vorhin hat mich die kleine von der bank angerufen und gesagt, dass ich leider welche gekriegt hätte zu 0,6, da ich doch mein limit noch mal runtergenommen hätte (Ich Vollidiot....(jeder denke sich jetz die stimme vom poldicast..)

Schau Dir den Chart an! Nach so einem irren Anstieg innerhalb weniger Tage ist die psychologische Grenze zum Neueinstieg extrem hoch weil alle Schiss haben, auf einem (Zwischen-)Hoch zu kaufen.

Es gab Aktien , die sind von 0,10 auf 20 Dollar gestiegen innerhalb 3 Monate

Setz einfach ein Kauflimit zu 0,58 rein, wenn du Glück hast, verkauft dir ein Hosensch... seine Teile zu dem Preis...

2. Teil: er gibt Uberblick ueber Problematik ueber der small caps und deren Hochs und Tiefs
3. Teil: er bestaetigt seine Serioesistaet und erzaehlt wie seine Familie/Firma frueher gross geworden ist...
4. Teil: nochmals Bestaetigung warum sie (Wassermann Morris) denn tatsaechlich so ein Brecher-laden sind (Independence ist important,"we don't get paid in stocks" and in upfront)... aber wird langsam langweilig..... blablupp.... so.. komm jetz sach was zu nttl...
.. unsere analysten... blabluppp, jaja.. ok auch alle independent...bla blabli....
5. Teil ok nochmal kurz was wichtiges; keiner der Analysten ist erlaubt Aktien an dem Unternehmen zu halten was sie beurteilen....
6. Teil: die Firmen muessen katalysatoren haben die sie schon in die richtige Richtung bewegen und die auch Potenzial haben, wirklich abzurocken!! viele Firmen werden nicht bewertet weil sie nur auf Sparflamme kochen...
7. Teil: er ( der Moderator) bringt wieder das Beispiel der kleinen Firma, die nicht allein an die Oeffentlichkeit kann, wenn sie merkt wir sind gut drauf unser stockprice haengt nach... was koennen sie machen...

Zusammenfassung: es geht nicht um nettel im eigentlichen Sinn.. scheinbar hat der gute Moderator eine Menge Anrufe zu dieser Bewertung von Wassermann Morris bezueglich nettel bekommen ( Vermutung meinerseits) ... und hiermit stellt er klar, es ist alles in Ordnung mit dem laden!!

Allerdings war deren KZ bei 0,35 $ oder so... tsja..

Denke mal das wir heute die 0,80 knacken werden

Ab 0,95 wird es eine kleine konsolidierung geben

Gestern wurde genug zwischen 0,78-0,80 gesammelt... alleine deshalb wird es weiter hochgehen..die wollen doch nicht mit Verlust verkaufen

Noch gibts welche günstig unter 0,70 hier...ab heute mittag wirds teuer

Es ist wirklich so witzig mit einem enormen Unterhaltungswert die Beiträge hier zu lesen. Mal abgesehen von Rechtschreibung und solchen Sachen.... Inhaltlich kommt es mir wie ein Treffen der Sonderschule vor. Aber haben die jetzt schon Feierabend?

im schlimmsten Fall noch Lagerkosten

Du bist selbst zu dumm einen Tippfehler von einem Rechtschreibfehler zu unterscheiden! Wie alt seid ihr eigentlich alle? Quatschen hier den ganzen Tag gequirlte Scheiße zusammen, tun so als ob sie nur das geringste von der Sache hier verstehen, haben Zeit innerhalb von Minuten auf ein Posting von mir zu antworten, gehen also offensichtlich nicht arbeiten aber investieren hier die große Kohle am Aktienmarkt! Ich mach mir vor so viel Dämlichkeit vor lachen selber auf die Füße. Gestern sollte man zufrieden sein unter 70 reinzukommen, heute stehen sie bei 50 oder 60, was ja nur 15-30% ausmacht! Ach ja Prozentrechnung kommt ja erst in der 7 Klasse, in der Sonderschule wohl eher gar nicht.... Mann seid ihr alle beschränkt....

ich frag mich nur was es bald minütlich zu posten gibt wenn doch die Aktie sowieso auf 10 Dollar läuft ? ist euch soo langweilig ?

ich sag dir mal was du feuchte hose... es gibt auch leute die nicht seit zwei jahren in dem wert drin haengen wie du und deshalb hier staendig dummes zeug schreiben muessen, weil sie von der mama einen auf den arsch bekommen haben, wegen dem ganzen geld was sie in den sand gefahren haben...

@ marvessa, also wegen deinen 8k (stueck!?) machst du hier staendig so einen auf laue stimmung.. keine ahnung warum.. siehst du keine rosige zukunft steig lieber aus... und mit microsoft hat nettel niemand verglichen... und das wuerde dir auch nicht einfallen wenn dir der wert bekannt waere...

das was hier gepostet wird ist sicherlich zukunftsmusik, aber du scheinst auch die moeglichkeiten nicht wirklich erkannt zu haben oder dir fehlt die phantasie... aber wie gesagt, dann entweder raus oder informieren und drin bleiben.

ALSO manche produkte bei tougi sind ungefaehr in dollar auf dem preisniveau wenn man hier bei preispiraten oder aehnlichen seiten nachschaut... also ein paar prozent billiger, wobei ich mir nicht sicher bin ob es immer produzenten sein muessen die anbieten.

dann gibt es aber auch produkte die doch deutlich billiger sind als vergleichsware, aber no name wohl....

fazit... solange mehr produzenten an land kommen kann mehr business sicherer abgewickelt werden...

warum der kurs momentan so abgeht liegt wohl hauptsaechlich an avop, die sind fuer den gestiegenen umsatz verantwortlich.. 4 Q soll ca. 4mio bringen nach 2,5 im 3Q... und jetz stehn auftraege fuer 150k am tag ins haus..

macht bei 5-10% marge ca. 7500- 15000 am tag...
mal 365 das ganze, weil ja bekanntlich auch am we telf wird..
macht ca. 2,8 bis 5,5 mio (ist gerundet, weil ich zu faul bin.. nicht das wieder so ein besserwisser dahergerannt kommt)

wenn ihr weiter euren unmut kundtun wollt, holt zahlen her und lasst diskutieren, aber lasst bitte den kinderkram.. der regt nur auf!! euch auch.. auch wenn ihr es nicht zugeben wollt...

Analyst Summary
We are initiating coverage of Nettel Holdings Inc. (NTTL.OB) with a Speculative Buy rating and assign a
$0.32 price target. The catalyst for the rating and price target are based on both qualitative technological
considerations and quantitative valuation metrics of a bandwidth of approaches. In as much as NTTL is a
multi-segment company striving to become a successful business in VoIP telecommunications - used
computer equipment exports and commercial software development - perhaps the most noteworthy is
NTTL’s Telecommunications segment with the Advanced Voice Order Processing (AVOP) application,
acting as a real-time online marketplace (an “exchange” for sellers and buyers of VoIP traffic. The
proprietary software platform has been recently upgraded to support a larger number of exchange
members and possesses a number of features poised to make it popular among its clients. NTTL reports
that it has renegotiated contracts with its clients to benefit from better terms and that the
Telecommunications segment is gaining momentum as a whole, expected by the company to generate
over $50K per day, translating in over $4.5 million per quarter. The prepaid calling card business is also
expected to pick up, suggesting some good times ahead. These expectations come after the company has
demonstrated that it is able to generate multimillion revenues – in Q3FY05, before the renegotiations and
the software upgrade, NTTL reported over $7 million in revenues – an impressive number compared to
preceding and subsequent quarters. We believe that the company will once again reach seven-digit
revenues, quickly turning into a multimillion business during 2007.
NTTL also plans to launch a wide array of commercial software applications; however, we believe that
limited programming resources will slow down the launch and that software revenues will not be realized
until 2008. We also do not believe that the Equipment segment possesses the strength to turn into an
important revenue source. Nonetheless, we contend that the strengths of the Telecommunications segment
significantly outweigh the weaknesses of the other two segments and that a complete shutdown of the
equipment segment will not have a significant negative impact on the company. We also note that in the
event that NTTL finds the resources to ramp up these two relatively weak segments, they may transform
into important sources of revenue and risk diversification.
Among the risks attributable to NTTL, are the limited resource, slowing down the software segment
launch, low liquidity, the penny stock status of its shares and some others, shown below. Investors should
be aware of these risks and of the Speculative nature of our rating. However, we believe the benefits
outweigh the risks, and our valuation suggests a fair value of NTTL’s stock of $0.32.

Proprietary technology – upgraded software with many advanced features
NTTL’s Advanced Voice Order Processing platforms offers a number of advantages that should
help NTTL secure a growing client base. Among the platform’s features are:
• carriers and service providers can avoid the time and expense of negotiating and
managing one-time agreements with other carriers or telecom providers;
• AVOP Direct handles routing management, settlements, billing and administration,
allowing carriers to save on staff and administration costs;
• any destinations posted on AVOP Direct can be purchased immediately;
• instant financial settlement for seller; according to NTTL, AVOP offers the quickest
financial settlements in the industry (1 day), while standard industry settlement is
between 30-45 days1;
• buyers can view not only the rates but also ASR, PDD, ACD2, and Voice Quality ratings
in real time; this is very important because most of the time, rate is not the only factor in
deciding which carrier to purchase from; members can also review all account
information, network information, and settlement data.
• as long as the buyer maintains a positive account balance, they can at any time
immediately purchase and use any minutes that are posted in NTTL’s exchanges.
• purchasing minutes from AVOP Direct is very simple: to purchase any route listed on
AVOP Direct, buyer simply has to enter the Route ID + Country Code + City Code into
the dialing plan.
Wide VoIP network
NTTL’s VoipXchange.net division has partnered with over 1,600 major VoIP network
termination partners worldwide to access their network infrastructure. This allows
VoipXchange.net to provide high-quality, low-cost “any-distance” call termination to over 250
countries and territories. NTTL operates its own, or in cooperation with other providers, a
network of VoIP gateways throughout the world. These gateways are located mostly in difficultto-
reach countries or regions and provide local termination of international calls.
VoipXchange.net offers this service to any international carrier, which is interested in reliable
and inexpensive completion of its traffic to the VoipXchange.net’s On-Net destinations. NTTL
began marketing this service to distributors and retailers in April 2006.
Lowest callback rates
According to NTTL, its International Callback Service can save its customers up to 85% on
international long distance calling and can be used from any touch tone telephone worldwide.
Once customers are connected to the Callback Network, they can make international calls at low
rates. NTTL believes its callback rates to be the lowest in the world.
High revenues already happened in the past – so it is realistic to expect high revenues in the
nearest future
Nettel Telecom was already quite successful in 2005, generating over $7 million in revenues in
just one quarter. We believe that with renegotiated contracts and upgraded software, NTTL will

as high as in Q3FY05, we do expect quarterly revenues to accelerate quickly throughout 2007-

In Q3FY06, NTTL once again proved its revenue-generating capacity, reporting $2.6 million in
net revenues, all from the Telecommunications segment.
Potential to diversify, allowing to use cash flows from one segment to support others
NTTL has three segments, two of which generate revenues. One of them – the
Telecommunications segment – is expected to start generating an increasingly large revenue
stream, boosting cash flows. We expect this segment to provide enough financial support for the
Software segment, which is still in the development stage. As soon as the Software segment

source of tangible cash flows and diversification. However, if NTTL proves that it can ramp up
the Equipment segment, it too can become an important factor in diversification.
Expanding client base
NTTL reports that more clients are signing up for its services. The company reported that it was
increasing its Senior Account Managers headcount to facilitate this increase. This increase in the
client base is extremely important for the company, as it serves both to increase the revenue and
to reduce the customer concentration risk which is currently quite high (please see the Risks
section for more details). With the addition of the new Account Managers, NTTL expects its
daily revenues for AVOP and other telecom divisions to exceed $50K per day, equaling $4.5
million on a quarterly basis.
VoIP services are quickly gaining acceptance
According to TeleGeography’s “US VoIP Subscribers and Revenues Update” for 2005, voice
over broadband (VoBB) subscribers grew from 1.3 million in 2004 to 4.5 million at the end of
2005. More impressively, US VoBB providers were adding nearly a million subscribers every
three months and had grown to a billion in revenues in 20053. According to TIA, the number of
residential VoIP customers in the USA more than tripled to 4.2 million users in 2005, and is
expected to hit 18 million by 2008. The huge jump in VoIP numbers follows an eightfold
increase from 150,000 at the end of 2003 to 1.2 million at the end of 2004. VoIP revenue is

enjoying the same growth rate as VoIP subscribers, with revenue increasing from $25 million in
2003 to $1.1 billion 20044.
Outsourced programming team
NTTL’s programming team (the ENTEC) division is located in Vietnam, a low cost country.
This allows to benefit from relatively cheap programmer workforce, potentially saving millions
of dollars compared to a team resident in the USA. This is probably one of the main factors that
allowed the company to improve its AVOP platform and keep working on other software with
decreased revenues and without applying for additional financing (although a large number of
shares have been issued as payment for services).
Committed to Research and Development
NTTL has not stopped its R&D spending in the last 6 quarters, despite falling revenues.
Financial statements reveal that when NTTL earned significant revenues in Q3FY05, it also
significantly increased its R&D expenses, keeping the development in focus. NTTL also
upgraded its AVOP platform to increase its capacity. Such commitment to R&D ensures that
NTTL’s technical base is not becoming obsolete in the fast-moving industry of
telecommunications. At the same time, it suggests that the retail software that NTTL plans to
launch will be competitive.
Wide equipment export network
During 2005, NTTL established connections and cooperative relations with over 1,000
companies in more than 40 countries and regions in the world. Through these important
connections NTTL plans to expand into other importing and exporting activities. It must be
noted that as of the end of Q3FY06, NTTL had no agreements or contracts in this field, and that
revenues from the Equipment segment were zero for Q3FY06.
Relatively low indebtedness
As of the end of Q3FY06, NTTL’s total debt was as low as $261K. For a company that is
expected to generate multimillion revenues shortly, this is quite a low level of indebtedness,
meaning that the company is not paying too much to its creditors, and that it should be able to
apply for a loan relatively easily.

in Q2FY06 and $7.3 million in Q3FY05.

Although the factors that lead to the revenue decline after Q3FY05 have been eliminated,
according to management, there is no guarantee that a similar situation will not happen in the
future. While we do not expect such a situation to repeat, it may be possible. However we
believe that NTTL will report increasing revenues in the future and that expanding client base
and diversifying product portfolio will help mitigate risks arising from contract renegotiation.
History of losses and high accumulated deficit
NTTL has been loss-making for the past two-and-a-half years. The company had accumulated
$6.9 million of losses by the end of Q3FY06, and we forecast it to continue reporting losses for
three or four more quarters.
Software segment is still non-operational
In its SB-2 filing dated February 7, 2006, NTTL reported that the software titles it was planning
to launch had been completed in terms of programming and that it had been tested in the
previous four months. Additionally, NTTL was expecting to release its first commercial software
already in Q1FY06. However, no revenues from the Software segment have been reported so far.
We believe that this was due to the ENTEC resources being involved in developing software for
the Telecommunications segment. Besides, in a November 2006 press release, NTTL reported
that it was transferring several of its Entec staff into AVOP division, thus reducing the Entec
development team. Thus, we do not expect any revenues to be reported from the Software
segment until 2008.
Declining equipment business
The revenues from the Equipment business have been in decline in the recent quarters, falling to
zero in Q3FY06. Despite a wide network created by NTTL for this business segment, the
company reported that it had no contracts outstanding. The company also quoted that it was
facing a declining demand. We believe that this segment will remain marginal, with most of the
company’s resources being devoted to the Telecommunications and Software segments.
However, future forecasts may have to be reviewed if new information about the Equipment
segment becomes available.
Penny stock rules
NTTL’s shares trade at under $1 per share, meaning that they are subject to Penny Stock rules.
This lowers the liquidity of NTTL’s shares and investors may find it difficult to sell their shares
quickly and at acceptable terms.

Competition in the VoIP market
The VoIP market has been growing at a fast pace in the recent years, attracting both new and
existing telecommunications operators to take their share of this growing pie. As a result, the
market is very competitive, hosting numerous players, both small and big, driving service prices
down and stimulating quick technological changes. In this competitive marketplace, one must be
able to react quickly to new market conditions, technologies and rules. NTTL believes that being
a small company is a major advantage in this arena because this is a dynamic market and being
able to make changes quickly helps to stay ahead of competition. However, this flexibility must
be supported by financial and human resources to be effective and thus small company size
represents both an advantage and a risk in a highly competitive environment.
Significant dilution
Within the last four reported quarters, the number of NTTL’s outstanding shares increased by
almost 14% - from 32.7 million to 37.3 million, while the 5-quarter increase is 59% - from 23.4
million shares. In Q3FY06 alone, NTTL issued 2.5 million new shares. NTTL uses shares to pay
for some services rendered to it by consultants and employees. We expect the dilution to
continue in the coming quarters at a rate of between one and one-and-a-half million new shares
being issued every quarter for at least five quarters, starting with Q4FY06. NTTL has been
reluctant to use dilutive securities on a wide scale, so we do not expect it to issue options or
warrants in the future.
Low balance sheet liquidity
As a result of declining revenues and significant R&D expenses, NTTL is suffering from
operating cash outflow, negative net working capital and low liquidity as a whole, with current
ratio under 1 – at 0.57 at the end of Q3FY06, down from 0.77 one quarter earlier. At the end of
Q3FY06, cash represented roughly one-third of total assets, while prepaid expenses totaled
almost half (46%) of all assets. We expect the balance sheet liquidity to improve eventually, as
the company increases its revenue base, benefiting from a slower growth in operating expenses.
Too many software titles in the making – risk of having none launched
NTTL listed a large number of commercial software applications that the company is planning to
launch: accounting, finance, project management, inventory system, database management,
presentation tools, e-mail, voice recognition, and word processing software. In a February SB-2
filing, the company revealed that it had completed the programming of these software packages
and that it was expecting the first commercial software to be released during the first quarter of
2006. However NTTL has not reported any revenues from selling commercial software. We
believe NTTL’s software development team became involved in developing software for the
Telecommunications segment, draining resources from the software segment. Thus we doubt that
the company has enough resources to successfully support all of its activities simultaneously. We
believe that work on commercial software release will resume but that distraction by the
Telecommunications segment will slow down this process and thus we do not expect any
revenues from the software segment until 2008.
High customer and supplier concentration
According to NTTL’s 10QSB filing, in Q3FY06, four customers provided 92% of the company’s
net revenues, while four suppliers provided 92% of the company’s cost of goods sold. This is
better than what was observed in Q1, Q2 and 2005. For example, in Q1 and Q2, just two
customers accounted for 97% and 96% of net revenues, respectively. This risk materialized in
late 2005 and in 2006, when NTTL was renegotiating contracts with its clients – sales fell to
extremely low levels. Currently, NTTL is expanding its customer base and this risk is being

gradually reduced, but the company needs to further diversify its client and supplier base,
creating a buffer for any disruptions in relationships with either clients or suppliers.
Low SEC reporting discipline
While this is hardly a material risk, we feel that it is worth mentioning. In the past one-and-a-half
years, NTTL has not filed a single 10QSB or 10KSB report without filing an NT Late Filing
Notification beforehand. Generally, the delays rarely exceeded one week. However, a longer
delay or failure to submit an NT notification may cause a delisting warning, and may negatively
affect the market price of NTTL’s shares.
Valuation
Revenue forecast
NTTL’s revenue has been very unstable in the past. After reaching a stellar level of $7.3 million
in Q3FY05, it reverted back to under $150K in Q2FY06, and rising to $2.6 in Q3FY06. With the
newly renegotiated contracts and upgraded software, as well as based on the company’s press
releases, proven by the Q3FY06 performance, we believe that NTTL will continue building up a
strong revenue stream, mainly from its Telecommunications segment.

We forecast a maturity EBITDA margin of 18%. The margin can be higher if NTTL can manage
to significantly increase the share of its Equipment segment, for which it quoted higher gross
margins than for the Telecommunications segment. Also, if the company starts realizing
revenues from the Software segment earlier than 2008 and increases the share of the Software
segment in the total revenue mix, it can also increase the margins, as software margins are
generally higher in that segment.
DCF model
For the DCF valuation purposes, we have assumed that the company will reach maturity in 2013,
attaining an FCF growth rate of 4.5%. We assumed that the company will be using loss

Peer valuation
Peer valuation is somewhat obstructed by the fact that NTTL is involved in three almost nonrelated
segments. Thus, for peer valuation we have used weighted average multiples. Three
groups of peers were used, and the multiples from each respective group were weighted
according to the weight of segment revenues in NTTL’s revenue mix in 2011. These are 0.5%
for the Equipment segment, 89.1% for the Telecommunications segment, and 10.4% for the
Software segment.

Proprietary AVOP technology has made it possible to build a carrier-grade call completion
network. The efficiency of this business model means low prices, low capital costs, and fast
deployment for AVOP carrier customers.
AVOP handles the related routing management, settlements, billing and administration, allowing
members to save on staff and administration costs. A detailed monthly settlement statement,
showing the number of minutes originated and terminated, is issued to members in a single
currency. By joining AVOP, carriers can avoid the time and expense of negotiating and
managing numerous agreements with other carriers. AVOP acts as a single point of contact,

Entec Software was formed with the main objective to

Consultancy Services to NTTL’s customers. NTTL believes
that its programmer’s expertise and in-depth knowledge in
Financial Accounting and Telecommunication Software will allow the company to provide an
efficient accounting and Telecommunication system that is customized to suit all areas of
businesses any organization is in. Entec continues to be NTTL’s technology engine. Its 70+
engineers and technicians have enabled the company to develop its technologies and to adapt and

FaxZoo
FaxZoo is a unified messaging, personal communications
service provider. FaxZoo Unified messaging allows the user
to collect all their messages: E-Mail, Voicemail, Faxes and
Phone Messages from one In-Box. Members are assigned a personal telephone number that
serves as the voicemail box and fax number. NTTL has been in providing trial service over the
past year.
Nettel Trading
Nettel Trading covers import and export of technology,
machinery, equipment, instruments, light industry products, textile and chemicals, seafood
products and investment in different enterprises. Over the past year, Nettel Trading has
established connections and cooperative relations with over 1,000 companies in more than 40
countries and regions in the world. Nettel Trading Specialized in the following areas:

Online Freight provides its members with up to date and efficient freight shipping and trucking
services. The automated online system allows members to access hundreds of approved trucking
companies, freight companies, common carriers and motor freight carriers providing freight
services from and to any point within the U.S. or international.
Thousands of companies and individuals with trucks of all sizes and broker capability (i.e.
carriers) search the company’s load boards to find available loads matching their criteria, and
then call the person listing the load directly to work out load details, or bid on loads on the
company’s bid board. Member carriers also list their available trucks by location on the truck
board. Company’s shipping members find them and call the member carrier directly. Truck
freight carrier members can create their own personal ads for those shipping freight and looking
for a carrier to see. Freight carrier members can set up instant notification to their cell phone and
email on loads they want by selecting criteria such as: Load location, destination, weight, truck
type, and other options. The system will call them when a load is available matching their
criteria and text message the load info & contact number.
Phonezoo
Phonezoo is a prepaid communications provider, offering
customers a range of communication services including prepaid
Phonecards, and long distance service. The company’s
goal is to provide the rapidly expanding market-place with a cutting-edge, high quality selection
of international and domestic long-distance calling-cards and technologies at attractive discounts
to distribution agents, nationwide. Phonezoo products are available at over 4,000 retail outlets
across the U.S. and Canada and that number is growing.
Over the past few months, the company has been quietly designing products for the retail
markets that it believes are unique and not currently offered by competing companies. For
example, the company has a card that can be used from the US and also back to the US. The
company believes it will take competitors at least a year to duplicate its products and have them
available for the public. The company has run test trials over the past months with several
distributors and retailers, and has created a smooth operation between all parties. According to
the company, all of the participants of these test trials agreed with it believing that this would be
the next generation in the prepaid calling card industry.
SIPZOO
SIPZOO is a comprehensive global Broadband Telephone
service. After signing up with SIPZOO, the customer
receives a regular local U.S telephone number. The
telephone number provided by Local Number has the same
features and options that are currently available with any local telephone company, such as Call
Forwarding, Caller ID, Three-way calling, Call Transfer, Call Waiting, Call Return, Speed Dial,
Anonymous Call Rejection, Hunt group, Voicemail etc.
Using a VoIP adapter and a broadband connection, SIPZOO allows consumers and businesses to
use their high-speed DSL or cable modem to make and receive calls from any regular phone,
even cordless phones. The computer is not required to make or receive the calls, so it makes
calling as easy as picking up the phone and dialing the number.

SIPZOO allows customers to pick their own phone number and it doesn’t have to be in the same
area code as where they are located.
Talking Technologies
Talking Technologies develops and markets core voice
technologies based on VoiceXML and SIP, and customized
voice application solutions. It provides VoiceXML application software that simplifies the
creation, deployment, and management of automated phone systems. The company also offers
turnkey VoiceXML IVR systems, both hosted and on-premise. Its turn-key IVR, CTI, WEB, and
FAX systems emphasize “self service” over the phone and web using speech recognition
technology from IBM, Nuance, and SpeechWorks.
Voip Payment Services
According to NTTL, in just one year of operation, Voip
Payment Services has become the largest US-based payment
services for over 2,000 international carriers. NTTL claims
that Voip Payment Services is the first of its kind for the
industry. The company believes that Voip Payment Services provides a safe, secure and
automated platform for buyers and sellers to conduct business. Voip Payment Services acts as a
middle-man, protecting and assuring the buyer of receiving exact minutes he has ordered. In
turn, the company protects the seller by ensuring the money is available to them immediately for
the exact amount of minutes they have sold.
One of the unique features of using Voip Payment Services is that the entire escrow transaction
can be started and completed in 30 minutes by both parties without using the help of the

they purchased5. With Voip Payment Services, the buyer can deposit funds into their account via
credit card, paypal, direct deposit from checking account, or wire transfer.
Virtual Softswitch
Virtual Softswitch offers a hosted prepaid calling card
platform solution that enables anyone strategically placed in
any part of the world to quickly set-up a calling card operation for a minimal start-up cost.
Virtual Softswitch offers Hosted Billing Services, in which the company hosts the Virtual
Softswitch software at its site and performs the complete breadth of billing tasks, including
customer care (call center) invoice processing, printing and mailing. This option provides a cost

Advanced Voice Order Processing (AVOP)
AVOP Direct acts as a single point of contact, posting the rate each carrier charges to terminate
calls in its country and then offering those rates to all other carriers who wish to terminate the
calls.
By joining AVOP Direct, carriers and service providers will be able to avoid the time and
expense of negotiating and managing one-time agreements with other carriers or telecom
providers. AVOP Direct handles routing management, settlements, billing and administration,
allowing carriers to save on staff and administration costs. The key features of AVOP Direct are:
• any destinations posted on AVOP Direct can be purchased immediately.
• instant financial settlement is offered to the seller.
Buyers can view not only the rates but also in real time ASR, PDD, ACD, and Voice Quality
ratings. This is very important because most of the time, rate is not the only factor in deciding
which carrier to purchase from. As long as the buyer maintains a positive account balance, they
can at any time purchase and use any minutes that are posted in AVOP exchanges.
Purchasing minutes from AVOP Direct is very simple. To purchase any route listed on AVOP
Direct, buyer would simply enter the Route ID + Country Code + City Code into the dialing
plan. Members will be able to view CDR in real time, review all account information, network
information, and settlement data.
Sales and marketing of AVOP began in 2006.
Voice over Internet Protocol (“VoIP”
Planned products and services in the VoIP segment include residential and commercial long
distance calls, prepaid calling cards, PC-to-phone calls, unified messaging, and teleconferencing.
NTTL’s VoipXchange.net division has partnered with over 1,600 major VoIP network
termination partners worldwide to access their network infrastructure. This allows
VoipXchange.net to provide high-quality, low-cost “any-distance” call termination to over 250
countries and territories. NTTL operates its own, or in cooperation with other providers, network
of VoIP gateways throughout the world. These gateways are located mostly in difficult-to-reach
countries or regions and provide local termination of international calls. VoipXchange.net offers
this service to any international carrier, which is interested in reliable and inexpensive
completion of its traffic to the VoipXchange.net’s On-Net destinations.
Telecommunication Products and Service Summary:
Gateway Termination for ITSP
NTTL plans to market its IP telephony services to other international long distance carriers and
wholesale customers that have a need for large blocks of long distance telephone time between
selected locations. Although margins at the wholesale level are lower than retail margins, the
sale of blocks of long distance time to other carriers will enable NTTL to generate revenues with
only a limited number of gateways installed. The company is in the process of pre-marketing its
services and has identified several potential wholesale resellers of block minutes.

Customers pay a one-time activation fee and are assigned a PIN. To use the service from within
one of the company’s service areas, the customer simply dials the gateway from a telephone (a
local call number), enters the PIN, and then dials in the long distance number in the usual way.
Customers are not required to own computer equipment of any kind, nor do they need their own
Internet access to use Access Power’s phone-to-phone service. The company plans to bill
customers at the end of each month by charging their credit card.
Sales and marketing to distributors and retailers began in April 2006.
2.9 cents Prepaid Calling Cards
NTTL is marketing prepaid calling cards to persons traveling to destinations such as Mexico,
Central and South America, Asia, Europe and other regions where long distance telephone calls
are substantially more expensive than domestic long distance telephone calls. The company
plans to market its prepaid calling cards through travel agents, tourist agencies, airline ticketing
offices, tour companies, car rental agencies and hotel personnel in denominations of $15, $25,
$30 and $50. The company plans to have an automated voice response system to enable
cardholders to add time to their calling cards by charging their credit card while on the phone.
Sales and marketing to distributors and retailers began in April 2006.
PC-to-Phone
NTTL’s PC-to-phone service offers customers the ability to call a regular telephone utilizing
software installed on their multimedia personal computer. To initiate the service, the customer
registers on the company’s website and downloads the software.
International Callback
A customer outside the US dials a US number (which never answers) and hangs up after one or
two rings. The US callback computer immediately calls back the caller utilizing a US line. The
caller then makes his call as usual. He may dial a US number or a number in any other country,
using the US lines and is then billed at NTTL’s callback rates. According to NTTL, its
International Callback service can save its customers up to 85% on international long distance
calling and can be used from any touch tone telephone worldwide. Once customers are
connected to the Callback Network, they can make international calls at low rates. The company
believes its callback rates to be the lowest in the world.
Local Call Forwarding (LCF)
With LCF customers can place and receive calls anywhere in the world, regardless of time,
location, or communications device.
Web click2Talk
Web click2Talk allows consumers browsing a company’s Web site to click the Web click2Talk
icon which (once the Web click2Talk software is installed on the consumer’s PC) instantly dials
a designated representative of that company, usually someone providing sales or support
services. NTTL believes Web click2Talk is the most advanced product of its kind. Its size
(100KB) is small and thus can be quickly installed and easy to use. It is downloaded and
installed upon the first attempt to use it.

Computer Equipment Sales
NTTL’s Nettel Trading division is currently exporting qualified computer electronics equipment.
During the past year, the company established connections and cooperative relations with over
1,000 companies in more than 40 countries and regions in the world. Through these connections
the company plans to expand into other importing and exporting activities, but has no
agreements or contracts at this time.
Software Programming
NTTL’s Entec division is currently developing Accounting, Finance, Project Management,
Inventory System, Database Management, Presentation Tools, E-mail, Voice Recognition, and
Word Processing software that will have an entry level price point ranging from $9.95 to $49.95
U.S. dollars.
VoiceXML enables companies to easily and quickly deploy automated phone services that can
improve employee productivity, reduce costs, increase customer satisfaction, and create new
revenue opportunities. This IVR allows companies to extend existing or new web applications to
be accessible by any phone at the lowest total cost of ownership. Entec games division is a
developer of interactive entertainment software and technology for a variety of consoles and
computer platforms.
Business Strategy
NTTL’s first strategic objective is to market consistent “toll quality” long distance telephone
service utilizing Internet Protocol (IP) technology.
The second strategic objective is to become one of the world’s leading providers of domestic and
international IP telephony products and services. NTTL plans to achieve this goal through
continued expansion of its international IP telephony gateway network by the means of:
1. joint venture partnerships and other business relationships in targeted regions;
2. marketing the network and its inherent low operating costs to provide discount retail and
wholesale international calling services;
3. the utilization of new technology; and
4. the continued development of enhanced products and services to complement its
international IP telephony gateway server network.
NTTL’s management believes that in the very competitive VoIP landscape which offers many
voice and data transmission options, leasing time (or purchasing minutes) on VoIP networks will
quickly become a commodity business as the various competitors whittle away margin to gain
market share. Recognizing this trend, NTTL’s management feels it is imperative to not only
offer a quality, nationwide network but, additionally, to be an aggressive marketing organization
constantly in search of value added products and services
Recent events
! November 21 –Q3 results and guidance released
NTTL reports that it has “dozens of large carriers now currently enrolled who will soon be
increasing NTTL’s revenues as it terminates minutes for them and through them.” The company
expects to increase AVOP profits in Q4. To accommodate new AVOP clients, NTTL announced
adding three more Senior Account Managers to work closely with major carriers, two of the new
Account Managers being promoted from the Entec division. With the addition of these Account

Managers, NTTL expects its daily revenues from AVOP and other telecom divisions to exceed
$50K per day with a gross profit margins target of 14%.
The company revealed that it PhoneZoo division faced problems: after experiencing some
difficulties with the quality of routes provided by some of its vendors servicing its phone cards,
NTTL chose to temporarily pause the marketing of its calling cards and focus on developing and
improving AVOP. Improved routes for PhoneZoo were pursued towards the end of Q3 and
NTTL expects PhoneZoo to be a strong additional profit center for the company. Now that the
company has entered into agreements with improved vendors for PhoneZoo, it plans to begin
refocusing on marketing and distributing its calling cards, beginning with its existing distributor
base in US, Canada and Australia. NTTL expects a gross profit margin on these cards of 15-
20%.
! August 23 – letter to Shareholders confirming positive trends in Q3
On August 23, 2006, NTTL’s management released a letter to the shareholders, stating that the
second quarter of 2006 and most of the third quarter to date continued to be developmental. The
letter also stated that NTTL had made necessary modifications and great progress in building
PhoneZoo’s advanced, completely integrated, pre-paid calling card system and AVOP’s
completely automated VOIP minutes trading exchange. NTTL also revealed that the company
had implemented new internal quality control standards to rate its sellers to satisfy the needs of
the buyers.
By the date of the release, PhoneZoo had sold over 14,000 prepaid phone cards in Oregon,
Washington, Florida, Illinois and in Vancouver and Toronto, Canada. The minutes for the cards
were obtained through AVOP on advantageous terms to PhoneZoo. The PhoneZoo division was
at the time selling over 400 phone cards per day ($5 cards), AVOP was processing an average of
$10,000 of transactions per day, and Nettel Telecom was selling an average of $20,000 of phone
minutes per day.
! May 22 – Q2 results and guidance released
NTTL revealed the completion of betas in AVOP and PhoneZoo. Also, NTTL stated that it had
completed the transition to its 20,000+ sq.ft. warehouse/office complex. At the same time, NTTL
announced that it had successfully completed the negotiations with its biggest clients.
PhoneZoo started marketing an advanced retail product to the market. NTTL announced a
“Pinless Dialing” product for the retail shop market. NTTL emphasizes that with other “Pinless
Dialing” products on the market, the competitors require an online activation and a credit card to
purchase and recharge, while NTTL’s product can be purchased with cash from a retail outlet
and can be recharged through the same process. NTTL also estimated that it would take at least a
year for any competitor to develop and bring to market a similar product. Phonezoo product

First staff had been trained to handle clients and they had been successfully handling 6-8 clients
per day.
! May 12 – first market trading specialist team introduced
The team of 7 trading specialists was carefully screened and selected from a large group of
candidates. Their main responsibility is taking specialized sell order requests from sellers and
matching them with specialized buy order requests from buyers. Over the preceding 4 months all
seven trading specialists had been put through a very rigorous training program working with
live buy/sell orders.
AVOP was reported to have signed up over 2,000 members in over 100 countries over the past
year.

Income Statement
NTTL’s revenue performance has been extremely unstable in the past one-and-a-half years. In
Q3FY05, NTTL’s revenue peaked at an astonishing $7.3 million, shrinking back to under $150K
in Q2FY06, and rising to $2.6 million In Q3FY06.

The reason for this fallback is apparently economic: NTTL scaled down operations due to
unsatisfactory terms with its largest clients, both buyers and suppliers. According to
management, NTTL has renegotiated contracts with its clients on acceptable terms. NTTL
quoted “unsatisfactory terms with its largest clients, both buyers and suppliers. NTTL negotiated
to receive earlier payment terms, as well as a reduction in discount points to its buyers, and
negotiated with its largest suppliers “more reasonable” pricing structures that should allow it to
realize 10-15% profit margins on transactions.
In addition, NTTL had to modernize its telecommunications software which couldn’t cope with
the unexpectedly large number of users of its telecom exchange. A management’s letter to the
shareholders dated August 23 mentioned that as of the date of the message, AVOP was
processing an average of $10,000 of transactions per day, and Nettel Telecom was selling an
average of $20,000 of phone minutes per day. In a November 21 press release, NTTL said that
its Telecommunications businesses were expected to generate daily revenues over $50,000.

Currently, NTTL generally has two revenue-generating segments – the Equipment Segment and
the Telecommunication Segment, with only the latter reporting revenues in Q3FY06. Revenues
from the Equipment segment, which exports used equipment to South-East Asia have also been
sporadic and management quoted weakening demand in this segment. We believe this segment is
non-strategic and once revenues from the Telecommunications division stabilize, we may see the
Equipment segment dropped altogether. However, management expects gross margins of 35-
40% from the Equipment business and we believe it will be kept at least for several years to
provide additional support to the third segment – Software. The Software segment is in the
development stage, and unlike the other segments, has not generated any revenues so far. NTTL
lists a wide array of applications that they plan to develop or are developing. However, it is hard
to believe in the success of all these undertakings, especially when there has been no stable
source of revenue to continually support research at a necessary level. We do not expect any
revenues to be received from the Software segment earlier than 2008.
At the same time, with Telecom revenues recovering and this segment’s client base expanding,
we believe 2007 will witness quick revenue acceleration.
Due to the revenue instability, there is little point in comparing revenues, margins and EPS over
time. Even the gross margin fluctuated due to the constantly changing segment shares within the
revenue mix.

Margin analysis is made difficult due to the revenue instability, and as we mentioned above,
there is little point in analyzing it anyway because of revenue instability. Probably the only
useful measure here is the gross margin, but it too was subject to large swings. In its guidance
earlier this year, the company mentioned target margins for some of its businesses: 35-40% for
some activities in the Equipment segment (exporting equipment to Vietnam), and 10-15% for

can see, both ranges have been practically achieved in the past and should not constitute a

Balance Sheet
Typical for a development stage company with extensive research program and small sales,
NTTL’s balance sheet is characterized by Stockholders’ deficit and negative net working capital.
At the same time, the company has a relatively healthy balance sheet structure, with cash
representing over a quarter of all assets, and loans and notes – one-third. Of course, liquidity is
low, as cash is being constantly consumed, and the current ratio at the end of Q3FY06 was 0.57,
down from 0.77 at the end of the previous quarter. Also, Prepaid expenses represented almost
half of all assets on September 30, up from one-quarter at the beginning of the year. On the other
hand, these prepayments are outmatched by customer deposits.

Technological advances have generated three mega-trends in telecommunications that have
fundamentally changed the ways people communicate:
• The shift from analog to digital technology;
• The shift from wired to wireless platforms; and
• The shift from narrowband to broadband services.
These changes are building a new telecommunications industry, where traditional telephone
companies are evolving into providers of full-service communications networks that deliver
high-speed, mobile connectivity to customers wherever they are and where an enormous number
of small specialized telecom services providers are emerging trying to differentiate themselves
offering low cost services and capitalizing on their technology advances.

According to the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA), the total spending in the US
telecommunications industry rose 8.9% in 2005 to approximately $875 billion due to doubledigit
revenue growth in network equipment, wireless devices, wireless services, services in
support of equipment, Internet access, unified communications and videoconferencing. The US
telecommunications industry will grow at a projected CAGR of 9%, exceeding $1.2 trillion by
end of 2009.
The total international telecommunications spending (not including the US figures) is likely to

Telecom services
The total US telecommunications transport services revenue reached $310.8 billion in 2005 and
is expected to reach $324.7 billion in 2006, according to the TIA’s 2006 Telecommunications
Market Review and Forecast. Total spending on transport services is expected to grow at a 4.6%
CAGR, reaching $372.7 billion by 2009. The Market Review and Forecast is an annual study
published by the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA).
During 2003, spending on wireless services surpassed long-distance services spending, and
during 2005, wireless surpassed local landline. Wireless services continue to gain market share
cannibalizing the local exchange market revenue. The number of US wireless subscriptions
passed landline subscriptions in 2005, reaching 194.5 million and 172.1 million subscribers

da wird aufgeladen also waeren es kohlebriketts...

an alle kritiker:
wenn ihr euch also die (moeglichen) zahlen von avop mal zu Gemuete fuehrt, dann wird mit dem ein oder anderen klar, dass ein MK von ca. 25 mio nicht gerade der Burner ist....

selbst bei einem KGV von 10.. was wohl fuer otc Werte etwas traurig waere...

halten wir nochmal kurz fest...

ich gehe mal so von knapp 700k gehandelten aktien heute aus.. dann sind nahe des Kurshoechststandes so knapp 2,5% des unternehmens seit heute in neuen haenden....

unsere petersilie wird auch nach amerika geschippert... und der gute mike hat eben erzaehlt das die Öle, Apfelsaft und noch irgendwas was ich nicht verstanden habe von amerika nach vietnam verkaufen...

50- 60k $ im monat ab jetzt....

und so ein kilo petersilie kostet im laden mal schnell 40 euronen.. wir kriegen aber so 3

Es ist in der Vergangenheit schon viel passiert, was auf einen Hype deutet. Wer sich den Bekenner-Thread ansieht, findet haufenweise positive Nachrichten (ENTEC; AVOP-Umsätze; Staff is now trained; etc.). Die Zahlen haben meist was anderes ausgesagt.

Der Prediger könnte auch viele, viele shares bekommen haben. Warum soll ich einem Prediger mehr trauen, als jemand anderem.

Massenweise sind E-Mails mit vermeintlichen Börsen-Geheimtipps im Umlauf. Sie machen längst Totgesagte zu Kursraketen. Die Kurse von Pennystocks explodieren – aber nur kurzzeitig.
Gingen ab wie eine Rakete: Die Kurse von ARTSTOR (links) und ADORI (rechts)

Der Börsenboom macht so manches möglich. Allerdings locken die 7000 Punkte auch Scharlatane auf den Plan. So greifen in Deutschland derzeit massenhaft E-Mails mit vermeintlichen Börsen-Geheimtipps (Aktien-Spam) um sich. Wurden bisher im Wesentlichen ausländische Titel als „Kursraketen“ angepriesen, so wird nun auch für hiesige Aktien Stimmung gemacht. Das Perfide: Bei heimischen Werten scheinen Anleger weniger Scheu zu kennen, auf den elektronisch offerierten Zock einzugehen. Jüngste Beispiele dafür, dass die Börsianer empfänglich sind für die dubiosen Wetten, ist die Kursentwicklung bei den Pleiteunternehmen Adori und Artstor. Letzterer Pennystock wurde Ende vergangener Woche in einem ungewollt zugesandten Newsletter angepriesen. In der „genialen externen Gratis-Analyse von Deutscher Anlage Report“ hieß es ganz schlicht: „Es geht wieder steil bergauf. Wir empfehlen dringendst, sich mit Artstor AG Aktien einzudecken.“ Schlagworte
Aktienspam Kursexplosion Pennystocks Artstor Adori Betrug E-Mail Als Wochenziel für den Titel, der zu diesem Zeitpunkt bei vier Cent notierte, gab eine selbst erklärte Chartexpertin namens Gisela Blecher-Stratmann zehn Cent, als Monatsziel 40 Cent an. Viele Anleger stiegen darauf ein. Die Aktie schoss bis zum gestrigen Donnerstag bis auf 27 Cent in die Höhe, ehe eine steile Abwärtsbewegung einsetzte. An einzelnen Tagen gingen sieben Mio. Stück um. Damit wechselte das gesamte Unternehmen mehrmals den Besitzer. Nach dem gleichen Strickmuster wurde Anfang der Woche „eine weitere geniale externe Gratisanalyse verschickt“. Diesmal pries die Absenderin die Aktie der Pleite gegangenen E-Commerce-Firma Adori an. Anleger sollte sich „dringendst“ eindecken, da ein „Manteldeal“ unmittelbar bevorstehe. Das Monatsziel der zu diesem Zeitpunkt bei vier Cent notierenden Firma wurde gleich auf vier Euro festgesetzt. Nachdem die Aktie monatelang von der Öffentlichkeit völlig unbeachtet zwischen drei und fünf Cent gependelt hatte, schoss sie nach Eingang einer Aktien-Mail bis Montagabend auf sechs Cent. Zusätzliche Mails feuerten den Kaufrausch an. Bis zum Donnerstag waren die Notierungen auf 27 Cent hochgeschossen. In der Spitze wurden an einem Tag 21 Mio. Aktien gehandelt. Auffällig: Bereits in den Wochen vor der Kaufempfehlung waren die Umsätze bei beiden Titeln spürbar angezogen. Experten werten dies als deutliches Zeichen, dass sich die hinter den Spam-Mails stehenden Initiatoren eingedeckt haben könnten, um in den selbst erzeugten Kursaufschwung hinein Kasse zu machen. Die virtuelle Expertin hat bei den amerikanischen Vorbildern gut gelernt. Danach werden bevorzugt marktenge Titel von Insolvenzunternehmen beworben, bei denen mit derartigen „Analysen“ eine Kursexplosion stattfindet. Anleger sollten aber von Amerika lernen. Dort zeigen verschiedene Studien, dass mit derartigen Tipps nur in den seltensten Fällen Geld zu verdienen ist. In der Regel gibt es lediglich einen Profiteur: den Absender der Mails. Carola Elbrecht von der Verbraucherzentrale Bundesverband warnt Anleger davor, auf derartige ungewünscht zugesandte Post hereinzufallen: „Solche Mails sollten Anleger am besten gleich in den Papierkorb wandern lassen. Anlagetipps kommen vom Anlageberater, nicht aus den Tiefen des Internet.“ oder aus Podcasts ???

deine Bedenken sind berechtigt.Aber so ein Kursanstieg soll nur
heiße Luft sein???>>>Die Filings zum Q4/06 bzw.Jahreszahlen 06 und die Q1/07 Zahlen müssen diese Bedenken ausräumen !!!Ich bin aber schon besser gelaunt ,was dies betrifft als vor 1-2 Jahren .

Die Situation ist doch nach wie vor die Gleiche.

Wer den Mut hatte sich 2006 ordentlich einzudecken erwartet von

Die Zukunft und die Zahlen werden es zeigen.

Ich betrachte den Kurs der vergangenen Tage als einen Vorschuß

Sorry nochmals für den Vollspacken, aber manchmal kommts bei mir durch


Ich verstehe es nicht warum manche sich ständig in die Hose machen und anfangen nettel schlecht zu reden, wenns mal paar Cent runter geht

bei so einem Anstieg von 700% ist es klar das es mal runter geht

Und wegen der Vola.... denk mal nach...hier sollten einige rausgeschüttelt werrden.... das ist denen auch sensationell gelungen

Das der Kurs wieder angezogen hat, pricht dagfür das es weiter hochgehen wird

Der Kurs wird nicht von uns gemacht, sodern momentan von denen die wissen was kommt.

Ich habe dies bei einigen Werten mitgemacht... und hier ist genauso viel potenzial..

Einfach liegen lassen uns sich in 2 Monaten freuen...ud da bin ich mir ziemlich sicher das wir bei 5 Dollar stehen

ok, weiss nich ob lmd das was zu gesagt hat... aber warum eine aktie volatil ist nach einem anstieg um 700% kann man sich ja denken... oder

ist zumindest nicht wahnsinnig verwunderlich, oder wie siehst du das nachdem du einen nacht drueber geschlafen hast und dir den chart so anschaust und nicht waehrend der entstehung beobachtest... (weil, dass gebe ich zu, da kann einem schon mulmig werden... vor allem wenn man schlechte erfahrungen mit einer firma gemacht hat)

also gestern hat der g4teilte die news zwar etwas krass zerissen weil der kurs gleichzeitig in die knie ist..

aber ich denke es ist ganz nett, dass sie uns woechentlich auf dem laufenden halten, im interview hatte mike russo bereits dasselbe gesagt und ich muss auch sagen dass die news jetz keine bahnbrechende neuerung bedeutet... so wie wenn sie ankuendigen wuerden, dass der umsatz bei avop jetzt bei 150k waere.. was sie aber mit sicherheit in den naechsten zwei wochen machen werden.

was mich freut ist das bestaendige und schnelle wachstum bei tougi... bin mal gespannt ob ich da auch reinkomme sags euch dann..

ich hoffe ehrlich gesagt nicht, dass sie staendig weiter promoten, der kurs wird auch so steigen und wenn die q1 zahlen rauskommen und sage wir mal tougi hat so 1-1,5 mio umgesetzt (es wird von seiten der firma mit 5-10% umsatzrendite gerechnet) dann kanns sich jeder seinen eigenen schluss daraus ziehen..
fuer mich waere dass ein grund fuer noch mehr nettel
