Elephant Talk Limited ("ElephantTalk" or "ET" or the "Company"), a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Elephant Talk Communications Inc. (OTC: ETLK), is a facility-based interna-
tional long distance carrier with offices and hubs in Hong Kong, Los Angeles, Boston,
New York, Singapore and Beijing. Its parent company, Elephant Talk Communications
Inc. has been listed at the OTC Bulletin Board, US, since 22 January 2002 and is
planning to apply for listings on the Frankfurt and Hong Kong markets to raise the nec-
essary capital for future business expansion.

ElephantTalk commenced its operation as an international long distance services
provider in late 1994 by establishing and operating hubs in Hong Kong and the US as its
gateway to the North American and World carrier markets. As a licensed ISR carrier
with its US based facilities, carrier interconnection, special termination arrangements
and existing circuits between US and Hong Kong, the Company aims to provide the best
price and first-mover advantages for Hong Kong based carriers.

The basic strategy of the Company for competition is to leverage its expertise and
established relationships with carriers in the Asian-Pacific region to pursue early entry

regions. In addition, ElephantTalk has been one of the few pioneers in developing suc-
cessful business relationships with various National PTTs or Competitive Carriers in the
Asia-Pacific countries, especially China - the world`s fastest growing telecommunication

carrier customers on both sides of the Pacific to over 220 foreign countries through a
flexible network comprised of resale arrangements with long distance providers, leased
transmission facilities, various foreign termination relationships and international
gateway switches.
