      ►►DD For New Investors! (Part I) ◄◄

      BioFiltration Systems, Inc. (Ticker: BIFS)
      (Part I of II)

      BIFS Profile
BioFiltration Systems, Inc. (BIFS) was incorporated on 17 December 1992. The Company is currently traded on the National Daily Quotation Bureau Pink Sheets. On 3 February 2000, BIFS filed their Form 10SB/12G with the SEC in order to become a fully reporting OTC Bulletin Board (OTC:BB) stock. On 2 June 2000, BIFS received the relisting comment letter from the SEC and responded to it. They are currently working responding to a second set of questions from them. Once the SEC has no more questions then the lead Market Maker can file the appropriate paperwork for the company`s relistement on the OTCBB.

The Company has acquired a patented technology under Patent number 5,205,935. The technology provides a method and apparatus for the continuous degradation of hazardous paint and organic solvent wastes. The apparatus includes a high performance fixed film bioreactor system that remediates and purifies contaminated waters.

With a wastewater disposal problem of both national and international magnitude, the Company`s market would encompass everything from Federal, State and local government operations involving the disposal of organic and/or hazardous waste to manufacturing companies producing everything from automobiles to silicon chips. A growing international awareness of the severity of environmental pollutants with a subsequent governmental need to address these issues creates a tremendous marketing opportunity of which the Company intends to take advantage.

In March 2000, BIFS started expanding its business by acquiring BeachAccess.net, an east coast Internet service provider. By diversifying into an unrelated business, the company is not so reliant on one source of revenues and will now be able to employ this technology into their remote biofiltration plant sites, once operational. The technology group, BeachAccess.net, is operated as a wholly owned subsidiary and has already acquired a computer hardware distributor; three companies offering Internet service, website hosting, website design; a wireless network provider, and a business-to-business network provider. In the very near future, BeachAccess.net plans to offer its external customers wireless Internet service.

      Principal Product
BIFS intends to offer its product under its Patent #5,205,935. The patent was issued on 27 April 1993, which covered part of the bioremediation technology the Company intends to utilize in its operations. BIFS proposes to have modular biofiltration systems manufactured by outside sources and to market these systems to various industries.

The biofiltration systems, which will be specifically tailored to each customer`s needs, may be utilized for treatment of a variety of waste waters including, but not limited to:

      ► aircraft deicing fluids
      ► landfill leachates
      ► contaminated groundwater
      ► industrial effluents
► aluminum can plant solvent wastes
► food processing wastewater and other organic wastes.

BIFS shares were split 100:1 on 17 April 00 to shareholders on record as of 15 April 00. The reason for the large split was to increase the company`s liquidity and attract new shareholders. BIFS management intends to sell some shares to help fund the startup of its remote operations and to use some for acquisitions of other companies. This split will also aid in increasing the company`s capitalization and number of shareholders to the level needed for a NASDAQ listing…BIFS ultimate goal.

BIFS acquired Beachaccess.net (in SC) for 2,000,000 shares of restricted common stock. Beachaccess.net acquired the customer accounts, operating and fixed assets of PSC Internet (in SC), SOS Computer Systems (in SC), Skynet (in NC), and PC Wholesale (in NC) for 8,600,000 shares of restricted common stock. An undisclosed amount of shares were used in Beachaccess.net`s most recent acquisitions of Revcon Technologies Corp. (in TN), and Alliance Technologies Corp. (in SC).

      Hallo Phoenix,

      Hallo Leffe, hallo Smiling!

Die Marktkapitalisierung von BIFS ist momentan
      496.000.000 x 0.42 => 208.320.000,00$.

AT&T sagt, sie hätten
      Netzwerk, allerdings langsamer, herauszubringen.

BioFiltration Systems Inc. Completes Installation of SWOMI Equipment for the First Three Contracted Resort Hotels in Myrtle Beach
SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 7, 2000--BioFiltration Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:BIFS) announced today that its Technology group Beachaccess.net, a wholly owned subsidiary of BioFiltration Systems, completed the installation of equipment necessary for bringing the first three contracted resort hotels online with the SWOMI system. The completion of this infrastructure development effort is part of the company`s strategic plan to rapidly develop the SWOMI system in the commercial region of the Myrtle Beach area. The company is presently testing this equipment on the resort properties and plans to begin letting the hotels offer the SWOMI service to their customers in the immediate future.
Al Keyser commented on the latest developments, "I am encouraged by the speed at which the engineering team has been able to put this SWOMI infrastructure in place and make it operational. With the number of contracts that have been signed since SWOMI was introduced, it will be necessary for us to deliver infrastructure in a rapid fashion and this latest development indicates to me that our engineering team can keep pace with our marketing of the SWOMI network".

Jay Knabb commented that, "it will be critical to the success of the SWOMI system to be able to rapidly deploy and develop infrastructure closely behind the marketing of the SWOMI system to commercial enterprises. Today`s business environment not only demand excellence from it`s vendors, but speed as well, and if we are to be successful at future marketing of the SWOMI system on a national level, then we will have to be able to follow up our marketing efforts with quick delivery of a fully functional SWOMI internet system. The efforts I have seen by our engineering team to establish the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina test market over the past week, indicates to me that we can achieve this goal."

BioFiltration Systems Inc. to Discuss Pilot Project for SWOMI Wireless Internet System with the California State University -- Humboldt Campus
SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 7, 2000--BioFiltration Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:BIFS) announced today that its Technology group Beachaccess.net, a wholly owned subsidiary of BioFiltration Systems, has agreed to enter into preliminary discussions with representatives of the California State University-Humboldt campus regarding the SWOMI high speed wireless internet service. The initiative was proposed as part of Beachaccess Corporation`s plan to expand the marketing of the SWOMI system to a variety of clientele and designed to explore the potential that this technology may hold in providing internet connectivity to the faculty, staff, and students of this university. Meetings between Beachaccess and CalState Humboldt representatives are scheduled to take place on August 21, 2000.
Mr. Al Keyser, CEO of Biofiltration commented, "Given the recent successes of the SWOMI high speed wireless technology within the resort and hotel industry, marketing of the product to the educational community seemed a logical next step. I am optimistic that the SWOMI system can be used as an alternative mechanism for colleges and universities to provide internet access to their students and administration and can also provide freedom of movement to those customers who use SWOMI while they move about the campus."

Mr. Jay Knabb, CEO of Beachaccess, commented, "The California State University is cited as the largest university system in the United States and presently maintains a student population of approximately 350,000 students annually. The Humboldt campus of this university system is located in the extreme northern part of the state and would serve as an excellent location for a pilot program of the SWOMI technology. I am looking forward to discussing the benefits that SWOMI wireless computing can have for this and other campuses in the CalState system as we actively explore this element of our revised marketing plan."

      Press Release

BioFiltration Systems Inc. Announces SWOMI Discussions With Administrators of the College of the
Redwoods Campus - California Community College System

      SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 9, 2000--BioFiltration Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:BIFS - news) announced today that its Technology group Beachaccess.net,
a wholly owned subsidiary of BioFiltration Systems, has agreed to present a proposal to the administration of the California Community College - College of the
Redwoods campus regarding the SWOMI high speed wireless internet service. Beachaccess representatives accepted an invitation from CR`s President to visit the campus
during their upcoming trip to California and to explore the possibility of including the two-year college in campus pilot project.

The campus expansion initiative was proposed as part of Beachaccess Corporation`s plan to expand the marketing of the SWOMI system and is targeted to explore the
potential that this technology may hold in providing internet connectivity to the faculty, staff, and students of colleges and universities throughout the country. Meetings
between the Beachaccess site development team and College of the Redwood administrators are scheduled to take place on August 21, 2000.

Mr. Al Keyser, CEO of Biofiltration commented, ``From a technical vantage point, I believe that SWOMI can offer colleges and universities with a viable high speed
alternative to hard wired internet systems that provides each student and faculty member with point to multi-point internet communication. I am hopeful that this
technology can help to serve some of the increasing demand being placed on these institutions to provide low cost and flexible internet connectivity to their student
      customers.``

Mr. Jay Knabb, CEO of Beachaccess, commented, `` The California Community College system bares the bulk of the responsibility within the State of California for
providing lower division general education to students who are actively pursuing Associate degrees. It is an enormous education system with 107 colleges and a student
population of 1.5 million students annually. Our goal is to establish a prototype SWOMI system at the CR campus. I am pleased to receive the invitation from College of
the Redwoods to profile the SWOMI system and to explore the possibilities that may exist for collaboration.``

      beantwortet Deine Frage!

This split will also aid in increasing the company`s capitalization and number of shareholders to the level needed for a NASDAQ listing…BIFS ultimate goal.

kannst Du sehr gut Metricomm (Symbol:MCOM) heranziehen.

      Company unplugs Web service

By Jennifer Rotenizer The Sun NewsJay Knabb, 33, started Beach Access, a wireless Internet company, in August 2000. The company uses the SWOMI system, which stands for Seamless, Wireless, Omni-directional, Mobile Internet.

By Jennifer Rotenizer The Sun NewsIn about 90 days, Beach Access will offer wireless Internet service to customers along the Strand. About 1,500 customers are on a waiting list for the service.

      The Sun News

      published on Thursday 8-10-00

Grand Strand residents and tourists will soon be able to surf more than waves during beach outings.
They could surf the Web or send e-mail at T1 speeds while catching some rays. Or lounging by the pool. Or even riding in their cars. No extra-long extension cords needed.
Myrtle Beach-based Beach Access has developed technology that turns any laptop computer into a high-speed, wireless, mobile unit. The company with 18 employees is negotiating to launch the technology across the country.
The computer operates like a cellular telephone, with a box the size of a remote control catching signals from nearby antenna.
Companies offer wireless service in other states across the country, but use cards or modems to receive the signals.
Beach Access overcame the hurdle other companies couldn`t
jump, creating a system that runs at 1,780 kilobytes, more than 100 times faster than other wireless services, said Jay Knabb, Beach Access` chief executive officer.
A 6 megabyte file downloads in a minute and 18 seconds, a job that could take at least a half-hour on other systems.
The secret is a white box called a SWOMI Seamless, Wireless, Omni-directional, Mobile Internet. The size of a remote control, the box latches to the back of the laptop`s screen and catches the satellite signal.
It allows computer users to watch television, call friends or business clients and send e-mail from almost any location within the system`s planned coverage areas at speeds faster than some network computers.
``There`s no limit as to where you can go with this,`` Knabb said as he drove in Myrtle Beach on Tuesday with a laptop balancing on his BMW`s gear shift.
``How can you drive around in your car and watch CNN? That`s insane. It just creates a whole new world of applications we haven`t thought of.``
The SWOMI device, weighing less than a pound, is creating a buzz across the country among potential customers, investors and computer gurus.
``I was absolutely amazed,`` said Hal Campbell, a computer science professor at California State University at Humboldt, which is meeting with Beach Access later this month to talk about outfitting the campus.
``People have spent billions of dollars trying to make it happen and couldn`t. I think everybody in the country will sign up and have it.``
The service will debut in about three months in the area from Georgetown to Calabash, N.C. Nearly 1,500 residents have their names on a waiting list for the service.
The list started two weeks ago as advertisements for the wireless Internet started appearing in local newspapers.
Customers will pay a $90 startup fee to cover programming of the SWOMI box and $40 monthly.
``I want everybody, no matter what they are making, to be able to afford this,`` Knabb said.
The technology differs from other wireless Internet because the coverage area is broader and the connections are quicker, he said.
Antennas are installed every few miles. As long as users stay in the coverage area, service isn`t interrupted because the SWOMI seeks out its next antenna before it loses the active one, Knabb said.
``I`ve had the best people in the country trying to figure out how we are doing it. They sit there and scratch their heads because they can`t believe what we are able to do,`` he said.
Beach Access employees are testing the technology at three Myrtle Beach resorts: the Seawatch Inn, the Caravelle Resort Hotel and Villas and the Sands.
Sands property manager Lee Rawcliffe said the service will enable visitors to check investments or send e-mail while vacationing.
The connection speed impressed Rawcliffe, who saw a demonstration a couple weeks ago.
      ``It`s a pretty cool thing, isn`t it? I couldn`t believe it,`` he said. ``The speed has made wireless practical.``
Campbell stumbled upon the technology about two months ago after noticing Beach Access stock`s immediate and substantial climb in the markets.
Beach Access, a wholly owned subsidiary of BioFiltration Systems, is traded over the counter under the symbol BIFS. The stock has risen from less than 10 cents a share to 65 cents a share since the company acquired other Internet companies and split stock 100-to-1 earlier this summer.
Growth in the technology sector and the introduction of new products likely caused the jump, said Allen Powell, financial services representative with Cox Bell Financial.
``They are cashing in on it,`` he said. ``As they start showing more and more products where they have signed projects ... investors see greater opportunity for revenue growth.``
Nancy Lightner, an assistant professor of management information systems at the University of South Carolina, was less impressed with Beach Access after a quick search found several other wireless companies across the country.
Still, a faster connection could make a difference, she said.
``This could be great,`` Lightner said.

      Hallo PHOENIX-IT!

BioFiltration Systems, Inc. Announces Myrtle Beach Convention Center Enters Into
Agreement To Supply SWOMI Wireless Network For The Dupont Trade Show

SARASOTA, Fla., Aug 16, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- BioFiltration Systems, Inc.
(OTCBB:BIFS) announced today that its Technology group Beachaccess.net, a wholly
owned subsidiary of BioFiltration Systems, has entered into an agreement with
the Myrtle Beach Convention Center in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to provide
SWOMI wireless internet services for the upcoming Dupont Trade Show this month.
This latest agreement represents the first such agreement to be reached between
Beachaccess and a municipal government to provide high-speed wireless services.

Al Keyser, CEO of Biofiltration commented, "I am extremely pleased with the
performance of Hospitality Linx in securing this contract with the Myrtle Beach
Convention Center. It represents a positive move for our company into the
convention center market place. The upcoming Dupont convention will give us the
opportunity to show the SWOMI system to a variety of people and serve their
      needs for wireless communications."

Jay Knabb, CEO of Beachaccess commented that, "We are continuing to explore the
market opportunities presented by the convention center industry and I am

Mr. Paul Edwards, General Manager commented, "In the time of looking for a

clientele. The Myrtle Beach Convention Center wants to be at the forefront of

there is a company in Myrtle Beach able to provide this type of service."

MM`s.

erstmals vorgestellt.

Public gets first look at service

Golfers going wireless, courtesy Beach Access

Beach Access` wireless Internet technology will get its first public test this weekend at the DuPont CoolMax World Amateur golf tournament.
The Myrtle Beach Convention Center, searching for a solution to outfit its non-Internet-wired building, agreed to allow the Myrtle Beach-based company to help feed scores to the 5,000 golfers participating. The event starts with registration Sunday and continues through Sept. 1.
Golfers gather at the convention center for the 19th Hole, a social where players check the day`s scores through computers.
Beach Access` patented wireless technology, which operates like a cellular telephone, will be working alongside traditional plug-in computers so convention center officials can compare speed and accuracy.
The Beach Access system boasts T1 speeds and operates 100 times faster than other wireless systems.
A successful test could prompt center general manager Paul Edwards to ask the city to begin its request-for-proposals process that could lead to the installation of the technology at the convention center. The center wasn`t wired for the Internet when it was expanded in 1994.
``I`ve seen the technology, and what I want to know is how it will work in this building,`` Edwards said. ``I think it is a test for them and us.``
The convention center isn`t obligated to sign with Beach Access after the DuPont event, he said. Still, officials are anxious to offer wireless Internet service, Edwards said.
``More and more we are getting requests for Internet access,`` he said. ``One way or the other, the convention center has got to come into the year 2000 with providing Internet service.``
Beach Access workers are scrambling to install the needed towers for the event. Amid the preparations, contractors are installing new carpet and painting the Beach Access office in the Galleria shopping center and company officials are in California promoting the product.
      ``We know the technology works,
but it will be a nice test over there [at the convention center],`` said Paul Aubin, Beach Access` chief operating officer. ``I`m not worried about the technology at all.``
Jay Knapp, Beach Access` chief executive officer, was expected to return to the office today after demonstrating the system to officials at California State University at Humboldt, who are considering outfitting their campus with the technology.
Beach Access has developed a wireless system that turns a laptop computer into a mobile, high-speed Internet unit. The secret is a white box the size of remote control that attaches to the laptop and catches feeds from nearby towers.
The box is called SWOMI Seamless, Wireless, Omni-directional, Mobile Internet. The system operates at 1,780 kilobytes, more than 100 times faster than other wireless service, Beach Access officials say.
The speed has impressed officials at several resorts that have signed up to be among the first to offer the service. Hotel guests will pay a fee to use it.
Beach Access has agreements with five hotels owned by Mike Mishra: the Best Western Inn & Suites off U.S. 17 in North Myrtle Beach; Tropical Shores in Myrtle Beach; Days Inn and Super 8 motels in Jacksonville, N.C.; and the Days Inn in Fayetteville, N.C.
The Sands Resorts and CondoLux Resort Rental Management Co. also have agreed to offer the service.
Beach Access has hired Myrtle Beach-based HospitalityLinx, a telecommunications marketing firm, to promote the product to its network of 250 hotels, motels and convention centers across the country. It has connections to units in California, Michigan, Texas and Kentucky.
``Our goal is to get all of them,`` said Donald Gleason, chief executive officer of HospitalityLinx. ``I don`t know why they wouldn`t do it. People will pay more for speed.``
In three months, Beach Access plans to offer the service to residents from Georgetown to Calabash, N.C. Customers will pay a $90 startup fee to cover programming of the SWOMI box and $40 monthly.
The company, with 18 employees, has talked with firms to launch the service nationally, Aubin said.
``We need to be aligning ourselves with someone who can do that,`` he said. Aubin wouldn`t name those firms.
Investors and technology experts have questioned the effectiveness of the product in recent weeks as news about it has spread.
Beach Access is a fully owned subsidiary of BioFiltration Systems, a Sarasota, Fla.-based company that created a remediation process for treating and disposing of aircraft de-icing and anti-icing fluids.
The stock is traded over-the-counter under the symbol BIFS.

BioFiltration Systems CEO Al Keyser Responds to Recent Bloomberg Article
SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 23, 2000--BioFiltration Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:BIFS) announced today that it has absolutely no involvement with Orville Baldridge, 55, of Casselberry, FL. This matter was resolved in early 1999.
Mr. Al Keyser, CEO of BioFiltration Systems, commented, "Unfortunately BioFiltration Systems did not do a background check on Mr. Baldridge when he approached our company to offer his services over two years Ago. However, upon experiencing Mr. Baldridge`s unsatisfactory performance over an eight month period of time, I chose to immediately terminate the relationship, at that time, for the protection of Shareholders` interest. His affiliation with BioFiltration Systems, and all of its wholly owned subsidiaries, is non-existent at this time and has been for over one year."

As CEO of BioFiltration Systems Mr. Keyser owns more than 275 million shares of BioFiltration stock. Because SEC regulations mandate that no more than 1% of the entire amount of outstanding shares can be divested in any one quarter. Mr. Keyser sold his 1% quarterly allotment of shares of BioFiltration this past quarter, to invest directly in the further development of the SWOMI technologies and plans further sales of his quarterly allotments in the future. I am dedicated in keeping our company debt free" Mr. Keyser stated!

In regards to a recent Bloomberg article authored by Christopher Byron, Mr. Keyser continued, "It is a blatant lie that my wife and I dumped 6.6 million shares for $1.2 million dollars, The selling of stock information is reported to the SEC and published on the web site www.freeedgar.com." In reference to allegations made that BioFiltration Systems does not file audited financials with the SEC, the SEC rules changed in 1999 requiring all OTCBB stocks to file regular financial reports with them. The new regulation was phased in from July 1, 1999, through June 22, 2000. Those companies starting at the beginning of the alphabet, including BioFiltration Systems, were delisted first because they did not have sufficient time to meet the new requirements. BIFS is just one of thousands of companies moved to the pinks due solely to this action. At this time, BIFS is a fully reported company audited by Semago & Co, an SEC-compliant auditing firm, and posted for public review on www.FreeEdgar.com. As the site can confirm, BIFS` 10Qsb is current and was filed prior to Mr. Bryon`s article. "If Mr. Christopher Byron had done his research properly, he would have discovered that BioFiltration Systems Inc on April 1st purchased an ISP company called Beachaccess.net Inc. and several other companies that developed SWOMI that we believe to be the state of the art Wireless Broadband technology. We believe that the SWOMI Technology is the driving force behind our stock price and not stock promotion and manipulation as Mr. Byron claims in his article. It is unfortunate that some reporters such as Mr. Byron use their first amendment rights and the power of the Internet to discredit legitimate companies such as ours."

Jay Knabb, the developer of SWOMI, commented, "I completely stand behind Mr. Keyser and continue to be excited by his financial and enthusiastic support of SWOMI. We remain focused on rolling out the SWOMI technology with the same business model and aggressive plan originally intended. As of now, we are ahead of schedule and are extremely excited about debuting the SWOMI technology at the DuPont Tradeshow in Myrtle Beach, SC, this month. We are also excited about the recent strategic alliances made over the past few months, and we look forward to pursuing additional national alliances."

BioFiltration Systems Inc. Issues Statement Regarding Recent Attacks to
Discredit the Company and its Products and Solicits Federal Law Enforcement and
      SEC Intervention

SARASOTA, Fla., Aug 25, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- BioFiltration Systems, Inc.
(OTCBB:BIFS) announced today that it is taking steps to solicit the assistance
of Federal Law Enforcement authorities and Securities and Exchanges regulators
to investigate the recent attempts by several persons to wrongfully discredit
the company, its products, and its executives. In a statement issued by Al
Keyser, CEO of BioFiltration Inc., it was announced that he would be seeking the
assistance of federal law enforcement and SEC regulators to investigate the
variety of recent attacks made against the company and its stock by "bashers"
and others who have made false and harmful claims and is also soliciting the
investigation of those persons who published articles on the internet claiming
to have knowledge of the company`s products and who attempted to discredit their
reliability without having seen them demonstrated. Mr. Keyser is seeking that
these investigations attempt to tie together the behavior and actions of these
persons with those who may have solicited their actions and been involved in
conspiring against Biofiltration. Inc, to derail the national rollout of its
      products.

The recent attacks made against Biofiltration came after the company announced
the release of its new wireless high-speed roaming Internet product (SWOMI) and
began marketing the product several weeks ago. On the heels of a dramatic number
of contract signings for the product by both private and government entities, a
corresponding boost to the stock price of the company occurred which elevated
the price per share from twenty-five cents to over two dollars per share in a
two week period. This rise in stock price was attributed by Mr. Keyser to strong
investor speculation about the impact that this new technology would have in
competing with large dial-up services and to the potential consumer demand which
could follow by those tired of slow internet access.

Following this demonstrative growth came a flood of "bashing" by posters on the
Raging Bull Board and other such mediums in an overt attempt to discredit the
company, its executives, and its products. According to the company, many of
these posters made false and illegal statements in an overt attempt to bring
down the stock price and the company. About the same time as the bashing
started, came the participation by over twenty-five Market Makers who began to
actively trade the stock. Soon after this attention was focused on BIFS stock,
the price of the stock was driven down from a high of two dollars and
twenty-five cents per share, to a low of fifty-five cents per share in a single
      day on 8/16/2000.

Mr. Al Keyser, CEO of Biofiltration stated "Although the company is steadfastly
focused on achieving its business objectives of rolling out our key products on
a national level, it appears that the intensity of today`s marketplace requires
that we also devote equal attention to aggressively defending the interests of
our shareholders from those who would engage in unethical and illegal behavior.
Given that our stock is still traded on the pink sheets, because of SEC rules,
it doesn`t enjoy the same level of protection afforded to those stocks traded on
the NASD, and this contributes to manipulation of the stock price and promotes
harmful volatility by uncontrolled shorting of the stock."

Jay Knabb, CEO of Beach Access and Developer of the SWOMI system commented that,
"We have always taken a proactive role in communicating the position of the
company and our product development efforts to our investors through a variety
of mediums and we plan to aggressively pursue those who would employ illegal
practices and manipulation to force down the fair market value of our stock. Our
company is actively pursuing partnerships and alliances with companies that can
assist us with the national roll out of our technologies and we owe it to our
investors to exhaust every means possible to identify and seek prosecution
against those who have engaged in illegal practices to try and stop these
efforts. We are well aware of the promise that this technology holds for our
investors, our future customers, and its potential impact on business and home
computing and we have no intention of letting a few people stop us from reaching
      our goals."

      Press Release
      BioFiltration Systems Debuts SWOMI Logo
SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 30, 2000--BioFiltration Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:BIFS - news) announced today that its technology group, Beachaccess.net, a wholly owned subsidiary, is unveiling a corporate identity for its SWOMI(TM) technology. The development of the logo is the first of several steps the company is taking to prepare for the product`s national rollout.

The new logo was strategically designed to communicate SWOMI`s (TM) innovative capabilities. SWOMI(TM), which stands for Seamless Wireless Omni-directional Mobile Internet, will allow users to have continuous mobile Internet connections via computers at speeds up to 2 Mbps.

``The Internet access industry has used the words fast, wireless, convenient, and simple to define the current generation of available products. While these adjectives adequately define current technology, they don`t begin to communicate or encompass SWOMI`s(TM) capabilities,`` noted Jay Knabb, the developer of SWOMI(TM) and CEO of Beachaccess.net.

``SWOMI(TM) creates a whole new plane for communication. In the future, you will either SWOMI(TM), or you will have Internet access. SWOMI(TM) will become a whole new language for being connected to the Internet. The logo was designed to communicate the new language of SWOMI(TM),`` Mr. Knabb continued.

The challenge with the logo was to delicately modify individual letters to depict a new language without sacrificing legibility and simplicity. The typeface chosen is a simple, sans-serif font communicating the simplicity and user-friendly characteristics of SWOMI(TM). The ``M`` and ``I`` merge together in the logo, creating a unique letter that reinforces the concept of SWOMI(TM) being a whole new language.

Attention to detail and thoughtful consideration of implication were maintained throughout the logo`s design. The connectivity of the ``M`` and ``I`` represent the way SWOMI(TM) continuously connects the world. Similarly, the dot in the letter ``I`` is green to communicate that with SWOMI(TM) your Internet connection is always on.

``We believe that the logo`s balance of simplicity and nuances will foster both quick comprehension and provocative discussion. We invite everyone to visit http://www.swomi.com and see the new logo,`` Mr. Knabb said.

Safe Harbor Statement under the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995: The statements contained herein which are not historical forward looking statements that are subject to risks and uncertainties that could cause actual results to differ materially from those expressed in the forward looking statements, including but not limited to, the company`s ability to market its products and services in future customer acceptance for these products and services and other risks detailed from time to time in company documents furnished to investors.

Swomi Shoots For A Data Hole-In-One

      By Brad Smith

When 6,000 golfers tee off at the Dupont World Amateur Golf Championships on South Carolina’s 52-mile-long Grand Strand coastline this week, one of the participants will be Jay Knabb and his sidekick named “Swomi.”

Knabb isn’t playing on one of the 75 courses hosting the huge tournament. Rather, he signed up to show off his wireless technology for the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. The center acted as the tournament’s “19th hole,” where golfers could gather at the end of the round to talk about missed putts, examine the latest equipment and look at scores posted on the Internet.

Knabb is demonstrating his high-speed wireless Internet access called Swomi (for seamless, wireless, omni-directional, mobile Internet). Paul Edwards, the general manager of the convention center, wanted a live demonstration of Swomi in case the center might add something like it in the future.

The convention center has a 56-kilobit-per-second Internet connection now through the city’s intranet. Edwards liked the idea that Swomi could give him a 2-megabit-per-second link to the tournament’s Web site. He also liked the idea that the laptops used to access the scores could be carried from place to place without losing the hookup.

Knabb is selling Swomi service through his Internet service provider company, Beach Access.net, which he started a year ago as a wireline hookup. Knabb started promoting a wireless link this year, not long after his company was acquired by publicly traded BioFiltration Systems Inc. of Sarasota, Fla., in a straight stock transfer deal.

Knabb, 33, doesn’t want to discuss his wireless technology, except that it provides 2 MB data rates, either fixed or mobile. He says no one else uses the same technology, although Beach Access buys its radio equipment from OTC Telecom of San Jose, Calif., a small company primarily known for its wireless local area network products under the AirEZY brand.

There’s nothing all that unusual about OTC Telecom’s products, which use direct sequence spread spectrum technology for the unlicensed 2.4 GHz spectrum. OTC Telecom has done work with Harris Semiconductor Inc. on wireless LAN products. Many companies operate in this area, including telecom giant Nokia, which has started marketing wireless bridges and routers for the 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz bands.

Knabb says he plans on becoming a nationwide service provider and that already he’s built 18 miles of cells along the Grand Strand, financing the construction internally, and is negotiating with a large company interested in financing a national rollout of the service.

Still, Knabb insists Swomi is “the only game in town” with its technology, which is why he declines to discuss it. He also says interest has been so high that he has had to call off further demonstrations of the service so he can focus on his rollout.

Beach Access’ business plan envisions selling the wireless Internet access along the Grand Strand to tourists and visiting business people for $40 per week. Based upon its own research, which estimates that 10,000 visitors would use the service, Beach Access would receive $20 million annually in revenue just from the Myrtle Beach area.

A report to the Securities and Exchange Commission by BioFiltration Systems, which operates pollution treatment systems, says the company invested $150,000 to complete the Beach Access prototype system along the Grand Strand.

Knabb obviously has big plans for his wireless Internet access company. But until the rollout materializes, no one will know whether Knabb can hit the mark as accurately as Tiger Woods.

SWOMI Makes Public Debut at Dupont CoolMax World
Amateur Golf Tournament in Myrtle Beach

      SARASOTA, Fla., Sep 7, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Beachaccess.net, a wholly owned
subsidiary of BioFiltrations Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:BIFS), publicly unveiled
SWOMI(TM), its new high-speed wireless Internet access technology, at the Dupont
CoolMax World Amateur golf tournament held August 27 through September 1 in
Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. SWOMI(TM), which stands for Seamless, Wireless,
Omni-directional Mobile Internet, utilizes neighborhood radio towers to provide
continuous mobile Internet access at a speed of 2,048 kilobits per second.

The Myrtle Beach Convention Center acted under agreement with Beachaccess.net to
provide the tournament a wireless link to the Internet. Paul T. Edwards, the
convention center`s general manager, and Jay Knabb, CEO of Beachaccess.net,
deemed the event, which hosted 5,000 golfers, an excellent arena to demonstrate
SWOMI(TM)`s unique capabilities to the public. The SWOMI(TM) system was used in
downloading and retrieving 5,000 individual scores from over 70 golf courses
each day during the four-day event. The system furthermore enabled the computers
used to access the scores to be transported from one location to another without
      losing the hookup.

"I was generally impressed with the whole process," commented Mr. Edwards. "The
team from Beachaccess.net had the system installed and operating in just three
days. The SWOMI(TM) system was used in conjunction with our in-house Internet
system and proved to be much faster in performing functions. Our client was
impressed with the speed and technology provided by SWOMI(TM). Beachaccess.net
employees provided complete support during the event and were very professional
      in every respect."

"We are very pleased with SWOMI(TM)`s performance during the tournament," said
Jay Knabb. "The event served as our first opportunity to display to a broad
audience the unique properties and unprecedented speed of SWOMI(TM). I think we
have shown that the system is viable and that its potential applications are
immense in scope. We look forward to our roll out to residents and the business
community of Myrtle Beach later this year."

Beachaccess.net, a wholly owned subsidiary of BioFiltration Systems, Inc.
(OTCBB:BIFS), is an Internet service provider based in Myrtle Beach, South
      Carolina. SWOMI(TM), Beachaccess.net `s new high-speed wireless Internet access
system, is currently being marketed to hotels, resorts and convention centers in
North and South Carolina. The system, which allows information to be transmitted
and received at 2,048 kbps or 2 Mbps, will be available to business and
residential customers in the Myrtle Beach metropolitan area by late fall, 2000.

BioFiltration Systems Inc. Announces the Implementation of its Rural Region ISP Franchise Program for the Distribution of SWOMI Wireless Internet Systems
SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 11, 2000--BioFiltration Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: BIFS) announced today that its Technology group Beachaccess.net, a wholly owned subsidiary of BioFiltration Systems, has implemented its new rural ISP SWOMI(TM) Franchise Program beginning today.
The goal of the program is to create a mechanism through which qualified local ISP providers in rural areas of the country can compete in the marketplace of high-speed broadband Internet service delivery. The program is specifically geared toward developing partnerships and strategic alliances between Beach Access and ISP`s in rural regions and other small markets of the country that are not normally targeted for high-speed internet access. The franchise program provides a mechanism for the rapid distribution of the SWOMI(TM) Internet system to customers in these rural areas and is designed to give these customers an alternative to 56kb dial-up service.

SWOMI(TM) Internet was recently announced by Beach Access and provides customers with wireless access to the Internet at T1 speeds and uses a "seek and switch" capability that eliminates the need for users to reset their computers as they traverse the SWOMI(TM) network. SWOMI(TM) internet wireless can be used to facilitate mobile computing from laptop computers and palm devices, but it can also be used from a desktop computer at home or the office and offers SWOMI(TM) customers a low-cost, high-speed alternative to the traditional 56kb dial-up services provided by many of the countries leading large ISP providers. Internet Service Providers who are interested in finding out more about the program are asked to contact the headquarters of Beach Access Corporation in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina through electronic mail at ISPTEAM@SWOMI.com.

Al Keyser, CEO BioFiltration commented on this latest announcement by saying, "Our company is actively pursuing a variety of strategic and operational level programs that can promote the adoption of the SWOMI(TM) Internet Wireless Network throughout the country and this latest effort is designed to empower mid-sized and small internet service providers with the means to continue to service their customers. We firmly believe that competition for this internet market is a healthy and valuable commodity and through the creation of the ISP Franchise program we are endeavoring to assure that people in all areas of the country have access to high-speed mobile wireless services and retain the personalized customer services provided by their home town ISP."

Jay Knabb, CEO of BeachAccess commented that, "Open competition has, in my opinion, been the cornerstone of the rapid acceptance of the Internet by the worldwide community of computer users and our ISP Franchise program is designed to make certain that this technology reaches as many people as possible over the next few years in these valuable and often forgotten markets. Users in these remote geographic areas are too often relegated to 56kb dial-up services as their only cost effective way of connecting to the Internet, and our ISP Franchise program for the SWOMI(TM) network can rapidly provide high-speed, low-cost wireless to these customers. We place great value on the customer support and services provided by local ISP`s to their clientele and it is our goal to make certain that there is a business mechanism in place that makes SWOMI(TM) technology available to them as they continue to provide valuable support to the customers in these smaller markets of the country."

Beachaccess.net`s SWOMI to Make its Debut in the Classroom
SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 12, 2000--Beachaccess.net, a wholly owned subsidiary of BioFiltration Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:BIFS), announced today that its new high-speed wireless Internet access system, SWOMI(TM), will be installed at a Risen Christ Lutheran School in Myrtle Beach. Funding has been provided to underwrite the cost of making SWOMI(TM) available for a period of two years. The school, with students attending grades Pre-K - 8th grade, is the first educational institution to implement the SWOMI(TM) system. Beachaccess.net will absorb the cost of installing the requisite radio tower, which enables the system to connect to the Internet. The installation is to be completed by the end of September.
Once in place, SWOMI(TM) will afford teachers not only high-speed access to the Internet, but roaming capability so that a class may be conducted outside, with a laptop computer continuing to provide seamless Internet access. Furthermore, a child who is at home and unable to attend school could still participate in classroom activities with a classroom video camera providing real time video and audio transmission to that child`s home computer. SWOMI(TM)`s capability to facilitate real time video and audio transmission could also revolutionize the methods currently used for home schooling.

"In considering the tremendously diverse applications of SWOMI(TM), it has the potential to have a significant impact on the field of education," commented Jay Knabb, CEO of Beachaccess.net, who is very excited about SWOMI(TM)`s debut in the educational arena. "We are thrilled that SWOMI(TM) will be made available to the teachers and faculty of Risen Christ Lutheran School and believe it will prove itself an extraordinarily effective new teaching tool."

Mrs. Cindy Gnewuch, Principal of Risen Christ Lutheran School, stated, "This is a wonderful opportunity for the children, by giving them incredible exposure at an early age to the world of technology. We envision students being able to supplement their existing work and reference materials by direct research via the Internet. We welcome the chance to conduct a science class, for example, outside the classroom environment while still having access to the Internet."

Beachaccess.net, a wholly owned subsidiary of BioFiltratation Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:BIFS), is an Internet service provider based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. SWOMI(TM), Beachaccess.net `s new high-speed wireless Internet access system, is currently being marketed to hotels, resorts and convention centers in North and South Carolina. The system, which allows information to be transmitted and received at 2,048 kbps or 2 Mbps, will be available to business and residential customers in the Myrtle Beach metropolitan area by late fall, 2000. bin im Moment stark beschäftigt mit dem Aufbau einer neuen Firma!

BIFS gelesen.

      Ein klassischer Pump and dump.

( BW)(FL-BIFS-TECHNOLOGIES)(BIFS) BIFS Technologies Corporation: SWOMI Rollout Reaches the 1000 Installation Mark

      Business Editors/High-Tech Writers

SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 13, 2000--BIFS Technologies Corporation, (NQB:BIFS) announced today that its operations division has completed the installation of the SWOMI(tm) wireless broadband network system for the first one thousand rooms of those hotels and resorts under contract in the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area. The company plans to begin operation of the SWOMI(tm) system for the guests and patrons of these hotels beginning December 1, 2000. BIFS Technologies Corporation presently has an additional 2500+ hotel rooms under contract in the South Carolina test market and is continuing its deployment of the SWOMI(tm) network to those facilities as well. The company expects to have these additional facilities completed and operational by the end of this quarter.
BIFS Chairman, Al Keyser commented on the developments by stating, "favorable adoption of the SWOMI(tm) network technology by those hotels and resorts in our test market have confirmed for us that the deployment of high-speed Internet connectivity is of keen interest to this segment of the business community. We continue to be encouraged by the unity of thought that appears to exist on the part of those people within the hotel industry that a high-speed wireless alternative holds promise as a potential solution to the demands expressed by their customers for high speed connectivity. SWOMI`s (seek and switch) function and TCP/IP orientation also seems to offer a degree of enhanced application value to these hotels by establishing a communications network that facilitates the mobility of their patrons as they move from one hotel to another within the network and remain connected."
The initial marketing efforts of the company for its SWOMI(tm) product have focused on the identification and marketing of their broadband wireless system to hotels and resorts in high-density business and vacation spots around the country. The company selected Myrtle Beach, South Carolina as its test market and has been actively engaged in the marketing and rollout of SWOMI(tm) in this area since the initial announcement of the product. Along with this endeavor, the company`s engineering efforts have focused on the development of an installation protocol that could support the rapid rollout of SWOMI(tm) to other regions that possess similar profiles and which could put the SWOMI(tm) system in place rapidly in order to meet the demands of travelers who desire broadband Internet connectivity.
Mr. Ken Bourg, Engineering Manager spoke to the announcement by stating, "our effort to identify and adopt a rapid deployment protocol for the SWOMI(tm) network was viewed as a critical element of our overall engineering strategy for support of the SWOMI(tm) system. Having the ability to rapidly deploy the system to meet customer demands was of paramount concern to our company. When combined with the corporation`s efforts to provide full service ISP support of the SWOMI(tm) network, along with our new (Remote Operations Center) concept to manage network operations, I am confident that we are now ready to begin expanding the reach of SWOMI(tm) to other geographic regions of the country and can do so expediently. The only remaining engineering goal for this particular phase of the SWOMI(tm) project, is to finalize development and testing of the advanced compression and encryption technology made possible by our strategic alliance partner Ecom Ecom Corporation (OTCBB:ECEC). This engineering effort focuses on maximizing the throughput emulation of the SWOMI(tm) system beyond T1 levels, while providing data security and protection. Assuring encryption protection, along with ultra high-speed data transfer of those data packets transmitted over the SWOMI(tm) network is viewed as another distinctive difference between SWOMI(tm) and other providers."
Dr. Hal Campbell, Chief Technical Consultant for the company expressed his thoughts on the development by commenting, "the combination of establishing a rapid rollout protocol for the SWOMI(tm) system, along with our research and development efforts aimed at the effective wireless delivery of highly compressed and encrypted data packets to support video conferencing, multimedia delivery, IP based telephony, and television broadcasting over the Web, have (in my opinion) brought SWOMI(tm) to the leading edge of development. All that remains is to engage the marketing plan and concentrate on building out the SWOMI(tm) network beyond the test area of Myrtle Beach."

Why is BIFS on the pink sheets and when will it be relisted?

BIFS Technology Corporation was among the very first companies affected by a 1999 SEC ruling, which required all OTC:BB stocks to begin filing regular financial reports with the SEC. The new regulations were phased in, using an alphabetical listing of the companies, beginning July 1, 1999, thus affecting those companies close to the beginning of the alphabet first. As a result, BIFS was among several thousand companies moved to the pink sheets. In February of 2000, BIFS filed their Form 10SB/12G with the SEC, the initial step to reinstate itself as an OTC:BB stock.

Meldet euch doch wieder einmal.

BIFS Technologies Corporation Announces Expansion of its SWOMI Wireless Network to Florida Markets
SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 20, 2000--BIFS Technologies Corporation (NQB:BIFS) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with WebNet Inc. (a Florida based corporation) to market and distribute the SWOMI(tm) wireless network system to selected markets within the Gulf Coast area of Florida. The agreement between the two companies provides for the marketing of the SWOMI(tm) high-speed roaming wireless network to hotels, residential condominiums, and office complexes within this densely populated region of the country.
The initial marketing thrust for this endeavor will be to establish SWOMI(tm) demonstration sites within the cities of Clearwater and St. Petersburg, Florida and to expand the distribution of the SWOMI(tm) network throughout the hotel and resort industry of the Florida gulf coast. This strategic marketing approach closely parallels the company`s recent efforts in the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area and represents the first planned expansion of the network outside of the South Carolina test market. WebNet Inc. is a full service Internet company and presently offers a wide spectrum of services including DSL, T1, and T3 level connectivity to its customer base. The company will market the SWOMI(tm) wireless system as a front-end interface to their hard-wired telecommunications infrastructures and provide the wireless component to facilitate seamless roaming throughout the network, through the automated "seek and switch" feature of the product.

Mr. Al Keyser, Chairman of BIFS Technologies Corporation commented on the development by stating, "our business plan provides for the expansion of the SWOMI(tm) network into key markets throughout the country and it is our objective to facilitate this process by establishing demonstration networks in highly concentrated areas such as Florida and others. I believe that this agreement with WebNet will serve to provide their customers with the added feature of high-speed wireless connectivity and positions the SWOMI(tm) network in another critical locale, as we continue our purposive marketing expansion plan into selected geographic regions. With the approaching completion of the Myrtle Beach resort area, we can now concentrate on the marketing and distribution of our wireless network system to targeted geographic areas and Florida represents the first such endeavor. We plan to continue this expansion effort, in conformance with our business plan, and have targeted a variety of other cities that possess similarly high concentrations of prospective clients for rollout of the SWOMI(tm) wireless network."

Mr. Dave Glaser, Chairman of WebNet Inc., stated "I am very pleased with the opportunity to bring SWOMI(tm) to the Pinellas county area. This exciting technology will be a valuable tool for us to use in selling to customers in our hotel, convention center, and business market segments. Many of our existing customers are also looking for a better, more cost effective solution to high-speed Internet access, and SWOMI(tm) is the answer. Pinellas County is an excellent area for the SWOMI(tm) product, as it is one of Florida`s most populous areas. We are looking forward to expanding SWOMI(tm) into other Florida markets as well."

( BW)(FL-BIFS-TECHNOLOGIES)(BIFT) SWOMI Wireless Internet System Goes
Online in the Myrtle Beach Resort Community Tomorrow

      Business Editors/High-Tech Writers

      SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 30, 2000--BIFS Technologies
Corporation (NQB:BIFT) announced today that its SWOMI(TM) high-speed
wireless network goes online and operational in the resort community
of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, effective December 1, 2000.
The company announced that the installation of the system has been
completed and is available to customers at the Caravelle Hotel, the
Caravelle Towers, the St. Johns Hotel, the St. Clements Hotel, the Sea
Island Resort, and the Tropical Shores beginning tomorrow. The initial
rollout of the SWOMI(TM) network backbone in the Myrtle Beach test
market currently covers a sixteen-mile stretch of the Grand Strand,
with contracts already in place to expand the coverage of the network
to twenty-five miles of the east coast vacation community.
The SWOMI(TM) wireless Internet system was developed by the Beach
Access division of BIFS Technologies Corporation to provide T1
Internet connectivity utilizing a proprietary seek and switch feature
that allows users to access the Internet from within their hotel
rooms, throughout the common areas of the resorts, and facilitates a
seamless roaming capability as customers move about the grounds of the
resorts. The system was designed to provide built-in signal management
and automatically switches from one cell to another as the system
detects variances in the signal strength or as the user moves in and
out of coverage zones. This unique feature of SWOMI(TM) allows
visitors to the resort area to travel in between hotels included on
the network, while remaining connected to the Internet or to leave the
network and automatically reconnect upon their return. The high-speed
throughput of SWOMI(TM) makes it possible for users to not only browse
the Web, but to execute more advanced applications including, rapid
file transfers and Internet telephony. The engineering scheme of the
SWOMI(TM) network makes it possible for users on the system to achieve
optimal throughput levels at T1 speeds, as the system balances the
demands for multiple user connectivity and simultaneous access.
Al Keyser, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BIFS Technology
Corporation commented on the developments by stating: "With the
SWOMI(TM) network now operational in the Myrtle Beach resort area, the
company expects to realize a steadily expanding revenue stream as the
system is used by guests of these hotels and the network becomes more
widely adopted. Our business plan for SWOMI(TM) involves a
multifaceted national strategy that concentrates initially on selected
market deployment to high-density resort regions, with a follow-on
deployment plan that will target more diverse areas of the country.
While we continue to expand the reach of the SWOMI(TM) network to
hotels and condominiums in the Myrtle Beach area, we are also moving
forward with our marketing plan to other areas of the country. The
company`s next major marketing efforts are targeted at the hotel and
resort communities of the Gulf Coast of Florida, along with a
marketing campaign, which is currently underway, to hotels and resorts
      in Hawaii."

Safe Harbor Statement under the Private Securities Litigation
Reform Act of 1995: The statements contained herein which are not
historical are forward looking statements that are subject to risks
and uncertainties that could cause actual results to differ materially
from those expressed in the forward looking statements, including, but

services and future customer acceptance for these products and

      ISP-Planet Wireless News Briefs - December 6, 2000

      • SWOMI Launches as Advertised

      by Gerry Blackwell

      Believe It
Controversial high-speed wireless network provider BIFS Technologies Corp. of Sarasota Fla. launched its SWOMI service in the Myrtle Beach SC area on December 1, as promised.

On November 30, BIFS announced the system was complete and would be available beginning the next day to customers at the following hotels: the Caravelle Hotel, the Caravelle Towers, the St. Johns Hotel, the St. Clements Hotel, the Sea Island Resort, and the Tropical Shores.

The SWOMI system was developed by BIFS`s Beach Access division, which is headquartered in South Carolina. It purportedly delivers T1 Internet connectivity with a break-through cellular-like roaming capability.

BIFS says the technology uses a proprietary "seek and switch" feature that allows users to access the Internet from within their hotel rooms, throughout the common areas of the resorts, and facilitates seamless roaming as customers move about the grounds of the resorts.

The system was designed to provide built-in signal management and automatically switches from one cell to another as it detects variances in the signal strength or as the user moves in and out of coverage zones.

BIFS was embroiled in controversy earlier in the year when participants at some online investment bulletin boards questioned whether the company really had the technology and whether it could actually do what BIFS said it could do.

The company subsequently announced it was enlisting the support of the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) and law enforcement officials to crack down on what it suggested were attempts by competitors to destroy its reputation.

A recent ISP Planet item on BIFS drew passionate responses from both supporters (hopeful investors) and skeptics who believed SWOMI was a scam.

"With the SWOMI network now operational in the Myrtle Beach resort area, the company expects to realize a steadily expanding revenue stream as the system is used by guests of these hotels and the network becomes more widely adopted," said BIFS chairman and CEO Al Keyser.

The company will continue to target high-density resort areas as the first phase of a "multifaceted" nation-wide marketing strategy. The Gulf Coast of Florida is the next place the service will pop up, and BIFS says it is now marketing to resorts in Hawaii.

      Hi HJSZ,

Mr. Bridges` distinguished professional career includes a variety of technical and managerial positions within the telecommunications industry and prior to his affiliation with BIFS Technologies, Bridges served as the Director of Broadband Cable Operations - (NNS) for Lucent Technologies.
Mr. Al Keyser, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer commented on the appointment by stating, "Frank Bridges is a welcome addition to our corporation. He not only brings a wealth of professional expertise and capability to the job, but Frank Bridges enjoys a reputation among his colleagues as a visionary who makes things happen. We are delighted to welcome Frank Bridges to the BIFS family and believe that he will play an instrumental role in leading this corporation as we begin our rollout of the SWOMItm broadband wireless network."
As Director of Broadband Cable Operations - (NNS) for Lucent Technologies, Mr. Bridges was responsible for the support of customer implementations of high-speed voice, video, and data services. Immediately prior to this assignment, Mr. Bridges served as Lucent`s International Operations Manager and was responsible for the worldwide deployment of the company`s data products and services. From 1994 - 1997, Mr. Bridges served as Global Technical Manager for Lucent and ATT and was tasked with new product deployment in support of voice, data, video, and wireless products. Bridges commented on his new role with BIFS Technologies by stating, "I am very excited about the opportunity to lead BIFS Technologies Corp into the global market of wireless services and high speed Internet connectivity. After a thorough review of the intellectual assets, business practices, market potential, and the products presently under development in research and engineering, it was an easy decision to join the BIFS team. I am optimistic that BIFS will play a significant role in the wireless Internet market over the next several years and will continue its expansion into new geographic markets for all of its product lines. Unlike many technology companies, BIFS has structured its business from a well-defined financial perspective and has selectively deployed its technologies into markets that afford a substantial degree of return. This practice combined with the technological capabilities offered through the SWOMItm wireless product, will serve to further the competitive position of the corporation as it develops. Our goal will be to continue building a stabilized growth pattern for the company that assures market share in selected areas and provides long term recurring revenue."

BIFS Technologies Corporation Acquires Controlling Interest in GPS Integrators Incorporated
SARASOTA, Fla., Jan 29, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- BIFS Technologies Corporation (NQB:BIFT) announced today that it has acquired controlling interest in GPS Integrators Incorporated.

GPS Integrators Inc. specializes in providing management and operational information systems to airports and military establishments throughout the world. Currently, the company maintains systems in the U.S., Canada, Japan, Korea, and Germany. GPS Integrators markets several products that provide direct support of airfield operations. Their GP Maps Pro product has been widely adopted and provides managers with real time information about snow and ice conditions at airport facilities, while the Smart Airport product line, which is presently under development by the company, concentrates on capturing critical level data necessary for year round operations management such as emergency services, weather monitoring, construction management, airport security, and logistical equipment management.

Commenting on the development, BIFS Chairman Al Keyser elaborated by stating: "This partnership with GPS Integrators adds a valuable dimension to BIFS Technologies Corporation. It is our intention, through this acquisition, to amalgamate the technology holdings of our Biofiltration Division and our Emerging Technologies Division, along with the intellectual assets of GPS to create a series of full service products that are custom tailored for the airport industry. By integrating our bioremediation technologies along with the WinterOps and Smart Airport software, combined with our ability to deliver real time management information in a wireless mode through the SWOMI network, we can address many of the needs expressed by airport administrators for a comprehensive management information system that supports year round operations."

Mr. Steve McKeown, President of GPS Integrators added: "I am delighted by the prospects offered through this merger and look forward to the opportunities that have been presented. Last year, GPS Integrators experienced over two million dollars in sales of its products and services and I am convinced that the technology integration efforts that we have undertaken with BIFS will substantially enhance the utility and marketability of our systems. The advanced products maintained by BIFS Technologies, combined with the software under the control of GPS Integrators is a perfect match and should prove very complimentary toward enhancing product marketing."

Mr. Frank Bridges, Chief Operating Officer of Emerging Technologies spoke to the developments by saying: "Over the years, GPS Integrators has created a demonstrative client base throughout the world. This well established level of service should prove beneficial in fostering continuing market opportunities with existing customers for new products and services, along with the potential to exert a presence in yet unexplored market regions. We anticipate that this partnership will add another substantial dimension to the overall business plan of the corporation and provide BIFS with international market opportunities."

Mr. Tom Cannon, Airport Marketing Director for BIFS Technologies expressed his comments on the merger by stating: "This merger greatly enhances our exposure to airports worldwide and gives BIFS an opportunity to mold our biotech and airport businesses together. It also will allow our combined forces to expand sales of existing technologies (i.e., Biofiltration Systems, SWOMI, and WinterOps Pro) and take advantage of the combined company resources to fully develop the "smart airport" concept, which will ultimately be adaptable to any facility management situation."

U.S. Air Force Awards Approval to BIFS Technologies Corporation/GPS Integrators Division for Deployment of the Integrated Snow and Ice Control System
SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 30, 2001--BIFS Technologies Corporation (NQB:BIFT) announced today that its GPS Integrators Division has received notification from the U.S. Air Force approving the installation of its integrated snow and ice control system at Scott AFB in St. Louis, Missouri. The award constitutes the thirteenth such system approved by the U.S. Air Force for installation of the advanced monitoring and control product and is part of a multi-million dollar contract to provide such support at facilities throughout the world. Deployment of the Scott AFB system will commence immediately and is expected to be operational within eight weeks.
Mr. Al Keyser, Chairman of BIFS Technologies Corporation commented on the development by stating, "approval by the U.S. Air Force for the installation of our integrated snow and ice control system at Scott AFB presents an immediate opportunity for our company to co-locate several of its advanced systems within the same geographic market. Scott Air Force Base and Mid-America Airport share many of the same facilities and we see this new installation as an opportunity to amalgamate several of our systems and to develop the region as a model airport facility. The integration of our snow and ice control system, along with the SWOMI wireless network and BioFiltration processing system within this geographic region, will provide the perfect opportunity to use the area as a demonstration site to showcase the concept."

Mr. Steve McKeown, President of GPS Integrators Inc., spoke to the announcement by saying, "we are delighted by the decision of the U.S. Air Force to include Scott AFB within our network of integrated snow and ice control systems. This multi-year contract serves to facilitate our efforts as we progress with the development of the Smart Airport concept. It also provides us with an opportunity to develop an operational laboratory to refine the integration of our advanced systems into a single suite of airport management support programs. Development efforts are well underway toward this objective and we anticipate that completion of the endeavor will be followed by marketing of the Smart Airport product line to our customers throughout the world."

      Company Press Release

New TV+ Internet Wireless Product Announced by BIFS
Technologies Corporation - Company Initiates National
Marketing Campaign to Local Television Broadcasters

      SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 26, 2001--BIFS Technologies Corporation
(NQB:BIFT) announced today that it has completed its research and design efforts for a new
high-speed wireless Internet product called TV Internet. This new system embeds Internet data
packets within the television broadcast transmissions of local TV stations and uses this
medium to facilitate the long distance delivery of Internet services to customers within local
viewing areas. In a statement issued by company Chairman Al Keyser, it was disclosed that
BIFS Technologies Corporation has been engaged in the development of the TV Internet
product during the past year as a separate, but complementary product, to its SWOMI(tm)
wireless system. The company also announced that it has begun marketing of the new TV
Internet service to local broadcasters throughout the country as part of a national marketing
      campaign.

TV Internet incorporates DTV technologies, along with a variety of up channel
communications protocols to create a flexible communications environment that can be
deployed to even the most remote regions of the country. The architecture of the TV Internet
network successfully integrates these technologies into a comprehensive communications
methodology that optimizes the unused capacities of the licensed frequencies operated by
local television stations to deliver wireless Internet access to their viewers. The TV Internet
system is extremely scalable and provides high speed down channel connectivity at
broadband speeds, along with a mixture of up channel connection options. Depending upon the
station`s geographic location and the communications needs of each individual customer, the
TV Internet system can be configured to provide optimum coverage and throughput capability.
Further information concerning the new TV Internet service can be viewed at
      www.tvplusinternet.com .

Commenting on the development, Chairman Keyser elaborated by stating, "for years now,
television broadcasters throughout the country have found themselves in a very unfriendly
competitive position because of the pressure brought to bear by cable TV providers. In
addition to competition for content programming, cable systems have raised the ante by
offering Internet services through their cable infrastructures, thereby further disenfranchising
these local broadcasting companies. With the rush to cable, many people have forgotten that
these local television broadcasters have decades of experience at providing wireless services
to their customers in the form of one-way TV programming and that they already maintain a
highly skilled complement of technicians and engineers who understand wireless technology.
With the recent focus on the advantages of wireless Internet technology over hardwired
systems and cable, these local television broadcasters are in an ideal position to assert
themselves as the major players in the broadband Internet industry. This network of
broadcasting companies and major network affiliates already reach a customer base that
extends to every corner of the country and are in possession of the necessary FCC licenses to
deliver digital broadband wireless Internet telecommunications and services nationwide. Our
efforts at developing the TV Internet solution makes it possible for these broadcasters to enter
the ISP market with a totally new and custom tailored product and gives them a flexible
platform to compete with cable providers."

Mr. Frank Bridges, Chief Operating Officer added, "through our national marketing campaign,
BIFS Technologies Corporation plans to offer the TV Internet service to local broadcasting
companies throughout the country in a strategic alliance partnership format, which will
provide them with access to the TV Internet technology and make it possible for them to create
a broadband wireless network in every city that they service. Such an approach can generate
an entirely new revenue stream for these broadcasting companies and will make it possible
for them to compete effectively within this business arena. We believe that our national
marketing program will greatly increase competition for ISP market share by adding local TV
broadcasters as a major new player in the industry and that our strategic partnership approach
makes it possible for the rapid expansion of high-speed wireless services throughout the
country. Under the TV Internet program, BIFS Technologies Corporation will make available
a fully comprehensive system including access to the technology, equipment installation, and
      daily support of ISP operations."

Bridges went on to state: "We have elected to begin our rollout campaign of the TV Internet
system by establishing several demonstration cities throughout the country so that broadcasters
nationwide can visit these sites and see for themselves just how easily the TV Internet system
can be added to their inventory of services and operated. The addition of this technology can,
for the first time, provide local television broadcasters with the ability to offer high-speed
Internet connections that rival their hardwired competitors for a fraction of the cost for
infrastructure construction and serves as a means of creating an entirely new revenue stream
for their stations. The TV Internet system is designed to integrate data along with normal
television signals and can provide down channel wireless Internet access to even the outer
most extremes of each station`s broadcasting areas. The technology also facilitates the use of
higher end web functions such as Internet telephony, two-way video conferencing, and digital
television broadcasting. This latter feature of the system means that customers can watch
digital television on their personal computers, while they are online and performing other
tasks on the net. The system is operated using the existing licenses granted to the television
stations by the FCC for DTV operations and simply optimizes the spectrum granted for digital
television transmissions. We are looking forward to building out the TV Internet network
under this new phase of our corporate strategic plan and are examining the viability of
deploying the system to many television markets throughout the world."

kurzfristig kommen.

BIFS Technologies Corporation Announces New Marketing Agreement for the TV+ Internet System
SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 27, 2001--BIFS Technologies Corporation, (NQB:BIFT) announced today that it has recently signed an agreement with Good Life International, LLC (a private marketing company) to provide marketing and sales services for TV+ Internet. Under the terms of the agreement, selected sales and marketing agents, from the nearly eleven thousand resellers affiliated with Good Life International, will serve as direct marketing representatives for the TV+ Internet system. The concept behind the alliance gives BIFS Technologies Corp instant access to an extremely large sales force, without the direct costs normally associated with the support of such a team, and further provides BIFS and TV+ Internet with worldwide geographic sales coverage almost instantly.
BIFS Technologies Corp. has been actively finalizing the system configuration, operations, and installation procedures for its DTV based TV+ Internet system in preparation for worldwide sales and deployment efforts, and will use the alliance with Good Life International to dramatically expand its marketing and sales of the system to local television broadcasters throughout the world. BIFS in-house marketing team will directly coordinate all sales and marketing management activities for the program, but Good Life International marketing representatives will be tasked with much of the initial marketing functions. Since the TV+ Internet system was built specifically to provide low cost broadband Internet coverage to rural areas, the alliance with Good Life International and its sales force is seen to provide marketing coverage to many of these types of areas located throughout the U.S. and the rest of the world.

Al Keyser, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BIFS stated, "The team at BIFS has been very busy over the past months with testing and refinement of the TV+Internet product and is now ready to move forward with its plans to deploy these systems. Our business plan for this product creates a unique strategic alliance with participating television broadcasters that provides them with a new revenue stream that can be used effectively to offset the costs of converting their transmitters from analog to the new FCC mandated DTV format. It also simultaneously adds a totally new service component to their inventory. I am delighted by our alliance with Good Life International and I believe that this cooperative venture will increase our marketing reach worldwide. There`s no doubt our in-house marketing team has its work cut out for it in training these new sales representatives on just how the TV+ Internet system works and how best to present the product to potential clients, but I`m quite sure that they will overcome these challenges in short order and begin to reap the benefits of having a worldwide sales force."

Steven Smith, Chief Executive Officer of Good Life International spoke to the development by saying; "Our company prides itself on developing effective solutions to international marketing situations. This alliance with BIFS Technologies Corporation is viewed as an excellent opportunity for us to expand our inventory of products and services to include advanced technologies like TV+ Internet and will serve to help us achieve our goal of building a worldwide retail marketing system that contains a broad variety of consumer based and technology based products. We look forward to this opportunity to participate and we are optimistic that our involvement in the endeavor will open new markets and opportunities for this excellent product."

BIFS Technologies Corporation Selects WebNet Incorporated as its ISP to Manage Network Operations Center for its first TV plus Internet Installation
SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 28, 2001--BIFS Technologies Corporation, (NQB:BIFT) announced today that it has selected WebNet Inc as its preferred ISP to manage its Network Operations Center (NOC) for the first commercial TV+ Internet system installation. The partnership arrangement between the two companies expands WebNet`s engineering and development role in the TV+ Internet program to now include support and management of NOC functions for the system. TV+ Internet is designed to provide broadband connectivity and access to the Internet by customers in suburban and rural areas, using digital television technology (DTV) as the wireless transmission medium and embeds down channel data traffic within the normal broadcast signals of locally operated television stations. The program provides local broadcasters with the ability to compete in the ISP market and uses a strategic alliance format to create an entirely new revenue stream for broadcasters who are converting from analog to digital format.
Under the program, WebNet Inc. will provide management services and technical support for regional network operations centers that service these broadcasters. WebNet is a multifaceted ISP that currently delivers T1 and T3 services to residential and business customers, along with DSL, wireless LAN, and integrated voice and data services. WebNet maintains a considerable number of strategic alliances with major telecommunication companies such as, Verizon, SprintLink, and KMC Telecom and has been actively involved with selected engineering aspects of the TV+ Internet program for the past year.

Al Keyser, Chairman and CEO of BIFS Technologies Corporation spoke to the development by saying, "WebNet has been selected to provide NOC support and operations management of the TV+ Internet program because of their years of experience in delivering high end telecommunications services and their familiarity with the TV+ Internet system architecture. The recent demise of many of the larger Internet service providers has clearly set the stage for other companies, who have better ideas, more cost efficient technologies, and stronger business plans to fill the void and provide service to those customers they left behind. The demand for low cost broadband Internet and other telecommunications services is still there, in both the rural and urban areas, and it`s those companies that have paid attention to not only the technological issues, but also to the business fundamentals, that will be offering these types of services in the years to come. As we move forward with our plans to deploy the TV+ Internet system, WebNet will play an important role in assuring that it maintains a reliable level of network operations support and growth."

Bill Prast, President and Chief Operating Officer for WebNet commented on the recent partnership by saying, "WebNet`s proud to have been selected by BIFS to manage the network operations center for the first commercial TV+ Internet installation. Our past affiliation with the engineering and development aspects of the project have convinced us not only of the technical viability of the system, but in its prospects for making a significant difference in the service levels provided to rural area Internet customers. Because of the high costs associated with hardwired infrastructure deployments to these types of areas, most major companies are simply not willing to provide services to these areas and potential customers are subsequently left with only dial up services as their method of connecting to the Internet. With TV+ Internet, these customers can now enjoy the same broadband Internet services that people who live in urban areas receive. The truly remarkable dimension of the program is that the deployment costs associated with TV+ Internet are only a fraction of the amount required for hardwired systems of similar capability."

Al Keyser, Chairman and CEO of BIFS Technologies Corporation expanded on the agreement by saying, "LiveWave and BIFS Technologies Corp. both maintain a considerable inventory of leading edge solutions that are not only complimentary in their design, but are a logical fit in their application. Recent discussions between the executives of both companies have illustrated that a considerable number of collaboration options exist to successfully integrate many of our proprietary technologies. BIFS Technologies Corporation Unveils Bundled Services Program for Beach Access Subsidiary
SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 13, 2001--BIFS Technologies Corporation, (NQB:BIFT) announced today that its Beach Access subsidiary has implemented a new bundled services package that is designed to enhance the existing level of services provided to local area customers and also allows for significant expansion of the subsidiary`s geographic market coverage. Under the program, Beach Access will offer a variety of services including nationwide local dial up capability, extended long distance telephone services (with BIFS receiving a per use royalty payment from sponsoring telecom providers), an expanded set of Internet virtual office support programs and web based utilities, computer fingerprint security technology, and remote video networking solutions.
Al Keyser, Chairman and CEO of BIFS Technologies Corporation commented on the new program by saying: "The purpose of implementing this new bundled service expansion program at this point in time is to establish an extended set of customer service options and put into place a far reaching nationwide communication infrastructure ahead of other planned sales and system deployments that we plan to announce in the near future. This new service bundle will provide a comprehensive set of customer services that can be used by BIFS, its subsidiaries, and business partners to support our customers. Although presently being implemented in the company`s Beach Access subsidiary, these extended service features are also a planned addition to WebNet`s inventory of services and eventually will be incorporated as standard offerings within the TV+ Internet system. The multiple business partnership approach that we have used to establish these new customer services will allow BIFS to minimize operating costs for providing expanded system features, while establishing an additional profit mechanism for BIFS from the resale of bundled services through our resellers and joint venture partners. It also sets into place all of the services that we believe are required these days to compete on a national level. From a business perspective, it spreads out the risk amongst several companies, while maximizing profit potential for all partners, and simultaneously serves to broaden the customer base. Add to this a selective deployment strategy that implements the TV+ Internet system into targeted geographic markets, and it should become obvious where the company is headed and the approach we are using to get there. The company has been very actively engaged in finalizing several of its expansion programs and we will be making future announcements concerning these ventures when appropriate."

BIFS Technologies Corporation Signs MOU With WHDT Channel 59 to Deploy TV+ Internet in Naples, Florida
SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 17, 2001--BIFS Technologies Corporation (NQB:BIFT) announced today that it has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding "MOU" for the deployment of the TV+ Internet system with WHDT Television. The system is expected to be online by March 2002 and will be made available to the 250,000 plus residents of the Naples, Florida area soon thereafter. BIFS Technologies will operate this new Internet service under a revenue sharing plan that provides both companies with a sustained revenue stream that is based on customer subscriptions for the service.
The TV+ Internet system is a new concept in wireless Internet connectivity designed to provide high-speed access to all communities throughout the country using digital television signals that are sent over a wireless format. The TV+ Internet system takes advantage of the unused bandwidth licensed and operated by local television broadcasters for DTV and embeds Internet data packets, along with the normal television signals, to provide broadband Internet access to local viewers. This technological approach significantly reduces the infrastructure costs normally associated with the deployment of broadband services and makes it commercially viable for local television broadcasters to enter the ISP market, in even the remotest regions of the country.

FCC approval to begin providing TV+ Internet services to local area residents was received sometime ago and plans, under this license agreement, are to transmit station programming and Internet data over the stations digital transmitter to residents throughout the area. Under this configuration, it is anticipated that the TV+ Internet service will be accessible to residents who live within the television station`s coverage area.

Al Keyser, Chairman of BIFS Technologies Corporation stated: "We are elated to have the opportunity to team with WHDT Television to deploy the TV+ Internet system within the Naples, Florida area. The owners and managers of WHDT Television enjoy a long and distinguished history of providing quality television programming to this and other areas. With the addition of TV+ Internet they can now expand their services to include broadband Internet connectivity to the viewing public."

The contract allows BIFS to purchase the stations excess digital broadband capacity and to utilize the Companies TV+ Internet last mile solution to provide wireless high-speed Internet delivery to the station`s Miami-Dade viewing audience. BIFS Technologies will install and operate the system, with WHDT, providing wireless high-speed Internet access to residents of the greater Miami-Dade viewing area beginning within 90 days. We also remain committed to our strategy of achieving these business objectives while simultaneously avoiding long-term debt. The recent contract agreement with WHDT, along with the company`s recent announcement that it secured approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission to allow trading of its stock on the NASDAQ BB, are all integral parts of our overall business strategy."
