Guten Abend,

auf diesen Moment habe ich fast 2 Jahre gewartet. Die Threads dazu kann man über die Suchfunktion nachlesen.

Heute am Vatertag kam das Filing von Orion Technologies. Besser gehts doch gar nicht, da ich diesen Tag zurecht feiern kann. Nicht nur wegen des Filings, sondern weil ich auch Vater bin. Das aber nur am Rande.

Bevor ich jetzt weiteres dazu poste, möchte ich zunächst meine Kritiker zu Wort kommen lassen. Bin gespannt, was dabei rauskommt. Hoffe, dass es sachlich bleibt. Ich kann nur sagen, dass diejenigen, die dabeigeblieben sind, eventuell auch nachkauften, sich über einen satten Gewinn freuen werden, den die meisten niemals realisieren werden.

Orion fängt erst an. Lest das Filing, wartet auf das zweite Quartal und dann rechnet mal die Zahlen durch(P/E, KGV usw.).

hast Du das Filing genau gelesen ?
1) Globalinx hat 15000 Kunden und generiert seit April Umsätze.
2) Bis Ende Q2 werden einige Akquisitionen abgeschlossen sein, d.h deren Umsätze werden in der Bilanz von Ortg verbucht
3) Die Beteiligung in Polen ist seit März operativ, EZ Polen wird in Q3 beginnen (Verhandlungen laufen ja schon)
4) Es werden noch weitere Mergers/Aquisitions folgen, ist ja lt. Filing eine erklärte Strategie von Orion


Kannst Du Dir jetzt vorstellen, warum Q2 Zahlen etwas anders aussehen werden.
Hier noch ein Satz aus einem Posting vom Club:

Orion ist zuversichtlich, dass mit diesen neuen Firmen in diesem Jahr das erhoffte Umsatzziel von 100
mio erreicht werden kann - im Business Plan wird von 45 mio ausgegangen !

jetzt auch noch überstehen. Liegt nun nicht mehr bei Orion, die haben ihre Pflicht getan ...
Die Frage nach den Käufern wird spätestens dann beantwortet, wenn die nächsten Quartalszahlen kommen ...

an RealMcCoy. Handel ist nicht ausgesetzt. Rechne eigentlich heute wieder mit offiziellen Listing. Liegt aber an den SEC/Nasdaq-Leuten. Kann man
also nicht sicher sagen.

An Stocktostock. Dachte Du bist draussen. Deine 5000 Stück? hätten willige Abnehmer gehabt

Zu Deinen Fragen:

1. Klar werden fette Gewine zu Verzeichnen sein. Must Dir nur die Zahlen ansehen und dann P/E und KGV errechnen.
Sind aber nur zwei Bewertungsmasstäbe für eine Aktie.

2. Was soll passieren. Ganz einfach. Orion aquiriert Geschäft und wächst, so wie es im Filing steht.

3. Orion in Deutschland/Ragingbull/Kurs gen Norden. Kannst Du Dir vorstellen, dass es Investoren/Anleger gibt, die gar nicht wissen was Ragingbull
oder WO ist. Bin mir 100 % sicher, dass diese Gruppe immer noch den größten Teil des Börsengeschehens ausmacht. Wer Boards als
Bewertungsmasstab betrachtet, sollte von der Börse fernbleiben oder mit Scheuklappen rumrennen. Aber in Zeiten, wo man australischen Klitschen
im Internet zu Weltmarktführern aufbaut, wundert mich fast nichts mehr.
Also ich denke, das es genug Anleger gibt, die sich für die gelistete und fully reporting Gesellschaft Orion Technologies interessieren werden, weil ich
weiss was Anleger suchen und wonach sie ihre Kriterien ausrichten. Da gibt es die, die nach neuen Gesellschaften ausschau halten, andere, die nach
dem KGV oder der P/E gehen und wieder andere, die sich nur mit Turnaroundgesellschaften beschäftigen. Ich hab mich ja. z.B. auf small und midcaps
verlegt und habe täglich mindestens 5 Gesellschaften, die mir neu auffallen. Dafür brauch ich aber keine Boards. Ob sich die interessenten schon eingedeckt
haben, bezweifle ich sehr stark, da die Umsätze bisher doch eher gering waren und die Käufer eigentlich die waren, die immer an Orion geglaubt haben.
Desweiteren weiss ich, dass Institutionen sich an Orion beteiligen werden. Das kannst Du jetzt als blosse Behauptung ansehen, bedenke aber, dass ich
noch nie Mist gepostet habe. Alles in eingetreten, was ich gepostet habe. Institutionen dürfen z.b. nicht in Aktien investieren, die nicht fully reporting sind,
nur mal als Hinweis.
Also es gibt genug Gründe für einen Kursanstieg und genug Anleger, die Orion auf ihrer Watchlist haben. Und ausserdem gibt es ja immer noch die Möglichkeit
sich dem interessiertem Publikum über eine Roadshow näherzubringen oder indem der CEO zu Analysten geht. Letzteres ist übrigens schon geschehen.
Ausserdem steht die Notierung in Deutschland noch an. Vielleicht gib es ja auch eine Notierung an der Warschauer Börse, denn Orion ist in USA, Deutschland
und Polen aktiv.
Warten wir einfach die News ab. Ich lehne ,mich jetzt ganz gelassen in meinen Ledersessel. Links neben mir steht ein großer Sack mit einem Dollarzeichen drauf.
Da werfe ich dann ab heute immer symbolisch ein Geldstück rein, wenn der Orion Kurs nach oben geht. Weihnachten hab ich dann einen dicken vollen Sack

komme grad von einer Geschäftsreise zurück und lese dieses "dämliche" Posting von Dir Stocktostock. Offenbar verstehst Du kein englisch oder weisst nicht, wo
News stehen. Heute kam wieder eine. Bevor ich mich weiter aufrege, geniesse ich erstmal Entspannung bei meiner Familie, um dann Kraft zu tanken für solche, denen man

Salut zusammen,
irgendwie kommt mir dieser Wert sehr bekannt vor, war dies nicht einmal eine Empfehlung vom Stockreporter? Genauso wie Forlink?
Wahrscheinlich hab ich wohl die falsche Alternative gewählt, aber ich kann mir bei eurer Begeisterung gar nicht die Zahlen eklären die ich gerade gesehen habe, keine Angst, es war nur der Kurs, aber der scheint mir doch ein klein bißchen Volatil, oder was bedeutete die rote -49.35 hinter dem Kurs, oder fehlt mir nun nur das Wissen über den Wert, wenn dies so ist, laß ich mich doch gerne belehren.

An SoWhat: Hast Du Deine Hoffnungen auf Forlink begraben?, die Diskussion zu dem Wert sind momentan eher nicht vorhanden, man spricht bei Produkten in so einem Fall von der Niedergangsphase, soll das bei Forlink etwa ähnlich sein, oder wird es noch ein Aufbäumen geben, und schließlich warst Du immer Optimist und hast Leidensgenossen mut gemacht, Du wirst doch wohl nicht abgesprungen sein.

Die dicke Frau die ich meine ist eine bekannte Sopranistin, von der Du hier sprichst ist wohl eher eine von den Weightwatchers.
Also mach Dir nichts draus, deine anderen Empfehlungen laufen ja alle ganz gut (ICNW/ASAT usw.)

mal eine Frage in die Runde. Habt ihr Ahnung von Börse? Möchte keinem zu nahe treten, aber aus euren Postings entnehme ich, dass ihr
sehr kurzfristig denkt. Hoffentlich geht ihr morgens nicht aus dem Haus und denkt, dass jeden Moment ein Unfall passieren könnte und ihr
den nächsten Tag nicht mehr erlebt. Jeder hat seine Strategie an der Börse. Früher hat sich kaum einer für Aktien interessiert, da haben
vielleicht eure Eltern 10%ter vom Bund mit einer Laufzeit von 10 Jahren gekauft. Ich bin Langfristinvestor und das habe ich immer wieder gepostet.

Orion ist keine Empfehlung von Stockreporter. Die (Stockreporter) gabs damals noch gar nicht. Schlecht recherchiert. In der Schule gibs dafür eine sechs und man
darf sich setzen

Forlink. Das Unternehmen ist ein Startup und grade mal ein Dreivierteljahr alt. Weil wir grad bei der Schule waren. Um KGV´S oder nur lesen zu können, braucht man einige Zeit.
Das geht nicht von heut auf morgen. So ist das auch an der Börse. Forlink hat als startup mehr aufzuweisen, als andere Unternehmen, die teuer an der Börse bezahlt werden.
News scheinen hier einige auch nicht zu lesen oder es fehlt an Fantasie. Forlink wird im Herbst in HK gelistet und vorher am NM der Nasdaq. Wenn man natürlich nicht weiss, was
das bedeutet kann man natürlich keine Fantasie entwickeln.

Stocktostock. Ich weiss nicht was für ein Problem Du hast. Wie vorher schon geschrieben, braucht es Zeit. Wenn Du keine Geduld hast, dann kauft Dir nur die Lemingzeitschriften oder kauf Dir Fonds.
Glaub mir, meine Performence in den letzten 5 Jahren liegt weit über dem Durchschnitt Und wenn ich mit ICNW im Moment hinten lieg, dan kratzt mich das herzlich wenig. Zum einen
kan man ja nachkaufen, zum anderen auch zwischendurch traden. Und wenn Du mal siehst wann ich ASAT empfohlen habe und dann die Kurse betrachtest, solltest Du sehen können, was
da möglich war. Orion hat den Turnaround geschafft und bringt ja bald die Zahlen für 2.Quartal. Aber das ist für Dich wahrscheinlich schon zu lang. Dieses Investment wird mir zuviel steuerfreien
Ertrag bringen, dass ich mir locker ein 200 qm² in Monaco leisten kann. Und das ist keine Fantasie, sondern wird sich bewahrheiten.

Übrigens gab es bei Orion Anfragen zweier bekannter Institutionen.

Mir fällt grad noch ein, dass der Kurs vor nicht allzulanger zeit mal bei 1,50 Dollar war später dann bei 9,00 Dollar.

Wer keine Lust auf ein 1000 Teile Puzzle hat, soll die mit 30 Teilen nehmen. Mein 13 jähriger Sohn macht grad auch so eine Phase durch.

Q2 werden im August kommen und dieses mal ist alles drin.
Nasdaq-listing vielleicht in 1 Jahr, zuerst muß das operative Geschäft zum laufen gebracht werden.
Das relisting an einer dt. Börse dürfte nach dem filing kein Problem mehr darstellen, ist wahrscheinlich nur eine Frage der Zeit.
Morgen steht vielleicht wieder etwas neues in diesem Thread

Each share of TVS common stock will be converted into 0.3661 shares of Orion common stock and each share of TVS preferred stock will be converted into either a promissory note from the surviving corporation or 2.5 shares of Orion common stock. There are presently 546,380 shares of TVS common stock issued and outstanding and 20,000 shares of preferred stock. Existing TVS management will remain in place and work closely with Orion`s senior executives to grow the customer base and products with the additional capital and strategic resources of Orion.

Wie Du auf Orion kommst ist mir sehr schleierhaft. Nach Deinen Postings, die jederman hier einsehen kann, doch eher fragwürdig. Sei es drum. Von WKN 746667 halte ich gar nichts und
bei Comdirect haben ich eine für mich angemessene Menge erhalten und am ersten Tag wieder abgegeben. Danke Comdirect! Danke Börse!

Keiner will hier irgendjemand etwas unterjubeln. Das Board ist dazu da Informationen auszutauschen. Die meisten hier sind doch mannsgenug ihre eigene Recherche anzustellen, ansonsten bitte Fonds kaufen.

Das Du schon weisst, dass die Zahlen zum 2. Quartal im August kommen, hast Du sicher dem Thread entnommen. Ist für ein Unternehmen auch schwer diese zum 1. Juli zu liefern.

Wenn Du Leute hier als Dummkopf hinstellst, ist das sicher Deine Sache. Zum Glück kann man sich seinen Bekanntschaftskreis ja selbst aussuchen.

Zum Minus: Jeder, der sich ein wenig Zeit nimmt, sollte mittlerweile wissen, das einige nachgekauft, manche vielleicht erst vor kurzem eingestiegen sind. Somit denke ich, dass es Anleger gibt, die schon im Plus sind.

Zu Deinem Wert IBAS. Hab mal kurz draufgesehen. Kommen von kurz vor $ 94 und sind auf $ 13 gewesen. Kommentar erübrigt sich.

Wenn Du wieder was sachliches hast, dan poste bitte. Im Club würde ich Dich rausschmeissen, weil Du unqualifiziertes Zeugs postet. Sowas gibts dort nicht, weil es dort um wirkliche Investoren handelt und nicht um Leminge.

Merke Dir das Datum, damit Du eventuell Deinen Erfolg mit Deiner Aktie nochmal posten kannst.

Gucke Dir einmal den Kurs an, dann kannst Du ermessen, warum ich mittlerweile knapp 50 % im plus bin und
das beinahe steuerfrei ...
Wichtig ist immer der Einstiegszeitpunkt ... übrigens kann ich gut damit leben, daß sich (zur Zeit) keiner für Orion zu
interessieren scheint ... der Kurs geht ja auch nicht runter.
An Deinem Posting kann man erkennen, daß Du Dich zumindestens peripher mit der Aktie beschäftigt hast...für Deine Verhältnisse
wahrscheinlich so viel wie mit noch keiner anderen Aktie zuvor ... hat Dich wohl verwirrt, so viel Information auf einmal.

Ja, wir haben Geduld, genau das was Dir als oberflächlichem und nach kurzfristigen Erfolg strebendem Teenie fehlt.

Jetzt mal im Ernst. Meinst Du denn wirklich, die haben die Quartalszahlen schon am 30.6., ich bitte Dich. News zur weiteren Aquisition kommt. Da es sich um eine größere Sache handelt, werden
wahrscheinlich noch die einen oder anderen Unterlagen zwischen den Anwälten hin und her geschickt. Homepage soll auch kommen. Wann muss Du bei
Orion anfragen. Wahrscheinlich bekommst Du die selbe Auskunft wie andere auch. Ist in Vorbereitung.

Jetzt mal für Kleinkinder.
Fall 1: Wenn Du ein Aktionär von Orion bist, kann ich diese dilettantische Einstellung nicht verstehen. Entweder Du stehst zu Deinem Wert oder Du verkaufst. Bin schon seit März 99 drin und habe viel mitgemacht. Da ich aber immer von dem Wert und seinem Management überzeugt war/bin hab ich immer wieder nachgekauft, so daß ich gut im Plus bin. Wenn Du Dir die letzten Monate anschaust mußt Du zugeben, daß sich schon einiges getan hat-war aber erst der Anfang. Das geht doch nicht alles von heut auf morgen.
Alles was SoWhat hier postet ist keine Pusherei, sondern beruht auf Infos und Kontakte von denen Du wahrscheinlich nur träumen kannst.
Und wenn ein Wert nicht gleich 100% in 2 Tagen macht-Never mind wir haben Zeit und die wird uns recht geben !
Fall 2: Du bist kein Orion-Aktionär, ja dann halt doch einfach Dein Maul !!!! Dann hat dich das ganze nicht zu interessieren. Das hier ist ein Börsen Board, in dem man normalerweise nur fundierte Meinungen austauscht. Es ist Zeitverschwendung auf so etwas überhaupt zu antowrten.
Ich habe mir auch mal ein paar postings angeschaut, der beleidigt
nur die Leute anstatt konstruktiv mitzugestalten.

Also SoWhat, da auch ich ein ORION-Anhänger bin, würd mich Deine
Aussage im Yahoo-Club interessieren.
Das würde ja dann bedeuten, dass die Q2 Zahlen so gegen Ende Juli
auftauchen müssten - oder ?
Mich ärgert an der ganzen Sache nur der geringe Umsatz. Ich hoffe

Die neue Orion gibt es jetzt seit gut 1 Jahr. Was das Management in dieser Zeit geschafft hat zeugt von hoher Kompetenz und Erfahrung., zaubern können die aber auch nicht.
Wenn Du die Analyse gelesen hast, weißt Du sicher was da noch auf uns zukommt.
Also, keep cool, die Jungs von Ortg sind gut und wissen was sie tun.

Im Report unter www.sism.com wurde für das 2. Quartal 2000 ein Umsatz von 152.000 $ geschätzt. Tatsächlich hat ORTG einen Umsatz von 231.000 $ erwirtschaftet. Mit TVS (werden erst ab dem 1. Juli mit eingerechnet) wären es per 30.06.2000 insgesamt: 1.306.000 $ Umsatz.

Zu beachten ist, dass Globalinx erst mit Beginn des 2. Quartals Umsätze generiert. Die mittlerweile 30.000 - 40.000 Geschäftskunden werden im 3. Quartal ordentlich zu Buche schlagen!!

Die Zahlen vom SISM-Report wurden also beachtlich übertroffen. Wie ich in meinem letzten Posting erklärt habe, waren dies sehr konservative Umsatzschätzungen. Die Kursziele im Report sind also auch sehr konservativ. :-)

Für nächstes Jahr stehen übrigens weitere Umsatzsteigerungen von mehreren 100% an.

für die allgemeine ORTG-Phantasie möchte ich mal eine Umsatzprognose für das 3. Quartal 2000 bzgl. Globalinx anstellen. Gehen wir mal von 30.000 aktiven Geschäftskunden aus, welche ab dem 1. Juli 2000 Umsätze erzeugen. (mittlerweile sind es ja schon über 40.000 !!)

Wie hoch ist der monatliche Durchschnittsumsatz pro Kunde? Schwierig! 100$, 200$, 300$? Tendenz steigend, bei steigendem Servicegrad.

Bei 200$ (konservativ) wären es pro Monat 6.000.000 $ !! Im Quartal demnach 18.000.000 $ !! Nur für Globalinx!

Okay, reine Spekulation das Ganze, aber ich denke, man kann daraus das gewaltige Potential allein von Globalinx und erst recht für ORION erkennen.

Die Phantasie bleibt, das Warten ist umso schlimmer.

sorry, das ich erst jetzt poste, aber Du kennst sicher den Link zum Club.

Ehrlich gesagt mag ich nicht mehr immer erklären müssen, warum manche Sachen an der Börse passieren.
Die Märkte sind gemein hin in einer instabilen Lage. Du liest sicher auch andere Threads. Vielleicht sind da
einige drunter, die das näher beobachten und entsprechend kommentieren. Ich spreche grad im Fall Orion
zunächst nur die Facts an. Das andere kommt dann automatisch. War immer so an der Börse. Und wenn
ich noch 3 Monate warten muss, dann tue ich es, weil die Facts stimmen. Vielleicht ein blöder Vergleich,
manche warten Jahren bis sie im Job befördert werden. Wenns dann soweit ist sind sie überglücklich. Ich bleib
dabei, Börse ist auch Geduld und Geduld zahlt sich immer aus.

Mit dem Kursverlauf bin ich auch nicht zufrieden, aber tun kann ich da auch nichts dran. Zum Glück, sonst hätten
wir keine Börse mehr. Aber überleg doch mal folgendes. Das Management hat auch Aktien, die sie in Zukunft mal
versilbern wollen. Auch die haben Träume und Wünsche, die sie sich erfüllen wollen. Think about that.

Dumme Jungs!

Wer SO__WHAT irgend ein Wort glaubt ist echt zu bedauern.
So_What hat die AKtien schon seit über 1,5 Jahre und einen Verlusst von mind. 80% Verlust.
Als SO_WHAT die Aktie zum ersten Mal im Consors-Board empfahl
stand das DIng noch über 100$. Seit 1,5 Jahre schwört er von irgend welche
News die in kürze kommen sollten.
Ich habe mich mit 15% damals verabschiede und das hätte so_what auch besser
gemacht. Man muss halt auch einmal Fehler eingestehen können.

Na so_what rate mal wer ich bin!

p.s. Kauf doch ORTG, aber streue hier keine Gerüchte!

Guten Abend Ikarus,

raten kann man bei RTL oder Sat1.

Richtig ist, dass ich seit fast 2 jahren Orion Aktien besitze. Mittlerweile nicht zu knapp. Das man nachkaufen
kann ist Dir vielleicht noch nicht in den Sinn gekommen. Ich habe es aber getan. Einige Leser dieses Threads
haben sich das alles vielleicht mal angesehen und irgendwann gekauft. Kenne also deren Einstand nicht.
Alle News die kommen sollten sind auch gekommen. Wer aufmerksam liest sieht das auch. Ich streu hier mit
Sicherheit keine Gerüchte, sondern poste nur Fakten. Wer ein wenig Hirn hat und dies umzusetzen weiss, der
wird erkennen, dass Orion nicht die Orion von damals war. Ich bin kein Idiot und weiss was ich tue. Mir geht es
nicht darum die Aktie schönzureden, hab noch 40 andere. Ich habe damals die Aktie empfohlen und stehe zu meinen
Empfehlungen. Und wenn ich noch ein oder zwei Jahre warten muss, sowhat! Verfolge die links, lies die Fakten.
Dies alles spricht für Orion. Ein Unternehmer geht erstmal auch Risiken ein und der Erfolg stellt sich womöglich
erst nach Jahren raus. Warum gibt es Businesspläne, die über fünf Jahre laufen. Sieh einfach mal die Unternehmen
am NM an. Wieviel Luftschlösser gibt es da.

Also ich schwöre nicht, sondern ich weiss! Zu Fehlern stehe ich, gar kein Zweifel. Habe auch ICNW mal empfohlen,
da bin ich schwer hinten, aber man kann ja nachkaufen. Fakts und Fundamentals stimmen. Da Du ein Auge auf
mich geworfen hast, nenn ich Dir noch ein paar Kanditaten. BCHH;FRLK;CEML;PUNK;KOLR;GENI;HITT;INTA;
ITAC;THAT;usw.

Es ist z.Zt. eine schwere Zeit für OTC Werte, aber glaube mir, es geht mir von Jahr zu Jahr besser Wenn ich
hier nicht mehr posten kann, dann bin ich Pleite. Wird wohl noch einige Zeit dauern Kommt natürlich auch drauf
an, was mir der Makler für das Appartment in Monaco und meine neue Yacht abnimmt. Bezahlt wird das vom ORTG
Gewinn, Steuerfrei

Begreift doch endlich, daß es sich um eine ganz neue Fa. handelt. Erkundigt Euch doch erst mal, bevor Ihr Euren Müll hier deponiert.
Für sachliche Diskussionen sind wir immer zu haben, doch diese kam bisher leider noch nie.
Manche werdens halt nie begreifen !!

schön dass Du sism, aber solche Analysen sind einfach lächerlich.
Hast Du mal die Empfehlungen über die letzten 2 Jahre betrachtet?
Es ist einfach ein paar Penny-Stocks zu empfehlen und warten. Einer
von 10 wird schon rocken.

Zudem bin ich selber im Investment-Banking ( Nummer 3 in Bereich Internet-IPO
weltweit tätig und habe Zugang zu
sämtlichen Research Reports (Bloomberg Prof.), leider ist sism dort nicht eingetragen.
Zudem sind wir an einigen IPOs im Bereich Internet tätig und kenne die
Branche ziemlich gut. Ich würde mir aber nicht anmasen hier bei irgendwelchen
Internet-Penny-Stocks irgendwelche Kursziele zu nennen.
Vielleicht rockt ORTG einmal, die Chance sind aber so klein, da spielst
Du besser LOTTO.

Aber ich finde es echt gut, dass hier diskutiert wird und jeder soll dort
investieren wo er will. Ich finde nur, dass den Lesern nicht Sand in die
Augen gestreut werden soll. Die SISM-Analysen haben Aktionärs-Niveau.

ist schon klar das sism nicht gleich Lehman, Goldman, etc. ist.
Aber du mußt sagen, es ist immerhin ein Anfang, die neue ORTG gibt es erst seit 1 Jahr und das operative Geschäft fängt jetzt erst richtig an..
Ich bin zwar kein Investmentbanker, aber das muß man auch nicht sein um eine Fa. richtig einschätzen zu können. Das einzige was man hier braucht ist fleiß, sehr viel fleiß für sein eigenes Research.
So kommst Du auf wundersame Weise zu Kontakten und Informationen die halt sonst fast keiner hat. Wie gesagt, man muß viel Zeit investieren.
Die 2 Empfehlungen auf sism und sotm unterstützen bloß meine Meinung zu Ortg, die Überzeugung habe ich durch mein eigenes DD.
Aber, es ist auch keiner gezwungen in diesen Wert zu investieren. Die Ortg-"Jünger" versuchen hier sachliche Infos rüber zu bringen, Pushereien werden so gut es geht vermieden.

danke dass Du hier so sachlich schreibst und nicht auf dem Niveau vom
Consors-Board antwortest. Bei den Research-ANalysen bin ich
einfach nicht überzeugt, weil es fast unmöglich ist eine
DCF oder EVA Methode zu wählen, geschweige den Multipels anzuwenden.

Zudem eine so kleine Unternehmung wie sism kann vielleicht eine
Unternhemung bewerten, aber eigtl. sollte sie den
Sector und die spez. Branche auch noch schätzen. Wir haben da
spez. Analysten für jeden Sector, Branche und erst dann
kommen die Analysten, die die Unternhemung bewerten.
Na ja, egal.

Nur zur Info am 19/8/2000 trennte sich ein Investor
von 30`696 Aktien (Bloomberg)(evtl.neu für euch).


Ich wünsche Dir viel Glück mit ORTG. Vielleicht bist Du erst bei
3 $ eingestiegen, zu hoffen wär`s.

Guten Tag Ikarus,

spreche fast jeden Tag mit Investmentbankern. Sind nicht die, die man unter den Top 10 findet, aber Investmentbanker.
Wollen ja auch nicht alle als Angestellte dem Diktat der "weisen Herren" unterliegen.
Wenn Du in dem Bereich tätig bis, dann weiss Du auch sicher, dass die großen Häuser gar keine Zeit und Resourcen
haben, die kleineren Unternehmen zu beobachten. Dann springen andere, kleinere Investmentbänker ein und verdienen
ihr Geld. Der Markt ist nun mal riesengross.

In diesem Thread geht es um Fakten. Fakt ist auch, dass sism sich auf smallcaps spezialisiert hat, das sism im
Verbund mit Multex ist. Dieser Dienst ist ja wohl von der Finanzgemeinde anerkannt. Immerhin gehen die Analysen
an mittlerweile 875.000 Mailadressen. Der Analyst ist auch geprüft und gehört einem Verband an. Soviel dazu.

Wenn Du schon an einer guten Quelle sitzt, dann hast Du doch noch ganz andere Möglichkeiten, Dich über ORTG zu informieren.
Bloomberg und sowas ist ja nicht alles, da gibts auch Auskunfteien und firmeninterner weltwelter Austausch. Und wenn Du nicht
so weit gehen willst, dann zieh doch Erkundigungen über die Beteiligungen in Deutschland und Polen ein. Grad Polen wird
noch sehr interessant werden.

Danke für die Info zu den Aktien. Der Verkäufer ist ein Herr S.N.aus Kanada, das steht wohl nicht im Bloomberg. (Quelle: ein Telefonat).
Ich kenne auch den Käufer. Es handelt sich um freigewordene Aktien nach R 144. Er hält noch ca. 50000 Aktien, die sicher auch auf
den Markt kommen werden. Auch diese Aktien werden ihre Käufer finden Es gibt noch genug Leute die das Potenzial erkannt haben.
Inzwischen auch in N.Y. bei einer ersten Adresse

Die kleineren Investmentbänker sind das Salz in der Suppe. Gäbe es sie nicht, hätten wir ein Diktat der Big 10, und dass kann
es doch nicht sein. Nicht im Interesse der Jungunternehmer und nicht im Interesse der abhängig Beschäftigten.

ich muß immer wieder betonen, daß es ORTG erst seit 1 Jahr gibt !!!!!
Im Grunde genommen ist bloß der Name gleich geblieben, der Rest wurde bzw. wird gerade neu zusammengestrickt.
Ich weiß nicht was Ihr alle wollt, bis jetzt haben die schon sehr vielversprechendes auf die Beine gestellt.
Oder wurde Rom auch an einem Tag erbaut ?
Es gibt einen schönen Spruch der lautet: Das meiste Geld an der Börse verdient man mit dem Hintern !
Also ich mach mir um mein Investment jedenfalls keine Sorgen.
Ach so, eins muß ich auch noch sagen: Nicht jeder hat ORTG bei den Höchstkursen gekauft, bzw. nach gekauft.
Im November 99 hab ich z.B einige für 1,3 $ bekommen. Bin mit meinem Einstandskurs schon sehr weit im Plus, also was soll ich mich beschweren ?
Wer natürlich nicht nachgekauft hat, sitzt tief in der Tinte-gibts aber bei genug anderen namhafteren Werten auch. Deshalb sollte man sich des Risikos auch bewußt sein, wenn man in solche Werte anlegt.
Sonst Leute, kauft die Dt. Telekom- vorsicht, kann aber auch in die Hose gehen

Wenn also alle meine Empfehlungen den Bach runtergehen, dann Kauf doch z.B. ein halbes Jahr später. Vielleichst
kommst Du dann günstiger rein. Natürlich muss das Börsenumfeld stimmen.

Question: “I came up on the page tonight and we have a feature where the different programs are going in a circle - and now you have
white letters that come up as you follow it around. Each time I click on that, my computer freezes.”

Mike: “Really? - that’s interesting. I’ll look into it. Are you using Internet Explorer or Netscape?”

Mike: “I’ll check into it and see if there is anything that I may have inadvertently toyed with.”

now. We are updating that data base and getting to release the full genealogy reports, probably within the next week to ten days. Yes,
you are here as an Agent - not to worry. We understand the most imperative thing we do is get this product out to you guys because
that’s where the commission dollars are, so that’s the next phase of this. First was to get the on-line sign up.”

Mike: “This leads me to another statement that I want to make right here. This company that we are going through for these conference
calls cannot get their act together. So, if anybody has access to a conference call company that they have had good service out of, I

currently have, that have been faxed in, enter them into the system on-line. Those who we have email addresses for will be automatically
notified that there site is up and operational and there will be initial instructions that go along with that letter. Your agent number will not
be part of your website address. You will be directed to go in and choose a Username and a Password that will log you into and
through everything that we will have secured for agents only.”

Jack: “Now, Linda, in the meantime, in lieu of that - in the interim - people are free to use either their federal tax ID number, and/or their
social security number, and if they like, they can also use their phone number, which is a 10-digit number. We just need to have some
type of number. So, everybody who we have social security numbers on, the moment we go in and implement the genealogy reports,
those will all be transferred to agent ID numbers.”

Mike: “Right - but understand.....on the applications, we still need to have your social security number when you sign up as an agent for
tax purposes of course. You know, getting your 1099`s out to you on your commissions.”

Question: “This is Ed again. The 3.9 cent for small telephone users is still in the hopper for about 3 months away?”

Jack: “Absolutely. Boy, that’s going to be a hot one too! Now, let me make a footnote here - that’s not ONLY for small users - that is
a product that you will also be able to take to large users, such as stock brokers, real estate agents, telemarketing rooms, etc., etc., etc.
That’s going to be a hot, hot product! And we will be the first to get it to the market!”

Das war es im Wesentlichen. Zwischendurch noch einige andere, wie z.B. Scorpion Minerals, alles im Board nachzulesen.
An anderer Stelle habe ich schon mal gepostet, dass ich auch Gewinne mitnehme und meine Erstposition weiter halte, es
sei denn, mit dem Unternehmen geht`s wirklich bergab. Also ich nehme Gewinne mit und steck sie woanders rein, oder
probiere mich beim traden. Auch verbilligen ist möglich. Was zwischenzeitlich an einigen Tagen möglich war, zeigt
insbesondere ASAT in seiner Hochphase. Forlink habe ich noch als YNOT-Aktie( $ 2,00), hab dann aber teurer nachgekauft.
Meine Strategie geht davon aus, dass ich, wenn ich eine Aktie kaufe, fünf Jahre die Aktie halten kann, ohne mich grossartig
zu beunruhigen. Ich betreibe umfangreiches Research und nutze meine Kontakte, damit ich möglichst sicher gehen kann,
dass mit den Unternehmen alles oK ist. Eine Pleite ist natürlich nie auszuschließen. Und da kommen wir wieder zu ORTG,
denn die waren fast Pleite, aber ich habe mich schlau gemacht und DD betrieben. Sie werden wieder auferstehen wie
Phönix aus der Asche.

Dies soll keine Rechtfertigung meinerseits darstellen, vielmehr nutze ich die jetzt gesammelten Daten für andere, die so
wie Du, Zweifel an meinen Aktienempfehlungen/-vorstellung haben. Zweifel sind in jedem Fall angebracht, deshalb sollte auch
jeder seine eigene DD machen. Ich mache sie auch, und das sehr, sehr gründlich. Stehe für weitere Diskussionen gerne zur

Orion mit News. Das der Kurs gestern bei 100 Stück weiter runter ist, weiss ich. Die Kursentwicklung von
Telekom und Commerce One macht mir auch keine Freude. Denkt mal richtig nach und macht mal anständige DD,
dann wisst ihr, was sich da anbahnt. Wer nur nach den Kursen sieht, braucht hier auch nicht zu posten, sondern
kann Leserbriefe an die Telebörse schreiben. Börse ist und war eine langfristige Angelegenheit, oder wie hat Warren
Buffet sein Geld gemacht? Sicher nicht mit hektischem rumhüpfen zwischen den Aktien.

Du darfst mir nun erläutern, woran ich den Erfolg eines Unternehmens ablesen kann, wenn nicht ( insbesondere) an dem Aktienkurs!!

Der Vorschlag mit der Telebörse ist nicht schlecht ... vielleicht verhelfen wir dann der Firma / der Aktie zu etwas mehr Bekanntheit.

Kam mir so vor, als ob Du Dich angegriffen fühlst!? War nicht meine Absicht, schließlich habe ich mich zu dem Engagement in diese
Aktie aus eigenen (freien) Stücken inspirieren lassen...

Meine Sorge galt bzw. gilt nur der Tatsache, daß, obwohl immer neue - meiner Meinung nach durchweg positive - Nachrichten
eintreffen, der Kurs in letzter Zeit nur noch eine Richtung zu kennen scheint. Also darf die Frage erlaubt sein, warum. Meistens gibt
es ja Leute, die einfach näher am Marktgeschehen dran sind als meiner/unsereeiner. Wenn es also Schwierigkeiten, Ungereimtheiten,
etc. gibt von dem ich/wir gar nichts mitbekommen, dann verkaufen halt die Leute, die diese bestimmten Nachrichten haben! Richtig??
Oder zu naseweis gedacht?

Anyway, man sollte seine Investments immer mal wieder hinterfragen, oder?

Service (USPS) has selected its wholly owned financial services subsidiary
Transaction Verification Systems, Inc. (TVS) as the vendor for point-of-sale
terminal monitoring nationwide.

in financial transactions each day to eight million businesses and 280 million

The initial order for 24 TVS systems and two TVision systems is scheduled
for immediate delivery. The system includes the TVS-manufactured register
interfaces, text inserters, written analysis software (Regview), and TVS-
distributed digital recorders and remote access (TVision).
"This transaction is an expansion of our business as anticipated in our
merger with Orion," said Robert Stocker, President of TVS. "We are developing
new technology and products that expand our business and integrate with
Orion`s systems and customers."

The USPS has sought to reduce employee theft at its 8,000 locations.
Regional inspectors and loss prevention managers reviewed a number of point-
of-sale security systems. In August 2000 an initial test and implementation
of TVS products by a USPS district office resulted in quick and cost efficient
identification of employee theft.
In its twentieth year of operations, TVS produces high-tech, proprietary,
point-of-sale solutions to combat customer and employee theft or error at the
cash register. TVS relies on integrated hardware (time-coded video
surveillance) and "smart" software that monitors all of a company`s retail
transactions for anomalies.
TVS has incorporated digital recording capabilities of both pictures and
transactions onto a computer. This allows management to view locations
remotely by accessing all locations through normal telephone connections, the
Internet, or Virtual Private Networks provided by Globalinx. Viewing can be
done "real-time" or by viewing data stored in a remote location. This greatly
enhances the efficiencies of personnel and reduces travel time to all the
sites.
The interfaces, manufactured specifically for the USPS, capture all
transactions to the receipt printer. TVS is already working with the USPS to
create a next-generation software application that will monitor all
transactions, whether printed or not. TVS products interface with both the
NCR and IBM cash register systems used by the USPS. TVS anticipates that
calendar 2001 sales to USPS will exceed $700,000 for TVS-manufactured product
and an additional $300,000 of distributed product.

hat sie leider bisher noch nicht. Die dicke Frau hat mich sehr viel Geld gekostet, Buchungstechnisch. Informationen sind sehr spärlich, aber ORTG macht wohl einige Fortschritte, um aus ihrem Dekbakel herauszukommen. Sind leider im falschen Business, Telekommunikation. Der Markt ist schwierig und sehr umkämpft. Die Filings werden nicht gemacht, weil es zuviel Geld kostet. deshalb auch in den Pinks. Angeblich soll die Company bald einen positiven Cash Flow haben. Erreicht werden soll es durch Phönixlink. Sollen 11000 Kunden haben.

das Produkt phonelinx ist ein VOIP-Produkt und ist unschlagbar billig mit 2,5 cent/min innerhalb USA.
Die Nachfrage ist sehr groß. Jeder Kunde zahlt mit diesem Prepaid-Dienst 50$/Monat. Bei der genannten kannst Du Dir den momentanten monatlichen Cash-Flow ausrechnen.
Es besteht wieder ein wenig Hoffnung.
