Company Reports Earnings Per Share of 5 Cents For The Third Quarter Ending 9/30/99; Revenues Increase Nearly 500% During The Third Quarter

Teltran International (OTC BB: TLTG.OB) announced today that revenues reached $2,274,272 during the quarter ended September 30, 1999, an increase of 1665% versus revenues of $128,855 for the comparative three month period ended September 30, 1998, and an increase of nearly 500% from the second quarter of 1999. The company reported that net income for the quarter ended September 30, 1999 totaled $619,213, or $0.05 per share of common stock as compared with a loss of ($160,008) or ($0.02) for the similar three-month period ended September 30, 1998.

For the nine months ended September 30, 1999 revenues increased 527% to $2,815,908 versus revenues of $449,300 for the comparative nine month period ended September 30, 1998.

The substantial increases achieved by the company during both the quarter and nine-month period is primarily due to factors related to the development of its international telecommunications network. The company achieved strong across the board growth in revenue from each of its service divisions, long distance access, and particularly from its expanding presence in broadband and Internet related services such as VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol).

Revenues have dramatically increased each quarter, reflecting increased demand for our products and services in under-served niche markets around the world, with particular emphasis on high margin broadband related services where in many companies we are one of the providers. Es ist unglaublich, wie die aktuellen Zahlen von TLTG schöngeredet werden. Fact ist, daß diese Zahlen eine mittlere Katatrophe darstellen.

Begründung: Umsatz 2 Q. 99 = ca. 450 000 $ ---- Umsatz im ersten Monat des 3 Q. 99 = 1 Mio $. Das heißt, daß in den Monaten Aug. und Sept. durchschn. nur 640 000 $ generiert wurde.
Denn Gesamtumsatz im 3Q. 99 = 2,27 Mio $.

Fazit: Die Umsatzentwicklung ist bezogen auf Juli extrem rückläufig.

Frage: Was ist im Juli passiert, daß diese starke Umsatzentwicklung zu verzeichnen war. Wenn dies nur eine einmalige Sache war, werden wir im 4 Q. 99 unser blaues Wunder erleben !

Das ist meine eigene, sicher diskussionsgeladene Meinung.

P.S: Und eine Fa. in diesem frühen Stdium nach EPS zu beurteilen ist sowiso voll daneben. Wichtig ist der Umsatz im Verhältnis zur Market-Cap.

Wie kommst Du auf das Ergebniss vom Juli? Selbst wenn dem so ist, wäre das auch kein Beinbruch! Vielleicht wurde der Juli durch einen Speziellen geschäftsabschluss so nach oben getrieben....

Teltran baut Monat für Monat weiter aus, was meinste was uns in den nächsten Jahren noch erwartet!

Ich hab keine Panik, solang ich weiss wo der Trend bei Teltran hingeht bin ich sehr zuversichtlich!
