Noch eine kleine Meinung zu dem Thema hohe Öl- und Gaspreise. Durch ein kluges und möglichst sicheres Investment an der Öl- und Gasfront, kann jeder seine Öl- oder Gasrechnung bezahlen lassen. Die Empfehlungen von Pusherblättern und anderen Pommesbuden kann ich nur verurteilen und versuche dementsprechend die Aufmerksamkeit ein wenig auf die Osloer-Börse zu lenken. Die Ordergebühren sind zwar ein wenig höher als in Deutschland, jedoch das gläserne Orderbuch und die strengen norwegischen Gesetze sichern eine Investition etwas ab. Natürlich können die Kurse auch in Oslo fallen, aber diese Tricksereien wie wir sie so oft bei uns sehen, gibt es dort nicht.
Gigantische Ölfirmen , welche nur aus einem Briefkasten auf den Kanalinseln oder den Bahamas bestehen kennen wir zu gut. Die Webseiten werden dann noch in deutsch , englisch und russisch gestaltet, damit auch noch der letzte Kleinanleger sein Geld verliert.

• The average oil & gas production was 2,668 boe/day vs expected production of 2,900 boe/day. The lower production
reflects downtime at Manati in February
• Production is now at 4500 boe/day reflecting an increase of 1,000 boe/day at Coral and steady production from 3 wells at Manati

• A 7th well on the Manati field is now approved for drilling. The purpose is to retrieve evidence of a possible extension of the field

• NEC is discussing whether to jointly develop the Cavalo Marinho field integrated with the Carvela field (100% owned by Petrobras )

• The integrated project has a potential capacity of 40,000 bbl/day and gas compression of 2.5 MMm3/day. NEC hopes to reach an agreement with Petrobras the coming months

• US gas production reached 857 boe/day gross in 1Q, which is up 12% from 4Q06. Moreover, the company increased their acreage position and is now ready to focus more on exploration of larger prospects using horizontal drilling

• We make only minor adjustments to our estimates and reiterate our BUY recommendation and Target Price NOK 5.5

Hallo ingeting,

komme gerade aus dem Wochenendurlaub zurück, und sehe schon den
neuen Thread von dir.

Kurz und prägnant - wie man es von dir gewohnt ist.

SK am Freitag 3,40 NOK, vielleicht jetzt der erwartete Trendwechsel
oder zumindest der Boden.

Ich finde es großartig, einen Wert zu erwähnen, der noch unten am
Boden liegt, aber anscheinend den Trendwechsel einläutet.

Den Mut zur rechten Zeit aufzubringen für einen Kauf, wurde
schon immer ( oder meistens ) belohnt.

Paretos target price von 5,50 NOK halte ich für sehr konservativ,
wenn entsprechende Bohrergebnisse kommen, sollte es zumindest noch
dieses Jahr der Fall sein.

Ich hoffe, daß wir bei NEC genau so richtig liegen wie bei ALTINEX,
Questerre, Tomra...

FAZIT: Ich garantiere dir, daß die Teilnahme an diesem
Thread wie immer bei unseren seriösen Werten kaum genutzt
wird, ich meine, wer unsere Erähnungen mal rückwirkend verfolgt,
müßte sich doch in den Arsch beißen, besonders dann, wenn er sein
Geld in Pommesbuden gesteckt hat ( Ausgerechnet bei diesen Pommes-
threads findest du die höchsten Anschläge - halt german sauerkrauts
wie es die Amis ausdrücken würden ).

Nun muß ich selbst auch zugeben, daß ich früher Geld in Pommesbuden gelassen habe, nur aus Erfahrung weiß ich, daß ich in
Werte, die von Pusherblättern, Frick dem Bäckermeister....
empfohlen werden, einen großen Bogen mache.

Ingeting, um es kurz zu machen: Oslo ist eine Börse mit scharfen
Börsenregeln, einem gläsernen Orderbuch... Aber selbst dies ist
und kann auch nicht sein die Gefahr eines Verlustgeschäftes auszu-
schließen. Das wäre ein zu einfacher Weg reich zu werden.
Deshalb alte Börsenregel: Selbst informieren, nicht alles glauben,
was man liest.

habe eure Treads schon mehr beobachtet und festgestllt das diese
immer mit Sinn verstand geführt werden.

In Norwegen ist auch mittlererweile meiner Meinung nach der bessere Ort zu inwestieren als an der OTC.

Dort kann man tagesaktuelle Geschäfte machen.

Workers at state-run oil firm Petroleo Brasileiro SA (PBR), or Petrobras, may go on a five-day strike beginning July 5, Brazil's main oil workers' union said in a release on its Web site.

The council of the federation of Brazilian oil worker unions, or FUP, Sunday unanimously approved a strike that would affect Brazil's oil production, the release said. Petrobras produces more than 95% of Brazil's oil output of about 1.85 million barrels a day.

Petrobras workers will be asked to decide about the strike in assemblies from June 18-27.

FUP wants Petrobras to present a proposal for a new plan on how positions and salaries within the company are distributed, the union federation had said earlier.

The federation demands promotions be based on merit only, and it complains workers in the company have been barred from promotions without proper reasons. Petrobras' current system to distribute positions is creating unjust salary discrepancies, FUP said.

ich bin ja begeistert über den regen Zuspruch des Threads. Den Streik in Brasilien sehe ich nicht so tragisch. Norse sitzt auf gigantischen Gasfeldern und auf der heutigen Preisnotierung von Norse können wir von einem Wert reden, der sich in kurzer Zeit verdoppeln wird.

NEC hält sich gegen den allgemeinen Börsentrend sehr gut.

Den gewünschten Chart siehste aktuell über die angegebenen web-
sites .

Als 8-jähriger WO-Anhänger denke ich, wird es dir wohl keine
Mühe machen.

Ansonsten kann mein 8-jähriger Sohn es dir auch reinstellen.

( PS: Ich muß leider zugeben, daß ich mit dem Datentransfer

NEC - Petrobras Subsea Twister Project

Twister BV Thursday, June 28, 2007


Twister BV has completed a joint technology development agreement with Petrobras for the first phase in the development of a subsea gas processing unit based on Twister technology.
The project will build on the results of a feasibility study completed in 2002 by a partnership comprising Shell, FMC-Kongsberg and Twister BV, and funded by the Norwegian Government under the DEMO 2000 program. It will also benefit from a subsequent subsidy award from the European Commission for the development and testing of a subsea Twister gas processing system.


Petrobras has purchased a Twister unit for an onshore test that is expected to take place during 2008 at the Estacao Geofísico Vandemir Ferreira de Oliveira (EVF DPP), which processes gas from the Manati platform (PMNT-1), both located in the Bahia state in northeast Brazil. The Twister gas processing module will be used for dehydrating and dewpointing Manati gas before it is delivered as sales gas.
Petrobras has identified the Canapu field in the Espirito Santo basin as the preferred location for subsequent subsea testing of the Twister subsea pilot system.

An onshore chemical-free Twister gas processing module will be installed in early 2008 for dehydrating and dewpointing 120 MMscfd of gas which will be supplied as fuel to the Shell Petroleum Development Company owned and operated 970 MW Afam V1 Power Plant in Nigeria.

The selected Twister design benefited from extensive Twister testing and operating experience at five onshore gas plants in the Netherlands, Nigeria and Norway, as well as almost four years of successful full scale commercial operation on the Petronas/SSB B11 facility offshore East Malaysia.

Twister technology treats gas at supersonic velocities, extracting water and hydrocarbon liquids. Compared to conventional technologies, the Twister process requires no chemicals and hence reduces environmental emissions and exposure to hazardous gas. It has no moving parts, permits near instant start up and allows considerable cost reduction, particularly for offshore installations.

100 Mill. NOK über 3 Jahre zu vernünftigen Bedingungen erhalten
hat.

significantly oversubscribed. The Loan has a 3
years maturity, and will carry a coupon rate of 3
months NIBOR + 4.25%.
The senior unsecured bond is subject to

settlement is expected by July 6th,2007. Fearnley
Fonds ASA has acted as sole arranger for the issue.

gut oder schlecht, und wofür der Kredit gedacht ist.

Aus dem Bauch heraus würde ich mal sagen,daß der Kredit zu ange-
messenen Bedingungen erteilt wurde.Und überhaupt, nicht jedes
Unternehmen bekommt einen Kredit, wenn es nicht kreditwürdig ist
und die große Chance der Rückzahlung nicht gesichert ist.

na untertreib mal nicht!

Seit der Empfehlung vor kurzem etwa 10% gestiegen.

SK satte 3,74 NOK bei einem schönen Umsatz von 3,7 Mill. Stück.

Jetzt noch ein Anlauf auf 4.00 NOK. Dieser Wert wird weiterhin
in Norwegen heiß diskutiert, was uns nur recht sein kann.

Von dem Streik in Brasilien hört man ja gar nichts.

Moin zusammen,

und nun gleich mal zu der Norse-Shorterei in Oslo. Die Deutsche Bank finden wir in der ersten Reihe der Shorter und im Handelsverlauf konnte man deutlich sehen, wie der Kurs um jeden Preis gedrückt werden sollte. Klar in den vergangenen Monaten ging dieses Spiel immer gut und der Kurs von Norse bewegte sich sehr oft zwischen 3,30 NOK und 4 NOK. Nun ist Norse aber in der glücklichen Lage, einen Brunnen nach dem anderen Brunnen in Betrieb zu setzen und die Förderung in kurzer Zeit zu verdoppeln. Jeden Augenblick erwarten wir die Meldung von Brunnen 4 (Manati)und dann werden unsere schlauen Shorties die Norse nicht mehr für 3,30 NOK zurückkaufen können.

ganz unabhängig von norse bedrückt mich eher der Gedanken, das die Stimmung an den Börsen beginnt, sich ins negative zu verwandeln. waren doch einige daten aus den usa und Deutschland(zB heute Geschäftsklimaindex) nicht sonderlich berauschend.

was denkt ihr darüber, auch im Bezug zu Norse ?

meiner Meinung nach wird sich die jetzt seit jahren andauernde "Rally" an den Börsen ins negative verwandeln. davon bin ich überzeugt. ich weiß einfach nur nicht, wann. darum gefallen mir solche Daten wie heute (Geschäftsklimaindex) überhaupt nicht. eads gewinneinbruch 93% !

mir ist grad fad, drum will ich euch erzählen, das ich aufgrund der Situation an den Börsen (Hedgefonds,Immobilien,...) alle meine Aktien bis auf Norse verkauft habe.und nächste Woche vorraussichtlich in Silber oder Gold calls investiere.

mal sehen, rechne damit, das sich die vermehrt verunsichterten Anleger in Rohstoffe einkaufen, da die Stimmung bezüglich Aktien ins negative dreht. siehe die letzten paar Börsentage.

14/08-2007 07:45:15: (NEC) NEC - 2ND QUARTER 2007 RESULTS


Norse Energy Corp. ASA and its subsidiaries
(Norse Energy or the company) closed the second
quarter with record natural gas and oil
production. Production was up 70% from the first
quarter of 2007 to an average of 4 472 BOE/day.

EBITDA for the quarter reached a record USD 8.12
million, up from USD 0.24 million in the first
quarter. Net profit for the quarter totaled USD -
1.36 million.

BRAZIL
Manati gas sales (net of retainage) with
associated condensate, increased to 1 812 BOE/day,
a 137% increase over the previous quarter as we
had a full quarter with three out of six wells
online. After the close of the quarter, our fourth
well came online, the Manati well #5 which began
producing in mid-July. Production is expected to
increase further in the third quarter.

Oil production from the Coral field increased by
72% to 1 805 BOE/day compared to the first
quarter, mainly due to the successful workovers on
the Coral well #5. However, production is still
volatile and shows a natural decline into the
third quarter.

The exploration licenses in Brazil are still
awaiting environmental approval from IBAMA to
commence our seven high impact drilling prospects.

USA
Total gas production was up 6% over the first
quarter of 2007 to a new high of 855 BOE/day. We
spudded 13 wells, completed 9 and put 17 wells on
line during the quarter. No dry holes were
drilled.

The continuing encouraging production from the
company`s first horizontal well, coupled with
promising interpretation of our seismic data,
supports our strategic decision to target
technologically more challenging, but larger
reservoirs. We will continue our strong focus on
leasing and seismic, and we shot both vibroseis
and traditional 3D seismic during the quarter.
Pipeline throughput and marketing volumes remained
firm during the quarter.

Norse Energy Corp, in partnership with Petrobras
(Operator) and Queiroz Galvão, is pleased to
announce the granting of the IBAMA environmental
license to drill the GENGIBRE prospect in the BCAM-
40 block, Camamu-Almada basin, offshore Brazil.

The GENGIBRE well will be drilled about 4.0 km
northeast of Manati well #3 of the Manati field, in
approximately 52 meters of water depth. The jackup
rig planned to be used is currently at the Manati
well #6 location.

The main target of the well is gas within the same
Sergi sandstone reservoirs that produces from the
Manati Field.

Total drilling depth is forecasted at around 3,500
meters.

Bei dem Verkauf der Brunnen kommt richtig viel Geld in die Truhe und die Schulden sind auch abgebaut. has through his wholly owned company Solodden AS bought 3,000,000

Norse Energy Corp. ASA has accepted an offer to
sell all of its Medina Field assets in New York and
Pennsylvania. Dependent on certain conditions,
proceeds from the sale is expected to be in the USD
60 to USD 70 million range, and will result in
significant book gain. The transaction is subject
to final Purchase and Sales Agreement and due
diligence. Closing of the transaction is
anticipated in January, 2008, and Norse Energy will
consolidate the financial performance of these
assets through December 31, 2007.

The contemplated transaction represents proven
reserves 1P of 43,7 Bcf and 2P reserves of 53,7
Bcf, and current production from these assets is
about 4 200 Mcf (equivalent of about 750 bbl/
day).

Proceeds from the transaction will provide Norse
Energy with additional financial flexibility to
carry out its strategic long term US business plan
focused on the drilling of deeper higher-impact
wells, with more horizontal drilling. Upon
completing this sale, Norse Energy retains
estimated control over 150,000 acres of land. The
company`s internal goal is to achieve greater
production in 2008 than 2007.

Petrobras Finds New Oil Frontier
Petrobras Friday, November 09, 2007


Petrobras announced a new frontier this week, ranging through the Espirito Santo, Campos, and Santos Basins, in deeper horizons, and in the so-called pre-salt rocks. The volume that was discovered in the Tupi accumulation alone, which represents but a small part of the new frontier, may boost Brazil's current 14-billion-barrel oil and gas reserves by more than 50%.
The newly announced oil province is located in a new exploratory frontier, where the pre-salt layer was reached for the first time. To date, Petrobras is the only company, with operator status, with or without partnerships, that has drilled, tested, and evaluated pre-salt rocks.
Petrobras analyzed and tested the Tupi area. The formation test analyses undertaken for the second well in the BM-S-11 block, located in the Santos basin, allows the recoverable volume of 28 degree API light oil to be estimated at 5 to 8 billion barrels of oil and natural gas. Petrobras is the area's operator and holds 65% of the working interest, while British outfit BG holds 25%, and Portuguese company Petrogal - Galp Energia, 10%.
With $1-billion in investments made over the past couple of years, 15 wells were drilled and reached the pre-salt layers, eight of which duly tested and evaluated based on the best oil industry techniques. These wells produce high commercial value light oil (28 degree API) and a large amount of associated natural gas.

Petrobras developed new drilling techniques to reach the pre-salt layers, at depths of 5,000 to 7,000 meters: more than 2,000 meters of salt have already been crossed. The first well took more than a year and cost $240 million to be drilled. Nowadays, Petrobras drills an equivalent well in 60 days for $60 million.

The data obtained from these wells, integrated with a major mapping effort, allowed the company to determine, with a high degree of accuracy, that the pre-salt rock formations range from an area extending from the State of Espirito Santo to the State of Santa Catarina. It is about 800 km long and 200 km wide, and is found in water depths between 2,000 to 3,000 meters.

The National Oil, Natural Gas and Biofuels Agency has already granted about 25% of the pre-salt rock areas to several oil companies in the form of exploratory blocks and production concessions.

The analysis and interpretation of the production data obtained from the eight tested wells, which have extremely high productivity, provided concrete elements that allow the company to guarantee Brazil is before the country's biggest oil province, comparable to the world's most important oil-bearing areas.

Petrobras has already discovered 25 billion barrels of oil

Since its creation, Petrobras has discovered 25 billion barrels of oil and natural gas in Brazil, of which 11 billion have already been lifted. The current Brazilian proved reserves are 14 billion barrels. Most of this oil and natural gas is located in the so-called "post-salt" geological layers, 80% of which in the Campos Basin, where heavy oil predominates.

As of 2003, Petrobras expanded its activities and sought new exploratory frontiers. As a result of its efforts, the company has appropriated 9 billion barrels in reserves in the past five years.

Brazil boosts Norse Energy

Tiny Norse Energy has becoming an interesting investment after Brazilian petroleum company Petrobras announced the discovery of a massive oil field off its coast.

Shares of Norse Energy rose 15 percent on the Oslo stock exchange, because the little Norwegian company has a holding near the huge 'Tupi' field.

Norse is working to spin off its Brazilian operation into a separate listed company. Norse has three finds in the Santos Basin, which also contains Tupi.

"Their operations in Brazil are near the new find. This is extremely exciting for Norse," analyst Martin Mølsæter of First Securities told financial web site E24.

Analyst Thomas Aarrestad at Pareto Securities agreed.

"It is about 300 kilometers away, but at the same time Petrobras says that the formation is 800 kilometers long and 200 kilometers wide. Then one can speculate that the formation could extend into Norse's area," Aarrestad told Reuters.
