lastminute.com and Granada in major sport & leisure initiative
lastminute.com and Granada Broadband today jointly launch four new
Leisure sites for Liverpool FC.tv, ITV-F1, ITV-Football and Arsenal FC
lastminute.com and Granada Broadband, the new media wing of media
giant Granada plc, today announce a business alliance that will
include the launch of four new Leisure sites accessible from
http://www.itv-f1.com, http://www.itv-football.co.uk,
http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/intro.html and http://www.arsenal.co.uk.
With this joint initiative, Granada and lastminute.com, one of the

Liverpool FC.tv, ITV-F1, ITV-Football and Arsenal FC will market the
new leisure sites to their millions of users bringing traffic from
their own websites. lastminute.com will bring its content and provide
visitors with a wide range of sport related travel and entertainment
offers as well as an efficient shopping experience.
The new leisure sites will enhance the online experience of over 21
million football and Formula 1 fans who log on to Liverpool FC.tv,
ITV-F1, ITV-Football and Arsenal FC websites each year. Sports fans
can expect not only behind the scene access to major sporting events
but also hospitality packages for events such as the British Grand
Prix and last available tickets to selected games and events.
Expected to roll-out in July and August, the four new sites will be
jointly promoted by both companies. Monthly competitions will be run
on all four sites providing sports fans with the chance to win
amazing packages to go and see the best sporting events of the
season.
Helen Baker, UK Managing Director of lastminute.com comments: "This
exciting initiative with Granada Broadband will substantially
increase lastminute.com`s presence in the sport and media world.
Bringing the right offers to the right audience, we expect the four
new sites to generate a high conversion rate of visitors to satisfied
customers."

@jli - Dein Wort in Gottes Ohr.

lastminute.com extends lead as UKs top travel site
Jupiter MMXI reveals lastminute.com leads the growing online travel
market
lastminute.com, the provider of last minute online travel and
entertainment solutions, is leading the UK`s growing use of the
Internet for holiday bookings according to Internet research company
Jupiter MMXI.
As the number of Britons using the Internet for holiday searches
grows to 4.5 million in June 2001, lastminute.com maintains its
position as the UK`s number one travel site, a position it has held
since the Jupiter MMXI home panel began reporting in October 1999.
Jupiter MMXI figures reveal that lastminute.com achieved a record
305,000 Unique Visitors in the week ending 24th June 2001.
The research company found the site "exceptional in the category
because its range of products and services encompasses more than
holidays, offering restaurant and theatre booking and the newly
launched adult fun section."
lastminute.com has recently launched a new user interface, increasing
available products by 200% and making the site nine times faster for
those wishing to research and book their holiday online.
The company has also introduced a new "Staying In" section where
users can order breakfast, lunch or dinner delivered directly to
their home or office - a perfect option to avoid a hungry stomach
when booking the holiday of a lifetime.
Martha Lane Fox, Co-founder and Group Managing Director of
lastminute.com, commented: "It`s a very positive time for the online
travel industry at the moment as inventory is increasing and the
number of Britons using the internet to research and book their
holiday is growing by the day. For lastminute.com to be at the
forefront of this growth, consistently over the last 18 months is a
particularly strong position. With the improvements we have made to
the site and continuous expansion of product categories such as our
new "food delivery" service, we are confident that we will maintain
our number one position."

Herbst nachhaltig steigende Kurse sehen.

Ganz meine Meinung.

Ganz Deiner Meinung. Bei 28 Pence ist wohl der Boden erreicht. Lastminute dreht derzeit
in New York und in London.

Was hältst du davon.

seinen Quartalszahlen.
Pfund aufweisen. Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen
liegt es gut im Trend. Im dritten Quartal bis Ende Juni betrug der Umsatz 29,3 Mio. Pfund -

Hälfte meines Depotwertes in Lastminute investiert: - Zu
