisclosed sum.
As part of the agreement, Gamechoice.com members will be offered the opportunity to become GameZnFlix subscribers.
" This is a great acquisition for GameZnFlix in that we are acquiring thousands of great video game titles to further expand our rental inventory and having the opportunity to gain new members," said Donald " Chip" Gallent, President of GameZnFlix.
" We recently had some unfortunate technical problems with our system and this interrupted service to our members," said Matthew Shafeek, CEO of Gamechoice. " GameZnFlix gave us an opportunity to quickly reestablish service to our customers by not only offering them the same access to games, but adding DVDs as well. Under the agreement, our members will be given a free month of service when they signup at www.gameznflix.com."

ChipCast.....
Q: Whe do you expect to show an uptake in subscription revs…
A: This will be detailed in the annual report early Jan …. But weup 25% in membership since Nov. 1st… huge!!
Also:
“Our company is very well capitalized… no longer a start up business… in absolute growth and acquisition mode… and we are well positioned to capitalized on that.”
“Acquisition targets: We looking for companies wanting to grow, but need money. We can do it for them. We also look for companies which are strategic fits, value fits, have decent demographic base.
“We are aggressively looking for acquisitions now, and over the next twelve months you will see us more active in this department.”
“We are looking for additional people to help us grow, to take us to the next level.”
Milestones to watch for in 2006:
No.1 - Acquisitions
No.2 - Revised website in 1st quarter, after the holidays.
No.3 - Scientific assessment and deployment of marketing and advertising, sales channels.
No.4 – Physical expansion and DC’s- part of the whole thinking and plan
No.5 Staying on top of the evolution of the online rental business, including electronic delivery methods. We are aggressively looking at this, keeping in mind the acceptance and use of such technology
No.6 - European expansion
No. 7 – Being ready for new technologies and platforms, ahead of time.
Closing Remarks:
“GZFX is no longer a start up business.” Infrastructure, both Delivery and IT, are in place and growing, CC and new marketing partner relationships are now fully rolled out or being worked on. Everything is in place to take off. Growth rates are great. Churn rate is reflected in customer retainment. Now we will focus on strategic growth, measured.
“We are in growth mode.”

Hallo deutschsprachige GameZnFlix Freunde und Investoren,

Good morning, Dear Members,
Looking out the office window to the beautiful beaches of the Gulf
of Mexico on a sunny but little chilly Florida morning, it is hard
to believe that Christmas is only a couple of days away.
We have all the best reason to look forward to a very bright year
2006 for the company many of us have invested in substanial amounts
of funds. We only can encourage all our members to hold tight. The
positive developments of the past months outweigh doubts and any
negativity. We understand our member and author of message # 133
very well. Our CEO has not just a much needed positive attitude
about GameZnFlix`s future, he and others " tailored" the pilot
project with one of the largest retailers in the entire United
Staates of America. Please, don`t underestimate the relationship to
Mr. Phil Schoonover. He is one of those gentlemen one could get envy
and jealouse. Everything he touched in his professional careers
turned gold. BestBuy leadership still regrets that they let him go
to their major competitor Circuit City. We know first hand that Mr.
Schoonover will not tolerate failure. He didn`t when he structured
BestBuy/Netflix, and in our estimation he will not let down the
Circuit City/GameZnFlix project. We are not envy nor jealouse in
regards to Mr. Schoonover, we are thankful for this relationship.
We repeat ourselves when we say `please, no hype on here` over and
over again. Just the obvious including skeptical remarks as stated
in message # 133 are heard and welcome. Would anybody ever have
expected a billion dollar company like Lucent to go from $ 80 to
bearly $ 3, and that for years now? As for GameZnFlix, all the prep
work is done, now leadership, organizational and strategic
capabilities is requested at its finest. There is no guarantee in
life in general, and market mechanisms work in strange ways at times.
A wonderful example is the Forex market. For the year 2005 one could
have studied all available literature about currencies, and then
could have been so wrong if traded all year following the books.
Why? The U.S. increased interest rates, record trading deficits, and
other fundamental issues indicated a deeper fall for the U.S.
dollar. What happened during 2005? The opposite, the dollar gained
strength against all the other major currencies. One logical
explaination of so called experts now is the slow economy in major
European markets. As active traders, we followed the trend right
when it started to occur, and we made more money in 2005 thenever.
Why are we telling you this particular true story? Because you can
translate that all into your investments in the stock markets as
well. Think about it!
As a bidder for future GameZnFlixFlorida-markets and in the middle
of negotiations, we have to be careful what we say on here. Please,
be assured that we only say what we know, again no hype.
Before the U.S. markets open take a close look at our chart with all
kinds of indicators and remarks:

We wish you all a wonderful day

This is the AAFES on-line catalog and we appear to have the link but are not yet displayed on the front directory page. Obviously only a matter of time.

http://centricmall.gameznflix.com/
It is a part of the AAFES on-line catalog. It`s a portion where they have made deals with companies to provide items and services directly to the servicemembers, at a discount, and then there is a kick-back of some small amount to the AAFES. Profits from the AAFES go into the welfare and recreation fund. Cash Flow
PERIOD ENDING 31-Dec-05 31-Dec-04 31-Dec-03
Net Income (4,240) (9,717) (228)
Cut net income loss in over half from the previous year. Yes there are other numbers out there and we can argue numbers any other time but, bottom line is the BOTTOM LINE. JF said we would be in the black very soon. I’d say I trust him.
GameZnFlix Acquires DVDavenue, LLC
Feb 10, 2006 announced it has acquired DVDavenue, LLC., an online provider of DVDs for rent, based near Washington D.C. This is a great acquisition for as this will result in increasing our membership base, acquiring thousands of titles and adding a new distribution facility. As part of the transaction, existing DVDavenue customers will be transitioned over to GameZnFlix`s service. The transition is slated to be completed within 30 to 60 days.
Another DC and more subs resulting in increased income and quicker shipping and availability. No porn as this is a family business. Smart acquisition.
DVDmarketplace.com Signs GameZnFlix Inc. as a Featured Merchant
Feb 13, 2006 -- Steve Gaspar, is pleased to announce that VMH VideoMovieHouse.com subsidiary http://dvdmarketplace.com, the company`s new innovative on-line DVD marketplace, has added GameZnFlix,to its growing roster of on-line merchants. This strategic move allows GameZnFlix the opportunity to market its surplus inventory of previously viewed DVDs to the ever-expanding database of customers buying their DVDs.
GameZnFlix Inc. brings previously viewed content to the DVDmarketplace.com community. DVDmarketplace.com intends to help GameZnFlix Inc. realize additional revenues by providing them with an effective on-line vehicle to sell their previously viewed DVDs.
Dump the porn increase revenues it’s a family business. Makes allot of sense.
This is no longer a start up company. They are in the early growth stages of aqusitions marketing and advertising.
A key to success is in the partnerships GZFX is building. GZFX should do well in the near future but the speed of it’s growth at this point hinges on the partnership of the CC deal and and the national attention it will receive. The online beta testing of gaming platform and the satellite channel is huge. It is in it’s beta testing so your guess is as good as mine as to when it will happen. I think sooner than later.
The AAFES is a great venture and a strategic move in the market niche. GZFX has some great things going for it and Chip Gallant said they were ready to take on the big boys. That is some stiff competition and you better be prepared if you jump in with both feet. Arthur De Joya as the new CFO was a strong move, and he obviously thinks allot of the company and is willing to work with them according to the SEC filling. A new web site to encompass Games, DVD’s as well as music and books in one web site is pretty outstanding and can take so time to get right. I think THAT is why things aren’t moving as quickly as some would like.
As you can see this has been a step by step process of building a strong company and not throwing it all out there and seeing if it will fly. I’ve owned two businesses at the same time so I know how hard it is to run them without a mistake. Sometimes it’s trial and error. But they seem to have brought in the right people for this venture. I’m not a sunshine pumper, things could go awry at anytime. That’s business. This is only my opinion, so don’t buy or sell according to that. I just wrote down the facts, you decide. I’m sure I missed something so feel free to add to it.
Hope this helps

GameZnFlix (OTCBB:GZFX), Tuesday, the shares closed up $0.0001 or +2.27% to end at $0.0045. The volume was 26,919,256. The Company and London International Television Ltd announced recently an investment by GameZnFlix in LITV for the purpose of creating the "The Business Channel" to be broadcast on digital satellite later in 2006. GameZnFlix intends to purchase a 25% interest in LITV with the payment of $2,000,000 over the next year. In addition, GameZnFlix may invest up to an additional $10,000,000 to $25,000,000 within 12 months. "We\'re excited about our investment in LITV and the opportunity to extend our company into the United Kingdom. Our relationship with LITV over the past few years has allowed both companies the chance to know and understand each other. This is another step in our business model of providing movies and games to our members through our core business model (postal delivery), but additionally of moving towards on-demand and other media," notes John Fleming, GameZnFlix CEO. The two companies intend to produce a new channel to be aired in the United Kingdom. Focusing on the needs of British business owners and entrepreneurs to be better informed about the business of doing business, The Business Channel will be the leading component of a venture into this media space that the two companies believe is poorly served by mainstream and financial broadcast channels. "Having had an interest in the growth and development of GameZnFlix during the last three years, I am delighted now that this new relationship continues to grow. The agreement with GameZnFlix will provide LITV with the opportunity to expand and direct its operations into a new arena, providing its present and future clients worldwide, a new route to the UK B2B and B2C markets, including a new dedicated broadcast and IPTV channel combined with other web-based commercial features," adds LITV\'s Martin Everard.

Video und Spiele - On - Demand

Satellitenkanäle insgesamt 170 TV Shows.
Bisher positiver Newsflow in 2006
Co-Marketing Programm unterzeichnet. Somit stärkt das Unternehmen
zusammen mit einem starken Player im Einzelhandelsmarkt
seine Marketing-und Vertriebsreichweite. Im August 2006 wurde das
neue Distributionscenter in Florida eröffnet.
Gerade in USA spielt

Satellitenkanäle insgesamt 170 TV Shows.
Bisher positiver Newsflow in 2006
Co-Marketing Programm unterzeichnet. Somit stärkt das Unternehmen
zusammen mit einem starken Player im Einzelhandelsmarkt
seine Marketing-und Vertriebsreichweite. Im August 2006 wurde das
neue Distributionscenter in Florida eröffnet.
Gerade in USA spielt
