Hat er Recht. Das finde ich, ist die größte Schweinerei. Vorher noch ne PR raushauen um nochmal richtig abzukassieren. Hab ja vorhin schon geschrieben, welchen Sinn es hat extra noch ne PR rauszuhauen, wenn das filing am selben Tag kommen soll.

oh man ist das ein rießen Mist,
sieht in der Tat nach reiner Abzocke aus,
sehr sehr ernüchternd, niederschlagend und erdrückend.
Ist schon n Witz dass der CEO behauptet man hätte den Umsatz erhöht, und dabei haben die doch gar keinen, was heisst keinen die paar Gröten die 35 % Prozent sind das einzig gute, daber auch 100% von Shit bleibt Shit, weiß nicht was das am Montag wird, denke es werden viele schmeißen, es kommt zum Bounce, die Flipper verdienen sich ne goldene Nase mit FCCN und ich/wir ...naja no comment, bekomme meine Aktien im Leben nicht los! Mann das ist doch ales zum 
UNd dann kommt der R/S, könnt ihr mal ne Einschätzung zum R/S geben, was sind eure Erfahrungen!Kann man das Geld da gleich zum Fenster rauswerfen!?
Hier noch mal ein paar FRagen/Thesen, berichtigt mich falls ich falsch liege:
1.) Wir halten 35 % an Aero
2.) die machen seit Jahren keinen Gewinn, pulvern ihr Geld für Marketing etc. raus
3.) haben 12 Mitarbeiter
4.)es wird bald ein R/S kommen, die Details legt das Management fest
5.)Es gibt lediglich 600 os, die für ein Jahr handelbar sind, das IHUB besitz davon ewta 300, die Direktoren auch einige Hundert
6.)der Symbol Change kommt, aber wann!?
7.) die PR gestern Mittag, war reiner push
8.) Der CEO ist ein Lügner
9.)wir hier keinen growth die nächsten Jahre sehen werden
10.) ich mein Geld nie wieder sehen, folglich echt kotzen könnte
11.) mein Fehler war hier auf irgendwlche Insider zu hören, bzw. mich davon beeinflussen zu lassen
12.)der Chart alles zeigt und sagt, und wir folglich am Montag grün haben haha
13.) ich verdammt viele Monate arbeiten muss um das Geld wieder zusammen zu sparen
14.)was sind eure Prognosen, was sagt ihr zu den en 35%, den 600 os, dem R/S,komt eigentlich ein UPLIST?, mmh wie seht ihr den fairen Wert des share?
15.) was fürn stinky pinkie

Was die Flipperei betrifft, da ich selber einer bin, muss ich aber sagen, dass ich hier die Finger am Montag lasse. Viel zu gefährlich. Es wird ein enormer Verkaufsdruck herrschen und immer, wenn es ein paar kleine "Ruhephasen" gibt, werden mit Sicherheit andere dann die Gelegenheit nutzen um ihre shares loszuwerden. Auf der anderen Seite frage ich mich allerdings auch, wer noch die FCCN shares haben will. Nächste Woche bestimmt niemand.
Warten kann man auch nicht, die Dinger loszuwerden. Kommt ja bald der angekündigte R/S und was dann mit einem Kurs geschieht kann man sich am Bsp. von MUMI mal anschauen. Dort war es extrem. Auf jeden Fall gehts dann wieder runter, weil solche Aktien dann nur noch geshortet werden. IVIT hat ja mein Schreiber über mit genannt.
Für mich wurde das hier sehr suspekt, als ich merkte, dass sie ihre ganzen Termine bez. Merger, S8 filing usw. relativ pünktlich einhielten und man an den PR´s merkte, dass der ganze Merger close Strukturen annahm, sie dann aber mit dem wichtigsten, dem 8k filing, sich ewig Zeit ließen. Bin dann ja Montag oder so raus.
Und der Hammer war, dass sie freitag eine Vorankündigung per PR machten, dass am selben Tag noch das filing erscheint. Welchen Sinn, außer P&D soll so eine PR haben??????
Das war Abzocke pur.
Mich hat die ganze Geschichte selbst ziemlich mitgenommen, weil ich hier bei der Geschichte Glück hatte. Ich schrieb ja vor längerer Zeit, dass mein Depot zu 95% aus FCCN shares bestand.

du hast so verdammt recht, that was it, werde mich erstmal von hochspekulativen Dingern wie FCCN veabscgieden müssen, hab mir verdammt die Finger verbrannt
ich bin echt auf den Montag neugierig - das kann ich sein, weil das für mich eine reine Spekulation war mit nur ein paar k ... der Stock kommt mir ziemlich träge vor, nachdem alles so lange gedauert hat und der Anstieg gestern doch ziemlich niedrig war ... bin auf den Verlauf gespannt - ist doch alles möglich ... vielleicht schmeissen alle ... vielleicht wird eingesammelt ... ach schau´ma mal ... auf ihub wird auch teilweise interessant herumgerechnet ...

Gerade bin ich von einem Kundentermin zurück und was seh ich da?? .01! Wow, ich persönlich hätte das ehrlich nicht gedacht; liegt wohl an der News von heute morgen.
Nichts destotrotz: Sorry, für die, die auf mein Geschreibsel (BM oder hier) gehört haben. Ich war total überzeugt von FCCN. Tja, da hat man doch echt gedacht, da wird ne zweite SWVC und musste am Ende wieder mal was dazulernen. Erfahrungen hin oder her. Ich habe kurz vor Ende am Freitag einen großen Anteil verkaufen können und habe so am Freitag mit einem sehr schönen Plus abgeschlossen, da ich nicht auf % aus bin sondern immer auf einen ganz gewissen Betrag X, der hier bei 10k reinen Gewinn lag.
Da ich aber nicht alle verkauft habe und noch auf eine Menge Shares sitze, ist es momentan so das ich meinen Einsatz raus habe plus Gebühren. Die restlichen Shares bleiben jetzt long.
Mein Glück, war das ich 80% der Teile zum Preis von 13 gekauft habe. Hätte ich das nicht gemacht währe ich jetzt wech von der Fläche.
Dieser Wert ist mir eine Lehre für andere.

Die leben doch alle von dem Geld, oder gehen die nebenbei tapezieren oder maurern? Spaß macht Börse trotzdem und am Computer sehr bequem. Franchise Capital has entered into an initial agreement to acquire 100% of the common stock of Dr. Gas, Inc., in part to make use of Dr. Gas' manufacturing, design and engineering capabilities to increase the availability of Aero's product lines.
